5',6',7',8'-Tetrahydro-1'H,3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,2'-quinazolin]-4'-one in Mannich reaction

The Mannich aminomethylation of 5',6',7,'8'-tetrahydro-1'H,3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,2'-quinazolin]-4'-one leads to formation of a heterocyclic system containing an annelated azabicyclic fragment. Hydrolysis of the indicated spirans gives 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes.     

3-(2-二唑啉基)-色酮类化合物的合成研究

报道了取代的邻羟基苯乙酮(1a～1e)经Vilsmeier-Haack反应一步制得3-醛基色酮(2a～2e),2a～2e与取代的芳酰肼(3a～3c)缩合制得15个酰腙类化合物(4a～4o),4a～4o在醋酸酐作用下关环得15个3-(2-苝二唑啉基)-色酮(5a～5o),并通过元素分析,IR,~1H NMR和MS诺数据确证了上述化合物的结构。     

三联吡啶RP-HPLC法测定锌、铜、钴和镍

6,6”-二甲基-4’-苯基-2,2’：6’,2-三联吡啶（TPY）作为一种新型配体,用于光度法单独测定金属离子的研究工作已有报道。但由于该试剂与过渡金属离子形成螯合物的吸收峰与显色剂的吸收峰相近,测定时相互干扰,致使光度分析方法的选择性不理想。

研究了3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-4-氨基-5-巯基-1, 2, 4-三唑(1)与取代苯甲酸和脂肪酸(2a-r)在POCl3催化下的反应, 共合成得到18个新的3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-6-烷基/芳基-均三唑并[3, 4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑(3a-r), 经元素分析,IR, 1H NMR和MS进行了结构确证。     

First Total Synthesis of (-)-4-O-(6'-Hydroxy-7'(9')-Dehydro-6',7,-Dihydrogeranyl)-Coniferyl Alcohol

Some Ligularia species have long used as folk remedies due to their antibiotic, antiphlogistic and antitumor activities.¹ Compound 1,² a novel coniferyl alcohol, was isolated from ligularia duciformis(Compoitae). The geometrical structure of 1,determined by spectroscopic techniques, was corresponded to 4-o-(6,-hydroxy-7'(9')-dehydro-6',7'-dihydrogeranyl)-coniferyl alcohol. But its absolute configuration at C-₆,has not yet been determined. Herein, we report the total synthesis of (6'S)-(-)-1 from Geraniol 2 through 9 steps (Scheme 1).

本文报道3-甲硫基-5-羟基-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(4)及N^2-[5'-(3'-甲硫基-6'-乙氧羰基)-1',2',4'-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-氧代-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(8)分子内,甲硫基的氧化及其就地与取代芳胺进行亲核取代反应.3-甲砜基和N^2-[5'-(3'-甲硫基-6'-乙氧羰基)-1',2',4'-三嗪基]作为离去基,其离去能力相近.     

Synthesis of 2',3'-dideoxy-6',6'-difluorocarbocyclic nucleosides

2',3'-Dideoxy-6',6'-difluorouracils, a novel series of gem-difluoromethylenated carbocyclic nucleosides, were synthesized from (Z)-but-2-ene-1,4-diol in 14 steps. A notable step was the construction of the carbocyclic ring via ring-closing metathesis and the incorporation of gem-difluoromethylene group by way of silicon-induced Reformatskii-Claisen reaction of chlorodifluoroacetic ester 3.     

Synthesis of [ethylene-1-(eta(5)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-indenyl)-2- (eta(5)-4',5',6',7'-tetrahydro-2'-indenyl)]titanium dichloride, the elusive isomer of the Brintzinger-type ansa-titanocenes

We present a short synthesis of 1-(2-indenyl)-2-(3-indenyl)ethane (5) and a method for its conversion to the ansa-metallocene [ethylene(eta5-inden-1-yl)(eta5-inden-2-yl)]titanium dichloride (13). The synthetic strategy applied to prepare bisindene 5 relies on the efficient alkylation of 2-(phenylsulfonyl)indane followed by HMPA-assisted E1cB-elimination of phenylsulfinate. This tandem sequence circumvents the predisposition of indene to undergo C(1)-alkylation and enables access to C(2)-substituted indenes. The key step in the synthesis of the title ansa-titanocene (4) features a previously unreported equilibration step to generate the bis(indenide anion) of 5. Complexation with TiCl4.(THF)2 followed by hydrogenation of the product metallocene furnishes ansa-titanocene 4.     

13C and 15N NMR chemical shifts of 1-(2',4'-dinitrophenyl) and 1-(2',4',6'-trinitrophenyl) pyrazoles in the solid state and in solution

The (13)C and (15)N CPMAS NMR spectra of 18 pyrazoles substituted at position 1 by dinitrophenyl and trinitrophenyl (picryl) groups have been recorded. To help in the assignments, some of these compounds were studied in DMSO-d(6) solution. Phenomena such as the conformation of the N-aryl groups and broadening of splittings due to quadrupolar nuclei are discussed.
