Cyclocondensation of 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine ( 10 ) with chlorovinyl aldehyde 7 afforded the linear regioisomer 9,1 1-diamino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 1 ) while the cyclocondensation of 2,6-diamino-4-hydroxypyrimidine ( 11 ) or 6-amino-2,4-dihydroxypyrimidine ( 12 ) with chlorovinyl aldehyde 7 was regiospecific affording the linear regioisomers 9-amino-11-oxo-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 2 ) and 9,11-dioxo-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinoline ( 3 ) respectively. The linear structures of these compounds were established by 1H nmr and 13C nmr spectral data.  相似文献

The total assignments of the 1H-nmr and 13C-nmr spectra of 5H-dibenz[b,f]azepine [1] and 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b,f]azepine ( 2 ) have been made based on comparison with the corresponding 4,6-dideuterated derivatives 3 , and 4 . These compounds were prepared via repeated lithiations and subsequent deuterations of 1 and 2 .  相似文献

Four novel mononuclear ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(dmb)2L]2+ [dmb = 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine, L = imidazo‐[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP), 2‐phenylimidazo‐[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (PIP), 2‐(4′‐hydroxyphenyl)imidazo‐[4,5‐f] [1,10] phenanthroline (HOP), 2‐(4′‐dimethylaminophenyl) imidazo‐[4, 5‐f] [1,10] phenanthroline (DMNP)] were synthesized and characterized by ES‐MS, 1H NMR, UV‐vis and electrochemistry. The nonlinear optical properties of the ruthenium(II) complexes were investigated by Z‐scan techniques with 12 ns laser pulse at 540 nm, and all of them exhibit both nonlinear optical (NLO) absorption and self‐defocusing effect. The corresponding effective NLO susceptibility |x3| of the complexes is in the range of 2.68 × 10?12‐4.57 × 10?12 esu.  相似文献

Halide abstraction from [(Ph3P)2Rh(μ‐Cl)]2 by the sodium salt of the weakly coordinating [BArf4]? anion [Arf = C6H3(CF3)2‐3,5] in the presence of excess arene offers a convenient, high‐yielding route to the half‐sandwich cations [(arene)Rh(PPh3)2]+[BArf4]? [arene = benzene ( 1 ), toluene ( 2 )]. Crystalline samples of 1 and 2 are isomorphous [a = 13.1270(2), b = 15.3030(2), c = 17.5760(3) Å, α = 74.620(1), β = 81.533(1), γ = 88.540(1)° for 1 ] and feature the arene ligand bound to the rhodium atom in η6 fashion.  相似文献

Roemeria refracta DC. (Papaveraceae) of Turkish origin yielded two novel epimeric N-oxides, (?)-(5R, 11S,14R)-reframidine N-oxide ( = (?)-(5R, 11S,14R)-11,12-dihydro-14-methyl-11,5-(iminomethano)-5H -cyclohepta[1, 2-f: 4, 5-f′]bis[1,3]benzodioxole 14-oxide; 1 ) and (?)-(5R, 11S, 14S)-reframidine N-oxide ( = (?)-(5R, 11S, 14S)-11, 12-dihydro-14-methyl-11, 5-(iminomethano)-5H-cyclohepta[1, 2-f:4, 5-f′]bis[1, 3]benzodioxole 14-oxide; 2 ). The isolated (?)-roelactamine ( = (?)-11, 12-dihydro-14-methyl-11, 5-(iminomethano)-5H-cyclohepta[1, 2-f:4, 5-f′]bis[1, 3]benzodioxol-15-one, 4 ) is the first natural isopavinoid incorporating a lactam group. The epimeric (?)-15-(2-oxopropyl)reframidines ( = (?)-1-[11, 12-dihydro-14-methyl-11, 5-(iminomethano)-5H-cyclohepta[1, 2-f:4, 5-f′]bis[1, 3]benzodioxol-15-y1]propan-2-ones; 5/6 ) and the epimeric (?)-ethyl (reframidin-15-yl)acetates ( = (?)-ethyl [11, 12-dihydro-14-methyl-11, 5-(iminomethano)-5H-cyclohepta[1, 2-f:4, 5-f′]bis[1, 3]benzodioxol-15-y1]acetates; 7/8 ) are probably artifacts. (±)-Coclaurine ( 9 ), (±)-N-methylcoclaurine ( 10 ), (?)-roemeridine ( 11 ), and N-feruloyltyramine ( 12 ) are also isolated from R. refracta together with the previously reported bases. Specific 13C-NMR assignments are reported for the first time for the isopavines.  相似文献

Twenty-one 1,3-diaminobenzo[f]quinazolines ( 2 , R = H, alkyl, halogen, methoxy) were synthesized as planar tricyclic analogs of the antimalarial agent pyrimethamine ( 1 ). The synthetic methods included i) condensation of 1-cyano-2-naphthylamines with cyanamide in the presence of pyridine hydrochloride, ii) cyclization of N1,N5-bis(2-naphthyl)biguanide hydrochlorides in diphenyl ether at 250°, iii) reaction of 2-naphthylamine hydrochlorides with excess sodium dicyanamide in boiling 1-octanol, and iv) selenium dioxide dehydrogenation of 1,3-diamino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]quinazolines. A number of new 2-naphthols and 2-naphthylamines were synthesized as intermediates. Substituent effects on the ultraviolet absorption spectra of 1,3-diamino-benzo[f]quinazolines were investigated and found to be additive. These compounds are of interest as inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase and as potential antimalarial and antitumor agents.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of 1,4,5,8-tetraazaphenanthrene (pyrazino[2,3-f] quinoxaline), eleven of its derivatives [2- and 3-chloro, -methoxy and -(1′-piperidino), 2,3-dichloro, -dimethoxy, -dimethyl and -di(1′-piperidino) and 9-methoxy] and of 1,4,5,8,9,12-hexaazatriphenylene (dipyrazino[2,3-f: 2′,3′-h]quinoxaline) have been assigned by {1H} selective decoupling experiments, correlations and additivities of substituent-induced chemical shifts and proton–carbon coupling patterns. 合成了2-苯基-咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉和对二甲氨基-2-苯基-咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉两种咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉衍生物, 并经过一、二维核磁共振谱以及质谱方法的验证. 利用1H NMR、质谱以及紫外可见分光光度法, 考察了以六~八元瓜环为主体, 咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉衍生物为客体的作用体系, 以及形成的主客体包结配合物的结构特征. 研究结果表明: 三种瓜环均与2-苯基-咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉发生相互作用, 客体以较小的苯基一端穿过瓜环内腔直至苯基部分和菲咯啉部分分别露置在瓜环的两个端口外, 特别是八元瓜环能容纳两个客体分子. 而对二甲氨基-2-苯基-咪唑[4,5-f]-1',10'-菲咯啉仅能与七及八元瓜环相互作用, 作用模式与前者相同.  相似文献

Summary The treatment of a mixture of linearly and angularly annelated 2-substituted oxazolo[4,5-f]quinolones (5a–c) and oxazolo[5,4-g]quinolones (6a–c) and similarly the treatment of 2-substituted oxazolo[5,4-f]quinolones (7a–c) and oxazolo[4,5-g]quinolones (8b,c) with POCl3 afforded substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[4,5-f]quinolines (9a–c) and 2-substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[5,4-f]quinolines (10b,c), respectively. Crystal Structures, Normal Coordinate Analyses, and 15N NMR and 77Se NMR Chemical Shifts of trans ‐[OsO2(NCO)4]2–, trans ‐[OsO2(NCS)4]2–, and trans ‐[OsO2(SeCN)4]2– The crystal structures of trans‐(Ph3PNPPh3)2[OsO2(NCO)4] ( 1 ) (orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 19.278(3), b = 16.674(4), c = 19.982(2) Å, Z = 4), trans(n‐Bu4N)2[OsO2(NCS)4] ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1, a = 12.728(3), b = 12.953(3), c = 16.255(6) Å, α = 97.39(4), β = 105.62(2), γ = 95.25(3)°, Z = 2) and trans‐(n‐Bu4N)2[OsO2(SeCN)4] ( 3 ) (tetragonal, space group I4/m, a = 13.406(2), c = 12.871(1) Å, Z = 2) have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, showing the bonding of NCO and NCS via the N atom but the coordination of SeCN via the Se atom to osmium. Based on the molecular parameters of the X‐ray determinations the vibrational spectra have been assigned by normal coordinate analyses. The valence force constants are for 1 fd(OsO) = 6.43, fd(OsN) = 3.32, fd(NC) = 14.50, fd(CO) = 12.80, for 2 fd(OsO) = 6.56, fd(OsN) = 1.75, fd(NC) = 15.00, fd(CS) = 5.50, and for 3 fd(OsO) = 6.75, fd(OsSe) = 0.99, fd(SeC) = 3.23, fd(CN) = 15.95 mdyn/Å. The observed NMR shifts are δ(15N) = –386.6 ( 1 ), δ(15N) = –294.7 ( 2 ) and δ(77Se) = 108.8 ppm ( 3 ).  相似文献

比较研究了以C2O42-为共反应物时5个结构相关的Ru(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2L1]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L2]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L3]2+, [Ru(phen)2L1]2+和[Ru(phen)2L2]2+(其中bpy=2,2′-联吡啶, phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉, L1=4-羧基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉, L2=3-羧基-4-羟基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉, L3=3,4-二羟基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉)的电致化学发光(ECL)性质. 结果表明, 酚羟基的存在能有效地淬灭Ru(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2L2]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L3]2+和[Ru(phen)2L2]2+的ECL, 其它Ru(II)配合物的ECL量子效率与[Ru(bpy)3]2+相差不大.  相似文献

The oxidative degradation of tricyclic antidepressants (TCA) was studied in the presence of a large excess of the oxidizing agent manganese(III) and its reduced form manganese(II) sulfate in acidic media. The products were detected and identified using UV–vis, ESI‐MS, IR, and EPR methods. The mechanism of the reaction was studied for the following two classes of TCA: 10,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenz[b, f]azepines and dibenz[b, f]azepines. The oxidative degradation between dibenz[b, f]azepines and the manganese(III) ions resulted in the formation of substituted acridine with the same substituent as in the origin dibenz[b, f]azepine derivative. The pseudo–first‐order rate constants (kobs) were determined for the degradation process. The dependences of the observed rate constants on the [MnIII] with a zero intercept were linear. The reaction between 10,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenz[b, f]azepines, and the manganese(III) sulfate ion resulted in oxidative dehydrogenation, which proceeded via the formation of the following two intermediates: a free organic radical and a dimer. Further oxidation of the second intermediate led to a positively charged radical dimer as the single final product. Linear dependences of the pseudo–first‐order rate constants (kobs) on the [MnIII] with a zero intercept were established for the degradation of 10,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenz[b, f]azepines. The observed rate constants were dependent on the [H+] and independent of the [TCA] within the excess concentration range of the manganese(III) complexes used in the isolation method. The radical product of the degradation of 10,11‐dihydro‐5H‐dibenz[b, f]azepines was not stable in the aqueous solution and was subsequently transformed to a nonradical dimer in the next slower step. The observed rate constants were independent of the [MnIII], independent of the [H+] and increased slightly with increasing TCA concentrations when TCA was used in excess. The mechanistic consequences of all of these results are discussed.  相似文献

Two previously unknown heterocyclic ring systems, namely, [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-f]quinoline ( 4 ) and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-g]quinoline ( 5 ) were synthesized via photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(2-phenanthryl)benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 8 ) followed by chlorination and dechlorination. The total assignment of their 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra was determined by utilizing inverse-detected HMQC and HMBC two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C nmr spectral assignment of indolizino[3,4,5-a,b]isoindole and 2-methylthiobenz[f]-imidazo[5,1,2-c,d]indolizine are described. A concerted interpretation of the HMQC, HMQC-TOCSY, HMBC and nOe-difference experiments were used to assign the 1H and 13C resonances of indolizino-[3,4,5-a,b]isoindole, whereas for 2-methylthiobenz[f]imidazo[5,1,2-c,d]indolizine a concerted interpretation of the COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments were used to generate spectral assignments.  相似文献

This paper estimates some thermochemical (in kcal mol–1) and detonation parameters for the ionic liquid, [emim][ClO4] and its associated solid in view of its investigation as an energetic material. The thermochemical values estimated, employing CBS‐4M computational methodology and volume‐based thermodynamics (VBT) include: lattice energy, UPOT([emim][ClO4]) ≈? 123 ± 16 kcal · mol–1; enthalpy of formation of the gaseous cation, ΔfH°([emim]+, g) = 144.2 kcal · mol–1 and anion, ΔfH°([ClO4], g) = –66.1 kcal · mol–1; the enthalpy of formation of the solid salt, ΔfH°([emim][ClO4],s) ≈? –55 ± 16 kcal · mol–1 and for the associated ionic liquid, ΔfHo([emim][ClO4],l) = –52 ± 16 kcal · mol–1 as well as the corresponding Gibbs energy terms: ΔfG°([emim][ClO4],s) ≈? +29 ± 16 kcal · mol–1 and ΔfGo([emim][ClO4],l) = +24 ± 16 kcal · mol–1 and the associated standard absolute entropies, of the solid [emim][ClO4], S°298([emim][ClO4],s) = 83 ± 4 cal · K–1 · mol–1. The following combustion and detonation parameters are assigned to [emim][ClO4] in its (ionic) liquid form: specific impulse (Isp) = 228 s (monopropellant), detonation velocity (VoD) = 5466 m · s–1, detonation pressure (pC–J) = 99 kbar, explosion temperature (Tex) = 2842 K.  相似文献

The synthesis of two previously unknown heterocyclic ring systems, namely benzo[h]naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thi-eno[2,3-c]quinoline (1) and benzo[f]naphtho[2′,1:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline (2) was accomplished via photocyclization of the appropriate amides followed by chlorination and catalytic dechlorination. The total assignment of 1H and 13C nmr spectra of 2 was determined utilizing two-dimensional nmr methods, providing unequivocal structural proof of the two novel polycyclic ring systems.  相似文献

To confirm the structure of ethyl 9-methoxybenz[f]indole ( 8a ) prepared from ethyl pyrrole-2-carboxylate ( 4 ) via a new synthetic route, the following chemical correlation work was performed. Ethyl 9-methoxybenz[f]in-dole ( 8a ) was converted to 1-benzyl-3-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenz[f]indole ( 25 ), which was alternatively and authentically synthesized from ethyl 3-methylpyrrole-2-carboxylate ( 11 ). On the basis of the established route to the benz[f]indole nucleus, two representative benz[f]indoles, benz[f]indole ( 1 ) and 4,9-dioxobenz[f]indole ( 26 ) were synthesized.  相似文献

New heterocyclic compounds 1‐(3‐methyl‐9H‐dibenzo[b,f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐d][1,4]diazepin‐6‐yl)ethanone 8a , 1‐(3‐methyldibenzo[b,f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐d][1,4]oxazepin‐6‐yl)ethanone 8b , and 1‐(3‐methyldibenzo[b,f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐d][1,4]thiazepin‐6‐yl)ethanone 8c are synthesized from benzodiazepinone, benzoxazepinone, and benzothiazepinone derivatives. These heterocyclic scaffolds have wide medicinal importance. Best results were obtained in antibacterial screening against Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, and Staphylococcus aureus and antifungal screening against Candida albicans and Fusarium oxysporum. 1,1‐Diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activities of compounds 6c , 7c , and 8c were tested in doses 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 μg/mL and were expressed as IC50 values and percent of inhibition with means ± standard deviation of three different concentrations of synthesized compounds. The assignment of the structures of synthesized compounds was made by thin‐layer chromatography, elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The synthesis of a number of 3-(substituted thiosemiearbazido)-2-(a]koxycarbonyl)indones (1) from 2-alkoxycarbonyl-1, 3-indandiones and substituted thiosemicarbazides is described. Cyeliza-tion of compounds 1 in the presence of a variety of catalysts gave substituted Δ2-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thiones (3) and (4), instead of the expected substituted 3(4H)-thioxoindeno[2,1-f]-2H-1,2,4-triazepine-5(5aH),6-diones (2). The preparation of 4-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxo-2-indanylmethyl)semi-carbazide ( 9 ) is reported. Cyelization of 9 gave 5,5a-dihydro-5a-methylindeno[2,1-f]-2H-1,2,4-triazepine-3(4H),6-dione ( 10 ). Structure assignments of these compounds are discussed.  相似文献

Summary Gamma radiation was used to prepare three cross-linked, unfilled samples of highly elastomeric polydimethylsiloxane. Portions of each sample were studied in elongation to their rupture points, at 30 °C, in both the unswollen state and swollen with low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane fluid. Values of the volume fraction ν2 of polymer in the networks ranged from 1.00 to 0.40. None of the stress-strain isotherms obtained showed any upturn in the reduced force or modulus [f *] at high elongation, an observation in agreement with the conclusion that such increases in [f *], when observed, are due to strain-induced crystallization. All of the isotherms were well represented by the semi-empirical equation [f *]=2C 1+2C 2 α −1, whereα is the elongation, and 2C 1 and 2C 2 are the Mooney-Rivlin constants. Values of 2C 2, which serves as a measure of the extent to which [f *] varies with elongation, showed a decrease with decrease in ν2, and generally also with decrease in degree of cross-linking. The ultimate properties reported were the valuesλ r and [f *], of the total elongation and the reduced force, respectively, at the rupture point. Decrease in degree of cross-linking causes a significant increase inλ r and a significant decrease in [f *] r ; decrease in ν2, however, has only a relatively small effect onλ r and [f *] r .
