报道了基于圆柱型光子晶体自准直效应的低功耗Fabry-Perot干涉仪。该干涉仪是在二维光子晶体中引入两排线缺陷构成的。引入的线缺陷具有高反射率和低透射率。在自准直频率范围0.187c/a~0.201c/a,线缺陷的透射率介于20.77%~40.65%。利用时域有限差分方法对FPI的透射谱进行研究,结果表明对两排缺陷的间距d即使进行微小的扩大也会引起透射峰向低频移动,透射谱的自由光谱范围和透射峰的频率随着d的增大而变小,透射谱的半高宽会随着线缺陷的反射率的提高而逐渐变小。 相似文献

相移干涉仪中探测器非线性误差及其补偿 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
通过对多个相移算法的理论分析和数值模拟,发现探测器的非线性响应在相位中会引入2倍空间频率的系统误差。结果表明,非标准相移算法随着探测器非线性度的增加,相对误差也越来越大。提出了压电陶瓷驱动器的移相误差和光电探测器的非线性误差相互抵消的误差补偿技术,并给出了判别误差匹配有效性的实用判据。仿真表明,这种误差补偿技术可以使测量误差减小约一个量级。证明了在不考虑波前幅度信息时,标准相移算法对光电探测器的非线性为零响应,不影响仪器精度。 相似文献

根据光外差检测原理,分析得到干涉测量适用于信号光强小于参考光强的探测,直接测量适用于信号光强大于参考光强的探测的结论。利用自制的全光纤马赫-曾德尔干涉仪系统,对位移信号进行了测量。实验结果表明:当位移信号较小时,干涉测量的灵敏度分别为62.068μW/mm和9.90mV/mm,而非干涉测量的灵敏度分别为4.30μW/mm和0.35mV/mm;当位移信号较大时,干涉测量的灵敏度分别为2.643mV/mm和0.055mV/mm,非干涉测量的灵敏度分别为12.326mV/mm和4.194mV/mm,测量结果与分析得到的结论一致。对于光纤干涉仪强度调制检测的应用具有参考价值。 相似文献

利用菲涅尔-基尔霍夫衍射积分公式,对发散和会聚高斯光束通过薄非线性介质时形成的远场衍射图样进行了研究。模拟计算结果表明:当发散高斯光束通过自散焦介质或会聚高斯光束通过自聚焦介质时,远场均会出现中央较暗、向外围逐渐增强、分布尺度较大的粗衍射环;当发散高斯光束通过自聚焦介质或会聚高斯光束通过自散焦介质时,远场均会出现中心强度最大、向外围逐渐减弱、分布尺度较小的细衍射环。不同远场衍射图样归根结底是入射高斯光束因介质折射率变化造成的空间自相位调制及其波前曲率共同作用的结果。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a sinusoidal phase modulating (SPM) interferometer that is insensitive to external disturbances, and its measuring principle is analyzed theoretically. In the SPM interferometer, the interference signal is detected by a high-speed image sensor based on a low-speed CCD and a signal processing circuit is used to obtain the phase of each point on the surface. Therefore, the surface profile can be measured real-time. The experiments measuring the surface profile of a wedge-shaped optical flat show that the measurement time of the SPM interferometer is less than 10 ms, the repetitive measurement accuracy is 4.2 nm. The results show that the impacts of nonlinear distortion of the piezoelectric transducer (PZT) and part external disturbance are removed. 相似文献

The study of diffusivity is important for the design of chemical equipment and its knowledge is needed for mass transfer studies and is the most fundamental property of any chemical system in which the chemical engineers are interested. Here, we report a new interferometric technique to determine the diffusion coefficient of transparent liquid solutions using Michelson interferometer geometry. The experimental cell containing the diffusing solution was kept in one of the arms of Michelson Interferometer. The liquids of differing concentrations were introduced in the cell. Two separate circular interference fringe systems were formed due to the two solutions and they were recorded on a PC using a CCD camera. The time variation of these interferograms yields the diffusion coefficient. The obtained diffusivity values matched very well with the existing experimental results. Detailed theoretical and experimental analysis is given in the paper. 相似文献

A Sagnac interferometer with a long-period fiber grating (LPG) inscribed in the polarization-maintaining fiber (PMF) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated for simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature. Due to the different responses of the LPG and the Sagnac interferometer to strain and temperature, simultaneous measurement can be achieved by monitoring the wavelength shifts and the intensity changes of a resonance dip of the sensor setup. The experimental results show that the achieved sensitivities to strain and temperature are 6.4 × 10− 3 dB/με and 0.65 nm/°C, respectively. 相似文献

The feasibility of increasing by a factor of two the data speed of the semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA)-based ultrafast nonlinear interferometer in dual rail switching mode by means of a cascaded optical delay interferometer (ODI) is explored and shown through numerical simulation. From the theoretical analysis it has been found that such extension cannot be done without employing this passive element for any selection of the critical parameters but the SOA carrier lifetime, for which the requirements are yet very demanding. If, however, the time delay introduced by the ODI is adjusted to almost 1/3rd of the bit period, then the result of Boolean XOR operation can be improved for a specified range of parameter values, which can be further selected to be more relaxed than is possible when the ODI is not being used. The use of the ODI allows both error-free and pattern-free performance at the output of the interferometric structure configured as ultrafast XOR gate. In this manner the scheme can offer a practical alternative solution for extending the operating rate of this logical module and enabling its exploitation as a basic building unit in more sophisticated all-optical circuits and subsystems. 相似文献

计算电容是复现电学阻抗单位的基准装置, 利用计算电容值和量子霍尔电阻值可以准确计算出精细结构常数α. 计算电容的本质是通过高准确度地测量屏蔽电极的位移, 实现对电容量值的测量. 因此, 基于Fabry-Perot干涉仪的精密电极位移测量系统是计算电容装置中最为核心和关键的部分. 在Fabry-Perot干涉仪测位移过程中, 由于高斯激光束存在轴向Gouy相位, 该附加相位将会引起相邻干涉条纹对应位移的变化(大于或者小于λ/2), 导致位移的测量值与实际值存在偏差. 本文阐述了高斯激光场的传播特性, 利用高斯激光束在自由空间和透过薄透镜复振幅的变换关系, 建立了计算电容装置中Fabry-Perot干涉仪透射光束的传输模型; 通过对不同腔长的Fabry-Perot干涉仪透射光场相位的分析, 获得了高斯激光束轴向Gouy相位修正与传输距离的关系. 结果表明, 当腔长从111.3 mm移动至316.3 mm时, 在接收距离为560 mm的情况下, 高斯光束轴向Gouy 相位引起的位移修正的绝对值最小为0.7 nm, 其相对相位修正量|δL|/|ΔL| = 3.4×10-9. 相似文献

In this paper we report a numerical investigation of an all-fibre narrowband transmission filter in the arrangement of two
identical photo-imprinted Bragg gratings symmetrically located in each arm of a Michelson Interferometer, simulating, thus,
an add-drop filter. The transmission characteristics and in addition the crosstalk level and extinction ratio, were studied.
The coupled mode theory and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method were applied, respectively, to solve the coupled differential
equations. This is the first study, as far as we now, of the performance of this device considering the nonlinearity of the
fibre coupler and linearity of the fibre Bragg gratings. The device is presenting a highly nonlinear behavior dependence in
