Chlorotrifluoroethene is converted in situ to [F2CCFSiMe3]. The crude [F2CCFSiMe3] solution is reduced with lithium aluminum hydride to (HFCCFSiMe3), which (without isolation) is converted to (Z)-HFCCFSnBu3. Subsequent metallation and trapping of the vinyllithium reagent with Bu3SnCl gives (E)-Bu3SnCFCFSnBu3 in 73% overall yield. Only two isolation steps are required and the use of Me3SiCl and F2CCFCl provides a cheap, economical route to this useful synthon.  相似文献

The alkenylaminoallenylidene complex [Ru(η5-C9H7){CCC(NEt2)[C(Me)CPh2]}{κ(P)-Ph2PCH2CHCH2}(PPh3)][PF6] (2) has been prepared by the reaction of the allenylidene [Ru(η5-C9H7)(CCCPh2){κ(P)-Ph2PCH2CHCH2}(PPh3)][PF6] (1) with the ynamine MeCCNEt2. The reaction proceeds regio- and stereoselectively, and the insertion of the ynamine takes place exclusively at the CβCγ bond of the unsaturated chain. The secondary allenylidene [Ru(η5-C9H7){CCC(H)[C(Me)CPh2]}{κ(P)-Ph2PCH2CHCH2}(PPh3)][PF6] (3) is obtained, in a one-pot synthesis, from the reaction of aminoallenylidene 2 with LiBHEt3 and subsequent treatment with silica. Moreover, the addition of an excess of NaBH4 to a solution of the complex 2 in THF at room temperature gives exclusively the alkynyl complex [Ru(η5-C9H7){CCCH2[C(Me)CPh2]}{κ(P)-Ph2PCH2CHCH2}(PPh3)] (5). The heating of a solution of allenylidene derivative 3 in THF at reflux gives regio- and diastereoselectively the cyclobutylidene complex [Ru(η5-C9H7) (PPh3)][PF6](4) through an intramolecular cycloaddition of the CC allyl and the CαCβ bonds in the allenylidene complex 3. The structure of complex 4 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Treatment of GeCl2 · dioxane with the Grignard reagent RMgBr (R = 2,5-tBu2C6H3) furnishes the tetraaryldigermene R2GeGeR2 (4). The X-ray structure analysis of 4 reveals a long GeGe double bond of 236.4 pm and the largest trans-bending angles of the substituents (42.6° and 37.2°) observed so far. The reaction of hexa-2,4-diyne with the germylene R2Ge: (R = 2-tBu-4,5,6-Me3C6H) yields red crystals of the acetylene-bridged bis(germaethene) (Me)R2GeC-CC-CGeR2(Me) 7, the red colour of which indicates conjugation between the two double bonds.  相似文献

New pentafluoro-λ6-sulfanylacrylates (F5SCHCHCHO, F5SCHCHCN, F5SCHCHCOOCH3) were synthesized by a convenient and efficient method. These compounds are useful as intermediates in the preparation of pentafluoro-λ6-sulfanyl-containing cyclic and heterocyclic Diels-Alder cycloadducts.  相似文献

Pentacarbonyl dimethylamino(methoxy)allenylidene tungsten, [(CO)5WCCC(OMe)NMe2] (1b), reacts with one equivalent of primary amines, H2NR, by selectively replacing the methoxy group to give dimethylamino(amino)allenylidene complexes, [(CO)5WCCC(NHR)NMe2]. When the amine is used in excess both terminal groups, OMe as well as NMe2, are replaced by the primary amino group giving [(CO)5WCCC(NHR)2 ]. The NHR substituent in these complexes may be modified by deprotonation with LDA followed by alkylation. The replacement of the methoxy group in 1b by a secondary amino group, NR2, can be achieved by a stepwise process. Addition of Li[NR2] to the Cγ atom of 1b affords an alkynyl tungstate. Subsequent OMe elimination induced by TMS-Cl/SiO2 yields the allenylidene complexes [(CO)5WCCC(NR2)NMe2]. When bidentate diamines are used instead of monoamines both substituents, OMe and NMe2, are replaced and allenylidene complexes are formed in which Cγ constitutes part of a 5-, 6-, or 7-membered heterocycle. The reaction of [(CO)5CrCCC(OMe)NMe2] (1a) with diethylene triamine affords an allenylidene complex with a heterocyclic endgroup carrying a dangling CH2CH2NH2 substituent. All reactions follow a strict regioselective attack of the nucleophile at Cγ and proceed with good to excellent yields. The addition of N-H to the CαCβ bond is not observed. By applying either one of these routes nearly any substitution pattern in bis(amino)allenylidene complex can be realized.  相似文献

The degradation of poly(lactide-co-p-dioxanone)-based shape memory poly(urethane-urea) (SMPU) in vitro was investigated by observing the changes of the pH value of incubation media, weight loss rate, molecular weight and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) during degradation duration of 12 weeks. Moreover, 1H NMR was used to precisely study the degradation position by calculating the change of characteristic peaks value. The results revealed that the introduction of p-dioxanone (PDO) and -NH-(CO)- and -HN-(CO)-NH- would increase the hydrophilicity of polymer, so the degradation of SMPUs is higher than PDLLA control in the initial time, however, the degradation rate decreased in the anaphase of degradation, which can be attributed to the alkalic -NH2 from the NH2 and -NH-(CO), -NH-(CO)-NH-.  相似文献

The push-pull character of two series of donor-acceptor azines has been quantified by 13C, 15N chemical shift differences of the partial C(1)N(1) and N(2)C(2) double bonds in the central linking C(1)N(1)-N(2)C(2) unit and by the quotient of the occupations of the bonding π and anti-bonding π orbitals of these bonds. Excellent correlation of the latter push-pull parameter with the corresponding bond lengths dCN strongly recommend both the occupation quotients π/π and the corresponding bond lengths as reasonable sensors for quantifying the push, pull character along the CN-NC linking unit, for the donor-acceptor quality of the two series of azines and for the molecular hyperpolarizability ß0 of these compounds. Within this context, reasonable conclusions concerning the interplay of steric hindrance in the chromophore, push-pull character and hyperpolarizability of the azines and their application as NLO materials will be drawn.  相似文献

A series of heterobinuclear ferrocene-ruthenium complexes Fc(CHCH)nRuCl(CO)(PMe3)3 (n = 1, 3; n = 2, 12), Fc(CHCH)RuCl(CO)(Py)(PPh3)2 (4), and trimetallic Fc(CHCH)RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(Py-E-(CHCH)Fc) (6) have been prepared. The length of the molecular rods is extended by successive insertion of CHCH spacers in the bridging ligands or the ancillary ligands. The respective products have been fully characterized and the structures of 3 and 12 have been established by X-ray crystallography. Electrochemical studies have revealed that ethenyl heterobimetallic complexes display two successive one-electron processes, and that intermetallic electronic communication between the two endgroups is attenuated with the increase of the length of the conjugated bridge. The electrochemical behavior of the trimetallic complex reveals strong electronic communication between ruthenium and ferrocene transmitted through the ethenyl bridge, however, it also reveals a very weak interaction between ruthenium and ferrocene transmitted through the (E)-CHCH-Py bridge.  相似文献

(Z)-HFCCFZnI was stereoselectively synthesized from activated zinc dust and (Z)-HFCCFI that was synthesized from chlorotrifluoroethene in a sequential manner. Compared to (E)-HFCCFZnI, (Z)-HFCCFZnI was more challenging to prepare in terms of sluggish metallation and formation of by-products, and underwent slower and incomplete Negishi coupling with aryl iodides. In a modification of Negishi coupling, (E)-α,β-difluorostyrenes were stereospecifically prepared in good to excellent yields under mild conditions from aryl iodides and (Z)-HFCCFZnI with the co-catalysis of Pd(PPh3)4/Cu(I)Br. Experimental investigation and mechanistic rationalization suggested that Cu(I)Br would be a scavenger of free ligands for the facilitation of Pd(PPh3)2 formation, and a supplier of ligand for the metathesis process. Alternatively, (Z)-HFCCFSnBu3 and aryl iodides with an electron-withdrawing group underwent Stille-Liebiskind coupling to afford (E)-α,β-difluorostyrenes.  相似文献

The synthesis of the new ruthenium(II) allenylidene complex [ClRu(dppe)2CCC11H6N2][OTf] (4) (dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) terminated with a 4,5-diazafluorene ligand is reported. Further coordination of that metal allenylidene to ruthenium and rhenium moieties leads to the bimetallic adducts [ClRu(dppe)2CCC11H6N2{Ru(bpy)2}][B(C6F5)4]3 (5a), [ClRu(dppe)2CCC11H6N2{Ru(tBu-bpy)2}][PF6]3 (5b) and [ClRu(dppe)2CCC11H6N2{Re(CO)3Cl}][OTf] (6). Their optical and electrochemical properties show that the allenylidene moiety is an attractive molecular clip for the access to larger original redox-active homo/heteronuclear multi-component supramolecular assemblies. The X-ray crystal structure of the allenylidene metal building block is also described.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the fluorovinyl substituted phosphines PPh2(Z-CFCFH) and PPh2(E-CClCFH) with K2MX4 (M = Pd, Pt; X = Cl, Br, and I) salts has been investigated resulting in the first reported palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes of phosphines containing partially fluorinated vinyl groups. The complexes have been characterised by a combination of multinuclear [1H, 13C{1H}, 19F, 31P{1H}] NMR spectroscopy, and IR/Raman spectroscopy. The single-crystal X-ray structures of trans-[PdX2{PPh2(CFCFH)}2], X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), trans-[PdCl2{PPh2(CClCFH)}2] (4), cis-[PtX2{PPh2(CFCFH)}2], X = Cl (5), Br (6), trans-[PtI2{PPh2(CFCFH)}2] (7), and both cis- and trans-[PtCl2{PPh2(CClCFH)}2] (8), have been determined. Results obtained from spectroscopic and crystallographic data suggest that replacement of a β-fluorine by hydrogen, whilst reducing the steric demand of the ligand, has little effect on the electronic character of the ligand. The presence of a proton in the vinyl group results in short proton-halide secondary interactions in the solid state (d(H?X) = 2.72(3) for 1, and 2.92(5) Å for 2) forming an infinite chain ribbon motif.  相似文献

The di-nitrile complexes trans-[PtCl2(NCR)2] (R = Me, Ph, CH2Ph) react with an excess of gaseous NH3 in CH2Cl2 at −10 °C to form, in high yield, the corresponding di-amidine complexes trans-[PtCl(NH3){HNC(NH2)R}2]Cl in which also one chlorine ligand has been displaced by NH3. The 1H NMR spectra in DMSO showed the formation of different species which were characterized through NOESY, TOCSY and 1H/13C heteronuclear correlations as trans-[Pt(NH3){HNC(NH2)R}2(DMSO)]Cl2 and trans-[PtCl{HNC(NH2)R}2(DMSO)]Cl.  相似文献

The analogues of carboxamides in which the sp2-hybridized oxygen atom is replaced by more electron-withdrawing groups, NSO2CF3 and NSO2C4F9, have been synthesized. The resulting N-perfluoroalkylsulfonyl arenecarboxamidines ArC(NSO2Rf)NH2 (Rf = CF3, C4F9) undergo an oxidative Hofmann-type rearrangement to the corresponding carbodiimides ArNCNSO2Rf under the action of (diacyloxyiodo)arenes. Rearrangement of related compounds ArC(NSO2R)NH2 (R = CH3, Ph) containing fluorine-free substituents at the sulfonyl group also occurs in similar conditions. It was found that the reactivity of amidines rises with the increasing electron-withdrawing ability of the substituent R.  相似文献

Trans-di(ortho-tolylethynyl)bis(dimethylphenylphosphine)palladium(II) reacts above −20 °C with the iodonium reagent IPhCl2 to give predominantly o-Tol-CC-Cl, above 15 °C with IPh2(OTf) (OTf = triflate) to give o-Tol-CC-Ph and (o-Tol-CC)2 in ca. 3:1 ratio, and above 10 °C with IPh(CCR)(OTf) (R = But, SiMe3) to give predominantly o-Tol-CC-CC-R and (o-Tol-CC)2. 31P NMR spectra provide evidence for detection of intermediates. The complexes trans-[Pd(CC-o-Tol)2(PMe2Ph)2] and trans-[PdCl(CC-o-Tol)(PMe2Ph)2] are obtained on reaction of trans-[PdCl2(PMe2Ph)2] with Li(CC-o-Tol) and o-Tol-CCH/Et3N, respectively, and have been characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A stereoselective approach to dienylamines is described, starting from enantiomerically enriched stannylated allylamines, which are in turn derived from amino acids. Conveniently the procedure allows to introduce diversity at 1-,2- and 4- positions of the final compounds. Conversion to vinylstannane has been extended to dipeptido aldehydes. The possible elaboration of 4-methyl substituted dienylamines to Boc-Gly-Ψ[(E)-CHCH]-(l,d)-Ala and Boc-Phe -Ψ[(E)-CHCH]-(l,d)-Ala dipeptide isosters is also shown.  相似文献

The reaction of (Ph3P)3RuCl2 with 1,1-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-ol was investigated in various solvents. The reaction in thf under reflux is reported to produce the (PPh3)2Cl2Ru(3-phenylindenylidene) complex (3) which has undergone rearrangement of the allenylidene C3-spine. We have improved the reliability of the reported synthesis by adding acetyl chloride which converts the formed water of the reaction and thus increases the acidity of the reaction solution. Without the additive, we observed the exclusive formation of an intermediate of the transformation and identified it as dinuclear (PPh3)2ClRu(μ-Cl)3(PPh3)2RuCCCPh2 complex (5). The reaction of (Ph3P)3−4RuCl2 with 1,1-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-ol in CH2Cl2 or C2H4Cl2 under reflux in the presence of excess conc. aqueous HCl afforded the new, neutral (PPh3)2Cl3RuC-CHCPh2 carbyne complex (7), an HCl adduct of previously elusive (PPh3)2Cl2RuCCCPh2 complex 6 in high yields. In contrast to the formation of complex 3, the reaction in a non-coordinating solvent did not afford the rearrangement of the allenylidene C3-spine. Complex 7 was converted into complex 3 in thf under reflux under loss of a molecule HCl. Complex 7 was converted with triethylamine under loss of HCl to complex 6. Pentacoordinate complex 6 was crystallized in the presence of O-donor ligands (EtOH, MeOH and H2O) to give hexacoordinate (PPh3)2Cl2(ROH)RuCCCPh2 (R = H, CH3, C2H5) complexes (9)-(11) with the O-donor coordinating in trans-position to the allenylidene moiety. The reaction of complex 7 with 2 equiv. of 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) gave hexacoordinate (PPh3)2Cl2(DMAP)RuCCCPh2complex (12) with one molecule DMAP also coordinating in trans-position to the allenylidene group. Methanol and acetic acid in the absence of strong bases afforded the Fischer-carbene complexes (PPh3)2Cl2RuC(OCH3)-CHCPh2 (14) and (PPh3)2Cl2RuC(OAc)-CHCPh2 (15) where the nucleophile added to the α-carbon atom. The structures of complexes 5, 7, 9-11, 14, and 15 were solved via X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of (E)-4-ethoxy-l,l,l-trifluoro-3-buten-2-one EtOCHCHCOCF31 with diethyl phosphite (EtO)2P(O)H 2 afforded a 1:1 cis- and trans-mixture of diethyl(l-trifluomethyl-3-ethoxy)allyl-phosphate EtO-CHCH-CH(CF3)OP(O)(OEt)23 via the 1,2-λ5-oxaphosphol-4-ene intermediate. While tributyl phosphine Bu3P added to 1 giving the double addition product Bu3P+CH2-C(COCF3)-CHCH-COCF35. Its resonance structure was fully identified by spectral methods and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. More strong phosphorous nucleophile tris(diethylamino) phosphine (Et2N)3P reacted with 1 to give the known compound (E)-4-(diethylamino)-l,l,l-trifluoro-3-buten-2-one Et2N-CHCH-COCF310 in good yield.  相似文献
