A number of 2-aryl-substituted pyrido[3,2-e] and [4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines and [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pteridines 11,12a,b,e , their corresponding 5-carbonyl derivatives 7,8a,b,e and some pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidin-5-ones 7,8c,d have been synthesized, according to different pathways. The new tricyclic heterocycles were prepared with the aim of studying their possible benzodiazepine receptors affinity.  相似文献

The title compound, an example of a hydrocarbon containing three linearly fused 4n-membered rings, has been synthesized and characterized as a thermally stable species possessing no unusual chemical reactivity. Despite the presence of these conventionally antiaromatic structural units this hydrocarbon is predicted to have a net diamagnetic ring current. The NMR results, which are discussed in some detail, are shown to be consistent with this expectation. The impact of this result on the NMR criterion of aromaticity is discussed briefly.  相似文献

A New Oxozincate: Li6[ZnO4] Colourless single crystals of Li6[ZnO4] are formed by reaction of Li2O and ZnO [(Li2O:ZnO = 3.3:1, 700°C 50 d), Space group P42/nmc, Z = 2, a = 652.76 pm, c = 465.09 pm R = 2.6%, Rw = 2.1%, 173 symmetry independend I0(hkl), MoK]. 3-Methyl-6H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′: 4,5] [1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-6-one (6) has been synthesized by the condensation of isatoic anhydride (1) with 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-methyl-[1,2,4]triazole (2) and final cyclisation of the intermediate3 with POCl3 and PCl3. Alternatively6 could also be synthesized by the condensation of 3-amino-2-mercapto-3H-quinazolin-4-one (7) withN-carbethoxy hydrazine in presence of hydrochloric acid and final cyclisation of the intermediate8 with acetic acid. The structures have been confirmed on the basis of IR, PMR and analytical results.  相似文献

[1]Benzothienoindolizidinones 5ac,ae,bc and [1]Benzothienoquinolizidinone 5ad were synthesized from 2(3)-bromethyl[1]benzothiophene and methyl prolinate, methyl oxoprolinate and ethyl pipecolinate. Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-phenylbenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide 10 afforded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]-quinolin-6(5H)-one 11 which was chlorinated to 6-chloro[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 followed by dechlorination to give [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 5 . A series of 6-substituted alkoxy and thioalkoxy[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline derivatives were prepared along with the N-methyl quaternary salt 13 of 5 . 6-Chloro[1]-benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 was converted into 6-hydrazino[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 23 which upon treatment with formic acid yielded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline 6 . Treatment of 23 with nitrous acid resulted in [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline 7 . Compounds 6 and 7 are novel heterocyclic ring systems.  相似文献

The dienol-benzene rearrangement of syn and anti-4-allyl-4-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ol (syn and anti 15) occurs by formation of a benzonium ion intermediate in p-toluene-sulphonic acid in ether below 0° and leads to a mixture of 2-, 3- and 4-allyltoluenes in the ratio 54:10:36. By the introduction of 14C-, D- and methyl labelled dienols it is shown that only the allyl group migrates and that this rearrangement is an intramolecular, one-step process. The formation of 2-allyltoluene occurs with retention, whereas the 3- and 4-allyltoluenes are formed by inversion of the carbon skeleton of the migrating allyl group. These rearrangements can be therefore classified as suprafacial, aromatic sigmatropic reactions of the order [1,2], [3,3] and [3,4]. The transition state can be postulated as representing a positively charged complex consisting of interacting allyl and tolyl radicals. The interaction of the two parts is controlled by the symmetry of the highest occupied π-orbitals (ψ3 for toluene and ψ2 for the allyl group) in agreement with the Woodward-Hoffmann rules. The better “distribution” of the charge in the transition state of these reactions in comparison to the ground state is chiefly responsible for the CoPE-like [3,3] sigmatropic reaction occurring at low temperatures. In general, sigmatropic reactions in charged systems are faster. The rearrangement of syn and anti 2-allyl-2-methylcyclohexa-3,5-dien-1-ol (syn and anti 28) gives results similar to those obtained with the para-allyldienols. The thermal rearrangement of 15 and 28 gives 3-allyltoluene by a [3,3] sigmatropic Cope rearrangement followed by elimination of water.  相似文献

Critical analysis of possible strategies for the synthesis of novel carbo-benzene derivatives suggests several [(18-n)+n] routes for the preparation of hexaoxy[6]pericyclyne precursors. Beyond the previously attempted [9+9] symmetrical scheme (n=9), the a priori most selective strategies are those for which n=1, 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16. They involve a cyclizing double-propargylation of a C(18-n) omega-bis-terminal-skipped oligoyne containing (19-n)/3 triple bonds with a C(n) omega-dicarbonyl-skipped oligoyne containing (n-1)/3 triple bonds. To complement the previously used [11+7] strategy, the [14+4] and [8+10] strategies were thus explored. They proved to be efficient, affording seven novel hexaoxy[6]pericyclynes corresponding to six different substitution patterns. These compounds were obtained in 7-15 steps as mixtures of stereoisomers. Thus, by using dibenzoylacetylene as the C(4) electrophile, a [14+4] strategy allowed the synthesis of two hexaphenyl representatives with two or four free carbinol vertices. This approach also afforded tetraphenyl representatives in which the two remaining carbinoxy vertices were substituted with either two alkynyl or one 4-anisyl and one 4-pyridyl groups. By using the hexacarbonyldicobalt complex of butynedial as the C(4) electrophile, a [14+4] strategy also allowed the isolation of a tetraphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclyne with two adjacent unsubstituted carbinol vertices. A regioisomer with two opposite unsubstituted carbinol vertices was obtained through an [8+10] strategy and its oxidation afforded the corresponding pericyclynedione. Several attempts at synthesizing diphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclynes with four unsubstituted carbinoxy vertices are described. Only an [8+10] strategy allowed the generation of a fragile diphenylhexaoxy[6]pericyclyne with four adjacent unsubstituted carbinoxy vertices, which could be partly characterized. These results show that the synthesis of the nonsubstituted hexahydroxy[6]pericyclyne, the ring carbo-mer of [6]cyclitol, is a difficult challenge.  相似文献

The acid catalysed dienol-benzene rearrangement of methyl substituted o- and p-propargylcyclohexadienols ( 18–22 , 34 and 35 ) was investigated. In the first step water is eliminated to yield the corresponding methyl propargyl benzonium ions (cf. scheme 6, a ), which undergo [1s, 2s] sigmatropic rearrangements to give propargylbenzenes ( 28 , 29 , 30 , 38 ) and [3s, 4s] sigmatropic rearrangements to give allenylbenzenes ( 24–27 , 40) (cf. schemes 2, 3, 5, 6). [3s, 3s] sigmatropic rearrangements occur only to a small extend. In the rearrangement of 2-propargyl-2,4,6-trimethylcyclohexa-3,5-dien-1-ol ( 18 ) a [1s, 2s] sigmatropic methyl shift is observed (4%).  相似文献

Summary 6-Phenyl-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4,8,9-hexahydro-[1,3,5]-thiadiazepino-[3,2-f]-purine (5) was obtained by a three-step synthesis from 8-mercapto-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (1) and 2-(benzoylamino)-ethyl chloride (2)via 8-(benzoylaminoethylthio)-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (3) and its chloromido derivative4. The analogous 9-phenyl-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4,6,7-hexahydro-[1,3,6]-thiadiazepino-[3,2-f]-purine (7) was synthesized either from compound1 and N-(2-chloroethyl)-benzimido chloridevia N-(chloroethyl)-S-(1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7H-purin-8-yl)-benzothioimide (6), or alternatively from 7-(2-benzoylaminoethyl)-8-bromo-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione (9), its 8-mercapto derivative10 and the corresponding chloroimido compound11 being the intermediates.Part of this paper was presented as a preliminary report at the Congress of Czech and Slovak Chemical Societies, Olomouc, Czech Republic, September 13–16, 1993  相似文献

Pyrazolo[3,4-e][1,4]thiazepine derivatives were obtained by reacting 5-amino-1,3-dimethylpyrazole with arylaldehydes or ketones and mercaptoacetic acid. The structure proof of these derivatives was carried out by identifying the benzylpyrazole products obtained by desulfurization and subsequent hydrolysis, and by comparison of the spectral data of a series of analogous pyrazolothiazepines. Treating the pyrazolothiazepines with sodium hydride and methyl iodide in dimethylformamide or dimethylsulfoxide resulted in a ring contraction with the elimination of sulfur, to yield the pyrazolopyridones in addition to the N-methylpyrazolothiazepines.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-pyrrolidino-1-aza-1-cycloheptene with aryl isocyanates leads, via 1,4-dipolar cycloaddition, to 1,3-diaryl-10a-pyrrolidinoperhydro[1,3,5]triazino[1,2-a]azepine-2,4-diones. The reaction provides a facile route to the novel [1,3,5]triazino[1,2-a]azepine ring system.  相似文献

The First Oxide with the Formula Type K5[MO4]: K5[TlO4] Light yellow powder and pale yellow transparent single crystals of K5[TlO4] were newly prepared from mixtures of binary oxides (K2O/Tl2O3) preheated and levigated several times [closed Ag-cylinder, 580°C, 24 h and 600°C, 20 d]. Space group Pbca with a = 1170.4(3), b = 686.1(1), c = 2079.2(5) pm, Z = 8 [four-circle-diffraktometer data, 997 I0(hkl), R = 7.87%, Rw = 5.63%, MoKα] (parameter s. text). The crystal structure belongs to the Na5[GaO4] type. Structural aspects, ECoN and MAPLE are discussed.  相似文献
