The time reversal symmetric polar phase of the spin-triplet superfluid 3He has two types of Dirac nodal lines. In addition to the Dirac loop in the spectrum of the fermionic Bogoliubov quasiparticles in the momentum space (p x , p y , p z ), the spectrum of bosons (magnons) has Dirac loop in the 3D space of parameters—the components of magnetic field (H x ,H y ,H z ). The bosonic Dirac system lives on the border between the type-I and type-II.  相似文献

In this paper, we perform cosmological-model-independent tests for the distance-duality (DD) relation η(z)=D L(1+z)?2/D A by combining the angular diameter distance D A(or comoving distances D c ) with the luminosity distance D L. The D A are provided by two galaxy clusters samples compiled by De Filippis et al. (the elliptical β model), Bonamente et al. (the spherical β model), the D c are obtained from Hubble parameter data and D L are given from the Union2.1 supernovae (SNe) Ia compilation. We employ two methods, i.e., method A: binning the SNe Ia data within the range Δz=|z?z SNe|<0.005, and method B: reconstructing the D L(z) by smoothing the noise of Union2.1 data set over redshift with the Gaussian smoothing function, to obtain D L associated with the redshits of the observed D A or D c. Four parameterizations for η(z), i.e., η(z)=1+η 0 z, η(z)=1+η 0 z/(1+z), η(z)=1+η 0 z/(1+z)2 and η(z)=1?η 0 ln(1+z), are adopted for the DD relation. We find that DD relation is consistent with the present observational data, and the results we obtained are not sensitive to the method and parameterization.  相似文献

In the paper, a new procedure is proposed to investigate three-dimensional fracture problems of a thin elastic plate with a long through-the-thickness crack under remote uniform tensile loading. The new procedure includes a new analytical method and high accurate finite element simulations. In the part of theoretical analysis, three-dimensional Maxwell stress functions are employed in order to derive three-dimensional crack tip fields. Based on the theoretical analysis, an equation which can describe the relationship among the three-dimensional J-integral J(z), the stress intensity factor K(z) and the tri-axial stress constraint level T z (z) is derived first. In the part of finite element simulations, a fine mesh including 153360 elements is constructed to compute the stress field near the crack front, J(z) and T z (z). Numerical results show that in the plane very close to the free surface, the K field solution is still valid for in-plane stresses. Comparison with the numerical results shows that the analytical results are valid.  相似文献

The paper analyzes Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) and Surface Enhanced Hyper Raman Scattering (SEHRS) spectra of 4,4'-bypiridine molecule for two possible geometries, which are described by D 2 and D 2h symmetry groups. It is pointed out on appearance of sufficiently strong lines, caused by vibrations with the unit irreducible representation for both possible configurations. Appearance of these lines in the SEHRS spectrum points out the existence of a strong quadrupole light-molecule interaction. In addition one observes the lines, caused by vibrations both with the unit irreducible representations A or A g and the irreducible representation B 1 or B 1u . The last ones describe transformational properties of the d z component of the dipole moment, which is perpendicular to the surface. This property of the spectrum is caused by peculiarity of the geometry of the molecule, which consists of two benzene rings, which are weakly connected with each other. The linear combinations of the vibrations of the rings create two nearly degenerated symmetric and anti symmetrical states, which cannot be identified in the experimental spectra. The result is in a full agreement with the dipole-quadrupole theory of SERS and SEHRS.  相似文献

It is shown that one-particle spectra of the lower Hubbard band of bilayer correlated 2D systems with different relative alignments of the spin systems in the layers differ significantly. In particular, the bilayer band splitting differs from zero for identically directed alternating spins of different layers (F z configuration), but tends to zero for antiparallel alignment (AF z configuration). It is found that the type of the alignment of the ground state changes upon an increase in the doping δ from the lower AF z configuration to the F z configuration of the alignment observed for large values of δ. The behavior of bilayer splitting in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ suggests that the configuration of the alignment may change from F z AF z simultaneously with the superconducting transition. The effects associated with the influence of spin alignment on the magnetic excitation spectrum as a method of studying the spin structure of bilayer systems are considered for homogeneous solutions of effective spin models.  相似文献

The transmittance D(ω), reflectance R(ω), and dispersion ω(k) are investigated for waves of various nature propagating through a one-dimensional superlattice (multilayer structure) with arbitrary thickness of the interlayer boundary. The dependences of the band gap widths δωm and their positions in the wave spectrum of the superlattice on the interlayer boundary thickness d and the band number m are calculated. Calculations are performed in terms of the modified coupled-mode theory (MCMT) using the frequency dependence of R(ω), as well as in the framework of perturbation theory using the function ω (k), which made it possible to estimate the accuracy of the MCMT method; the MCMT method is found to have a high accuracy in calculating the band gap widths and a much lower accuracy in determining the gap positions. It is shown that the m dependence of δω m for electromagnetic (or elastic) waves is different from that for spin waves. Furthermore, the widths of the band gaps with m=1 and 2 are practically independent of d, whereas the widths of all gaps for m>2 depend strongly on d. Experimental measurements of these dependences allow one to determine the superlattice interface thicknesses by using spectral methods.  相似文献

Nonequilibrium energies of surface (Rayleigh) lattice oscillations in half-limited crystals with static defects and a two-dimensional layer of hot Fermi and Boltzmann electrons close to the stress free surface were calculated. Substances with electrons heated by an external field retaining their intrinsic temperature for a certain time, T e ? T, where T is the temperature of the lattice, were considered. As shown earlier, the thermodynamic characteristics of thin films can then be determined by nonequilibrium energy of Rayleigh waves (R-phonons) caused by their interaction with hot electrons. This energy decreases as the widths of the energy spectrum of R-phonons increase. In this work, the earlier calculated spectrum widths are used. These widths are caused by the scattering of R-phonons by electrons and static defects close to the surface (point and extended surface defects, edge dislocations perpendicular to the surface and emerging to it, and random lattice grooves in the lattice plane). In all the calculations, the Keldysh diagram technique transformed for half-limited media was used.  相似文献

The spectrum of Ti(IV) excited in a vacuum spark was investigated in the range 250–900 Å with high resolution. Eighty-four lines were measured and identified as transitions from the 3p6ns, 3p6np, and 3p6nf configurations, where n ≤ 8, ≤ 10, and ≤ 8, respectively, and from the 3p53d2 and 3p53d4s configurations. The lines due to the transitions from the autoionizing levels of the 3p53d2 and 3p53d4s configurations were also observed and their widths were measured. The experimental data were compared with the results obtained by calculations using the Hartree-Fock method and semiempirical calculations.  相似文献

The EPR spectrum of a KDy(WO4)2 monoclinic crystal is investigated. It is found that the EPR spectrum of magnetically concentrated materials at a low frequency (9.2 GHz) undergoes a substantial transformation in addition to the well-known broadening of the EPR lines. At low Dy3+ concentrations (x<10?2), the EPR spectrum of an isomorphic crystal, namely, KY(1?x)Dyx(WO4)2, is characterized by the parameters gx=0, gy=1.54, and gz=14.6. For a magnetically concentrated crystal KDy(WO4)2, the g values are as follows: gx=0, gy=0.82, and gz=2.52. It is demonstrated that the difference in the parameters is associated with the specific spin-spin interaction between Dy3+ ions, including the Dzyaloshinski interaction, which is not observed at high frequencies.  相似文献

A self-consistent mathematical model for the transformation of the average intensity of the mode spectrum I(z) of a waveguide field in a multimode planar optical waveguide with a step profile and rough surface is developed. This model is based on the matrix model for multiple scattering of modes in an optical waveguide. The elements of the intermode scattering matrix are found, which describe the process of mutual transfer of the energy of modes along a waveguide and their transformation into radiation modes. The transformation of the I(z) modes in waveguides with large-and small-scale inhomogeneities is investigated. It is shown that the largest qualitative differences in the noted dependences manifest themselves only in the initial portions of the optical waveguide. The length z of these portions is much smaller than the characteristic scale length L k at which the fundamental energy of the kth mode excited in the optical waveguide is renewed. The effect of self-filtration of the mode spectrum I(z) is described, as a result of which a stable (normalized), independent of distance z, distribution I* is formed. It is established that irregularities of the optical waveguide boundaries exert a depolarizing effect on a guided light beam. The specific features of the normalization of the radiative dissipation of a group of modes Ii(z) in an optical waveguide are investigated. It is ascertained that, in the case of small-scale irregularities, the attenuation coefficient is described by a nonlinear monotonic dependence α(z), which asymptotically converges to the value α*, characteristic of the normalized field I*. When the optical-waveguide film has large irregularities, the dependence α(z) is characterized by a pronounced maximum due to the formation of alternative channels of radiative dissipation of the energy of waveguide modes.  相似文献

The electro-optical coefficients r ij and half-wave voltage Vλ/2 of strontium-barium niobate crystals poled in the ferroelectric phase are shown to vary along the polar axis. The r ij (z) and Vλ/2(z) dependences indicate the presence of a residual domain density D(z) and clearly depend on the sign of the polarizing field, with r ij being minimum (D being maximum) near the negative electrode. This character of the D(z) distribution and, hence, the r ij (z) and Vλ/2(z) coordinate dependences can be explained by predominant domain nucleation near the negative electrode, which is revealed when the switching processes are studied using 90° (Rayleigh) light scattering from domain walls.  相似文献

The concept of z scaling reflecting the general features of high-p T particle production is reviewed. Properties of data z presentation are discussed. New data on high-p T particle spectra obtained at the RHIC and Tevatron are analyzed in the framework of z presentation. It was shown that these experimental data confirm z scaling. The change in the anomalous fractal dimensions of colliding objects (“δ jump”) is considered as a signature of new physics. The kinematic ranges preferable for searching for z-scaling violation are established.  相似文献

The dislocation-related photoluminescence of n-Ge single crystals with a quasi-equilibrium structure of 60° dislocations is investigated at a temperature of 4.2 K. It is shown that the dislocation-related photoluminescence spectra are described by a set involving from 8 to 13 Gaussian lines with a width of less than 15 meV. With due regard for the data available in the literature, the Gaussian lines with maxima at energies in the range 0.47 < E m ≤ 0.55 eV are assigned to the emission of 90° Shockley partial dislocations involved in quasiequilibrium segments of 60° dislocations with different values of the stacking fault width Δ (Δ = Δ0, Δ < Δ0, and Δ > Δ0). It is revealed that the d8 line at the energy E m = 0.513 eV, which corresponds to the emission of straight segments with the equilibrium stacking fault width Δ0, dominates in the photoluminescence spectra only at dislocation densities N D < 106 cm?2. As the dislocation density N D increases, the intensity of the d8 line decreases with the d7 line (E m ≈ 0.507 eV) initially and the d7 and d6 lines (E m ≈ 0.501 eV) then becoming dominant in the photoluminescence spectrum. The d7 and d6 lines are attributed to the emission of segments with stacking fault widths Δ < Δ0. Possible factors responsible for the formation of stacking faults with particular widths Δ ≠ Δ0 for quasi-equilibrium dislocations are discussed.  相似文献

A series of novel state-vector functions (SVFs), which is the general solution of the Schrödinger equation for a photon, are constructed. Each set of these functions consists of a triplet of eigen-SVFs: The triplet can be broken down into a pair of nonzero l-order functions and a single zero-order function. The photons, described with a triplet of eigen-SVFs, possess all the quantum characteristics of a photon: In addition to common attributes like energy E = ? ω , and momentum p z = ? κ , they also exhibit different angular momenta (AM) L z+ = l?, L z? = l?, and L z0 = 0, where l?1. In other words, in addition to usual eigenvalues L z±= ±?, there are unusual nonzero l-order eigenvalues L z± = ±l? and a zero-order eigenvalue L z0 = 0 for AM of a photon. By a series of SVFs, the pattern from nonzero l-order and zero-order Laguerre-Gaussian modes of a laser beam is explained well from a quantum mechanical point of view.  相似文献

Optical Raman spectra of a ferroelectric sodium nitrite crystal have been detected in a wide spectrum range at various temperatures, including the region of the ferroelectric phase transition. A manifestation of a transverse soft polar mode of the A 1(z) type responsible for the ferroelectric phase transition has been discovered in the spectrum at room temperature. This mode has been found to become overdamped even far from the ferroelectric phase transition temperature. This mode also appears as a central peak under heating. It has been found that the pseudoscalar mode of the A 2 type has the highest intensity in the Raman spectrum of sodium nitrite. The frequency corresponding to the maximum intensity of this mode in the Raman spectrum varies from 130 cm–1 at 123 K to 106 cm–1 at T = 513 K. A fair agreement of the experimental data for the A 1(z) mode with the Lyddane–Sachs–Teller relation has been established. The polariton curves for the A 1(z) polar mode and the dispersion curves for axinons has been plotted.  相似文献

Experimental data on inclusive deuteron production in 16Op collisions at high energies were obtained for the first time under conditions of 4π geometry. An irregularity in the momentum spectrum of deuterons in the rest frame of oxygen nuclei is found in the range 0.40 ≤ p ≤ 0.55 GeV/c, and the reasons for its appearance are discussed. The mean multiplicities of secondary fragments are correlated with the presence of deuterons in an event, these correlations being positive for fragments of charge in the range z f ≤ 4 and negative for fragments of charge in the range 5 ≤ z f ≤ 7. This is likely to be due to baryon-charge conservation.  相似文献

The rigorous treatment of relaxation for the dipolar-multipolarAX spin system (I=1/2,S>1/2) in the presence of the dipolarI-S coupling, anisotropy chemical shift and quadrupolar interaction ofS spin is proposed. The calculations of the spin evolution under the relaxation Hamiltonian are based on the second-order time-dependent perturbation theory and are carried out in the operator representation. For this task the double commutator identities of the type [[I ±S z n ,A q μp ]A ?q μp ] and [[I zS z n ,A q μp ]A ?q μp. ] are derived. The fist-order differential equations for the evolution of longitudinal two-spin orderI zS z n , z=magnetization ofS spinS z n and coherences <I ±S z n > in the spin systemIS with scalar coupling between spin 1/2 and quadrupolar spinS>1/2 were obtained. These equations are used to get equations for the evolutions of each component of the multiplet structure of spinI. The imaginary part of the cross-correlation spectral density function and indirect spin-spin coupling Hamiltonian are taken into account. Equations for the longitudinal components of theI spin spectrum in the presence of cross-correlation effects were obtained also. Longitudinal and transverse relaxation times and cross-relaxation times in the presence of cross-correlation D-CSA, Q-CSA, Q-D were analyzed.  相似文献

GRB 090423 is the new high-z record holder of Gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) with z~ 8.2. We present a detailed analysis of both the spectral and temporal features of GRB 090423 observed with Swift/BAT and Fermi/GBM. We find that the T 90 observed with BAT in the 15–150 keV band is 13.2 s, corresponding to ~ 1.4 s at z=8.2. It once again gives rise to the issue of whether the progenitors of high-z GRBs are massive stars or mergers since the discovery of GRB 080913 at z=6.7. In comparison with the T 90 distribution in the burst frame of the current redshift-known GRB sample, we find that it is marginally grouped into the long group (Type II GRBs). The spectrum observed with both BAT and GBM is well fitted by a power-law with exponential cutoff, which yields an E p=(50.4±7.0) keV. The event satisfies the Amati-relation well for Type II GRBs within their 3σ uncertainty range. Our results indicate that this event would be produced by the death of a massive star. Based on the Amati-relation, we derive its distance modulus, which follows the Hubble diagram of the concordance cosmology model at a redshift of ~8.2.  相似文献
