The Raman spectra of neat (C2H5)2CO (pentanone) and its binary mixtures with hydrogen donor solvent (CH3OH), [(C2H5)2CO + CH3OH] having different mole fractions of the reference system, (C2H5)2CO in the range 0.1-0.9 at a regular interval of 0.1 were recorded in the CO stretching region. In neat liquid, the Raman peak appears asymmetric. The asymmetric nature of the peak has been attributed to the CO stretching mode of the two conformers of (C2H5)2CO having C2 and C2v point groups and the corresponding bands at ∼1711 and ∼1718 cm−1, respectively. A careful analysis of the Iiso (isotropic component of the Raman scattered intensity) at different concentrations reveals that upon dilution with methanol, at mole fraction C = 0.6, an additional peak in the CO stretching region is observed at ∼1703 cm−1 which is attributed to the hydrogen bonding with methanol. A peculiar feature in this study is that upon dilution, the peak at ∼1718 cm−1 shows a minimum at C = 0.6, but on further dilution it shows a blue shift. However, the other peak at ∼1711 cm−1 shows a continuous red shift with dilution as well as a maximum at C = 0.7 in the linewidth vs. concentration plot, which is essentially due to competition between motional narrowing and diffusion phenomena. A significant amount of narrowing in the Raman band at ∼1718 cm−1 can be understood in terms of caging effect of the reference molecule by the solvent molecules at high dilution. A density functional theoretic (DFT) calculation on optimized geometries and vibrational frequencies of two conformers of neat (C2H5)2CO in C2 ad C2v forms and the complexes with one and two CH3OH molecules with both the conformers was performed. The experimental results and theoretical calculations together indicate a co-existence of two conformers as well as hydrogen bonded complex with methanol in the binary mixture, [(C2H5)2CO + CH3OH] at intermediate concentrations.  相似文献

Potassium dichlorido(l-prolinato)platinate(II), K[PtCl2(l-proH)] (1), and chlorido(dimethyl sulfoxide)(l-prolinato)platinum(II), [PtCl(l-proH)(dmso)] (2), were synthesized by ligand substitution reactions. Both complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and HR-ESI-MS. The molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, proving bidentate coordinated l-prolinato ligand and SP-4-4 configuration of 2a. With the help of DFT calculations stability of possible isomers of 1 and 2 was studied. A considerable difference in the in vitro cytotoxicity of 1 versus 2a (exchange of one chlorido ligand by dmso) against four human cancer cell lines was found.  相似文献

In this work we analyzed the specificity of the amide VI band for different types of secondary structure elements in protein structures. This band involves the bending motion of the CO group of the peptide chain that is typically observed in the spectral region from 590 to 490 cm−1. The infrared absorbance spectra of a set of polypeptide model compounds of well known secondary structure was obtained at defined pH, including poly (l-lysine), poly (l-tyrosine), poly (l-alanine) and poly (l-histidine). In addition spectra of membrane proteins from the respiratory chain, namely the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, the cytochrome c oxidase and its CuA fragment, the cytochrome bc1 complex, a Rieske-type protein and in addition myoglobin, have been comparatively investigated. The systematic analysis of the amide VI band of the polypeptides and the proteins allowed correlating the signal appearing at ∼525 cm−1 to α-helical structures and signals at ∼545 cm−1 to β-sheet contributions. Random coils have been found to contribute at ∼535 cm−1 while the β-turns were observed at ∼560 cm−1.  相似文献

Ultrasonic velocity and density values have been measured for ternary systems (amino acid/di-peptide + salt + water): l-leucine/l-asparagine/glycylglycine each in 1.5 M aqueous solutions of NaCl or NaNO3 or KNO3 used as solvents for several concentrations of amino acids/di-peptide at different temperatures in the range of 298.15-323.15 K. The ultrasonic velocity values have been found to increase with increase in amino acids/di-peptide concentration and temperature in all the systems. The increase in ultrasonic velocity with increase in concentration has been discussed in terms of electrostatic interactions occurring between terminal groups of zwitterions (NH4+ and COO) and Na+, K+, Cl, NO3 ions. The interactions of water dipoles with cations/anions and with zwitterions have also been taken into consideration. It has been observed that the ion-zwitterion and ion-dipole attractive forces are stronger than those of ion-hydrophobic repulsive forces. These interactions comprehensively introduce the cohesion into solutions under investigation. The cohesive forces are further enhanced on successive increases in solute concentration. Using ultrasonic velocity and density data, the parameters such as isentropic compressibility (κs), change (Δκs) and relative change (Δκs/κ0) in isentropic compressibility, specific acoustic impedance (Z) and relative association (RA) have been computed. The isentropic compressibility values decrease with increase in the concentration of solutes as well as with temperature. The decrease in κs values with increase in concentration of l-leucine, l-asparagine and glycylglycine in 1.5 M aqueous solutions of NaCl, NaNO3 and KNO3 have been explained in terms of an increase in the number of incompressible molecules/zwitterions in solutions and the formation of compact zwitterions-water dipole and zwitterions-ions structures in solutions. The decrease in κs values with increase in temperature has been attributed to the corresponding decrease of κrelax. (relaxational part of compressibility), which is dominant over the corresponding increase of κ (instantaneous part of compressibility). The trends of variations of Δκs, Δκs/κ0, Z and RA with change of concentration and temperature have also been interpreted in terms of various intermolecular/interionic interactions existing in the systems.  相似文献

Aluminum(III) can be absorbed when it is appropriately complexed. There are several plasma components which can bind weakly Al(III). Many proteins bind Al(III) in solution quite strongly. Carbohydrates bearing an abundance of electronegative functional groups can interact with metal cations. In solution, d-ribose exists as a mixture at equilibrium of many isomers and only a few of them bear a ‘complexing’ sequence of the hydroxyl groups. The presence of d-ribose in an Al(III) solution experiences a decrease of its Brönsted-acid sites. The lowering of the Brönsted acidity of an Al(III)-d-ribose mixture suggests the existence of attractive interactions (‘association’) between Al(III) ion and the complexing sequence of the hydroxyls of d-ribose. There is enhancement in the stability of the interaction complexes between Al(III) and d-ribose through strong intramolecular hydrogen bonding, which offers the possibility to investigate the kinetics of the subsequent proton release reactions. On the basis of the kinetic results, it may be concluded that proton release reactions, which are associated with the complexation reactions, are associatively activated. The complexes (Al(H2O)6−n(d-ribosenH)(3−n)+) resulting from the various ‘complexing’ forms of d-ribose are formed at mainly acidic pH. As the pH increases, the values of the activation enthalpy, ΔH, are changing, because of the formation of mixed hydroxo-complexes (Al(H2O)6−nm(OH)m(d-ribosenH)(3−nm)+); finally, OH displaces d-ribose from the coordination sphere of Al(III) in a rather slow process, i.e. with high values of ΔH; the activation enthalpy values, ΔH, decrease with the progression of the displacement, becoming finally very small due to the formation of a precipitate. Chelate coordination of d-ribose with some divalent and trivalent metal ions has been also reported.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ru(CHR)Cl2(PCy3)2] (Cy = cyclohexyl) with Tl[N(Pr2iPO)2] and AgLOEt (LOEt = [CpCo{P(O)(OEt)2}3]) afforded the Ru carbene complexes [Ru(CHPh)(PCy3)Cl{N(Pr2iPO)2}] (1) and [LOEtRu(CHR)(PCy3)Cl] (2), respectively. Chloride abstraction of complex 2 with TlPF6 in MeCN afforded [LOEtRu(CHPh)(PCy3)(MeCN)][PF6] (3). Complexes 1 and 2 are capable of catalyzing ring-closing metathesis of diethyl 1,2-diallylmalonate. d-Ribono-1,4-lactone was treated with ethylamine in DMF to afford N-ethyl-d-ribonamide 9a in quantitative yield. Bromination of amide 9a by the system SOBr2 in DMF or PPh3/CBr4 in pyridine led, after acetylation, to epoxide 7. However, treatment of amide 9a with acetyl bromide in dioxane followed by acetylation gave 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-5-bromo-5-deoxyl-N-ethyl-d-ribonamide 10a. Methanolysis of 10a, with sodium methoxide, afforded the N-ethyl-d-ribonolactam 11a in 51% overall yields. Using this method, N-butyl, N-hexyl, N-dodecyl, and N-benzyl-d-ribonolactams 11b-e were obtained in good yields (48-53%).  相似文献

The concentration dependence of the CO stretching (νCO) band of N,N-dimethylacetamide (NdMA) in cyclohexane, n-hexane, and CCl4 has been investigated by infrared (IR) and polarized Raman spectroscopy. For the neat liquid of NdMA, the noncoincidence of the aniso- and isotropic Raman wavenumbers is evident. In the 0.47 M cyclohexane solution of NdMA, the noncoincidence effect almost disappears and the νCO envelopes in both the Raman and IR spectra are asymmetric to the low-wavenumber side. When the concentration of NdMA decreases from 0.33 to 0.023 M, the peak of these bands slightly shifts to a higher wavenumber and the band shape becomes symmetric. The shape of the νCO envelope does not show any significant change below 0.023 M. These results suggest that the asymmetric shape of the νCO band observed for the 0.33 M cyclohexane solution is associated with the intermolecular interaction among NdMA molecules, which vanishes at around 0.02 M. Spectral changes for the CCl4 solution of NdMA show a similar tendency. However, the shape and peak wavenumber of the νCO band observed in a highly diluted CCl4 solution (≤0.023 M) indicate that the solvation effect of CCl4 is more complicated than those of cyclohexane and n-hexane. The analyses of the νCO band, which is sensitive to the intermolecular interaction between solutes and between solute and solvent for NdMA dissolved in nonpolar solvents, would serve to clarify the electronic property of the molecule in a solution.  相似文献

Screening of a combinatorial CTV-based artificial, synthetic receptor library 1 {1-13, 1-13, 1-13} for binding of a variety d-Ala-d-Ala and d-Ala-d-Lac containing ligands (6-11) was carried out in phosphate buffer (0.1 N, pH=7.0). After screening and Edman sequencing, synthetic receptors were found containing amino acid sequences, which are either characteristic for binding dye labeled d-Ala-d-Ala or d-Ala-d-Lac containing ligands. For example, receptors capable of binding d-Ala-d-Ala containing ligands 6, 7, 9 and 11 contained—almost in all cases—at least one basic amino acid residue—predominantly Lys—in their arms. This was really a striking difference with the arms of the receptors capable of binding d-Ala-d-Lac containing ligands 8 and 10, which usually contained a significant number of polar amino acids (Gln and Ser), especially in ligand 8, but hardly any basic amino acids. Use of different (fluorescent) dye labels showed that the label has a profound, albeit not decisive, influence on the binding by the receptor. A hit from the screening of the CTV-library with FITC-peptidoglycan (6) was selected for resynthesis and validation.  相似文献

Speed of sound and density values for ternary systems (amino acid + salt + water): l-isoleucine/l-proline/l-glutamine in aqueous solutions of 1.5 M KCl, 1 M KNO3, and 0.5 M K2SO4 have been measured for several concentrations of amino acids at different temperatures (303.15, 308.15, 313.15, 318.15, and 323.15 K). Using speed of sound and density data, the thermodynamic parameters such as isentropic compressibility (κs), change in isentropic compressibility (Δκs) and relative change (Δκs/κ0) in isentropic compressibility have been computed. The isentropic compressibility values decrease with increase in the amino acid concentration as well as with temperature. The decrease in κs values with increase in concentration of l-isoleucine/l-proline/l-glutamine in 1.5 M KCl, 1 M KNO3, and 0.5 M K2SO4 has been ascribed to an increase in the number of incompressible zwitterions in solutions, and the formation of ‘zwitterions-ions’ and ‘zwitterions-water dipole’ entities in solutions. The decrease in κs values with increase in temperature has been attributed to the corresponding decrease of κrelax (a relaxational part of compressibility), which is dominant over the corresponding increase of κ (an instantaneous part of compressibility). Novel diorganotin(IV) derivatives of l-Arginine (HArg), Nα-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-l-Arginine (Boc-Arg-OH) and l-Ala-l-Arg (H2Ala-Arg), H2NC(NH)NH(CH2)3CH(NHR′)CO2H, where R′ = H in HArg, R′ = C(O)OC(CH3)3 in Boc-Arg-OH, R′ = H2NCH(CH3)CO in H2Ala-Arg and triorganotin(IV) derivatives of Boc-Arg-OH have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complexes were investigated by FT-IR and 119Sn Mössbauer in the solid state and by 1H, 13C, 119Sn and 1H-1H COSY NMR spectroscopy, in solution. The spectroscopic characterization leading to the proposed molecular structures was accomplished on the basis of these experiments. l-Arginine appears to behave as a chelating ligand through carboxylate and -NH2 groups in Me2Sn(Arg)2, while in Nα-t-Boc-l-Arginine complex, the Nα-protected amino group being exempted from coordination, only the carboxylate groups are effectors of bonding to the organometallic moieties. FT-IR spectra give a clear indication that guanidino groups in all the complexes are not involved in coordination, since ν(CN-H) frequency of the terminal guanidino group is fairly constant and unshifted relative to the free ligand. The biological activity of organotin(IV)-complexes was also investigated by use of human HT29 colorectal carcinoma cells. The cytotoxic activity of the compounds was determined by the MTT quantitative colorimetric assay, capable of detecting viable cells in comparison with that exerted by cisplatin. A marked cytotoxic activity for nearly all complexes, is evident being higher than that exerted by cisplatin, while no significant improvement of activity was observed for Me2Sn(Arg)2 and Me2Sn(Ala-Arg), which was confirmed by IC50 values. Then, we assessed whether the cytotoxicity induced by organotin(IV) complexes was associated with the induction of apoptosis. Light microscopy analysis, performed to study the morphological changes induced in HT29 cells, confirmed the results obtained with MTT test. No significant morphological alterations were observed in HT29 cells after treatment with Me2Sn(Ala-Arg) and Me2Sn(l-Arg)2. Cells treated with nBu2Sn(Boc-Arg)2, nBu2Sn(Ala-Arg), nBu3Sn(Boc-Arg) and Me3Sn(Boc-Arg), appeared rounded, isolated and detached from culture substrate, indicating the commitment to apoptotic cell death.  相似文献

Regioselective bromination of unprotected d-galactono-1,4-lactone and d-mannono-1,4-lactone with PPh3/CBr4 led to 6-bromo-6-deoxy derivatives. These intermediates were treated with LiN3 and hydrogenated to give 6-amino-6-deoxy-d-galactono-1,6-lactam (8) and 6-amino-6-deoxy-d-mannono-1,6-lactam (13) in 74 and 67% overall yield, respectively.  相似文献

Within the framework of polarizable continuum model with integral equation formalism (IEF-PCM), an argon matrix effect on the geometry and infrared frequencies of the agostic H2CMH2 (M = Ti, Zr, Hf) methylidene complexes was investigated at B3LYP level of theory with the 6-311++G(3df,3pd) basis set for C, H, and Ti atoms and Stuttgart/Dresden ECPs MWB28 and MWB60 for the Zr and Hf atoms. At the B3LYP/IEF-PCM level of theory, H2CTiH2 was optimized to an energy minimum having a pyramidal structure. The calculated dipole moment of this structure is 3.06 D. The B3LYP/IEF-PCM simulations gave the three complexes’ agostic angle ∠HCM (°), distance r(H?M) (Å), and CM bond length r(CM) (Å) as follows: ∠HCTi = 87.4, r(H?Ti) = 2.079, r(CTi) = 1.803; ∠HCZr = 89.3, r(H?Zr) = 2.243, r(CZr) = 1.956; ∠HCHf = 94.7, r(H?Hf) = 2.343, r(CHf) = 1.972. As a comparison, the B3LYP simulations gave the values as follows: ∠HCTi = 91.5, r(H?Ti) = 2.150, r(CTi) = 1.811; ∠HCZr = 92.9, r(H?Zr) = 2.299, r(CZr) = 1.955; ∠HCHf = 95.6, r(H?Hf) = 2.352, r(CHf) = 1.967. As far as the MH2 symmetric and asymmetric stretching and CH2 wagging frequencies are concerned, the IEF-PCM calculated values are in better agreement with the experimental argon matrix ones than those calculated based on a gas phase model.  相似文献

Poly(d,l-lactide) (PDLLA) degraded at processing temperature under air and nitrogen. A random chain scission model was established and used to determine the activation energy Ea, and FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR were used to elucidate the degradation behavior under different atmospheres. Results showed that there were two to three stages. The 1st stage was dominated by the oligomers containing carboxylic acid groups and hydroxyl groups, during which oxygen and nitrogen had little effect on the degradation, thus they share similar Ea. When the oligomers were consumed over or evaporated, the 2nd stage began, and oxygen had a promoting effect on the thermo-oxidation process, resulting in the great decrease in Ea. The third stage of PDLLA was observed when it degraded under nitrogen over 200 °C, which was caused by the appearance of carboxylic acid substance.  相似文献

Poly-l-glutamic acid, P(Glu), bearing multiple negatively charged side chains served as a polymeric spatially aligned scaffold for the aggregation of positively charged platinum(II) complexes [Pt(trpy)CCR](OTf) (trpy = 2,2′,6′,2″-terpyridine; R = Ph (PtH), PhC12H25-p (PtC12)) through electrostatic interaction, resulting in tunable emission properties. PtC12 was found to exhibit gradual increase in the emission intensity based on the triplet metal-metal-to-ligand charge transfer (3MMLCT) in a tris/HCl buffer (pH 7.6)/MeOH (v/v = 1/14) solution with concomitant decrease in the emission intensity based on the triplet metal-to-ligand charge transfer (3MLCT)/the triplet ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (3LLCT) as the amount of P(Glu) was increased. Such synergistic effect was not observed in the case of PtH, wherein the emission intensity based on 3MLCT/3LLCT was increased by the increase in the amount of P(Glu), indicating that alkyl long chain of PtC12 is considered to play an important role in the aggregation of the platinum(II) terpyridyl moieties to show Pt(II)-Pt(II) and π-π interactions.  相似文献

To control the depolymerization process of poly(l-lactic acid) into l,l-lactide for feedstock recycling, the racemization of l,l-lactide as a post-depolymerization reaction was investigated. In the absence of a catalyst, the conversion to meso-lactide increased with increase in the heating temperature and time at a higher rate than the conversion into oligomers. The resulting high composition of meso-lactide suggests that the direct racemization of l,l-lactide had occurred in addition to the known racemization mechanism that occurs on the oligomer chains. In the presence of MgO, the oligomerization rapidly proceeded to reach an equilibrium state between monomers and oligomers. The equilibrium among l,l-, meso-, and d,d-lactides was found to be a convergent composition ratio l,l-:meso-:d,d-lactides = 1:1.22:0.99 (wt/wt/wt) after 120 min at 300 °C. This composition ratio also indicates that in addition to the known racemization reaction on the oligomer chains, direct racemization among the lactides is also a frequent occurrence.  相似文献

Anion recognition properties of d-ribose-based receptors α- and β-1 were measured by 1H NMR in CDCl3 and MeCN-d3. Receptor β-1 showed effective binding with anions by cooperative hydrogen bonds of cis-diol. The anomeric isomer α-1 is a less effective anion receptor which has similar cis-diol as a recognition site, indicating that the stereo configuration of the anomeric position is of significant influence on the anion recognition ability.  相似文献
