将丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)通过溶液自由基聚合,用巯基乙醇作为链转移剂调控合成了一定分子量的端羟基聚丙烯酸酯(PA),再与聚氨酯(PU)预聚体反应,在水中分散得到PA-PU-PA三嵌段共聚复合乳液。 采用FTIR和1HNMR测试技术对共聚物结构进行了表征。 结果表明,随着PU与PA质量比的降低,共聚物中丙烯酸酯含量随之增加;PU软硬链段之间的氢键化作用减弱。 TEM显示,复合乳胶粒子形态均匀规整,并呈现明显的核壳结构。改性后的乳胶膜耐水、耐热性能均随着PU/PA质量比的减小而提高,吸水率由25%降低至5%,最大热失重温度由369 ℃提高至432 ℃。  相似文献

合成了丙烯酸十六酯(HA)与丙烯酸(AA)的共聚物凝胶,研究了共聚组成对共聚物凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:经二甲亚砜(DMSO)平衡溶胀后的凝胶,在HA与AA的物质的量比为1:1时,具有较高的规整性。溶剂的极性对聚合物凝胶的规整性有较大的影响。DSC及X射线衍射表明共聚物凝胶具有液晶性能。  相似文献

Radiation-curable coatings have acquired importance, because they are environmentally-friendly (no solvent emission)and require low energy for curing, when compared to other conventional heat-curable products. UV-curable coatings performance depends on the cure quality. Suitable methods were evaluated to estimate the degree of cure applying quantitative techniques, such as differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and differential photocalorimetry (DPC), in order to determine the residual heat of curing in UV-cured films. The results of the DPC technique showed better sensibility than DSC technique, although the use of suitable pans for the case of clear coats must be considered. Novel self-emulsifying acrylic polymer aqueous dispersions (NPAD) for two component waterborne polyurethane coatings (2K-WPU) were prepared by the emulsification of self-emulsifying polymer blends in water, which the polymer blends typically consist of two acrylic polymers, one is a salt group containing polymer (P1), the other is a polymer without salt groups (P2). The dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis showed that the NPAD have a bimodal particle size distribution and the particle diameters can be controlled by the amount of salt group containing polymer and the concentration of salt groups in this polymer. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images also testified that the NPADs possess small particles consisted of P1 and core-shell structure large particles which are composed of the P1 in the shell parts and the P2 in the core parts. The property comparisons of the NPAD, conventional polyacrylic dispersion (CPAD) and poylacrylic emulsion (PAE) for 2K-WPU disclosed that the NPADs possess higher solid contents up to 45 wt% and much lower carboxy salt contents than those of the CPAD, and the NPAD-based 2K-WPU films display much better performance including 90% of the gloss, 0.81 of the pendulum hardness, much better solvent- and water-resistance than those of the CPAD and PAE. The TGA curves indicated the NPAD-based 2K-WPU films display good thermal stability.  相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)及纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)浆料为主要原料,制备了稳定的纳米ATO改性水性聚氨酯(APU)乳液。 粒径测试及透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察显示,纳米ATO在水性聚氨酯中分散较好,乳液粒径均小于100 nm; FTIR分析表明,纳米ATO粒子与水性聚氨酯(WPU)间可能存在化学键; 热重分析(TGA)测试显示,随纳米ATO添加量的增加,胶膜最大热分解温度逐渐提高,最大提高了约20 ℃;紫外-可见-近红外吸收及保温性能测试表明,随着纳米ATO添加量的提高,胶膜在800~2500 nm的透过率逐渐降低,但涂层在可见光区透过率均超过70%,热阻率由1.34×10-2 m2·℃/W提高至3.17×10-2 m2·℃/W。  相似文献

Summary: Aqueous acrylic dispersions of hydroxy-functionalised copolymer microgel particles crosslinked with allyl methacrylate were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The microgels were investigated as reactive polymer fillers in mixtures with a water-borne film-forming dispersion. Properties of coatings cast from mixtures of aqueous dispersion of hard microgel particles and film-forming water-borne dispersion were investigated. The swelling behaviour of microgels in selected solvents (aliphatic ketones) as a function of microgel composition is discussed as well. It was found that the swelling ability of microgels decreased with growing degree of crosslinking. Microgels comprising copolymerised butyl methacrylate swelled less in aliphatic ketones than microgels without this comonomer. This work was focused mainly on the influence of microgels incorporated in the commercial solvent-borne acrylic binders on the properties of coatings. It was shown that the application of microgels that were redispersed in acetone did not affect the surface appearance and transparency of coatings. Moreover, the presence of microgel network precursors accelerated film curing at ambient temperature and improved the final hardness of coatings.  相似文献

以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚物单体合成了含聚乙二醇(PEG)的羟基丙烯酸预聚物(BOH),该预聚物再与α,ω-三乙氧基硅烷封端的聚二甲基硅烷低聚物(TSU)和α,ω-三乙氧基硅烷封端的全氟聚醚低聚物(PFU)通过缩合反应制得含有PEG的氟硅改性丙烯酸交联网络防污涂层.通过核磁共振氢谱(~1H-NMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)对聚合物的结构进行了表征.通过原位纳米测试系统、接触角测试和生物评价等表征方法,探讨了树脂中TSU,PFU和BOH配比对表面能、弹性模量及其生物防污性能的影响.结果表明兼具氟硅低表面能性和PEG抗蛋白吸附性能的交联网络涂层TFS-BOH-B具有好的防污性能,且随着TSU和PFU含量增加,防污性能提高.  相似文献

Alkyd acrylic hybrid emulsions can offer cost/performance advantages over common 1K coatings such as polyurethane dispersions (PUDs), acrylic emulsions and blends. Hybrid emulsions with different ratios of alkyd resin to acrylic monomers were synthesized. Emulsion with resin-to monomer ratio of 1:1 (wt/wt) with total solids as high as 50% had a shelf stability of more than 8 months. Morphology of hybrid emulsions was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Hybrid emulsions were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Films obtained from the hybrid emulsions were found to be homogeneous and exhibited excellent thermal and coating properties.  相似文献
