高超声速溢流冷却是一种新型的飞行器热防护方法,基本思想为:在高热流区布置溢流孔,控制冷却液以溢流方式流出,之后通过飞行器表面摩阻作用展布为液膜,形成热缓冲层以降低飞行器表面热流.目前,溢流冷却技术还处于探索阶段,实现工程应用前还需开展大量的实验验证和机理研究工作.本文首次开展溢流冷却的实验研究工作,采用热流测量、液膜厚度测量及液膜流动特性观测技术,搭建了完善的溢流冷却风洞实验平台,对溢流冷却热防护性能和高超声速条件下液膜流动规律进行了初步研究.研究表明:(1)高超声速流场中通过溢流能够在飞行器表面形成液膜并有效隔离外部高温气流,可降低飞行器表面热流率;(2)楔面上的液膜前缘流动是一个逐渐减速的过程,增加冷却液流量液膜厚度变化不明显,但液膜前缘运动速度增大;(3)液膜层存在表面波,在时间和空间方向发生演化,导致液膜厚度的微弱扰动;(4)液膜层存在横向展宽现象,即液膜层宽度大于溢流缝宽度.原因是液膜层与流场边界层条件不匹配,存在压力梯度,迫使冷却液向低压区流动,从而展宽液膜层,并且流量越高,横向展宽现象越明显.  相似文献

高超声速液膜冷却技术是通过一系列狭缝或孔洞压出冷却工质,在飞行器表面边界层形成一层低温冷却膜,阻止高超声速气流对飞行器的气动加热.其作为一种主动冷却方式在高超声速飞行器表面热防护有着巨大的应用潜力.文章采用数值方法,结合VOF模型,研究25 km飞行高度和Ma=5气流条件下的液膜铺展情况,并通过不同冷却工质的入射速度、角度、表面张力和黏性系数条件,讨论了液膜在平板上的演化过程和冷却机理.结果表明,在气流作用下,液膜向壁面下游发展,液膜的存在导致边界层分离,连续液膜会在一定位置断裂为液块,然后进一步破碎为液滴.入射条件和液体性质的改变,会影响液膜沿流向的发展,具体表现在连续液膜断裂点的位置和连续液膜的厚度.在所设定的计算域内,壁面热流降低了80%~95%,液膜对壁面的冷却效率随着液膜形态的变化而变化.  相似文献

电子发汗冷却是一种新型的高超声速主动热防护技术,利用材料的热电子发射效应,通过热电子将热载荷转移至流场下游,降低了尖前缘结构热流密度峰值和梯度,为高超飞行器尖前缘结构热防护系统设计提供了新的思路.作为一种潜在的冷却技术,文章主要介绍了电子发汗冷却的工作原理、技术特点,综述了国内外相关研究进展,并对未来发展需解决的关键问题进行了讨论.  相似文献

高超声速气流条件下飞行器内/外部流动中存在强湍流及脉动、边界层转捩、激波-边界层干扰和高温真实气体效应等耦合效应,表征该非定常流动现象对飞行器气动力、气动热以及目标光电特性等产生的影响是高超声速流动研究中的前沿课题.速度作为表征流动过程最重要的参数之一,准确的速度测量对于深入理解上述复杂流动-传输机理以及高超声速飞行器设计具有重要指导意义.文章针对高超声速流场速度测量中几种常用的非接触式激光测试技术进行了综述,主要包括基于空间法的粒子图像测速,基于激光吸收光谱、激光诱导荧光和瑞利散射的多普勒测速,基于飞行时间法的分子标记测速,以及基于流场折射率的聚焦激光差分干涉测速技术.首先简要介绍每种激光测速技术的基本原理,然后进一步介绍该技术在高超声速自由流、层/湍流边界层、激波/边界层干扰、尾流或其他复杂流动区域的速度及其脉动度测量等方面的典型应用,分析各种技术环境适用性及面临的局限性和挑战.最后对基于激光技术的高超声速流场速度测量进行了总结及发展趋势展望.  相似文献

高超声速飞行器强激波后高温气体形成具有导电性的等离子体流场,电离气体为磁场应用提供了直接工作环境.磁流体控制技术利用外加磁场影响激波后的离子或电子运动规律,可有效地改善高超声速飞行器气动特性,在飞行器气动力操控和热环境管理等方面均具有广阔的应用前景; 同时,超导材料及电磁技术的发展又重新推动了这一领域的研究热潮.虽然国内外在高超声速磁流体流动控制领域已开展了一些研究工作,但其实验研究依然极具挑战, 且由于实验条件及测量技术等限制,其压力、热流等参数的测量并没有得出较为系统的结论,因此需要对影响脱体激波距离、热流、压力变化的规律及机理进行深入研究; 同时,数值模拟方法和理论分析也亟待可靠的实验数据来对其进行验证.本综述调研和讨论了基于高温真实气体效应的磁流体流动控制技术研究,主要针对磁流体流动控制的试验技术、数值模拟、理论方法以及流动控制的主要研究方向等进行了总结,并对其发展趋势进行了讨论和展望.   相似文献

针对高超声速飞行器飞行时翼前缘存在着严重的气动加热问题,为了保证翼前缘的尖锐外形,提出疏导式热防护结构,利用内置高温热管结构为翼前缘提供热防护。采用数值模拟和电弧风洞试验的方法对翼前缘疏导式结构进行了分析,得到翼前缘内置高温热管具有的防热效果。数值模拟结果表明在一定热环境条件下,翼前缘驻点温度下降了304 K,尾部最低温度升高了130 K,实现了热流从高温区到低温区的疏导,减弱了翼前缘的热载荷,强化了翼前缘的热防护能力。通过电弧风洞试验可以获得相同的热防护结果,并且在一定飞行条件下高温热管可以自适应启动,验证了数值模拟方法的准确性以及翼前缘内置高温热管疏导式热防护结构的可行性。  相似文献

针对传统的与钝体轴线共线安装的固定式激波针方法在有攻角状态所存在的问题, 在前人工作基础上得到一种新型高超声速飞行器减阻/降热方法------自适应激波针方法. 将该方法应用于三维高超声速轴对称钝锥外形以及扁平楔外形, 并采用数值模拟的方法对其进行了概念验证. 在0○~120○攻角范围内, 对不同L/D参数的激波针外形流场以及前缘壁面的压力、热流分布等进行了对比分析. 结果表明, 这种新型自适应激波针方法无论在无攻角还是有攻角状态, 均可有效降低高超声速飞行器头部壁面的压力和热流, 可以有效解决传统激波针方法在较大攻角情况状态下失效的问题.   相似文献

高超声速飞行器研究中的一个重点问题是飞行器表面的气动加热,它对飞行器的气动、热特性及安全性有重要的影响.受到当前实验技术的限制,地面实验无法准确模拟真实飞行条件,所以采用数值模拟研究气动加热问题成为目前重要的研究手段.本文采用数值方法求解三维N-S方程,得到钝头体再入模型绕流的瞬态流场,驻点温度及表面热流沿轨道变化规律.计算中采用变边界条件模拟沿轨道飞行的非定常性.  相似文献

传统乘波构型的高超声速飞行器尖锐的前缘存在严重的气动加热问题,而简单的前缘钝化气动防热方法由于造成很大的升阻比损失,难以发挥实质性作用. 引入``人工钝前缘(ABLE)'概念,拟以一种新的思路解决这一矛盾. 通过定义ABLE构型的外形参数,并采用CFD数值计算方法研究了各参数对气动力和气动热特性的影响规律,在流场分析的基础上进行了外形优化,最终得到令人满意的新型高超声速飞行器头部外形,总结了运用ABLE概念进行气动防热的相关设计原则和规律.   相似文献

报道关于高温燃气自由喷流(热喷流)、燃气喷流/主流干扰流对气动热环境影响的实验研究结果. 其意义在于: 抽象出高超声速飞行器实际飞行时燃气喷流及其干扰流的物理模型, 为高超声速飞行器防热需求提供实验依据. 实验主流由脉冲风洞提供,燃气喷流用氢氧燃烧驱动路德维希管的方式产生. 利用脉冲风洞驱动段压力信号自动控制热气源的产生以保证风洞主流与燃气喷流同步, 利用氢气、氮气和氧气的不同比例实现燃气喷流的热力学相似. 实验技术上完成了高温燃气喷流系统的参数采集与系统状态标定; 实验内容上开展了压缩拐角平板模型的气动热实验研究, 通过实验比较了只有主流流场、只有热喷流流场和既有主流流场又有热喷流流场(即干扰流场)3种工况的热流分布. 实验研究发现,热喷流/主流相互干扰会对压缩拐角平板上某一范围内的气动热环境造成显著影响, 热流峰值较无喷流流场高出一个量级.   相似文献

The Navier-Stokes equations coupled with species continuity equations which govern the transpiration cooling at hypersonic Mach numbers are solved numerically. The flowfield variables over a flat plate are computed at a flow Mach number of 8.5 with helium and carbon dioxide as coolant gases. The analysis shows that the transpiration cooling has significant effect on the flowfield profiles, reduces the heat transfer and skin friction at the wall and increases the boundary layer thickness. Helium gas is found to be a relatively more effective coolant in transpiration cooling. A multi-row effusion cooling configuration with scaled gas turbine combustor conditions is studied numerically, using a novel wall-proximity-based hybrid LES-RANS approach. The distribution of the coolant film is examined by surface adiabatic cooling effectiveness (ACE). Simulation results have shown that the accuracy of cooling effectiveness prediction is closely related to the resolution of turbulent flow structures involved in hot-cold flow mixing, especially those close to the plate surface. The formation of the coolant film in the streamwise direction is investigated. It is shown that the plate surface directly downstream the coolant holes are covered well by the coolant jets, while surface regions in between the two columns of the coolant holes could not be protected until the coolant film is developed sufficiently in the spanwise direction in the downstream region. More detailed study has also been carried out to study the time-averaged and time-dependent flow fields. The relation between the turbulent flow structures and coolant film distribution are also examined. The Kelvin–Helmholtz instability in the upper and lower coolant jet shear layer, is found to have the same frequency of around 8000 Hz, and is independent of the coolant hole position. Additionally, it is suggested by the spectral coherence analysis that those unsteady flow structures from the lower shear layer are closely related to the near wall flow temperature, and such effect is also independent of the coolant hole position.  相似文献

Our purpose is to design a high heat flux micro-evaporator that can remove more than 100 W/cm2. For this purpose a thin liquid film is evaporized. The liquid film is stabilized in micro-channels by capillary forces. The micro-channels are fabricated by chemical etching on silicon to reduce thermal resistance. For the experiments, the channel plate is heated by an ITO thin film heater deposited on the opposite side of the channel plate. Influence of heat flux, coolant flow rate, and inlet temperature on the temperature of the heater element are investigated. Water is used as working fluid. A maximal heat flux of 125 W/cm2 could be achieved for water inlet temperature of 90 °C and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature of the heater element is kept constant at about 120 °C with fluctuations within 8 °C. The measured pressure drop is less than 1000 Pa.  相似文献

Effects of embedded longitudinal vortices on heat transfer in film-cooled turbulent boundary layers at different blowing ratios are discussed. These results were obtained in boundary layers at free-stream velocities of 10 and 15 m/s. Film coolant was injected from a single row of holes at blowing ratios of 0.47–1.26. A single longitudinal vortex was induced upstream of the film-cooling holes using a half-delta wing attached to the wind tunnel floor. Heat transfer measurements were made downstream of injection using a constant heat flux surface with 126 thermocouples for surface temperature measurements. For all blowing ratios examined, the embedded vortices cause significant alterations to wall heat transfer and to film cooling distributions. Measurrments of mean temperatures and mean velocities in spanwise planes show that high wall heat transfer regions are associated with regions of high near-wall longitudinal velocity where very little film coolant is present. In addition to high heat transfer regions associated with the vortex downwash, there are also secondary heat transfer peaks. These secondary peaks develop due to shear layer mixing and interaction between the vortex and cooling jets and become higher in magnitude and more persistent with downstream distance as the blowing ratio increases from 0.47 to 1.26.  相似文献

 The film cooling performance on a convex surface subjected to zero and favourable pressure gradient free-stream flow was investigated. Adiabatic film cooling effectiveness values were obtained for five different injection geometries, three with cylindrical holes and two with shaped holes. Heat transfer coefficients were derived for selected injection configurations. CO2 was used as coolant to simulate density ratios between coolant and free-stream close to gas turbine engine conditions. The film cooling effectiveness results indicate a strong dependency on the free-stream Mach number level. Results obtained at the higher free-stream Mach number show for cylindrical holes generally and for shaped holes at moderate blowing rates significant higher film cooling effectiveness values compared to the lower free-stream Mach number data. Free-stream acceleration generally reduced adiabatic film cooling effectiveness relative to constant free-stream flow conditions. The different free-stream conditions investigated indicate no significant effects on the corresponding heat transfer increase due to film injection. The determined heat flux ratios or film cooling performance indicated that coolant injection with shaped film cooling holes is much more efficient than with cylindrical holes especially at higher blowing rates. Thin-film technology has been used to measure the heat transfer coefficient and cooling effectiveness over heavily film cooled nozzle guide vanes (NGVs). The measurements were performed in a transonic annular cascade which has a wide operating range and simulates the flow in the gas turbine jet engine. Engine-representative Mach and Reynolds numbers were employed and the upstream free-stream turbulence intensity was 13%. The aerodynamic and thermodynamic characteristics of the coolant flow (momentum flux and density ratio between the coolant and mainstream) have been modelled to represent engine conditions by using a foreign gas mixture of SF6 and Argon. Engine-level values of heat transfer coefficient and cooling effectiveness have been obtained by correcting for the different molecular (thermal) properties of the gases used in the engine-simulated experiments to those which exist in the true engine environment. This paper presents the best combined heat transfer coefficient and effectiveness data currently available for a fully cooled, three-dimensional NGVs at engine conditions.  相似文献

This paper presents flow visualisation experiments for a novel film-cooling hole, the converging slot-hole or console for short. Previously published experimental results have demonstrated that the console improved both the heat transfer and the aerodynamic performance of turbine vane and rotor blade cooling systems. Flow visualisation data for a row of consoles were compared with that of cylindrical and fan-shaped holes and a slot at the same inclination angle of 35° to the surface, on a large-scale, flat-plate model at engine-representative Reynolds numbers in a low speed tunnel with ambient temperature mainstream flow. In the first set of experiments, the flow was visualised by using a fine nylon mesh covered with thermochromic liquid crystals, allowing the measurement of gas temperature contours in planes perpendicular to the flow. This data demonstrated that the console film was similar to a slot film, and remained thin and attached to the surface for the coolant-to-mainstream momentum flux ratios of 1.1 to 40 and for a case with no crossflow (infinite momentum flux ratio). A second set of flow visualisation experiments using water/dry-ice fog have confirmed these results and have shown that the flow through all coolant geometries is unsteady.  相似文献

Described is the type of vaporisation which takes place when a thermal resistance, consisting in a film of a substance of low heat conductivity, is placed between the surface of a quenched sample and the cooling liquid. This type of vaporisation, larvate boiling, is characterised by an alternate wetting/non-wetting of the solid surface.Two conditions are necessary for larvate boiling: thermal resistance and surface effusivity.Substituting larvate boiling for film boiling allows the heat flux between a solid surface at high temperature and the cooling liquid to be greatly increased.  相似文献

The coupled boundary-value problem of nonstationary heat and mass transfer within the outer thermal insulation layer and the vapor outlet channel of a combined radiative-evaporative thermal protection system is formulated. The overall dimensional and weight characteristics of the system are calculated for a set of its parameters and two specified modes of the external heat flux and pressure variation, schematically modeling hypersonic aircraft flights 30 min and 60 min long with a maximum heat flux of 105 W/m2. Combined and passive radiative thermal protection systems are compared under the above-mentioned external conditions. It is shown that both the thickness of the outer thermal insulation layer and the total weight of the combined thermal protection system may be considerably less than the passive equivalents.Moscow.
