We present a simple method for the fabrication of a magnetic amino‐functionalized zinc metal‐organic framework based on a magnetic graphene oxide composite. The resultant framework exhibited a porous 3D structure, high surface area and good adsorption properties for nitrogen‐containing heterocyclic fungicides. The adsorption process and capacity indicated that the primary adsorption mechanism might be hydrogen bonding and π‐π conjugation. In addition, an optimized protocol for magnetic solid phase extraction was developed (such as adsorbent content, pH, and desorption solvent), and utilized for the extraction of nitrogen‐containing heterocyclic fungicides from vegetable samples. Quantitation by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry offered a detection limit of 0.21–1.0 μg/L (S/N = 3) with correlation coefficients larger than 0.9975. These results demonstrate that magnetic amino‐functionalized zinc metal‐organic framewor is a promising adsorbent for the extraction and quantitation of nitrogen‐containing heterocyclic fungicides.  相似文献

In‐syringe solid‐phase extraction is a promising sample pretreatment method for the on‐site sampling of water samples because of its outstanding advantages of portability, simple operation, short extraction time, and low cost. In this work, a novel in‐syringe solid‐phase extraction device using metal–organic frameworks as the adsorbent was fabricated for the on‐site sampling of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from environmental waters. Trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were effectively extracted through the self‐made device followed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry analysis. Owing to the excellent adsorption performance of metal–organic frameworks, the analytes could be completely adsorbed during one adsorption cycle, thus effectively shortening the extraction time. Moreover, the adsorbed analytes could remain stable on the device for at least 7 days, revealing the potential of the self‐made device for on‐site sampling of degradable compounds in remote regions. The limit of detection ranged from 0.20 to 1.9 ng/L under the optimum conditions. Satisfactory recoveries varying from 84.4 to 104.5% and relative standard deviations below 9.7% were obtained in real samples analysis. The results of this study promote the application of metal–organic frameworks in sample preparation and demonstrate the great potential of in‐syringe solid‐phase extraction for the on‐site sampling of trace contaminants in environmental waters.  相似文献

A porous carbon designated as MOF‐5‐C was prepared by directly carbonizing a metal–organic framework (MOF‐5). The morphology and microstructure of MOF‐5‐C were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, N2 adsorption, and powder X‐ray diffraction. The MOF‐5‐C retained the original porous structures of MOF‐5, and showed a high Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area (1808 m2 g?1) and large pore volume (3.05 cm3 g?1). To evaluate its adsorption performance, the MOF‐5‐C was used as an adsorbent for the solid‐phase extraction of four phthalate esters from bottled water, peach juice, and soft drink samples followed by high‐performance liquid chromatographic analysis. Several parameters that could affect the extraction efficiencies were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, a good linearity was achieved in the concentration range of 0.1–50.0 ng mL?1 for bottled water sample and 0.2–50.0 ng mL?1 for peach juice and soft drink samples. The limits of detection of the method (S/N = 3) were 0.02 ng mL?1 for bottled water sample, and 0.04–0.05 ng mL?1 for peach juice and soft drink samples. The results indicated that the MOF‐5‐C exhibited an excellent adsorption capability for trace levels of phthalate esters, and it could be a promising adsorbent for the preconcentration of other organic compounds.  相似文献

A novel magnetic porous carbon derived from a bimetallic metal–organic framework, Zn/Co‐MPC, was prepared by introducing cobalt into ZIF‐8. Magnetic porous carbon that possesses magnetic properties and a large specific surface area was firstly fabricated by the direct carbonization of Zn/Co‐ZIF‐8. The prepared magnetic porous carbon material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The prepared magnetic porous carbon was used as a magnetic solid‐phase extraction adsorbent for the enrichment of chlorophenols from water and honey tea samples before high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis. Several experimental parameters that could influence the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, good linearities (r > 0.9957) for all calibration curves were obtained with low limits of detection, which are in the range of 0.1–0.2 ng mL?1 for all the analytes. The results showed that the prepared magnetic porous carbon had an excellent adsorption capability toward the target analytes.  相似文献

We have covalently grafted phenyl-iminodiacetic acid groups onto multi-walled carbon nanotubes via a diazotation reaction. The resulting material was characterized by FT-IR and UV–vis spectroscopy, by TGA, XPS and SEM. It is shown to be a valuable solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the preconcentration of trace quantities of Fe(III), Cu(II) and Pb(II) ion from aqueous solution prior to their determination by ICP-OES. Various factors affectting the separation and preconcentration were investigated. The enrichment factor typically is 100. Under optimized experimental conditions, the maximum adsorption capacities for Fe(III), Cu(II) and Pb (II) are 64.5, 30.5 and 17.0?mg?g-1, respectively, the detection limits are 0.26, 0.15 and 0.18?ng?mL-1, and the relative standard deviations are <2.5% (n?=?6). The new adsorbent shows superior reusability and stability. The procedure was successfully applied to the determination of trace quantities of Fe(III), Cu(II) and Pb (II) in water samples.

Core–shell metal–organic framework materials have attracted considerable attention mainly due to their enhanced or new physicochemical properties compared with their single‐component counterparts. In this work, a core–shell heterostructure of CoFe2O4‐Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework‐8 (ZIF‐8@CoFe2O4) is successfully fabricated and used as an solid‐phase extraction adsorbent to efficiently extract Congo Red and Basic Red 2 dyes from contaminated aqueous solution. Vibrating sample magnetometry indicates that the saturated magnetization of ZIF‐8@CoFe2O4 is 3.3 emu/g, which is large enough for magnetic separation. The obtained hybrid magnetic metal‐organic framework based material ZIF‐8@CoFe2O4 can remove the investigated dyes very fast within 1 min of the contact time. The adsorbent ZIF‐8@CoFe2O4 also shows a good reusability. After regeneration, the adsorbent can still exhibit high removal efficiency (~97%) toward Congo Red for five cycles of desorption–adsorption. This work reveals the great potential of core–shell ZIF‐8@CoFe2O4 sorbents for the fast separation and preconcentration of organic pollutants in aqueous solution before high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis.  相似文献

An adsorbent of carbon dot@poly(glycidyl methacrylate)@Fe3O4 nanoparticles has been developed for the microwave‐assisted magnetic solid‐phase extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental aqueous samples prior to high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV/visible spectroscopy detection. Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization. The chain length and amount of carbon dots attached on them can be easily controlled through changing polymerization conditions, which contributes to tunable extraction performance. The successful fabrication of the nano‐adsorbent was confirmed by transmission electronic microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The extraction performance of the adsorbent was evaluated by using polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons as model analytes. The key factors influencing the extraction, such as microwave power, adsorption time, desorption time and desorption solvents were investigated in detail. Under the optimal conditions, the microwave‐assisted method afforded magnetic solid‐phase extraction with short extraction time, wide dynamic linear range (0.02–200 μg/L), good linearity (R2 ≥ 98.57%) and low detection limits (20–90 ng/L) for model analytes. The adsorbent was successfully applied for analyzing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental aqueous samples and the recoveries were in the range of 86.0–124.2%. Thus, the proposed method is a promising candidate for fast and reliable preconcentration of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in real water samples.  相似文献

Global warming is considered as one of the great challenges of the twenty‐first century. Application of CO2 capture and storage technologies to flue gas is considered to be a useful method of lessening global warning. Highly porous carbon has played an important role in tackling energy and environmental problems. We attempted to synthesize a highly porous carbon adsorbent by carbonizing a highly crystalline metal–organic framework (MOF) without any carbon precursors and focused on the adsorption of CO2 and CH4 gases and CO2/CH4 selectivity at 298, 323 and 348 K using a volumetric apparatus. The MOF‐derived porous carbon (MDC) was prepared by direct carbonization of MOF‐199 as a template at 900 °C under nitrogen atmosphere. Amino‐impregnated MDC samples exhibited enhanced adsorption capacities by a combination of physical and chemical adsorption. Polyethyleneimine (PEI) was selected as the amine source, which was found to greatly enhance CO2 capture when supported on the porous carbon. Novel PEI‐impregnated MDC nanocomposites were synthesized by wetness impregnation and then characterized using various methods.  相似文献

A novel magnetic metal‐organic framework composite was prepared by a self‐assembly approach. The material properties were characterized by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetric analysis, and X‐photoelectron spectroscopy. Then, the as‐prepared material was used as an adsorbent and indicated great enrichment ability toward glyphosate, glufosinate, bialaphos, and their main metabolites aminomethylphosphonic acid and 3‐methylphosphinicopropionic acid. Based on this, an efficient magnetic solid‐phase extraction method combined with ultra high performance liquid chromatography with high‐resolution mass spectrometry for the pretreatment and determination of five target compounds in environmental waters was established. Parameters that could impact on the adsorption performance had been studied in detail. The proposed method was successfully applied for the simultaneous determination of glyphosate, glufosinate, bialaphos, and their main metabolites aminomethylphosphonic acid and 3‐methylphosphinicopropionic acid in environmental water with recoveries in range of 86.2–104.6% with relative standard deviations less than 10%. Desired linearity was achieved varying from 1 to 100 μg/L for five target analytes, respectively. The limits of detection were between 0.01 and 0.03 μg/L.  相似文献

Aminosilanized magnetic carbon microspheres as a novel adsorbent were designed and fabricated. The adsorbent was used for the magnetic solid‐phase extraction of bisphenols at trace levels from environmental water samples before liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry analysis. The structure, surface, and magnetic behavior of the as‐prepared aminosilanized magnetic carbon microspheres were characterized by elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The effects of the experimental parameters were investigated by the Plackett–Burman design, and then the parameters that were significant to the extraction efficiencies were optimized through a response surface methodology. The aminosilanized magnetic carbon microspheres exhibited high adsorption efficiency and selectivity for bisphenols. Under optimal conditions, low limits of detection (0.011–2.22 ng/L), and a wide linear range (2–3 orders of magnitude), good repeatability (4.7–7.8%, n = 5), and reproducibility (6.0–8.3%, n = 3) were achieved. The results demonstrate that the novel adsorbent possesses great potentials in the determination of trace levels of bisphenols in environmental water samples.  相似文献

In this work, mesoporous silica (SBA‐15‐NH2) was used as an efficient adsorbent for extraction of chlordiazepoxide from different samples based on dispersive nanomaterial‐ultrasound assisted microextraction followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography. The prepared sorbent was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, low‐angle X‐ray diffraction, thermal analysis, and N2 adsorption‐desorption surface area measurement. Several variables affecting the extraction efficiency of the chlordiazepoxide, including the amounts of adsorbent, time of adsorption, pH and volume of desorption solvent were optimized by central composite design combined with desirability function. The values of variables were set as 10 mg of SBA‐15‐NH2, 15 min adsorption time, pH = 7.3 and 1 mL methanol. The linear response (0.998) was obtained in the range of 0.006–10 µgmL?1 with detection limit 0.0014 µg/mL and extraction recovery was in the range of 91–96% with relative standard deviation < 6%.  相似文献

Microcystins (MCs), produced by freshwater cyanobacteria, can be serious water pollutants, so it is important to monitor their concentration in drinking water. We have developed a method for rapid and accurate determination of microcystin levels in environmental water, using magnetic solid‐phase extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. The magnetic composite material, which was combined with cetylpyridinium chloride, was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The optimal extraction of microcystins in water sample was achieved by optimizing the amount of adsorbent, time of adsorption, ratio of eluting solvent, and volume of eluent. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection of MC‐LR was 0.001 μg/L, and the limit of quantification was 0.0028 μg/L. The limit of detection of MC‐RR was 0.001 μg/L, and the limit of quantification was 0.003 μg/L. These values are far lower than those established by the International Health Organization for the maximum concentration of microcystins in drinking water. The magnetic solid‐phase extraction adsorbent used in this method has the advantages of simple preparation, low price, and easy solid–liquid separation, and it can be used for the rapid and sensitive monitoring of trace microcystins in environmental water samples.  相似文献

A novel adsorbent made of polydopamine‐functionalized magnetic graphene and carbon nanotubes hybrid nanocomposite was synthesized and applied to determine 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by magnetic solid phase extraction in water samples. FTIR spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy consistently indicate that the synthesized adsorbents are made of core–shell nanoparticles well dispersed on the surface of graphene and carbon nanotubes. The major factors affecting the extraction efficiency, including the pH value of samples, the amount of adsorbent, adsorption time and desorption time, type and volume of desorption solvent, were systematically optimized. Under the optimum extraction conditions, a linear response was obtained for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons between concentrations of 10 and 500 ng/L with the correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9958 to 0.9989, and the limits of detection (S/N = 3) were between 0.1 and 3.0 ng/L. Satisfactory results were also obtained when applying these magnetic graphene/carbon nanotubes/polydopamine hybrid nanocomposites to detect polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in several environmental aqueous samples.  相似文献

Dense and homogeneous metal–organic framework (MOF) coatings on functional bead surfaces are easily prepared by using intermediate sacrificial metal oxide coatings containing the metal precursor of the MOF. Polystyrene (PS) beads are coated with a ZnO layer to give ZnO@PS core–shell beads. The ZnO@PS beads are reactive in the presence of 2‐methylimidazole to transform part of the ZnO coating into a porous zeolitic imidazolate framework‐8 (ZIF‐8) external shell positioned above the internal ZnO precursor shell. The obtained ZIF‐8@ZnO@PS beads can be easily packed in column format for flow‐through applications, such as the solid‐phase extraction of trace priority‐listed environmental pollutants. The prepared material shows an excellent permeance to flow when packed as a column to give high enrichment factors, facile regeneration, and excellent reusability for the extraction of the pollutant bisphenol A. It also shows an outstanding performance for the simultaneous enrichment of mixtures of endocrine disrupting chemicals (bisphenol A, 4‐tert‐octylphenol and 4‐n‐nonylphenol), facilitating their analysis when present at very low levels (<1 μg L?1) in drinking waters. For the extraction of the pollutant bisphenol A, the prepared ZIF‐8@ZnO@PS beads also show a superior extraction and preconcentration capacity to that of the PS beads used as precursors and the composite materials obtained by the direct growth of ZIF‐8 on the surface of the PS beads in the absence of metal oxide intermediate coatings.  相似文献

A simple and rapid solid phase extraction?Cflow injection procedure is developed for on-line trace determination of Cu(II) and Pb(II) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified with a new Schiff??s base, 2,2??-(1E, 1E??)-(4-Methyl-1, 2-phenylene) bis (azen-1-yl-1-ylidine) bis (Methane-1-yl-1-ylidene) diphenol was used as a novel adsorbent material. Quantitative simultaneous extraction was obtained at pH 7.0. The retained metal ions were then eluted efficiently with 1.0?M HNO3 into the nebulizer of FAAS for on-line determination. Different variables affecting the preconcentration efficiency, including pH, eluent concentration, sample and eluent flow rates and sample loading time, were optimized. Using 3?min preconcentration of sample solution at flow rate of 5?mL?min?1 provided the enrichment factors of 20 and 21.5 for Cu(II) and Pb(II), respectively, at a sampling frequency of 17?h?1. The detection limits (3??) were found to be 0.80 and 1.80???g?L?1 for Cu(II) and Pb(II), respectively; and the relative standard deviations at 0.05???g?mL?1 of these metal ions were 1.7 and 1.8% (n?=?8), respectively. The accuracy was assessed by analysis of a certified reference material NKK-916 and the obtained results are in good agreement with certified amounts of Cu(II) and Pb(II). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of target analytes in different real samples.  相似文献

A new composite nanofiber of polyacrylonitrile doped with copper benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylate metal‐organic framework was fabricated by electrospinning and used as a microsorbent in the solid‐phase extraction of trace tetracycline. The chemical structure of the adsorbent was studied by X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area analysis, and Barrett‐Joyner‐Halenda pore size and volume analysis techniques. The significant parameters of the method including desorption solvent kind and volume, adsorbent mass, pH, and salt percentage were investigated. At the optimized conditions, the linear range was 8–1000 μg/L with a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.9954. The limits of detection and quantification were 2.40 and 8.00 μg/L, respectively. The inter‐ and intraday precisions were 4.7 and 3.4%, respectively. The developed extraction method was followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography and applied for the determination of tetracycline in human blood plasma, and good relative recoveries (97.3‐104.5%) were obtained.  相似文献

Polymeric resins are practically important adsorbents in a wide variety of applications, but they generally suffer from low surface areas and limited functionalized adsorption sites owing to their closely compacted and tangled polymeric chains. A metal–organic framework (MOF)–polymer composite with enhanced adsorption capacity against the compacted polymeric resins was reported. The strategy to incorporate functionalized oligomer within the cavities of the MOF was demonstrated by the preparation of MIL‐101(Cr) incorporated with N‐methyl‐d ‐glucamine‐based organosiloxane polymer. The resulting MOF composite shows high efficiency for the removal of boric acid from water because of exceptionally high loading of functional groups responsible for the boron adsorption. This material offers promising perspectives for boron removal applications in seawater desalination.  相似文献

A solid phase extraction procedure has been developed using multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as a solid sorbent and quinalizarin [1,2,5,8-tetrahydroxyanthracene-9,10-dione] as a chelating agent for separation and preconcentration of trace amounts of some heavy metal ions, Cd(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Pb(II) and Zn(II) before their determination by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). The influences of the analytical parameters, including pH, amounts of quinalizarin and adsorbent, sample volume, elution conditions such as volume and concentration of eluent, flow rates of solution and matrix ions, were investigated for the optimum recoveries of the analyte ions. No interference effects were observed from the foreign metal ions. The preconcentration factor was 100. The detection limit (LOD) for the investigated metals at the optimal conditions were observed in the range of 0.30–0.65 μg L?1. The relative standard deviation (RSDs), and the recoveries of standard addition for this method were lower than 5.0% and 96–102%, respectively. The new procedure was successfully applied to the determination of analytes in food, water and environmental samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new facile, rapid, inexpensive, and sensitive method for the analysis of six trace trichlorophenols in seawater samples was developed by magnetic micro‐solid‐phase extraction coupled to liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Core–shell covalently functionalized ferroferric oxide coated with aminated silicon dioxide and decorated with multiwalled carbon nanotubes was applied as an adsorbent to perform the extraction process. The effect of factors including solution pH, contact time, adsorbent amount, and ionic strength were investigated in detail. The obtained results revealed that the proposed adsorbent was a highly effective and low‐cost magnetic micro‐solid‐phase extraction material for the enrichment of 2,3,4‐trichlorophenol, 2,3,5‐trichlorophenol, 2,3,6‐trichlorophenol, 2,4,5‐trichlorophenol, 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol, and 3,4,5‐trichlorophenol from seawater. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries ranged from 88.0 to 99.5% at the three spiking levels, the limits of detection and the limits of quantification were 0.002 and 0.007 μg/L for the six trichlorophenols, respectively. The intra‐ and interday relative standard deviations were 2.0–6.7 and 4.5–8.9%, respectively. The calibration curves showed a good linearity in the range of 0.02–5.0 μg/L. The routine run analyses showed that the developed method was fast, simple, accurate, solvent‐saving and high resolution, and it was suitable for the determination of trace trichlorophenols in seawater.  相似文献
