The reactions of 1-aryl-5,5-dichloropenta-2,4-dien-1-ones with ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of EtONa give ethyl 4-aryl-6-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-4-hydroxy-2-oxocyclohexane-carboxylates. Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers. For stereoisomers with exo-orientation of H(7), complete assignment of13C NMR signals was performed on the basis of analysis of the13C-1H coupling constants using two dimensional heteronuclear shift-correlating spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The reactions of 2-, 3-, and 4-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridines with methyl iodide afford the corresponding quaternary salts. Analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra showed that the quaternization of the nitrogen atom considerably enhances the -acceptor effect of the pyridine ring on the pyrrole ring and on the vinyl group. 1-Methyl-2-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridinium iodide contains no weak intramolecular C--H...N hydrogen bond present in the starting compound.  相似文献

According to the1H and13C NMR spectral data, the vinyl group in 1-vinyl-2-formylimidazole and 1-vinyl-2-formylbenzimidazole istrans-oriented with respect to the formyl fragment, while the carbonyl group occupies theanti-position with respect to the N atom of pyridine cycle. Participation of the proton in a specific intramolecular C−H...X (X=N, 0) interaction leads to an increase in its geminal1H−1H and1H−31P spin-spin coupling constants (SSCC). According toab initio calculations carried out in the 6–31G** basis set, the observed effect is mainly due to the change in the diamagnetic spin-orbital contribution to SSCC. Summary 1H,13C, and CP/MAS13C NMR spectra of sixp-substituted 1-aryl-3-arylamino-2-propen-1-ones in solution and in the solid state are reported and discussed. In the proteon-accepting solvent dimethylsulfoxide, electronegative substituents shift the isomeric equilibrium to the (E)-isomer. Bulky substituents promote crystallization of the (Z)-form.

In protonenakzeptierendem Dimethylsulfoxid verschieben elektronegative Substituenten das Gleichgewicht zum (E)-Isomer. Große Substituenten begünstigen die Kristallisation in der (Z)-Form.

The products2,3 of the reaction ofE/Z-1-benzenesulfonyl-3-(1-pentenyl)-indole (1) and N-phenylmaleimide were analysed by1H-NMR spectroscopy. Exemplarily, the structure elucidation of theendo-cyclo-adduct2 b was achieved by using several NMR techniques (diff. NOE-, INDOR-measurements, decoupling experiments, spectra simulation). The1H-NMR-spectroscopically gained prediction of relative configuration and conformation of2 b was supported on X-ray analysis. The cyclohexene ring of the new cycloadducts adopts in the liquid phase and in the crystal a slightly twisted boat conformation.

The reactions of isatin, benzotriazole, and succinimide with formaldehyde and methylamine yield monoamines RCH2N(Me)CH2R and methylenediamines RCH2N(Me)CH2N(Me)CH2R. The use of ethylenediamine as the amino component affords N,N"-disubstituted imidazolidines, while the reactions with 3-aminopropan-1-ol give N-substituted tetrahydro-1,3-oxazines. RCH2NBui 2 was obtained from succinimide, formaldehyde, and diisobutylamine. Nitrosative cleavage of the amines obtained was studied; it was shown that monoamines and methylenediamines give N-nitrosoamines RCH2N(NO)Me, which were structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. RCH2NBui 2 affords diisobutylnitrosamine, while imidazolidines transform into dinitroso compounds RCH2N(NO)CH2CH2N(NO)CH2R.  相似文献

The signals in the13C NMR spectra of 2,3,4,5-tetraphenyl-1-germacyclopenta-2,4-dienes (R1=R2=H, Me,cyclo-C3H5, SiMe3, SnMe3, R1=Me, R2=H, Cl) were completely assigned using 2D NMR spectroscopy. The pattern of the variation of the chemical shifts in the13C NMR spectra indicates that the effects of substituents R1 and R2 on the heterocycle and on the phenyl groups are of inductive rather than mesomeric origin and include the direct through-space polarization of bonds (field effect). Summary The three-dimensional potential energy functions have been calculated from highly correlated multireference configuration interaction electronic wavefunctions for theX 3 B 1,a 1 A 1, andb 1 B 1 states of the NH 2 + ion. For the quasi-linear electronic ground state this information and the electric dipole moment functions have been used to calculate spectroscopic constants, line intensities and rotationally resolved absorption spectra. For thea 1 A 1-b 1 B 1 bent/quasi-linear Renner-Teller system ro-vibronic energy levels have been obtained from a variational approach accounting for anharmonicity, rotation-vibration and electronic angular momenta coupling effects. We prepared novel ionic liquid submicron particles (ILSPs) in water by emulsifying the ionic liquid (IL) N-(2-methoxyethyl)-N-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (Pyr12O1TFSI), which is immiscible with water, with the nonionic surfactants Tween 20 and Span 80. The mean particle size and zeta potential of the ILSPs were about 580?nm and ?30?mV, respectively. The ILSPs were characterized using 1H and 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic methods. The chemical shifts of the Pyr12O1+ cation and TFSI? anion in the 1H and 19F NMR spectra of the ILSP suspension were consistent with those corresponding to pure Pyr12O1TFSI. This indicated that most of the Pyr12O1TFSI was still in the IL state in the ILSP suspension. In addition, 1H–1H nuclear Overhauser effect correlated spectroscopic measurements showed that the ILSP droplets contained Pyr12O1TFSI in the neat IL steric state even in the ILSP suspension, and Pyr12O1TFSI species localized in the droplet surfaces interacted with the hydrophobic acyl side chains of the surfactants. These NMR spectroscopic results show that the ILSPs formed an IL-in-water microemulsion in which droplets of neat Pyr12O1TFSI were surrounded by the two surfactants, that is, Tween 20 and Span 80.  相似文献

New Schiff bases of 1-vinyl- and 1-ethyl-substituted imidazoles and benzimidazoles were synthesized. The condensation reactions of 2-amino- and 2-formylimidazoles with 2-aminobenzimidazoles are virtually independent of the nature of the substituent (CH=CH2 or Et) at position 1 of the heterocycle. A precise, reliable, sensitive, and selective method for the determination of titanium(IV) is described. Titanium(IV) reacts withN 1-hydroxy-N 1,N 2-diphenylbenzamidine (HDPBA) and thiocyanate to form an orange-coloured mixed-ligand complex of stoichiometry 112 (Ti SCN HDPBA). The complex is quantitatively extractable into toluene from 0.05–0.15M hydrochloric acid. The spectrum of the complex exhibits an absorption maximum at 400 nm with a molar absorptivity of 20000M –1 cm–1 and the coloured system obeys Beer's law in the concentration range 0.20–3.0 gml–1 titanium. The effects of foreign ions and of various experimental parameters have been studied to establish the optimum conditions for the extraction and determination of titanium. The precision of the method has been evaluated and the relative standard deviation has been found to be 0.53%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of titanium in synthetic matrices corresponding to titanium-containing ores, minerals, and alloys.  相似文献

2-(1-Alkoxyimino-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-5-trimethylsilylfurans were synthesized by the condensation of 2-(trifluoroacetyl)-5-trimethylsilylfuran with alkoxyamines. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopic data, the alkoxyimino group in the E-isomers descreens the H-3 and H-4 protons of the furan ring more strongly than in the Z-isomers, shifting their signals downfield. [6Li]-α-(phenylthio)benzyllithium 1-6Li was studied in THF/[D8]THF solution (1:1) in the presence of several acyclic and cyclic polyether ligands by 1H,6Li-HOESY, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The question whether these ligands are bonded to lithium or not is important for physical–organic investigations as well as for studies of the ground state of (stereoselective) reactions of organolithium compounds in the presence of such ligands. Dimethoxyethane is not bonded to lithium under these conditions. The acyclic ethers diglyme and triglyme coordinate only weakly to the organolithium compound and form contact ion pairs (CIPs) at 25°C. At −80°C, CIPs are in equilibrium with separated ion pairs (SIPs). Very stable complexes of 1-6Li are obtained with crown ether ligands. Addition of 12-crown-4 and 15-crown-5, respectively, results in the exclusive formation of SIPs at 25°C and −80°C. With 18-crown-6, a CIP–SIP equilibrium is observed at 25°C which is shifted entirely to the SIP side at −80°C. Graphical analyses of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the polyether complexes of 1-6Li revealed correlations between the chemical shifts of the para phenyl carbon C-5, the para phenyl proton H-5, the benzylic carbon C-1, and the proton–carbon coupling constant J(C-1,H-1) of 1-Li, which are useful probes for the charge distribution within the carbanionic moiety of 1-6Li in the respective complexes, and thus for the ion pair character as a function of the polyether complexation of lithium.  相似文献

The equilibrium reaction between tellurium(II) dithiolates and thiols, Te(SR1)2 + 2 HSR2 ? Te(SR2)2 + 2 HSR1 was studied by means of 1H- and 125Te NMR spectroscopy and ab initio quantum chemical methods. It was found that the reaction is catalyzed by Brønsted acids and bases, the catalytic activity corresponding to the strength of the respective acid or base. Investigation of the initial step of the reaction, Te(SR1)2 + HSR2 ? Te(SR1)(SR2) + HSR1, showed it to proceed according to first order kinetics for Te(SR1)2, HSR2 and for the catalyst. Ab initio geometry optimizations and frequency calculations suggest [Te(SR1)(HSR1)(HSR2)]+ and [Te(SR1)2(SR2)]? to be stable intermediates and not transition states in the acid and base catalyzed reactions, respectively. The reaction hence proceeds via an additional elimination rather than an S N 2 mechanism. The catalytic activity displayed by acids and bases can be applied to reduce the temperature in synthesis of thermally labile tellurium(II) dithiolates.  相似文献

The complexation reactions between Mg2+,Ca2+,Sr2+ and Ba2+ metal cations with macrocyclic ligand, dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 (DCH18C6) were studied in methanol (MeOH)–water (H2O) binary mixtures at different temperatures using conductometric method . In all cases, DCH18C6 forms 1:1 complexes with these metal cations. The values of stability constants of complexes which were obtained from conductometric data show that the stability of complexes is affected by the nature and composition of the mixed solvents. While the variation of stability constants of DCH18C6-Sr 2+ and DCH18C6-Ba2+versus the composition of MeOH–H2O mixed solvents is monotonic, an anomalous behavior was observed for variations of stability constants of DCH18C6-Mg2+ and DCH18C6-Ca2+ versus the composition of the mixed solvents. The values of thermodynamic parameters (ΔHc°, ΔSc°) for complexation reactions were obtained from temperature dependence of formation constants of complexes using the van’t Hoff plots. The results show that in most cases, the complexation reactions are enthalpy stabilized but entropy destabilized and the values of thermodynamic parameters are influenced by the nature and composition of the mixed solvents. The obtained results show that the order of selectivity of DCH18C6 ligand for metal cations in different concentrations of methanol in MeOH–H2O binary system is: Ba2+>Sr2+>Ca2+> Mg2+.  相似文献

运用脉冲激光光解-激光诱导荧光(PLP-LIF)的方法在293-573 K的温度范围内测量了C2(X1Σg+)自由基与不饱和碳氢化合物(C2H4和C2H2)气相反应的双分子反应速率常数. 获得的速率常数可以用Arrhenius 公式表达如下(单位: cm3·molecule-1·s-1): k(C2H4)=(1.16±0.10)×10-10exp[(290.68±9.72)/T], k(C2H2)=(1.36±0.02)×10-10exp[(263.85±7.60)/T], 误差为2σ. 由获得的双分子反应速率常数及其所呈现的负温度效应, 我们认为在293-573 K温度范围内C2(X1Σg+)自由基和不饱和碳氢化合物的反应遵循加成机理.  相似文献
