β,β‐(1,4‐Dithiino)subporphyrin dimers 7‐syn and 7‐anti were synthesized by the nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of 2‐bromo‐3‐(4‐methoxyphenylsulfonyl)subporphyrin 4 with 2,3‐dimercaptosubporphyrin 5 under basic conditions followed by axial arylation. Additions of C60 or C70 to a dilute solution of 7‐anti (ca. 10?6 m ) in toluene did not cause appreciable UV/Vis spectral changes, while similar additions to a concentrated solution (ca. 10?3 m ) resulted in precipitation of complexes. In contrast, dimer 7‐syn captured C60 and C70 in different complexation stoichiometries in toluene; a 1:1 manner and a 2:1 manner, respectively, with large association constants; Ka=(1.9±0.2)×106 m ?1 for C60@ 7‐syn , and K1=(1.6±0.5)×106 and K2=(1.8±0.9)×105 m ?1 for C70@( 7‐syn )2. These association constants are the largest for fullerenes‐capture by bowl‐shaped molecules reported so far. The structures of C60@ 7‐anti , C70@ 7‐anti , C60@ 7‐syn , and C70@ 7‐syn have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The gas‐phase elimination kinetics of the above‐mentioned compounds were determined in a static reaction system over the temperature range of 369–450.3°C and pressure range of 29–103.5 Torr. The reactions are homogeneous, unimolecular, and obey a first‐order rate law. The rate coefficients are given by the following Arrhenius expressions: ethyl 3‐(piperidin‐1‐yl) propionate, log k1(s?1) = (12.79 ± 0.16) ? (199.7 ± 2.0) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1; ethyl 1‐methylpiperidine‐3‐carboxylate, log k1(s?1) = (13.07 ± 0.12)–(212.8 ± 1.6) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1; ethyl piperidine‐3‐carboxylate, log k1(s?1) = (13.12 ± 0.13) ? (210.4 ± 1.7) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1; and 3‐piperidine carboxylic acid, log k1(s?1) = (14.24 ± 0.17) ? (234.4 ± 2.2) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1. The first step of decomposition of these esters is the formation of the corresponding carboxylic acids and ethylene through a concerted six‐membered cyclic transition state type of mechanism. The intermediate β‐amino acids decarboxylate as the α‐amino acids but in terms of a semipolar six‐membered cyclic transition state mechanism. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The kinetics and mechanism of Hg2+‐catalyzed substitution of cyanide ion in an octahedral hexacyanoruthenate(II) complex by nitroso‐R‐salt have been studied spectrophotometrically at 525 nm (λmax of the purple‐red–colored complex). The reaction conditions were: temperature = 45.0 ± 0.1°C, pH = 7.00 ± 0.02, and ionic strength (I) = 0.1 M (KCl). The reaction exhibited a first‐order dependence on [nitroso‐R‐salt] and a variable order dependence on [Ru(CN)64?]. The initial rates were obtained from slopes of absorbance versus time plots. The rate of reaction was found to initially increase linearly with [nitroso‐R‐salt], and finally decrease at [nitroso‐R‐salt] = 3.50 × 10?4 M. The effects of variation of pH, ionic strength, concentration of catalyst, and temperature on the reaction rate were also studied and explained in detail. The values of k2 and activation parameters for catalyzed reaction were found to be 7.68 × 10?4 s?1 and Ea = 49.56 ± 0.091 kJ mol?1, ΔH = 46.91 ± 0.036 kJ mol?1, ΔS = ?234.13 ± 1.12 J K?1 mol?1, respectively. These activation parameters along with other experimental observations supported the solvent assisted interchange dissociative (Id) mechanism for the reaction. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The kinetics of the interaction of adenosine with cis‐[Pt(cis‐dach)(OH2)2]2+ (dach = diaminocyclohexane) was studied spectrophotometrically as a function of [cis‐[Pt(cis‐dach)(OH2)2]2+], [adenosine], and temperature at a particular pH (4.0), where the substrate complex exists predominantly as the diaqua species and the ligand adenosine exists as a neutral molecule. The substitution reaction shows two consecutive steps: the first is the ligand‐assisted anation followed by a chelation step. The activation parameters for both the steps have been evaluated using Eyring equation. The low negative value of ΔH1 (43.1 ± 1.3 kJ mol?1) and the large negative value of ΔS1 (?177 ± 4 J K?1 mol?1) along with ΔH2 (47.9 ± 1.8 kJ mol?1) and ΔS2 (?181 ± 6 J K?1 mol?1) indicate an associative mode of activation for both the aqua ligand substitution processes. The kinetic study was substantiated by infrared and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopic analysis. © 2011 Wiley Peiodicals, Inc. Int J Chem Kinet 43: 219–229, 2011  相似文献

The kinetics of the interactions between three sulfur‐containing ligands, thioglycolic acid, 2‐thiouracil, glutathione, and the title complex, have been studied spectrophotometrically in aqueous medium as a function of the concentrations of the ligands, temperature, and pH at constant ionic strength. The reactions follow a two‐step process in which the first step is ligand‐dependent and the second step is ligand‐independent chelation. Rate constants (k1 ~10?3 s?1 and k2 ~10?5 s?1) and activation parameters (for thioglycolic acid: ΔH1 = 22.4 ± 3.0 kJ mol?1, ΔS1 = ?220 ± 11 J K?1 mol?1, ΔH2 = 38.5 ± 1.3 kJ mol?1, ΔS2 = ?204 ± 4 J K?1 mol?1; for 2‐thiouracil: ΔH1 = 42.2 ± 2.0 kJ mol?1, ΔS1 = ?169 ± 6 J K?1 mol?1, ΔH2 = 66.1 ± 0.5 kJ mol?1, ΔS2 = ?124 ± 2 J K?1 mol?1; for glutathione: ΔH1 = 47.2 ± 1.7 kJ mol?1, ΔS1 = ?155 ± 5 J K?1mol?1, ΔH2 = 73.5 ± 1.1 kJ mol?1, ΔS2 = ?105 ± 3 J K?1 mol?1) were calculated. Based on the kinetic and activation parameters, an associative interchange mechanism is proposed for the interaction processes. The products of the reactions have been characterized from IR and ESI mass spectroscopic analysis. A rate law involving the outer sphere association complex formation has been established as   相似文献

The (−)‐ and (+)‐β‐irones ((−)‐ and (+)‐ 2 , resp.), contaminated with ca. 7 – 9% of the (+)‐ and (−)‐transα‐isomer, respectively, were obtained from racemic α‐irone via the 2,6‐trans‐epoxide (±)‐ 4 (Scheme 2). Relevant steps in the sequence were the LiAlH4 reduction of the latter, to provide the diastereoisomeric‐4,5‐dihydro‐5‐hydroxy‐transα‐irols (±)‐ 6 and (±)‐ 7 , resolved into the enantiomers by lipase‐PS‐mediated acetylation with vinyl acetate. The enantiomerically pure allylic acetate esters (+)‐ and (−)‐ 8 and (+)‐ and (−)‐ 9 , upon treatment with POCl3/pyridine, were converted to the β‐irol acetate derivatives (+)‐ and (−)‐ 10 , and (+)‐ and (−)‐ 11 , respectively, eventually providing the desired ketones (+)‐ and (−)‐ 2 by base hydrolysis and MnO2 oxidation. The 2,6‐cis‐epoxide (±)‐ 5 provided the 4,5‐dihydro‐4‐hydroxy‐cisα‐irols (±)‐ 13 and (±)‐ 14 in a 3 : 1 mixture with the isomeric 5‐hydroxy derivatives (±)‐ 15 and (±)‐ 16 on hydride treatment (Scheme 1). The POCl3/pyridine treatment of the enantiomerically pure allylic acetate esters, obtained by enzymic resolution of (±)‐ 13 and (±)‐ 14 , provided enantiomerically pure cisα‐irol acetate esters, from which ketones (+)‐ and (−)‐ 22 were prepared (Scheme 4). The same materials were obtained from the (9S) alcohols (+)‐ 13 and (−)‐ 14 , treated first with MnO2, then with POCl3/pyridine (Scheme 4). Conversely, the dehydration with POCl3/pyridine of the enantiomerically pure 2,6‐cis‐5‐hydroxy derivatives obtained from (±)‐ 15 and (±)‐ 16 gave rise to a mixture in which the γ‐irol acetates 25a and 25b and 26a and 26b prevailed over the α‐ and β‐isomers (Scheme 5). The (+)‐ and (−)‐cisγ‐irones ((+)‐ and (−)‐ 3 , resp.) were obtained from the latter mixture by a sequence involving as the key step the photochemical isomerization of the α‐double bond to the γ‐double bond. External panel olfactory evaluation assigned to (+)‐β‐irone ((+)‐ 2 ) and to (−)‐cisγ‐irone ((−)‐ 3 ) the strongest character and the possibility to be used as dry‐down note.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and flapping motion of clothespin‐shaped binuclear trans‐bis(salicylaldiminato)palladium(II) complexes (anti‐ 1 ) with 4‐azaheptamethylene linkers bearing amide ( a – g ), urethane ( h ), or urea ( i ) functionalities are described in this report. Various 2D 1H NMR experiments and XRD analyses indicate that the amide‐ and urethane‐linked anti‐ 1 a , b , d – h complexes exist as equilibrated mixtures of major and minor conformers I and II in CDCl3, whereas the complexes anti‐ 1 c and i were observed as a single species. The mapping of NOESY cross‐peaks between conformers I and II revealed that the equilibration of the major and minor conformers of anti‐ 1 a , b , d – h proceeds by two pathways, namely a nonrotatory flapping motion of the coordinated blades and a nonflapping rotation of C?N bonds, whereas the equilibration of anti‐ 1 c proceeds by simultaneous flapping and rotation motions. Kinetic studies carried out by means of 1H–1H EXSY experiments revealed that 1) the ΔG298K values for the flapping motion are controlled remotely by the steric and electronic effects of the RCON functionalities and 2) the activation parameters for the nonrotatory flapping process are identical to those for the nonflapping peptide rotation in the complexes anti‐ 1 a,b,d – h , which indicates that the present multistep conformational transformation induced by the flapping motion is controlled by the rate‐determining pyramidalization/depyramidalization (i.e., sp2/sp3 interconversion) of the nitrogen atoms of the functionalities. The static and controllable molecular mobility of anti‐ 1 bearing peptide linkers has been discussed by comparison with the dynamic behavior of its analogues anti‐ 2 – 4 with flexible polymethylene linkers.  相似文献

A concise asymmetric (>99:1 e.r.) total synthesis of (+)‐anti‐ and (?)‐syn‐mefloquine hydrochloride from a common intermediate is described. The key asymmetric transformation is a Sharpless dihydroxylation of an olefin that is accessed in three steps from commercially available materials. The Sharpless‐derived diol is converted into either a trans or cis epoxide, and these are subsequently converted into (+)‐anti‐ and (?)‐syn‐mefloquine, respectively. The synthetic (+)‐anti‐ and (?)‐syn‐mefloquine samples were derivatized with (S)‐(+)‐mandelic acid tert‐butyldimethylsilyl ether, and a crystal structure of each derivative was obtained. These are the first X‐ray structures for mefloquine derivatives that were obtained by coupling to a known chiral, nonracemic compound, and provide definitive confirmation of the absolute stereochemistry of (+)‐anti‐ as well as (?)‐syn‐mefloquine.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of the N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda) ligand has been studied in solid lithium‐fluorenide(tmeda) ( 3 ) and lithium‐benzo[b]fluorenide(tmeda) ( 4 ) using CP/MAS solid‐state 13C‐ and 15N‐NMR spectroscopy. It is shown that, in the ground state, the tmeda ligand is oriented parallel to the long molecular axis of the fluorenide and benzo[b]fluorenide systems. At low temperature (<250 K), the 13C‐NMR spectrum exhibits two MeN signals. A dynamic process, assigned to a 180° rotation of the five‐membered metallacycle (π‐flip), leads at elevated temperatures to coalescence of these signals. Line‐shape calculations yield ΔH?=42.7 kJ mol?1, ΔS?=?5.3 J mol?1 K?1, and =44.3 kJ mol?1 for 3 , and ΔH?=36.8 kJ mol?1, ΔS?=?17.7 J mol?1 K?1, and =42.1 kJ mol?1 for 4 , respectively. A second dynamic process, assigned to ring inversion of the tmeda ligand, was detected from the temperature dependence of T1ρ, the 13C spin‐lattice relaxation time in the rotating frame, and led to ΔH?=24.8 kJ mol?1, ΔS?=?49.2 J mol?1 K?1, and =39.5 kJ mol?1 for 3 , and ΔH?=18.2 kJ mol?1, ΔS?=?65.3 J mol?1 K?1, and =37.7 kJ mol?1 for 4 , respectively. For (D12)‐ 3 , the rotation of the CD3 groups has also been studied, and a barrier Ea of 14.1 kJ mol?1 was found.  相似文献

The anionic gold(I) complexes [1‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐1‐CB11H11]? ( 1 ), [1‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐1‐CB9H9]? ( 2 ), and [2‐(Ph3PAu)‐closo‐2‐CB9H9]? ( 3 ) with gold–carbon 2c–2e σ bonds have been prepared from [AuCl(PPh3)] and the respective carba‐closo‐borate dianion. The anions have been isolated as their Cs+ salts and the corresponding [Et4N]+ salts were obtained by salt metathesis reactions. The salt Cs‐ 3 isomerizes in the solid state and in solution at elevated temperatures to Cs‐ 2 with ΔHiso=(?75±5) kJ mol?1 (solid state) and ΔH=(118±10) kJ mol?1 (solution). The compounds were characterized by vibrational and multi‐NMR spectroscopies, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry. The crystal structures of [Et4N]‐ 1 , [Et4N]‐ 2 , and [Et4N]‐ 3 were determined. The bonding parameters, NMR chemical shifts, and the isomerization enthalpy of Cs‐ 3 to Cs‐ 2 are compared to theoretical data.  相似文献

Comprehensive mechanistic studies on the enantioselective aldol reaction between isatin ( 1 a ) and acetone, catalyzed by L ‐leucinol ( 3 a ), unraveled that isatin, apart from being a substrate, also plays an active catalytic role. Conversion of the intermediate oxazolidine 4 into the reactive syn‐enamine 6 , catalyzed by isatin, was identified as the rate‐determining step by both the calculations (ΔG=26.1 kcal mol?1 for the analogous L ‐alaninol, 3 b ) and the kinetic isotope effect (kH/kD=2.7 observed for the reaction using [D6]acetone). The subsequent reaction of the syn‐enamine 6 with isatin produces (S)‐ 2 a (calculated ΔG=11.6 kcal mol?1). The calculations suggest that the overall stereochemistry is controlled by two key events: 1) the isatin‐catalyzed formation of the syn‐enamine 6 , which is thermodynamically favored over its anti‐rotamer 7 by 2.3 kcal mol?1; and 2) the high preference of the syn‐enamine 6 to produce (S)‐ 2 a on reaction with isatin ( 1 a ) rather than its enantiomer (ΔΔG=2.6 kcal mol?1).  相似文献

A new preconcentration method is presented for lead on TAN‐loaded polyurethane foam (PUF) and its measurement by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). The optimum sorption conditions of 1.29 × 10?5 M solution of Pb(II) ions on TAN‐loaded PUF were investigated. The maximum sorption was observed at pH 7 with 20 minutes equilibrated time on 7.25 mg mL?1 of TAN‐loaded foam. The kinetic study indicates that the overall sorption process was controlled by the intra‐particle diffusion process. The validity of Freundlich, Langmuir and Dubinin ‐ Radushkevich adsorption isotherms were tested. The Freundlich constants 1/n and KF are evaluated to be 0.45 ±0.04 and (1.03 +0.61) × 10?3 mol g?1, respectively. The monolayer sorption capacity and adsorption constant related to the Langmuir isotherm are (1.38 ± 0.08) × 10?5 mol g?1 and (1.46 ± 0.27) × 105 L mol?1, respectively. The mean free energy of Pb(II) ions sorption on‐TAN loaded PUF is 11.04 ± 0.28 kJ mol?1 indicating chemisorption phenomena. The effect of temperature on the sorption yields thermodynamics parameters of ΔH, ΔS and ΔG at 298 K that are 15.0 ± 1.4 kJ mol?1, 74 ±5 J mol?1 K?1 and ‐7.37 ± 0.28 kJ mol?1, respectively. The positive values of enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS) indicate the endothermic sorption and stability of the sorbed complexes are entropy driven. However, the negative value of Gibb's free energy (ΔG) indicates the spontaneous nature of sorption. On the basis of these data, the sorption mechanism has been postulated. The effect of different foreign ions on the sorption and desorption studies were also carried out. The method was successfully applied for the determination of lead from different water samples at ng levels.  相似文献

The gas‐phase elimination kinetics of ethyl 2‐furoate and 2‐ethyl 2‐thiophenecarboxylate was carried out in a static reaction system over the temperature range of 623.15–683.15 K (350–410°C) and pressure range of 30–113 Torr. The reactions proved to be homogeneous, unimolecular, and obey a first‐order rate law. The rate coefficients are expressed by the following Arrhenius equations: ethyl 2‐furoate, log k1 (s?1) = (11.51 ± 0.17)–(185.6 ± 2.2) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1; ethyl 2‐thiophenecarboxylate, log k1 (s?1) = (11.59 ± 0.19)–(183.8 ± 2.4) kJ mol?1 (2.303 RT)?1. The elimination products are ethylene and the corresponding heteroaromatic 2‐carboxylic acid. However, as the reaction temperature increases, the intermediate heteroaromatic carboxylic acid products slowly decarboxylate to give the corresponding heteroaromatic furan and thiophene, respectively. The mechanisms of these reactions are suggested and described. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Chem Kinet 41: 145–152, 2009  相似文献

The self‐assembly of ditopic bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene ligands ( L H) and the complex (2,2′‐bipyridyl‐κ2N,N′)bis(nitrato‐κO)palladium(II) affords the supramolecular coordination complex tris[μ‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene‐κ2N3:N3′]‐triangulo‐tris[(2,2′‐bipyridyl‐κ2N,N′)palladium(II)] hexakis(hexafluoridophosphate) acetonitrile heptasolvate, [Pd3(C10H8N2)3(C12H10N4)3](PF6)6·7CH3CN, 2 . The structure of 2 was characterized in acetonitrile‐d3 by 1H/13C NMR spectroscopy and a DOSY experiment. The trimeric nature of supramolecular coordination complex 2 in solution was ascertained by cold spray ionization mass spectrometry (CSI–MS) and confirmed in the solid state by X‐ray structure analysis. The asymmetric unit of 2 comprises the trimetallic Pd complex, six PF6? counter‐ions and seven acetonitrile solvent molecules. Moreover, there is one cavity within the unit cell which could contain diethyl ether solvent molecules, as suggested by the crystallization process. The packing is stabilized by weak inter‐ and intramolecular C—H…N and C—H…F interactions. Interestingly, the crystal structure displays two distinct conformations for the L H ligand (i.e. syn and anti), with an all‐syn‐[Pd] coordination mode. This result is in contrast to the solution behaviour, where multiple structures with syn/anti‐ L H and syn/anti‐[Pd] are a priori possible and expected to be in rapid equilibrium.  相似文献

Substitution reactions of a Cl ligand in [SnCl2(tpp)] (tpp=5,10,15,20‐tetraphenyl‐21H,23H‐porphinato(2−)) by five organic bases i.e., butylamine (BuNH2), sec‐butylamine (sBuNH2), tert‐butylamine (tBuNH2), dibutylamine (Bu2NH), and tributylamine (Bu3N), as entering nucleophile in dimethylformamide at I=0.1M (NaNO3) and 30–55° were studied. The second‐order rate constants for the substitution of a Cl ligand were found to be (36.86±1.14)⋅10−3, (32.91±0.79)⋅10−3, (22.21±0.58)⋅10−3, (19.09±0.66)⋅10−3, and (1.36±0.08)⋅10−3 M −1s−1 at 40° for BuNH2, tBuNH2, sBuNH2, Bu2NH, and Bu3N, respectively. In a temperature‐dependence study, the activation parameters ΔH and ΔS for the reaction of [SnCl2(tpp)] with the organic bases were determined as 38.61±4.79 kJ mol−1 and −150.40±15.46 J K−1mol−1 for BuNH2, 40.95±4.79 kJ mol−1 and −143.75±15.46 J K−1mol−1 for tBuNH2, 30.88±2.43 kJ mol−1 and −179.00±7.82 J K−1mol−1 for sBuNH2, 26.56±2.97 kJ mol−1 and −194.05±9.39 J K−1mol−1 for Bu2NH, and 39.37±2.25 kJ mol−1 and −174.68±7.07 J K−1 mol−1 for Bu3N. From the linear rate dependence on the concentration of the bases, the span of k2 values, and the large negative values of the activation entropy, an associative (A) mechanism is deduced for the ligand substitution.  相似文献

Kinetic measurements for the thermal rearrangement of 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐[(E)‐styryl]cyclopropane ( 22a ) to 3,4,4‐triphenylcyclopent‐1‐ene ( 23a ) in decalin furnished ΔH =31.0±1.2 kcal mol?1 and ΔS =?6.0±2.6 e.u. The lowering of ΔH by 20 kcal mol?1, compared with the rearrangement of the vinylcyclopropane parent, is ascribed to the stabilization of a transition structure (TS) with allylic diradical character. The racemization of (+)‐(S)‐ 22a proceeds with ΔH =28.2±0.8 kcal mol?1 and ΔS =?5±2 e.u., and is at 150° 106 times faster than the rearrangement. Seven further 1‐(2‐arylethenyl)‐2,2‐diphenylcyclopropanes 22 , (E)‐ and (Z)‐isomers, were synthesized and characterized. The (E)‐compounds showed only modest substituent influence in their krac (at 119.4°) and kisom (at 159.3°) values. The lack of solvent dependence of rate opposes charge separation in the TS, but a linear relation of log krac with log p.r.f., i.e., partial rate factors of radical phenylations of ArH, agrees with a diradical TS. The ring‐opening of the preponderant s‐trans‐conformation of 22 gives rise to the 1‐exo‐phenylallyl radical 26 that bears the diphenylethyl radical in 3‐exo‐position, and is responsible for racemization. The 1‐exo‐3‐endo‐substituted allylic diradical 27 arises from the minor s‐gauche‐conformation of 22 and is capable of closing the three‐ or the five‐membered ring, 22 or 23 , respectively. The discussion centers on the question whether the allylic diradical is an intermediate or merely a TS. Quantum‐chemical calculations by Houk et al. (1997) for the parent vinylcyclopropane reveal the lack of an intermediate. Can the conjugation of the allylic diradical with three Ph groups carve the well of an intermediate?  相似文献

The title compounds, C21H22BrNO2, are isomeric 8‐benzyl‐2‐[(4‐bromophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl]‐8‐azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan‐3‐ones. Compound (I), the (±)‐exo,syn‐(1RS,2SR,5SR,9SR) isomer, crystallizes in the hexagonal space group R, while compounds (II) [the (+)‐exo,anti‐(1R,2S,5S,9R) isomer] and (III) [the (±)‐exo,anti‐(1RS,2SR,5SR,9RS) isomer] crystallize in the orthorhombic space groups P212121 and Pna21, respectively. The absolute configuration was determined for enantiomerically pure (II). For the noncentrosymmetric crystal of (III), its absolute structure was established. In the crystal structures of (I) and (II), an intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed between the hydroxy group and the heterocyclic N atom. In the crystal structure of racemic (III), hydrogen‐bonded chains of molecules are formed via intermolecular O—H...O interactions. Additionally, face‐to‐edge π–π interactions are present in the crystal structures of (I) and (II). In all three structures, the piperidinone rings adopt chair conformations and the N‐benzyl substituents occupy the equatorial positions.  相似文献

At room temperature and below, the proton NMR spectrum of N-(trideuteriomethyl)-2-cyanoaziridine consists of two superimposed ABC patterns assignable to two N-invertomers; a single time-averaged ABC pattern is observed at 158.9°C. The static parameters extracted from the spectra in the temperature range from –40.3 to 23.2°C and from the high-temperature spectrum permit the calculation of the thermodynamic quantities ΔH0 = ?475±20 cal mol?1 (?1.987 ± 0.084 kJ mol?1) and ΔS0 = 0.43±0.08 cal mol?1 K?1 (1.80±0.33 J mol?1 K?1) for the cis ? trans equilibrium. Bandshape analysis of the spectra broadened by non-mutual three-spin exchange in the temperature range from 39.4–137.8°C yields the activation parameters ΔHtc = 17.52±0.18 kcal mol?1 (73.30±0.75 kJ mol?1), ΔStc = ?2.08±0.50 cal mol?1 K?1 (?8.70±2.09 J mol?1 K?1) and ΔGtc (300 K) = 18.14±0.03 kcal mol?1 (75.90±0.13 kJ mol?1) for the transcis isomerization. An attempt is made to rationalize the observed entropy data in terms of the principles of statistical thermodynamics.  相似文献

Bis(5‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐ium‐3‐yl)methane dichloride (BATZM·Cl2 or C5H10N82+·2Cl?) was synthesized and crystallized, and the crystal structure was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction; it belongs to the space group C2/c (monoclinic) with Z = 4. The structure of BATZM·Cl2 can be described as a V‐shaped molecule with reasonable chemical geometry and no disorder, and its one‐dimensional structure can be described as a rhombic helix. The specific molar heat capacity (Cp,m) of BATZM·Cl2 was determined using the continuous Cp mode of a microcalorimeter and theoretical calculations, and the Cp,m value is 276.18 J K?1 mol?1 at 298.15 K. The relative deviations between the theoretical and experimental values of Cp,m, HTH298.15K and STS298.15K of BATZM·Cl2 are almost equivalent at each temperature. The detonation velocity (D) and detonation pressure (P) of BATZM·Cl2 were estimated using the nitrogen equivalent equation according to the experimental density; BATZM·Cl2 has a higher detonation velocity (7143.60 ± 3.66 m s?1) and detonation pressure (21.49 ± 0.03 GPa) than TNT. The above results for BATZM·Cl2 are compared with those of bis(5‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methane (BATZM) and the effect of salt formation on them is discussed.  相似文献
