The reaction of perfluoro(5-aza-4-nonene) with hydrazine hydrate in tetrahydrofuran at 0-20°C in the presence of triethylamine yields 2,5-bis(heptafluoropropyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole; under similar conditions perfluoro(5-aza-4-nonene) reacts with arylhydrazines to form 1-aryl-3,5-bis(heptafluoropropyl)-1,2,4-triazoles.  相似文献

A novel electron transport material with 1,2,4-triazole and diphenylphosphine oxide moieties (TPO) has been designed and synthesized. The material exhibits wide energy gap (3.77 eV), deep HOMO level (−6.28 eV), high triplet energy (2.86 eV), high glass transition temperature (133 °C) and high thermal stability (decomposition temperature at 423 °C). Device using TPO as electron transport material showed lower driving voltage and higher efficiency compared with the commonly used electron transport materials, such as 3,5-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole (TAZ), 1,3,5-tris(1-phenyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)benzene (TPBI) and 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP).  相似文献

Reactions of vinyloxyalkyl methacrylates with triazoles (1,2,4-triazole, 1,2,3-benzotriazole, 5-methyl-1,2,3-benzotriazole) under electrophilic conditions (50°C, 1-2 h, 1 wt% CF3COOH) occur chemoselectively and afford in quantitative yield polyfunctional methacrylates with triazole and benzotriazole yields.  相似文献

The reaction of benzoyl isothiocyanates and methoxycarbonyl isothiocyanate with 4-amino-4,5-dihydro-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazin-5-ones in acetonitrile gave several substituted 4H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazin-4-ones VIa-h instead of the expected thioureas. In addition, benzoyl isothiocyanate reacted with 4-amino-3-(methylthio)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole to give the benzoyl thiourea IX and with 4-amino-3-mercapto-5-(trifluoromethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole to give the bicyclic compound N-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-6-yl]benzamide IX .  相似文献

The phase-transfer catalyzed (PTC) alkylation of pyrazoles and 1,2,4-triazole with cis- and trans-1,4-dichloro-2-butenes (DCB) has been examined. The monoalkylation products of pyrazoles with cis-DCB are bicyclic salts formed by intramolecular cyclization of the intermediate cis-1-(4-chloro-2-butenyl)pyrazoles. The corresponding trans-compounds are incapable of cyclization, but on prolonged standing they undergo intermolecular polyquaternization. Both cis- and trans-DCB undergo phase-transfer catalyzed reaction with 1,2,4-triazole to give polymeric quaternary salts. Trimethylsilyloxy derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole, 3(5)-nitro-1,2,4-triazole, and tetrazole are inert toward 2-nitro-1-trimethylsilyloxy-2-azapropane, but they react with 1-chloro-2-nitro-2-azapropane to give the corresponding nitraminomethyl derivatives. The reaction of tert-butylbis(trimethylsilyl)silyl potassium with pivaloyl chloride gave pivaloyl[tert-butylbis(trimethylsilyl)]silane (1) in 89% yield. The cothermolysis of 1 with tert-butylacetylene at 140 °C for 24 h produced the mixture consisting of cis- and trans-1,2,3-tri(tert-butyl)-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-silacyclobut-3-ene (cis-2 and trans-2) in a ratio of 0.7: 1, in 88% combined yield. The thermolysis of the mixture, cis-2 and trans-2, at 250 °C for 24 h proceeded to give trans-1,2,4-tri(tert-butyl)-1-(trimethylsiloxy)-2-(trimethylsilyl)-1-silacyclobut-3-ene (4) as a single product in 96% yield. Similar treatment of cis- and trans-2 at 190 °C for 15 h afforded silylcyclopropene 3 quantitatively, which underwent further isomerization at 250 °C to give trans-1-silacyclobut-3-ene 4 in quantitative yield.  相似文献

Eight alkenes reacted with 1,1′-dithiobis(1H-1,2,4-triazole) 4 at −15 °C to form the corresponding thiiranes in moderate to good yields. The thiiranations of anti- and syn-9,9′-bibenzonorbornenylidenes and cis- and trans-cyclooctenes with 4 proceeded with retention of configuration of the starting alkenes.  相似文献

The reaction of mercury(II) with 3-(2,4-dihydroxyphen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL1), 3-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL2), 3-(2-hydroxy-5-ethoxycarbonylphen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL3), 3-(2-hydroxy-5-acetylphen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL4), 3-(2-hydroxy-5-formylphen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL5), and 3-(2-hydroxy-5-bromophen-1-ylazo)-1,2,4-triazole (HL6) was studied. A new, direct, and simple procedure was suggested for the spectrophotometric determination of mercury(II) based on its complexation reaction with HL1-HL6. The best reagent was found to be HL3 due to its high sensitivity and selectivity. In aqueous media of pH 9.0 containing 40 vol. % of methanol, Hg(II) reacts with HL3 to form a 1:2 (Hg(II) · HL3) complex having a sensitive absorption peak at 490 nm with the molar extinction coefficient of 3.31 × 104 L mol−1 cm−1 using 4 × 10−4 M of the reagent. Beer’s law is obeyed over the range from 0.00 μg mL−1 to 12.04 μg mL−1 of mercury(II). The proposed method was applied in the determination of mercury(II) in tap water, seawater and synthetic seawater samples, without the need of prior treatment, with satisfactory results.  相似文献

1-β-D-Ribofuranosyl- 21 , 1-(2-deoxy-β-D-erytftro-pento fur anosyl)- 27 and 1-β-D-arabinofuranosyl- 29 derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide ( 19 ) have been prepared. Glycosylation of the silylated 19 with 1,2,3,5-tetra-0-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranose ( 5 ) in the presence of trimethylsilyl triflate gave the corresponding blocked nucleoside ( 20 ), which on ammonolysis afforded 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide ( 21 ). Stereospecific glycosylation of the sodium salt of 19 with either 1-chloro-2-deoxy-3,5-di-O-p-toluoyl-α-D-erythro-pentofuranose ( 22 ) or 1-chloro-2,3,5-tri-0-benzyl-α-D-arabinofuranose ( 23 ) provided the corresponding protected nucleosides 26 and 28. Deprotection of 26 and 28 furnished 1-(2-deoxy-β-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide ( 27 ) and 1-β-D-arabinofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide ( 29 ), respectively. 2-0-D-Ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3(4H)-thione ( 7 ) and 4-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3(2H)-thione ( 9 ) were also prepared utilizing either an acid catalyzed fusion of 1,2,4-triazole-3(1H,2H)-thione ( 4 ) with 5 , the reaction of 5 with silylated 4 in the presence of trimethylsilyl triflate, or by ring closure of 4-(2,3,5-tri-0-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)thiosemicarbazide ( 10 ) with mixed anhydride and subsequent deacylation. The synthesis of 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-3-benzylthio-1,2,4-triazole ( 15 ) has also been accomplished by the silylation procedure employing 3-benzylthio-1,2,4-triazole ( 13 ) and 5 to give 1-(2,3,5-tri-0-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-3-benzylthio-1,2,4-triazole ( 14 ). Deacetylation of 14 furnished 15 . The structural assignments of 7, 14 and 21 were made by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and their hydrogen bonding characteristics have been studied. The sulfonamido-1,2,4-triazole nucleosides are devoid of any significant antiviral or antitumor activity in cell culture.  相似文献

Ketones of the 3-nitro-5-R-1,2,4-triazole series react with hydrazoic acid in concentrated sulfuric acid to give triazolyl-substituted acetamides. Acid hydrolysis of the latter leads to 1-aminoalkyl-3-nitro-5-R-1,2,4-triazoles. 以1,2,4-三唑为核心结构的杂环分子,因其优良而广泛的生物活性,已成为药物筛选中重要的研究对象。 本文为了研究其构效关系,针对1,2,4-三唑结构中3个位点分别进行不同的结构修饰,并将其与哌嗪和均三嗪分别偶联,首次合成了两类共28个双三唑多杂环目标分子[TM1TM3(af)]和[TM4TM5(ae)]。 为了比较三唑中4-氨基对生物活性的影响,还与化合物6-吗啉-2,4-(5-硫醚基-4-氨基-3-正戊基1,2,4-三唑)-1,3,5-三嗪(C)和6-吡咯-2,4-(5-巯基-4-氨基-3-正戊基-1,2,4-三唑)-1,3,5-三嗪(D)进行了比较。 通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(IR)、核磁共振谱(1H NMR)和高分辨率质谱仪(HRMS)等技术手段对28个目标分子进行了结构表征,研究了其对细胞分裂周期25磷酸酯酶B(Cdc25B)的抑制活性。 结果表明,21个目标分子表现出优良的抑制活性,9个目标分子的抑制活性优于阳性参照物,有望成为抗肿瘤药物先导物。  相似文献

3,5-Di(hydroxyalkyl) derivatives of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole and the corresponding derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole obtained by diazotizing them are converted by reaction with SOCl2 into the hydrochlorides of 4-amino-3,5-di(chloroalkyl)-1,2,4-triazoles and 3,5-di(chloroalkyl)-1, 2,4-triazoles. The dinitrate of 3,5-di(hydroxymethyl)-1,2,4-triazole has been prepared. When the cyanohydrazide of glycolic acid is heated with hydrazine hydrate, 4,5-diamino-3-hydroxymethyl-1, 2,4-triazole is formed.  相似文献

Spectroscopic methods (ir, 1H- and 13C-nmr, ms and uv) have been used for the structural elucidation and identification of different isomeric 1,2,4-triazole derivatives, obtained by cyclisation reactions from appropriate diaminoguanidines. The four compounds 3,4-diamino-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 3-hydrazino-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 3-amino-4-(2,6-dichlorobenzylideneamino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole and 3-(2,6-dichlorobenzylidenehydrazino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole, were chosen as representative structures to illustrate the general spectroscopic properties for 3,4-diamino- and 3-hydrazino-substituted 4H-1,2,4-triazoles and the corresponding hydrazones, with different substituents in the 5-position of the triazole ring (alkyl-, aralkyl-, mercapto-, hydroxy- and amino-groups). Nmr and uv spectroscopy were found to be the best methods for confirmation of the different series of hydrazones, while ir and nmr were found to be suitable for the structural elucidation of compounds in the series of 3,4-diamino- and 3-hydrazino-4H-1,2,4-triazoles, respectively.  相似文献

4-Amino-1,2,4-triazole (1) undergoes facile condensation with aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding 4-(arylidene-amino)-4H-[1,2,4]-triazole (2a–h) in good yield. Rearrangement of compounds (2a–h) with benzoyl isothiocyanate/4-chloro-benzoyl isothiocyanate/2,4-dichloro-benzoyl isothiocyanate yields corresponding 1,3,5-oxadiazine derivatives (3). Structural elucidation of these compounds was based on elementary analysis and spectral data studies. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities.  相似文献

A method for the preparation of new 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole derivatives has been suggested based on modification of the N-hydroxymethyl group by nitration and nucleophilic substitution reactions. Thermal stability of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole N-nitroxy- and N-azidomethyl derivatives, as well as of dinitrates, 5,5′-dinitro-2,2 ′-bisnitroxymethyl-2 H,2′H-3,3 ′-bi(1,2,4-triazole) and -(nitromethylene)bis(1,2,4-triazole), has been studied.  相似文献

以3-甲基-4-氨基-5-乙氧羰基甲硫基-1,2,4-三唑为原料,与取代芳醛合成9种3-甲基-4-(X-取代基苯亚甲基氨基)-5-乙氧羰基甲硫基-1,2,4-三唑席夫碱化合物a~i。 产物结构经1H NMR、IR和MS等技术手段确证。 其中化合物3-甲基-4-(4-羟基苯亚甲基氨基)-5-乙氧羰基甲硫基-1,2,4-三唑h进一步经X射线单晶衍射得到其晶体结构(CCDC:910927):C14H16N4O3S,Mr=320.37,Orthorhombic,P2(1)2(1)2(1)/n,a=0.9220(10) nm,b=1.5823(17) nm,c=2.1667(2) nm,V=3.161(6) nm3,Z=8,F(000)=1344。 化合物对4种植物病原菌的初步生物活性测试结果(EC95值)表明,化合物d、e、f对供试菌种西瓜枯萎病和小麦赤霉病的抑菌活性优于对照原药三唑酮。  相似文献
