The [ReOBr3(dppe)] (dppe=bis(diphenylophosphino)ethane) complex reacts with acetonitrile in the presence of excess of triphenylphpsphine to give a new monomeric nitrile rhenium(III) complex—[ReBr3(MeCN)(dppe)] (1). The reaction of 1 with gaseous nitric oxide leads to the mixed [ReBr3(NO)(dppe)]0.57[ReOBr3(dppe)]0.43 complex (2) with rhenium atoms on +2 and +5 oxidation states. This paper presents the synthesis, spectroscopic characterisation and X-ray structure of 1 and 2. The geometries of [ReBr3(NO)(dppe)] and [ReOBr3(dppe)] have been optimized using the density functional theory (DFT) and the electronic transitions of [ReBr3(NO)(dppe)] and [ReOBr3(dppe)] have been calculated with the time-dependent DFT method (TDDFT). The UV–vis spectrum of 2 has been interpreted on the basis of the experimental data for [ReOBr3(dppe)] and the calculated transitions for [ReOBr3(dppe)] and [Re(NO)Br3(dppe)].  相似文献

The Schiff base compound, N-N′-bis(4-methoxybenzylidene)ethylenediamine (C18H20N2O2) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been investigated by X-ray analysis and PM3 method. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a=10.190(1), b=7.954(1), c=10.636(1) Å, β=111.68(1)°, V=801.1(1) Å3, Z=2 and Dcal=1.229 Mgm−3. The title structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.056 for 2414 reflections [I>3.0σ(I)] by full-matrix anisotropic least-squares methods. The energy profile of the compound was calculated by PM3 method as a function of θ[N1′–C9′–C9–N1]. The most stable molecular structure of the title compound is the anti conformation, which is different in energy by 5.0 and 1.0 kcal mol−1 from the eclipsed conformation I and gauche conformations, (III and V), respectively.  相似文献

The dinuclear complex [Co2(μ-OAc)2(OAc)2(μ-H2O)(phen)2] has been prepared and its structure was determined. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c. The Co–Co distance is 3.574 Å and is similar to the Fe–Fe distance in the reduced methane monooxygenase hydroxylase. The electronic and IR spectra of the complex confirm octahedral coordination of the cobalt atoms and formation of strong O–HO hydrogen bonds in the solid state. The dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of the complex on temperature indicates an antiferromagnetic interaction, the value of the isotropic exchange parameter J was estimated to be −2.1 cm−1. The 1H NMR spectra show that in organic solvents the structure of compound is the same as in the solid state, however, in water solution the complex dissociates giving compounds with different Co:phen ratios.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure and absolute configuration of (−)436-(η5-C5H5)Fe(CO)(CH3CO)[Ph2PNHCH(Me)(Ph)] have been determined from single crystal diffraction data. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 10.676(4), b = 8.913(7), c = 13.275(9) Å, and β = 91.36°. The structure was solved by the Patterson method and refined to a final R value of 4.7% using 2299 independent data. The iron atom has distorted octahedral coordination, and the configuration at the iron is found to be (S) for the (−)436 diastereoisomer. The Fe---Cp distances average 2.131 Å, with an Fe-(ring centroid)distance of 1.76 Å. The Fe-acetyl distance is virtually identical to that found in another iron/acetyl complex, but shows substantial variation from other compounds where the nature of the C(=O)R group is changed. Comparison to the Mo-alkyl/Mo-acetyl series is made, and the argument for back-donation in transition metal acyls is strengthened.

The orientation of the acetyl group is determined by a strong NHO intra-molecular hydrogen bond having an NO separation of only 2.86 ». The phosphine ligand has a very short Fe---P bond which could be in part caused by the role of the adjacent nitrogen in hydrogen bonding. The remaining ligand geometry is the same as that found in a recently reported ruthenium structure, although the absolute configurations at the chiral carbons are reversed, with the current compound being designated (S) at this site.  相似文献

The crystal structures of propionaldehyde complex (RS,SR)-(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1b+ PF6s−; monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 10.166 (1) Å, b = 18.316(1) Å, c = 14.872(2) Å, β = 100.51(1)°, Z = 4) and butyraldehyde complex (RS,SR)-[(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1c+PF6; monoclinic, P21/a (No. 14), a = 14.851(1) Å, b = 18.623(3) Å, c = 10.026(2) Å, β = 102.95(1)°, Z = 4) have been determined at 22°C and −125°C, respectively. These exhibit C O bond lengths (1.35(1), 1.338(5) Å) that are intermediate between those of propionaldehyde (1.209(4) Å) and 1-propanol (1.41 Å). Other geometric features are analyzed. Reaction of [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(ClCH2Cl)]+ BF4 and pivalaldehyde gives [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHC(CH3)3)]+BF4 (81%), the spectroscopic properties of which establish a π C O binding mode.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

The compound [Mn(bipy)(CA)]n (where bipy is 2,2′-bipyridine and CA2− is the dianion of 3,6-dichloro-2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction at room temperature. The crystal is built from infinite chains of chloranilate-bridged manganese(II) affording a zigzag structure, with the bipyridine ligands being stacked between the chains. The variable-temperature (2.0–300 K) magnetic susceptibility and EPR data are reported and a weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction is observed with the exchange parameter estimated as J = −0.20 cm−1.  相似文献

Reduction of cyclo-(t-Bu4Sb4) (1) with sodium or potassium in boiling tetrahydrofuran leads to the anions [t-Bu4Sb3] and [t-Bu3Sb2]. Crystallization with pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (L) gives [M(L)n(t-Bu4Sb3)] (n=1, M=Na (2), K (3); n=2, M=K (4)) and [K(L)(t-Bu3Sb2)] (5). Crystal structure analyses reveal coordination of the anionic antimony ligands on the alkali metal ions for 2, 3, and 5. In contrast, no Sb---K interactions were observed in the structure of 4.  相似文献

Ternary terbium complexes with p-aminobenzoic acid (HL), [TbL3(DMSO)(H2O)]2 (1), [TbL3(DMF)(H2O)]2 (2) and [TbL3(Bpy)(H2O)]2·2H2O (3) (DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide, DMF=N, N- dimethylformamide, Bpy=2, 2′- bipyridyl) have been synthesized, and their crystal structures determined. The luminescence properties of these complexes, including both the emission quantum yield and the fluorescence lifetime, have been investigated. The effect of a second ligand on the crystal structure and luminescence property of the ternary terbium p-aminobenzoic acid complexes, and the relationship between luminescence properties and crystal structure, including coordination mode of the L ligand and the characteristics of a second ligand, are discussed.  相似文献

A novel complex [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)]·(CH3OH)(H2O) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c. The structure consists of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] moiety, one solvent methanol molecule and one water molecule. The copper(II) ion is in a distorted octahedral environment: one nitrogen atom and one oxygen atom from the NIT2Py, one nitrogen atom from the PDA (2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid) and one oxygen atom from the aqueous in the basal plane; two oxygen atoms from the PDA in the axial position. The units of [Cu(NIT2Py)(PDA)(H2O)] were connected as one dimension chain by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The complex exhibits intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(II) ion and the NIT2Py.  相似文献

Three families of heterobimetallic compounds were obtained by reaction of [Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)2(Cl)(SnRCl2)] (R = Ph, Me) with P(4-XC6H4)3 (X = Cl, F, H, Me, MeO). The type of compound obtained dependent on the solvent and concentration of the starting compound. So, [Mo(CO)2(CH3COCH3)2(PPh3)(Cl)(SnRCl2)]·nCH3COCH3 (R = Ph, n = 0.5; R = Me, n = 1) (type I) and [Mo(CO)3{P(4-XC6H4)3}(μ-Cl)(SnRCl2)]2 (R = Ph, X = Cl, F, H, Me, MeO; R = Me, X = Cl, F) (type II) were isolated from acetone solution in ca 0.05 M and 0.1 M concentrations, respectively. However, [Mo(CO)3(CH3CN) {P(4-XC6H4)3}(Cl)(SnRCl2)] (R = Ph, X = H; R = Me, X = Cl, F, H) (type III) were obtained from dichloromethane solution independently of the concentration used. All new complexes showed a seven-coordinate environment at molybdenum, containing Mo---Cl and Mo---Sn bonds. Mössbauer spectra indicated a four-coordination at tin for type III complexes.  相似文献

The preparation, spectroscopic characterization and magnetic study of N,N′-bis(substituted-phenyl)oxamidate-bridged nickel(II) dinuclear complexes of formula {[Ni(N3-mc)]2(μ-CONC6H4-X)}(PF6)2 (N3-mc = 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,5,9-triazacyclo-dodec-1-ene (Me3-N3-mc) or 2,4,4,9-tetramethyl-1,5,9-triazacyclododec-1-ene (Me4-N3-mc), X = 2-Cl, 4-Cl, 2-OCH3, 4-OCH3) are reported. These paramagnetic nickel(II) complexes have been characterized by both one- and two-dimensional (COSY) 1H NMR techniques. The COSY spectrum of 5 has allowed to achieve the assignment of the phenyl protons of the N,N′-diphenyloxamidate. The crystal structures of [Ni(Me3-N3-mc)(μ-CONC6H4-4-Cl)]2(PF6)2 (6), [Ni(Me3-N3-mc)(μ-CONC6H4-4-OMe)]2(PF6)2 (8) and [Ni(Me4-N3-mc)(μ-CONC6H4-2-Cl)]2(PF6)2 (9) have been determined and their magnetic properties have been studied. The value of magnetic coupling between the two nickel(II) ions across the oxamidate bridge [J = − 37.6 (6), −39.9 (8) and −39.7 cm−1 (9)] is sensitive to the distortion of the coordination sphere of the metal ions and the topology of the molecular bridge.  相似文献

The cluster [Os3(CO)10(MeCN)2] reacts with indazole (C7H6N2) to give two isomeric products [0s3(μ-H)(μ-C7H5N2)(CO)10] in which the five-membered ring has been metallated with N-H cleavage to give an N,N-bonded isomer or with C-H cleavage to give a C,N-bonded isomer. These two isomers have very similar X-ray structures but can be clearly distinguished by 1H NMR methods. They are shown to correspond to related clusters derived from pyrazole. Benzotriazole (C6H5N3) also reacts (as shown earlier by others) to give two isomers: an N,N-bonded species [Os3(μ-H)(μ-C6H4N3)(CO)10] coordinated only through the five-membered ring and a minor C,N-bonded isomer [Os3(μ-H)(μ-C6H4N3)(CO)10], metallated at the C6 ring and coordinated through both rings. The former isomer reacts with Me3NO in acetonitrile to give [Os3(μ-H)(μ-C6H4N3)(CO)9(MeCN)] which thermally looses MeCN to produce the coupled product [Os6(μ-H)2(μ3-C6H4N3)2(CO)18] which was shown by X-ray structure determination to have all six nitrogen atoms coordinated to osmium, a novel situation for coordinated benzotriazole. The two Os3 units are linked together by an OsNNOsNN ring in a boat conformation with the whole cluster adopting C2 symmetry.  相似文献

Complexes with the formula CuX(L) (X=N3 1, NCO 2 and NCS 3) and [Cu(NO3)(HL)(H2O)](NO3) 4, where HL=C7H8N4S, (pyridine-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazone), have been characterised. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies on compounds 3 and 4 have been carried out. The structure of compound 4 consists of monomeric distorted square pyramidal copper(II) species. The copper(II) ions are coordinated to the NNS atoms from the tridentate thiosemicarbazone ligand and one oxygen atom of a nitrate group in the equatorial position. The oxygen atom of the water molecule occupies the apical position. The structure of compound 3 consists of non-centrosymmetric {Cu2(μ-SR)2} entities in which the copper(II) ions exhibit five-coordinate square–pyramidal geometry. The thiosemicarbazone ligand and one nitrogen atom from the thiocyanate ion are in a basal position. The sulfur atom of the tridentate ligand acts as a bridge occupying the apical position. Structural and spectroscopic results suggest the presence of relevant σ ligand-to-metal charge transfer and metal-to-ligand π-backdonation character in these compounds. The ESR spectra of compounds 3 and 4 show rhombic symmetry. For complexes 1 and 2 the ESR spectra exhibit axial signals. Magnetic measurements on compounds 1, 2 and 3 show antiferromagnetic couplings. The susceptibility data were fitted by the Bleaney–Bowers’ equation for copper(II) dimers. The obtained J/k values are −4.22, −6.10 and −7.33 K for compounds 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

Five new complexes of composition [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) (dpt=dipropylenetriamine), [Cu(dien)Ni(CN)4]·2H2O (2) (dien=diethylenetriamine), [Cu(N,N′-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (3) (N,N′-dimeen=N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine), [Cu(N,N-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (4) (N,N-dimeen=N,N-dimethylethylenediamine) and [Cu(trimeen)Ni(CN)4] (5) (trimeen=N,N,N′-trimethylethylenediamine) have been obtained by the reactions of the mixture of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, appropriate amine and K2[Ni(CN)4] in water and have been characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies and magnetic measurements. The crystal structure of [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of 1 consists of a one-dimensional polymeric chain ---Cu(dpt)---NC---Ni(CN)2---CN---Cu(dpt)--- in which the Cu(II) and Ni(II) atoms are linked by CN groups. The nickel atom is four coordinate with four cyanide-carbon atoms (two cyano groups are terminal and two cyano groups (in cis fashion) are bridged) in a square-planar arrangement and the copper atom is five coordinate with two cyanide-nitrogen and three dpt-nitrogen atoms, in a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility (2–300 K) was measured for compound 1. The magnetic investigation showed the presence of a very weak antiferromagnetic interaction (J=−0.16 cm−1) between the copper atoms within each chain through the diamagnetic Ni(CN)4 2− ions.  相似文献

The DANTE technique and NOESY two-dimensional method have been employed to observe the isomerization of the chiral cationic complex [Pd(η3-CH2CMeCH2(P-P′)]+ (1a), where P-P′ = the chiral chelating ligand (S)(N-diphenylphosphino)(2-diphenylphosphinoxymethyl)pyrrolidine. The rate constant was found to be 0.5 s−1 in CHCl3 at 295 K and 1.50 s−1 in the presence of added free ligand. In the latter case the epimerization proceeds by a π-σ-π mechanism via the intermediacy of a primary η1-allylpalladium complex. Although the intermediate was not detected, the NMR findings reveal that it has the allylic terminus η1-bonded to palladium. The structure of 1a in its PF6 salt has been determined. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a 10.029(4) b 19.203(8) c 36.115(6) Å, Z = 8, R = 0.0572 and Rw = 0.0712 for 3716 observed reflections with I > 3σ(I).  相似文献

New amino acidato complexes of PdII of stoichiometry [Pd(C---N)(Aa)] (C---N=C,N-cyclometallated ligand, Aa = N,O-amino acidato ligand) have been obtained by reaction of [Pd(C---N)(acac)] (C---N=N,N-dimethylbenzylamine-C2,N (dmba) (1) or N,N-dimethyl(S--phenylethyl)amine-C2,N (S-dmphea) (2)) with glycine, chiral amino acids (alanine, phenylalanine and valine), and amino acid derivatives (N-acetylglycine and N-acetyl-,β-dehydroalanine) in MeOH. The compounds are characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR. The geometry of these complexes has been unambiguously determined by NOE difference experiments and NOESY measurements.  相似文献

The chiral bis-imine (1R,2R)-C6H10-[E---N=CH---C6H3---3,4-(OMe)2]2 1 (LH) reacts with [Pd(OAc)2] (1:1 molar ratio; OAc=acetate) giving the orthometallated [Pd(OAc)(C6H2---4,5-(OMe)2---2-CH=N-(1R,2R)-C6H10---N=CH---C6H3-3′,4′-(OMe)2-κ-C,N,N)] 2 (abbreviated as [Pd(OAc)(L-κ-C,N,N)]), through C---H bond activation on only one of the aryl rings and N,N-coordination of the two iminic N atoms. 2 reacts with an excess of LiCl to give [Pd(Cl)(L-κ-C,N,N)] 3. The reaction of 3 with AgClO4 and neutral or anionic ligands L′ (1:1:1 molar ratio) affords [Pd(L-κ-C,N,N)(L′)](ClO4) (L′=PPh3 4a, NCMe 5, pyridine 6, p-nitroaniline 7) or [Pd(I)(L-κ-C,N,N)] 8. Complex 4a reacts with wet CDCl3 giving [Pd(C6H2---4,5-(OMe)2---2-CH=N-(1R,2R)---C6H10---NH2-κ-C,N,N)(PPh3)](ClO4) 4b as a result of the hydrolysis of the C=N bond not involved in the orthometallated ring. The molecular structure of 4b·CH2Cl2 has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. Cleavage of the Pd---N bond trans to the Caryl atom can be accomplished by coordination of strongly chelating ligands, such as acetylacetonate (acac) or bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe), forming [Pd(acac-O,O′)(L-κ-C,N)] 9 and [Pd(L-κ-C,N)(dppe-P,P′)](ClO4) 12, while classical N,N′-chelating ligands such as 1,10-phenantroline (phen) or 2,2′-bipyridyl (bipy) behave as monodentate N-donor ligands yielding [Pd(L-κ-C,N,N)(κ1-N-phen)](ClO4) 10 and [Pd(L-κ-C,N,N)(κ1-N-bipy)](ClO4) 11. Treatment of 1 with PtCl2(DMSO)2 (1:1 molar ratio) in refluxing 2-methoxyethanol gives Cl2Pt[(NH2)2C6H10---N,N′] 13a and [Pt(Cl)(C6H2---4,5-(OMe)2---2-CH=N-(1R,2R)---C6H10---NH2-κ-C,N,N)] 13b, while [Pt(Cl)(L-κ-C,N,N)] 14 can be obtained by reaction of [Pt(μ-Cl)(η3-2-Me---C3H4)]2 with 1 in refluxing CHCl3. Complexes 2 and 3 catalyzed the arylation of methyl acrylate giving good yields of the corresponding methyl cinnamates and TON up to 847 000. Complex 3 also catalyzes the hydroarylation of 2-norbornene, but with lower yields and without enantioselectivity.  相似文献

The kinetics of the oxidation of [RuIII(edta)(H2O)] (edta=ethylenediaminetetraacetate) (complex-1) with pyridine N-oxide (PyO) to [RuV(edta)O] (complex-2) and subsequent oxo-transfer from complex-2 to dimethylsulfide (dms) leading to the formation of dimethylsulfoxide (dmso) have been studied spectrophotometrically. The rate of formation of oxo-complex (2) in the reaction of complex-1 with PyO was found to be substitution controlled and first order both in complex-1 and PyO concentrations. The rate of oxo transfer from complex-2 to dms was found to be first order with respect to [complex-2] and [dms]. Kinetic data and activation parameters are found to be consistent to the proposed mechanism.  相似文献

The interaction between Mo2(O2CCH3)4, Me3SiI and I2 in THF resulted in oxygen abstraction from the solvent and formation of [Mo2(μ-O)(μ-I)(μ-O2CCH3) I2(THF)4]+[MoOI4(THF)] and I---(CH2)4---I. The molybdenum complex has been characterized by X-ray diffractometry. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P , a = 13.827(3) Å; b = 15.803(7) Å; c = 9.950(3) Å; = 93.34(4)°; β = 102.40(2)°; γ = 90.09(2)°; V = 2120(2) Å3; Z = 2; dcalc = 2.559 g cm−3; R = 0.0476 (Rw = 0.0613) for 370 parameters and 3938 data with F02> 3σ(F02). The metal-metal distance in the cation is 2.527(2) Å and indicates a strong interaction. The magnetic behavior is consistent with the assignment of one unpaired electron to the Mo27+ core of the cation and one to the d1 Mo(V) center of the anion. The interaction between Mo(CO)6 and I2 in THF also results in the formation of 1,4-diiodobutane.  相似文献
