The title hydrated ionic complex, [Ni(CH3COO)(C12H12N2)2]ClO4·H2O or [Ni(ac)(5,5′‐dmbpy)2]ClO4·H2O (where 5,5′‐dmbpy is 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine and ac is acetate), (1), was isolated as violet crystals from the aqueous ethanolic nickel acetate–5,5′‐dmbpy–KClO4 system. Within the complex cation, the NiII atom is hexacoordinated by two chelating 5,5′‐dmbpy ligands and one chelating ac ligand. The mean Ni—N and Ni—O bond lengths are 2.0628 (17) and 2.1341 (15) Å, respectively. The water solvent molecule is disordered over two partially occupied positions and links two complex cations and two perchlorate anions into hydrogen‐bonded centrosymmetric dimers, which are further connected by π–π interactions. The magnetic properties of (1) at low temperatures are governed by the action of single‐ion anisotropy, D, which arises from the reduced local symmetry of the cis‐NiO2N4 chromophore. The fitting of the variable‐temperature magnetic data (2–300 K) gives giso = 2.134 and D/hc = 3.13 cm−1.  相似文献

Reactions of CuSCN with tetramethylthiuram disulfide in CH3CN in the presence of styrene and N,N,N′,N″,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine gave rise to a new copper(I) complex ofN,N′‐dimethyldithiocabamate ([CU(S2CNMe2)]2)n. The title compound crystallized in the triclinic P‐1 space group with lattice parameters a=0.7610(4) nm, b=0.8911(4) nm, c=0.9268(5) nm, α=68.66(1)°, β=83.88(2)°, γ=79.31(2)°, V=0.5748(5) nm3, Z=2. The compound has a unique 1D chain structure composed of CuSCSCuSCS eight‐membered rings and a pair of CU? S bonds, the structure of which has been determined by singlecrystal X‐ray crystallography. The isolation of this compound may provide some helpful information for the cause of the induction periods of the reverse atom transfer radical polymerization.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional CuII coordination polymers (CPs) containing the C2h‐symmetric terphenyl‐based dicarboxylate linker 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylate (3,3′‐TPDC), namely catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2]·H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[aquabis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O3:O3′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), were both obtained from two different methods of preparation: one reaction was performed in the presence of 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) as a potential pillar ligand and the other was carried out in the absence of the DABCO pillar. Both reactions afforded crystals of different colours, i.e. violet plates for (I) and blue needles for (II), both of which were analysed by X‐ray crystallography. The 3,3′‐TPDC bridging ligands coordinate the CuII ions in asymmetric chelating modes in (I) and in monodenate binding modes in (II), forming one‐dimensional chains in each case. Both coordination polymers contain two coordinated dimethylamine ligands in mutually trans positions, and there is an additional aqua ligand in (II). The solvent water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonds between the one‐dimensional coordination polymer chains, forming a two‐dimensional network in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for three fluoro‐ or chloro‐substituted 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐phenyl‐β‐D‐ribofuranoses, namely 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (I), 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,6‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (II), and 1′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1′‐deoxy‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H13ClO4, (III). The five‐membered furanose ring of the three compounds has a conformation between a C2′‐endo,C3′‐exo twist and a C2′‐endo envelope. The ribofuranose groups of (I) and (III) are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds to six symmetry‐related molecules to form double layers, while the ribofuranose group of (II) is connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to four symmetry‐related molecules to form single layers. The O...O contact distance of the O—H...O hydrogen bonds ranges from 2.7172 (15) to 2.8895 (19) Å. Neighbouring double layers of (I) are connected by a very weak intermolecular C—F...π contact. The layers of (II) are connected by one C—H...O and two C—H...F contacts, while the double layers of (III) are connected by a C—H...Cl contact. The conformations of the molecules are compared with those of seven related molecules. The orientation of the benzene ring is coplanar with the H—C1′ bond or bisecting the H—C1′—C2′ angle, or intermediate between these positions. The orientation of the benzene ring is independent of the substitution pattern of the ring and depends mainly on crystal‐packing effects.  相似文献

The molecular structures of trichlorido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N,N′,N′′)gallium(III), [GaCl3(C15H11N3)], and tribromido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N,N′,N′′)gallium(III), [GaBr3(C15H11N3)], are isostructural, with the GaIII atom displaying an octahedral geometry. It is shown that the Ga—N distances in the two complexes are the same within experimental error, in contrast to expected bond lengthening in the bromide complex due to the lower Lewis acidity of GaBr3. Thus, masking of the Lewis acidity trends in the solid state is observed not only for complexes of group 13 metal halides with monodentate ligands but for complexes with the polydentate 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine donor as well.  相似文献

An efficient route to 2′,3′‐dihydro‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives is described. It involves the reaction of isatine, 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one, and different amines in the presence of CS2 in dry MeOH at reflux (Scheme 1). The alkyl carbamodithioate, which results from the addition of the amine to CS2, is added to the α,β‐unsaturated ketone, resulting from the reaction between 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one and isatine, to produce the 3′‐alkyl‐2′,3′‐dihydro‐4′‐phenyl‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives in excellent yields (Scheme 2). Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses.  相似文献

A novel La( III )‐Cu( II ) heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)3]NO3·5H2O]n, where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4′‐bpy denotes 4, 4‐bipyridine, was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pi with cell parameters a = 1.33710(10) nm, b = 1,44530(10) nm, c =1.0949(2) nm, α = 71.905(7)°, β = 74.327(7)°, γ = 64.427(9)°, V = 1.7912(4) nm3and Z = 2. It consists of heterometallic units, in which each La( II ) ion is coordinated in a distorted monocapped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3? ions, and each Cu( I ) ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4′‐bpy and one nitrogen atom, three oxygen atoms from NTA3?. In the title complex, La( I ) ions and Cu( II ) ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3?, constructing a two‐dimensional network structure along the [110]. And it is extended into an infinite three‐dimensional network structure by the formation of homometallic bridging of Cu‐4, 4′‐bpy‐Cu, exhibiting a certain inclusion ability.  相似文献

A series of novel mesogen‐jacketed liquid‐crystal polymers, poly[2,5‐bis(4′‐alkoxyphenyl)‐styrene] (P‐n, n = 1–11), were prepared via free‐radical polymerization of newly synthesized monomers, 2,5‐bis(4′‐alkoxyphenyl)styrene (M‐n, n = 1–11). The influence of the alkoxy tail length on the liquid‐crystalline behaviors of the monomers and the polymers was investigated with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry, polarized optical microscopy (POM), and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD). The monomers with n = 1–4, 9, and 11 were monotropic nematic liquid crystals. All other monomers exhibited enantiotropic nematic properties. Their melting points (Tm's) decreased first as n increased to 6, after which Tm increased slightly at longer spacer lengths. The isotropic–nematic transition temperatures decreased regularly with increasing n values in an odd–even way. The glass‐transition temperatures (Tg's) of the polymers first decreased as the tail lengths increased and then leveled off when n ≥ 7. All polymers were thermally stable and entered the mesophase at a temperature above Tg. Upon further heating, no mesophase‐to‐isotropic melt transition was observed before the polymers decomposed. WAXD studies indicated that an irreversible order–order transition for the polymers with short tails (n ≤ 5) and a reversible order–order transition for those with elongated tails (n ≥ 6) occurred at a temperature much higher than Tg. However, such a transition could not be identified by POM and could be detected by DSC only on heating scans for the polymers with long tails (n ≥ 7). © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 4′‐Substituted derivatives of 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine with N‐containing heteroaromatic substituents, such as pyridyl groups, might be able to coordinate metal centres through the extra N‐donor atom, in addition to the chelating terpyridine N atoms. The incorporation of these peripheral N‐donor sites would also allow for the diversification of the types of noncovalent interactions present, such as hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking. The title compound, C24H16N4, consists of a 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine nucleus (tpy), with a pendant isoquinoline group (isq) bound at the central pyridine (py) ring. The tpy nucleus deviates slightly from planarity, with interplanar angles between the lateral and central py rings in the range 2.24 (7)–7.90 (7)°, while the isq group is rotated significantly [by 46.57 (6)°] out of this planar scheme, associated with a short Htpy…Hisq contact of 2.32 Å. There are no strong noncovalent interactions in the structure, the main ones being of the π–π and C—H…π types, giving rise to columnar arrays along [001], further linked by C—H…N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. An Atoms In Molecules (AIM) analysis of the noncovalent interactions provided illuminating results, and while confirming the bonding character for all those interactions unquestionable from a geometrical point of view, it also provided answers for some cases where geometric parameters are not informative, in particular, the short Htpy…Hisq contact of 2.32 Å to which AIM ascribed an attractive character.  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) and 4,4′‐bipyridine under hydrothermal conditions produced a new mixed‐ligand two‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer, namely poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N ,N ′)[μ‐2,4′‐oxybis(benzoato)‐κ4O 2,O 2′:O 4,O 4′]copper(II)] monohydrate], {[Cu(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n , which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the CuII ions are connected to form a two‐dimensional wave‐like network through 4,4′‐bipyridine and 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoate) ligands. The two‐dimensional layers are expanded into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent CuII ions.  相似文献

This article describes the synthesis and characterization of [polystyrene‐b‐poly(2‐vinylpyridine)]n star‐block copolymers with the poly(2‐vinylpyridine) blocks at the periphery. A two‐step living anionic polymerization method was used. Firstly, oligo(styryl)lithium grafted poly(divinylbenzene) cores were used as multifunctional initiators to initiate living anionic polymerization of styrene in benzene at room temperature. Secondly, vinylpyridine was polymerized at the periphery of these living (polystyrene)n stars in tetrahydrofuran at ?78 °C. The resulting copolymers were characterized using size exclusion chromatography, multiangle laser light scattering, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, and intrinsic viscosity measurements. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of organosoluble aromatic polyimides (PIs) was synthesized from 5,5′‐bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl]‐4,7‐methanohexahydroindan (3) and commercial available aromatic dianhydrides such as 3,3′,4,4′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), 4,4′‐oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), 4,4′‐sulfonyl diphthalic anhydride (SDPA), or 2,2′‐bis(3,4‐dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropanic dianhydride (6FDA). PIs (IIIc–f), which were synthesized by direct polymerization in m‐cresol, had inherent viscosities of 0.83–1.05 dL/g. These polymers could easily be dissolved in N,N′‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF), pyridine, m‐cresol, and dichloromethane. Whereas copolymerization was proceeded with equivalent molar ratios of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)/6FDA, 3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA)/6FDA, or BTDA/SDPA, or ½ for PMDA/SDPA, copolyimides (co‐PIs), derived from 3 and mixed dianhydrides, were soluble in NMP. All the soluble PIs could form transparent, flexible, and tough films, and they showed amorphous characteristics. These films had tensile strengths of 88–111 MPa, elongations at break of 5–10% and initial moduli of 2.01–2.67 GPa. The glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 252–311°C. Except for IIIe, the 10% weight loss temperatures (Td) of PIs were above 500°C, and the amount of carbonized residues of the PIs at 800°C in nitrogen atmosphere were above 50%. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Comb‐branched polyelectrolytes with polyacrylamide backbones and poly[(2‐dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate methylsulfate] (polyDMAEMA‐DMS) side chains were prepared by free‐radical macromonomer polymerization. PolyDMAEMA‐DMS macromonomers bearing terminal styrenic moieties were synthesized by living anionic polymerization with lithium 4‐vinylbenzylamide (LiVBA) and lithium N‐isopropyl‐4‐vinylbenzylamide (LiPVBA) as initiators. In the presence of LiCl, LiPVBA initiated a living polymerization of 2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and produced polymers with well‐controlled molecular weights and low polydispersities. LiVBA could not directly initiate DMAEMA polymerization. After being capped with two units of dimethylacrylamide, DMAEMA polymerized with an initiator efficiency of 63%. The quaternization of the poly[(2‐dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] macromonomer with dimethyl sulfate yielded the cationic polyDMAEMA‐DMS macromonomer. The polyDMAEMA‐DMS macromonomer had a much higher reactivity than acrylamide in free‐radical polymerization. This might have been due to the formation of polyDMAEMA‐DMS micelles in the polymerization system. The high macromonomer reactivity caused composition drift in a batch process. A semibatch method with a constant polyDMAEMA‐DMS feed rate was used to control the copolymer composition. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 40: 2394–2405, 2002  相似文献

Two new layered complexes with the formulas of {[Cu(H2O)(HL)2Cl](NO3)}n ( 1 ) and {[Cu(H2O)2(HL)2](NO3)2}n ( 2 ) were solvothermally synthesized by the reactions of the bulky conjugated 4′‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4,2′:6′,4′′‐terpyridine ligand (HL) with different CuII salts, which were further used as photocatalysts to achieve hydrogen production from water splitting. Single‐crystal structural analyses reveal that both complexes feature coplanar (4 4) layers with different connection manners between the HL extended Z‐shaped chains. More interestingly, 1 possessing more negative conduction band potential and higher structural stability exhibits a large hydrogen production rate of 2.43 mmol · g–1 · h–1, which is four times higher than that of 2 . Thus, the CuII‐based coordination polymers modified by the bulky conjugated organic ligand can become potentially promising non‐Pt photocatalysts for hydrogen production from water splitting.  相似文献

Purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides are very well known for their role as the secondary messengers in hormone action and cellular signal transduction. Nonetheless, their solid‐state conformational details still require investigation. Five crystals containing purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides have been obtained and structurally characterized, namely adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate dihydrate, C10H12N5O6P·2H2O or cAMP·2H2O, (I), adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate 0.3‐hydrate, C10H12N5O6P·0.3H2O or cAMP·0.3H2O, (II), guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate pentahydrate, C10H12N5O7P·5H2O or cGMP·5H2O, (III), sodium guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H11N5O7P·4H2O or Na(cGMP)·4H2O, (IV), and sodium inosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H10N4O7P·4H2O or Na(cIMP)·4H2O, (V). Most of the cyclic nucleotide zwitterions/anions [two from four cAMP present in total in (I) and (II), cGMP in (III), cGMP in (IV) and cIMP in (V)] are syn conformers about the N‐glycosidic bond, and this nucleobase arrangement is accompanied by Crib—H…Npur hydrogen bonds (rib = ribose and pur = purine). The base orientation is tuned by the ribose pucker. An analysis of data obtained from the Cambridge Structural Database made in the context of synanti conformational preferences has revealed that among the syn conformers of various purine nucleotides, cyclic nucleotides and dinucleotides predominate significantly. The interactions stabilizing the syn conformation have been indicated. The inter‐nucleotide contacts in (I)–(V) have been systematized in terms of the chemical groups involved. All five structures display three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks.  相似文献

Chiral ligand (A)‐N,N′‐Bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐arylmethyl)‐1,1′‐binaphthalene‐2,2′‐diamine derived from the reduction of Schiff base (R)‐2,2′‐bis (3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzylideneamino)‐1, 1′‐binaphthyl with LiAlH4, is fairly effective in the asymmetric addition reaction of diethylzinc to aldehydes by which good yields (46%‐94%) of the corresponding sec‐alcohols can be obtained in moderate ee (51%‐79%) with R configuration for a variety of aldehydes.  相似文献

Two new ring opening polymerization (ROP) initiators, namely, (3‐allyl‐2‐(allyloxy)phenyl)methanol and (3‐allyl‐2‐(prop‐2‐yn‐1‐yloxy)phenyl)methanol each containing two reactive functionalities viz. allyl, allyloxy and allyl, propargyloxy, respectively, were synthesized from 3‐allylsalicyaldehyde as a starting material. Well defined α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy and α‐allyl, α′‐propargyloxy bifunctionalized poly(ε‐caprolactone)s with molecular weights in the range 4200–9500 and 3600–10,900 g/mol and molecular weight distributions in the range 1.16–1.18 and 1.15–1.16, respectively, were synthesized by ROP of ε‐caprolactone employing these initiators. The presence of α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy and α‐allyl, α′‐propargyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone)s was confirmed by FT‐IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and MALDI‐TOF analysis. The kinetic study of ROP of ε‐caprolactone with both the initiators revealed the pseudo first order kinetics with respect to ε‐caprolactone consumption and controlled behavior of polymerization reactions. The usefulness of α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone) was demonstrated by performing the thiol‐ene reaction with poly(ethylene glycol) thiol to obtain (mPEG)2‐PCL miktoarm star copolymer. α‐Allyl, α′‐propargyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone) were utilized in orthogonal reactions i.e copper catalyzed alkyne‐azide click (CuAAC) with azido functionalized poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) followed by thiol‐ene reaction with poly(ethylene glycol) thiol to synthesize PCL‐PNIPAAm‐mPEG miktoarm star terpolymer. The preliminary characterization of A2B and ABC miktoarm star copolymers was carried out by 1H NMR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 3′:5′‐Cyclic nucleotides play an outstanding role in signal transduction at the cellular level but, in spite of comprehensive knowledge of the biological role of cyclic nucleotides, their structures are not established fully. Two hydrated sodium salts of thymidine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate (cdTMP, C10H12N2O7P), namely sodium thymidine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate heptahydrate, Na+·C10H12N2O7P·7H2O or Na(cdTMP)·7H2O, (I), and sodium thymidine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate 3.7‐hydrate, Na+·C10H12N2O7P·3.7H2O or Na(cdTMP)·3.7H2O, (II), have been obtained in crystalline form and structurally characterized, revealing one nucleotide in the asymmetric unit of (I) and eight different nucleotides in (II). All the cyclic nucleotide anions adopt a similar conformation with regard to nucleobase orientation, sugar conformation and 1,3,2‐dioxaphosphorinane ring puckering. In (I), no direct inter‐nucleotide hydrogen bonds are present, and adjacent nucleotide anions interact via water‐mediated and Na+‐mediated contacts. In contrast, in (II), direct thymine–phosphate N—H...O inter‐nucleotide hydrogen bonds occur and these are assisted by numerous inter‐nucleotide C—H...O contacts, giving rise to the self‐assembly of cdTMP anions into three different ribbons. Two of these three ribbons run in the same direction, while the third is antiparallel.  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . Crystals of 1 are triclinic with space group P1 and of that of 3 have orthorhombic space group Pnna. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of new heteroleptic MN2S2 transition metal complexes with M = Cu2+ for EPR measurements and as diamagnetic hosts Ni2+, Zn2+, and Pd2+ were synthesized and characterized. The ligands are N2 = 4, 4′‐bis(tert‐butyl)‐2, 2′‐bipyridine (tBu2bpy) and S2 =1, 2‐dithiooxalate, (dto), 1, 2‐dithiosquarate, (dtsq), maleonitrile‐1, 2‐dithiolate, or 1, 2‐dicyanoethene‐1, 2‐dithiolate, (mnt). The CuII complexes were studied by EPR in solution and as powders, diamagnetically diluted in the isostructural planar [NiII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] or[PdII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] as well as in tetrahedrally coordinated[ZnII(tBu2bpy)(S2)] host structures to put steric stress on the coordination geometry of the central CuN2S2 unit. The spin density contributions for different geometries calculated from experimental parameters are compared with the electronic situation in the frontier orbital, namely in the semi‐occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) of the copper complex, derived from quantum chemical calculations on different levels (EHT and DFT). One of the hosts, [NiII(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], is characterized by X‐ray structure analysis to prove the coordination geometry. The complex crystallizes in a square‐planar coordination mode in the monoclinic space group P21/a with Z = 4 and the unit cell parameters a = 10.4508(10) Å, b = 18.266(2) Å, c = 12.6566(12) Å, β = 112.095(7)°. Oxidation and reductions potentials of one of the host complexes, [Ni(tBu2bpy)(mnt)], were obtained by cyclovoltammetric measurements.  相似文献
