Presented in this paper is a theoretical analysis of a planar surface induced mixed state for a superconducting film in parallel applied field. An analytical solution of the internal magnetic field is obtained based on Saint-James and de Gennes' order parameter in a film. An expression of Gibbs free energy per unit volume without restriction of a geometry is derived from non-linear Ginzburg-Landau (GL) equation in terms of a renormalized GL parameter and a modified geometric factor. Based on the Gibbs free energy, a phase diagram of distinguishing a first and second order phase transition for a type I superconducting film is calculated. The numerical results for exact solutions of spatial variation of order parameter, current density and internal magnetic field in the film geometry in parallel applied field case are presented. Near the upper critical field, the first entry of an applied field in the film exhibits a laminar structure.  相似文献

Spintronics is the generic term that describes magnetic systems coupled to an electric generator, taking into account the spin attached to the charge carriers. For this topical review of Spin Caloritronics, we focus our attention on the study of irreversible processes occurring in spintronic devices that involve both the spins of the conduction electrons and the ferromagnetic degrees of freedom. The aim of this report is to clarify the nature of the different kinds of power dissipated in metallic ferromagnets contacted to an electric generator, and to exploit it in the framework of the theory of mesoscopic non-equilibrium thermodynamics. The expression of the internal power (i.e. the internal entropy production multiplied by the temperature) dissipated by a generic system connected to different reservoirs, allows the corresponding kinetic equations to be derived with the introduction of the relevant phenomenological kinetic coefficients. After derivation of the kinetic equations for the ferromagnetic degrees of freedom (i.e. the Landau–Lifshitz equation) and the derivation of the kinetic equations for the spin-accumulation effects (within a two-channel model), the kinetic equations describing spin transfer are obtained. Both spin-dependent relaxation (usual spin-accumulation) and spin-precession in quasi-ballistic regime (transverse spin-accumulation) are taken into account. The generalization of the Landau–Lifshitz equation to spin-accumulation is then performed with the introduction of two potential energy terms that are experimentally accessible.  相似文献

本文以Vlasov-Maxwell方程组为基础,用非线性动力学理论研究了存在导引场情况下电磁波泵浦的自由电子激光器的作用机制,导出了线性及非线性色散关系式,求出了非线性不稳定性增长率和自由电子激光的能量转换效率.结果表明,只要合理地选择参量条件,附加导引场可以大大提高自由电子激光的增长率和能量转换效率.  相似文献

用van der Waals等效单组分流体模型和Ross硬球微扰理论软球修正模型,计算爆轰气相产物的状态方程;用石墨相、金刚石相、类石墨液相和类金刚石液相4种相态描述凝聚成分,由Gibbs自由能最小确定不同状态下的凝聚产物相态.对爆轰产物混合系统采用Gibbs自由能最小原理,通过化学平衡方程组求解炸药爆轰产物系统的平衡组分,计算结果与Becker-Kistiakowsky-Wilson (BKW)和Lennard-Jones-Devonshire结果相近.使用该理论对炸药的爆轰参数做了预言,与BKW,Jo 关键词: 爆轰产物 物态方程 化学平衡方程组  相似文献

Irreversible thermodynamics of fluids is formulated based on a set of postulates. The theory thus constructed generalizes thermostatics and linear irreversible thermodynamics into the realm of nonlinear irreversible processes. In this theory the extended Gibbs relation and the entropy balance equation appear as a pair of mutually consistent equations under the postulates made. An equivalent theory is also formulated by replacing one of the postulates with another that is basically a variational principle. The variational principle yields the evolution equations for fluxes as the Euler equations that extremize the variational functional postulated. The local form of the extremized variational functional is the entropy balance equation for the irreversible processes in the system. Some further consequences of the theory are also considered. For example, nonequilibrium specific heats are shown to be at least quadratic functions of fluxes and reduce to the equilibrium specific heats in the limit of vanishing fluxes. In order to illustrate an example of possible applications, we have considered nonlinear transport processes in fluids. The connections of the present theory with other theories are discussed.  相似文献

The kinetic equations for the 2-time conditional probability density are derived for Coulomb systems and coupled one-dimensional harmonic oscillators. The coupled oscillators are also treated exactly. The exact second central moment of the space coordinate is compared with that derived from the kinetic equation. This shows which approximations of the generalized Stratonovich method can be responsible for the possibly irreversible character of the derived kinetic equations. Using the approximation of long difference times the kinetic equations for Coulumb systems with and without homogeneous external magnetic field are transformed into the well-known Balescu-Lenard equations.  相似文献

<正>Dynamics of a spin-3/2 Ising system Hamiltonian with bilinear and biquadratic nearest-neighbour exchange interactions is studied by a simple method in which the statistical equilibrium theory is combined with the Onsager's theory of irreversible thermodynamics.First,the equilibrium behaviour of the model in the molecular-field approximation is given briefly in order to obtain the phase transition temperatures,i.e.the first- and second-order and the tricritical points.Then,the Onsager theory is applied to the model and the kinetic or rate equations are obtained.By solving these equations three relaxation times are calculated and their behaviours are examined for temperatures near the phase transition points.Moreover,the z dynamic critical exponent is calculated and compared with the z values obtained for different systems experimentally and theoretically,and they are found to be in good agrement.  相似文献

A model for the pressure and temperature dependence of the magnetic contributions to the Gibbs energy of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic elements is presented. These contributions are described by three parameters: (1) a critical temperature which is represented by the Curie temperature for ferromagnetic elements or Néel temperature for antiferromagnetic elements, (2) the pressure dependence of that critical temperature, (3) the average magnetic moment per atom. Using thermal expansion data, all these parameters and consequently the pressure and temperature dependence of the magnetic contribution can be calculated. Nickel, a ferromagnetic element, is used as an example.  相似文献

A new approach to the analysis of magnetic dipole motion in external magnetic field and fields generated by neighboring magnetic dipoles is suggested, and original general kinetic equations for the dipole density are derived. Special cases of these general equations are the Bloch, Redfield, and Provotorov equations, which are widely used in NMR theory. A comparison between NMR spectra calculated with the new theory and published experimental data also shows good agreement in regions to which the equations listed above do not apply. Zh. éksp. Teor. We derive the Ginzburg–Landau equations for superconductors in static magnetic fields. Instead of the square of the gauge‐invariant gradient of the order‐parameter wave function, we consider the quantum‐mechanical expression for the kinetic energy in the Ginzburg–Landau energy functional. We introduce a new surface term in the free energy functional which results in the de Gennes interface conditions. The phenomenological Ginzburg–Landau theory thus contains three length scales which must be determined from microscopic theory: the Ginzburg–Landau coherence length, the London penetration depth, and the de Gennes length.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of the spin-1 transverse Ising model with the presence of a crystal field is investigated by using an effective-field theory (EFT). We give a method to calculate the Gibbs free energy numerically at finite temperature within the EFT. The first-order transition lines are obtained by comparing the Gibbs free energy. The phase diagrams and the Gibbs free energy are also compared with those given using the mean-field theory (MFT).  相似文献

Kinetic equations with relaxation collision kernels are considered under the basic assumption of two collision invariants, namely mass and energy. The collision kernels are of BGK-type with a general local Gibbs state, which may be quite different from the Gaussian. By the use of the diffusive length/time scales, energy transport systems consisting of two parabolic equations with the position density and the energy density as unknowns are derived on a formal level. The H theorem for the kinetic model is presented, and the entropy for the energy transport systems, which is inherited from the kinetic model, is derived. The energy transport systems for specific examples of the global Gibbs state, such as a power law with negative exponent, a cut-off power law with positive exponent, the Maxwellian, Bose–Einstein, and Fermi–Dirac distributions, arepresented. The phase diagrams of a two-sublattice Ising metamagnet at finite temperature in a mixed longitudinal field and a transverse magnetic field are investigated by the use of an effective-field theory (EFT) with correlations. In addition to the second-order transition lines, the first-order transition lines are also presented in the phase diagrams, since the Gibbs free energy can be calculated numerically. The results show that there is no fourth-order critical line in the phase diagrams given by using EFT as found by using mean-field theory (MFT). The tricritical lines and their projection in the thx plane obtained by using EFT are also quite different from those by using MFT. Only one type of phase diagram is obtained by using EFT while three kinds of phase diagrams are obtained by using MFT, which indicates that only the first kind of phase diagrams obtained by using MFT is reliable. Furthermore, it is shown that the region of first-order transitions increases as the transverse magnetic field hx decreases.  相似文献

在文献[1]给出的理论框架的基础上,由具有Feenberg-Jastrow关联因子的相关波函数,计算了“jellium”模型下简单金属的表面能和电子密度分布。表面电子密度分布由求解Cha-kravarty-Woo方程而得到。由于库伦关联的长程性,在表面能和CW积分方程中都出现一系列的发散项,本文证明了所有发散项严格互相抵消。本文求得的表面能在整个实际金属的电子密度范围内(rs=2—6)与实验值大致符合。 关键词:  相似文献

分别给出了归一化调制电流和电子束动能的积分微分方程,并提出了完整的数值计算方法。对于束压束流分别为511kV,5kA和800kV,8kA两组典型参数,采用非线性理论和二维粒子模拟程序分别计算了电流调制系数和距离的关系。在线性增长区以及当调制电流达到最大值并开始缓慢下降后,理论与模拟都符合得很好。此外还计算了电子束动能和调制电流的n次谐波的模式强度随归一化距离的变化情况:一次和二次谐波强度较大,八次以上谐波幅度较小而可以忽略。  相似文献

本文考察了Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶在1200℃ 无磁场以及稳恒磁场下扩散层生长规律. 利用真空浇注强制冷却技术制备Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶, 将制备的扩散偶进行1200℃不同磁感应强度下的热处理. 对获得热处理后试样进行SEM与EDS线扫描分析, 结果表明, 无论无磁场还是稳恒磁场下Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶均生成两个扩散层, 即FeSi相层和Fe-Si固溶体层, 并且发现0.8 T下的两个扩散层宽度均小于0 T磁场下试样. 按照抛物线规律, 计算了扩散偶中间扩散层的互扩散系数, 发现0.8 T磁场下FeSi相层和Fe-Si固溶体层的互扩散系数较无磁场下 分别降低了26.7%与34.1%. 通过对磁吉布斯自由能的计算, 发现0.8 T磁场对扩散激活能Q的影响不足以影响扩散过程. 但扩散过程中原子振动频率ν会受到磁场的影响, 进而影响扩散常数D0, 磁场对原子振动频率的影响可以用拉莫尔旋进理论进行解释. 关键词: Fe-Fe50wt.%Si扩散偶 稳恒磁场 FeSi相 Fe-Si固溶体  相似文献

从Ginzburg-Landau理论出发,对理想第二类超导体的下临界磁场做计算。通过比较两相的吉布斯自由能,特别是考虑相变时的熵增,最终求得下临界场的新公式,得到纯超导体的下临界场对温度的依赖与经验公式有所不同。作者把这种不同归结为超导体的G-L参数对温度的依赖。  相似文献

In this paper it is demonstrated how the mathematical theory of stability of motion can be applied to kinetic equations, describing irreversible processes in an isolated, homogeneous system. It turns out that functions having all the properties of entropy exist throughout the domain of definition of the kinetic equations. Since the kinetic equations depend only on variables defined outside equilibrium thermodynamics, it is possible to define entropy far beyond the range of validity of the thermodynamics of irreversible processes. It is shown that the commonly assumed properties of entropy are not sufficient, however, to single out just one entropy function.  相似文献
