The crystal structures of rare‐earth diaryl‐ or dialkylphosphate derivatives are poorly explored. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]chloridotetrakis(methanol‐κO )neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (1), and of the lutetium, [Lu(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (2), and yttrium, [Y(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (3), analogues have been obtained by reactions between lithium bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate and LnCl3(H2O)6 (in a 2:1 ratio) in methanol. Compounds (1)–(3) crystallize in the C 2/c space group. Their crystal structures are isomorphous. The molecule possesses C 2 symmetry with a twofold crystallographic axis passing through the Ln and Cl atoms. The bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate ligands all display a κ1O‐monodentate coordination mode. The coordination polyhedron for the metal atom [coordination number (CN) = 7] is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. Each [Ln{O2P(O‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2}2Cl(CH3OH)4] molecular unit exhibits two intramolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming six‐membered rings, and two intramolecular O—H…Cl interactions, forming four‐membered rings. Intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds connect each unit via four noncoordinating methanol molecules with four other units, forming a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]tetrakis(methanol‐κO )(nitrato‐κ2O ,O ′)neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)(NO3)(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (4), have been obtained in an analogous manner from NdCl3(H2O)6. Compound (4) also crystalizes in the C 2/c space group. Its crystal structure is similar to those of (1)–(3). The κ2O ,O ′‐bidentate nitrate anion is disordered over a twofold axis, being located nearly on it. Half of the molecule is crystallographically unique (CNNd = 8). Unlike (1)–(3), complex (4) exhibits disorder of all three methanol molecules, one isopropyl group of the phosphate ligand and the NO3 ligand. The structure of (4) displays intra‐ and intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds similar to those in (1)–(3). Compounds (1)–(4) represent the first reported mononuclear bis[bis(diaryl/dialkyl)phosphate] rare‐earth complexes.  相似文献

The reactions of K[(2,6‐iPr2C6H3‐O)2POO] either with LaCl3(H2O)7 or with Nd(NO3)3(H2O)6 in a 3:1 molar ratio, followed by vacuum drying and recrystallization from alkanes, have led to the formation of diaquapentakis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphato]‐μ‐hydroxido‐dilanthanum hexane disolvate, [La2(C24H34O4P)5(OH)(H2O)2]·2C6H14, ( 1 )·2(hexane), and tetraaquatetrakis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphato]‐μ‐hydroxido‐dineodymium bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphate heptane disolvate, [Nd2(C24H34O4P)4(OH)(H2O)4]·2C6H14, ( 2 )·2(heptane). The compounds crystalize in the P21/n and P space groups, respectively. The diaryl‐substituted organophosphate ligand exhibits three different coordination modes, viz. κ2O,O′‐terminal [in ( 1 ) and ( 2 )], κO‐terminal [in ( 1 )] and μ2‐κ1O1O′‐bridging [in ( 1 ) and ( 2 )]. Binuclear structures ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are similar and have the same unique Ln2(μ‐OH)(μ‐OPO)2 core. The structure of ( 2 ) consists of an [Nd2{(2,6‐iPr2C6H3‐O)2POO}4(OH)(H2O)4]+ cation and a [(2,6‐iPr2C6H3‐O)2POO] anion, which are bound via four intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds. The molecular structure of ( 1 ) displays two O—H…O hydrogen bonds between OH/H2O ligands and a κ1O‐terminal organophosphate ligand, which resembles, to some extent, the `free' [(2,6‐iPr2C6H3‐O)2POO] anion in ( 2 ). NMR studies have shown that the formation of ( 1 ) undoubtedly occurs due to intramolecular hydrolysis during vacuum drying of the aqueous La tris(phosphate) complex. Catalytic experiments have demonstrated that the presence of the coordinated hydroxide anion and water molecules in precatalyst ( 2 ) substantially lowered the catalytic activity of the system prepared from ( 2 ) in butadiene and isoprene polymerization compared to the catalytic system based on the neodymium tris[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphate] complex, which contains neither OH nor H2O ligands.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title complexes, namely trans‐bis(isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)cobalt(II), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], and the corresponding nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2] and [Cu(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], are isomorphous and contain metal ions at centres of inversion. The three compounds have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is bonded by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two methanol O atoms. Two isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions, forming the equatorial plane, and the two methanol ligands occupy the axial positions. The complex molecules are linked together by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the methanol ligands and neighbouring carboxylate groups.  相似文献

Three new diclofenac‐based copper(II) complexes, namely tetrakis{μ‐2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O:O′}bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu2(μ‐dicl)4(CH3OH)2] ( 1 ), bis{2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O,O′}bis(1‐vinyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN3)copper(II), [Cu(dicl)2(vim)2] ( 2 ), and bis{2‐[2‐(2,6‐dichloroanilino)phenyl]acetato‐κ2O,O′}bis(1H‐imidazole‐κN3)copper(II), [Cu(dicl)2(im)2] ( 3 ) [dicl is diclofenac (C14H10Cl2NO2), vim is 1‐vinylimidazole (C5H6N2) and im is imidazole (C3H4N2)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT–IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. X‐ray diffraction analysis shows that complex 1 consists of dimeric units in which the dicl ligand exhibits a bidentate syn,syn‐μ2 coordination mode linking two copper(II) centres. Complexes 2 and 3 have mononuclear units with the general formula [Cu(dicl)2L2] (L is vim or im) in which the CuII ions are octahedrally coordinated by two L and two dicl chelating ligands. The L and dicl ligands both occupy the trans positions of the coordination octahedron. The different coordination modes of dicl in the title complexes were revealed by Fourier transform IR (FT–IR) spectroscopy. The spin matching between the copper(II) centres in the dimeric [Cu2(μ‐dicl)4(CH3OH)2] units was also confirmed by magnetic data to be lower than the spin‐only value and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra. The thermal properties of the complexes were investigated by thermogravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques.  相似文献

A new packing polymorph of bis(2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenolato‐κO)bis(tetrahydrofuran‐κO)magnesium, [Mg(C15H23O)2(C4H8O)2] or Mg(BHT)2(THF)2, (BHT is the 2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenoxide anion and THF is tetrahydrofuran), ( 1 ), has the same space group (P21) as the previously reported modification [Nifant'ev et al. (2017d). Dalton Trans. 46 , 12132–12146], but contains three crystallographically independent molecules instead of one. The structure of ( 1 ) exhibits rotational disorder of the tert‐butyl groups and positional disorder of a THF ligand. The complex of bis(2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenolato‐κO)bis(μ2‐ethyl glycolato‐κ2O,O′:κO)dimethyldialuminium, [Al2(CH3)2(C4H7O3)2(C15H23O)2] or [(BHT)AlMe(OCH2COOEt)]2, ( 2 ), is a dimer located on an inversion centre and has an Al2O2 rhomboid core. The 2‐ethoxy‐2‐oxoethanolate ligand (OCH2COOEt) displays a μ2‐κ2O,O′:κO semi‐bridging coordination mode, forming a five‐membered heteronuclear Al–O–C–C–O ring. The same ligand exhibits positional disorder of the terminal methyl group. The redetermined structure of the heptanuclear complex octakis(μ3‐benzyloxo‐κOOO)hexaethylheptazinc, [Zn7(C2H5)6(C7H7O)8] or [Zn7(OCH2Ph)8Et6], ( 3 ), possesses a bicubic Zn7O8 core located at an inversion centre and demonstrates positional disorder of one crystallographically independent phenyl group. Cambridge Structural Database surveys are given for complexes structurally analogous to ( 2 ) and ( 3 ). Complexes ( 2 ) and ( 3 ), as well as derivatives of ( 1 ), are of interest as catalysts for the ring‐opening polymerization of ϵ‐caprolactone, and polymerization results are reported.  相似文献

The complexes [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)cobalt(II), [Co(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], and [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], are isomorphous. The central ZnII/CoII ions are surrounded by two S atoms from the tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolate ligand and by two N atoms from the chelating histamine ligand in a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with two intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the histamine NH2 groups and tert‐butoxy O atoms. Molecules of the complexes are joined into dimers via two intermolecular bifurcated N—H...(S,O) hydrogen bonds. The ZnII atom in [(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)methanol]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κ2O,S)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C4H6N2O)], is five‐coordinated by two O and two S atoms from the O,S‐chelating silanethiolate ligand and by one N atom from (1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)methanol; the hydroxy group forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with sulfur. Molecules of this complex pack as zigzag chains linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. These structures provide reference details for cysteine‐ and histidine‐ligated metal centers in proteins.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three unusual chromium organophosphate complexes have been determined, namely, bis(μ‐butyl 2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenyl hydrogen phosphato‐κOO′)di‐μ‐hydroxido‐bis[(butyl 2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenyl hydrogen phosphato‐κO)(butyl 2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenyl phosphato‐κO)chromium](CrCr) heptane disolvate or {Cr22‐OH)22‐PO2(OBu)(O‐2,6‐tBu2‐4‐MeC6H2)‐κOO′]2[PO2(OBu)(O‐2,6‐tBu2‐4‐MeC6H2)‐κO]2[HOPO(OBu)(O‐2,6‐tBu2‐4‐MeC6H2)‐κO]2}·2C7H16, [Cr2(C19H32O4P)4(C19H33O4P)2(OH)2]·2C7H16, denoted ( 1 )·2(heptane), [μ‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphato‐1κO:2κO′]bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphato]‐1κO,2κO‐chlorido‐2κCl‐triethanol‐1κ2O,2κO‐di‐μ‐ethanolato‐1κ2O:2κ2O‐dichromium(CrCr) ethanol monosolvate or {Cr22‐OEt)22‐PO2(O‐2,6‐iPr2‐C6H3)2‐κOO′][PO2(O‐2,6‐iPr2‐C6H3)2‐κO]2Cl(EtOH)3}·EtOH, [Cr2(C2H5O)2(C24H34O4P)3Cl(C2H6O)3]·C2H6O, denoted ( 2 )·EtOH, and di‐μ‐ethanolato‐1κ2O:2κ2O‐bis{[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) hydrogen phosphato‐κO][bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) phosphato‐κO]chlorido(ethanol‐κO)chromium}(CrCr) benzene disolvate or {Cr22‐OEt)2[PO2(O‐2,6‐iPr2‐C6H3)2‐κO]2[HOPO(O‐2,6‐iPr2‐C6H3)2‐κO]2Cl2(EtOH)2}·2C6H6, [Cr2(C2H5O)2(C24H34O4P)2(C24H35O4P)2Cl2(C2H6O)2]·2C6H6, denoted ( 3 )·2C6H6. Complexes ( 1 )–( 3 ) have been synthesized by an exchange reaction between the in‐situ‐generated corresponding lithium or potassium disubstituted phosphates with CrCl3(H2O)6 in ethanol. The subsequent crystallization of ( 1 ) from heptane, ( 2 ) from ethanol and ( 3 ) from an ethanol/benzene mixture allowed us to obtain crystals of ( 1 )·2(heptane), ( 2 )·EtOH and ( 3 )·2C6H6, whose structures have the monoclinic P21, orthorhombic P212121 and triclinic P space groups, respectively. All three complexes have binuclear cores with a single Cr—Cr bond, i.e. Cr2O6P2 in ( 1 ), Cr2PO4 in ( 2 ) and Cr2O2 in ( 3 ), where the Cr atoms are in distorted octahedral environments, formally having 16 ē per Cr atom. The complexes have bridging ligands μ2‐OH in ( 1 ) or μ2‐OEt in ( 2 ) and ( 3 ). The organophosphate ligands demonstrate terminal κO coordination modes in ( 1 )–( 3 ) and bridging μ2‐κOO′ coordination modes in ( 1 ) and ( 2 ). All the complexes exhibit hydrogen bonding: two intramolecular Ophos…H—Ophos interactions in ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) form two {H[PO2(OR)2]2} associates; two intramolecular Cl…H—OEt hydrogen bonds additionally stabilize the Cr2O2 core in ( 3 ); two intramolecular Ophos…H—OEt interactions and two O…H—O intermolecular hydrogen bonds with a noncoordinating ethanol molecule are observed in ( 2 )·EtOH. The presence of both basic ligands (OH? or OEt?) and acidic [H(phosphate)2]? associates at the same metal centres in ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) is rather unusual. Complexes may serve as precatalysts for ethylene polymerization under mild conditions, providing polyethylene with a small amount of short‐chain branching. The formation of a small amount of α‐olefins has been detected in this reaction.  相似文献

Copper(II) bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate) complexes with pyridin‐2‐one (pyon), 3‐hydroxypyridine (hpy) and 3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one (hpyon) were prepared and the solid‐state structures of (pyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(pyon‐κO )], (I), bis(pyridin‐3‐ol‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpy‐κO )2], (II), and bis(3‐hydroxypyridin‐2‐one‐κO )bis(4,4,4‐trifluoro‐3‐oxo‐1‐phenylbutan‐1‐olato‐κ2O ,O ′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H6F3O2)2(C5H5NO2)2] or [Cu(tfpb‐κ2O ,O ′)2(hpyon‐κO )2], (III), were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The coordination of the metal centre is square pyramidal and displays a rare example of a mutual cis arrangement of the β‐diketonate ligands in (I) and a trans‐octahedral arrangement in (II) and (III). Complex (II) presents the first crystallographic evidence of κO‐monodentate hpy ligation to the transition metal enabling the pyridine N atom to participate in a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network through O—H…N interactions, forming a graph‐set motif R 22(7) through a C—H…O interaction. Complex (III) presents the first crystallographic evidence of monodentate coordination of the neutral hpyon ligand to a metal centre and a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is formed through N—H…O interactions facilitated by C—H…O interactions, forming the graph‐set motifs R 22(8) and R 22(7).  相似文献

Two tricarbonyl complexes of rhenium(I) and manganese(I) coordinated by the ligand 2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)ethyl]iminomethyl}‐5‐methylphenolate are reported, viz. fac‐tricarbonyl(2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethyl]iminomethyl‐κN}‐5‐methylphenolato‐κO)rhenium(I) methanol monosolvate, [Re(C16H14N3O4)(CO)3]·CH3OH, (I), and fac‐tricarbonyl(2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethyl]iminomethyl‐κN}‐5‐methylphenolato‐κO)manganese(I), fac‐[Mn(C16H14N3O4)(CO)3], (II), display facial coordination in a distorted octahedral environment. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions, while that of (II) is stabilized by N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions only. These interactions result in two‐dimensional networks and π–π stacking for both structures.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted much interest due to the intriguing diversity of their architectures and topologies. However, building MOFs with different topological structures from the same ligand is still a challenge. Using 3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoic acid (HL) as a new ligand, three novel MOFs, namely poly[[(N,N‐dimethylformamide‐κO)bis[μ2‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ3O,O′:N]cadmium(II)] N,N‐dimethylformamide monosolvate methanol monosolvate], {[Cd(C12H7N2O4)2(C3H7NO)]·C3H7NO·CH3OH}n, ( 1 ), poly[[(μ2‐acetato‐κ2O:O′)[μ3‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ3O:O′:N]bis[μ3‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ4O,O′:O′:N]dicadmium(II)] N,N‐dimethylacetamide disolvate monohydrate], {[Cd2(C12H7N2O4)3(CH3CO2)]·2C4H9NO·H2O}n, ( 2 ), and catena‐poly[[[diaquanickel(II)]‐bis[μ2‐3‐nitro‐4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoato‐κ2O:N]] N,N‐dimethylacetamide disolvate], {[Ni(C12H7N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2C4H9NO}n, ( 3 ), have been prepared. Single‐crystal structure analysis shows that the CdII atom in MOF ( 1 ) has a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal [CdN2O5] coordination geometry. The [CdN2O5] units as 4‐connected nodes are interconnected by L? ligands to form a fourfold interpenetrating three‐dimensional (3D) framework with a dia topology. In MOF ( 2 ), there are two crystallographically different CdII ions showing a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal [CdNO6] and a distorted octahedral [CdN2O4] coordination geometry, respectively. Two CdII ions are connected by three carboxylate groups to form a binuclear [Cd2(COO)3] cluster. Each binuclear cluster as a 6‐connected node is further linked by acetate groups and L? ligands to produce a non‐interpenetrating 3D framework with a pcu topology. MOF ( 3 ) contains two crystallographically distinct NiII ions on special positions. Each NiII ion adopts an elongated octahedral [NiN2O4] geometry. Each NiII ion as a 4‐connected node is linked by L? ligands to generate a two‐dimensional network with an sql topology, which is further stabilized by two types of intermolecular OW—HW…O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular framework. MOFs ( 1 )–( 3 ) were also characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetic analysis. Furthermore, the solid‐state photoluminescence of HL and MOFs ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) have been investigated. The photoluminescence of MOFs ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are enhanced and red‐shifted with respect to free HL. The gas adsorption investigation of MOF ( 2 ) indicates a good separation selectivity (71) of CO2/N2 at 273 K (i.e. the amount of CO2 adsorption is 71 times higher than N2 at the same pressure).  相似文献

The reaction of [FeL(MeOH)2] {where L is the tetradentate N2O2‐coordinating Schiff base‐like ligand (E,E)‐diethyl 2,2′‐[1,2‐phenylenebis(nitrilomethylidyne)]bis(3‐oxobutanoate)(2−) and MeOH is methanol} with 3‐aminopyridine (3‐apy) in methanol results in the formation of the octahedral complex (3‐aminopyridine‐κN1){(E,E)‐diethyl 2,2′‐[1,2‐phenylenebis(nitrilomethylidyne)]bis(3‐oxobutanoato)(2−)‐κ4O3,N,N′,O3′}(methanol‐κO)iron(II), [Fe(C20H22N2O6)(C5H6N2)(CH4O)] or [FeL(3‐apy)(MeOH)], in which the FeII ion is centered in an N3O3 coordination environment with two different axial ligands. This is the first example of an octahedral complex of this multidentate ligand type with two different axial ligands, and the title compound can be considered as a precursor for a new class of complexes with potential spin‐crossover behavior. An infinite two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network is formed, involving the amine NH group, the methanol OH group and the carbonyl O atoms of the equatorial ligand. T‐dependent susceptibility measurements revealed that the complex remains in the high‐spin state over the entire temperature range investigated.  相似文献

Dark‐red poly[[decaaquabis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κ2N:N′)bis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐1H‐pyrrole‐2,5‐diolato‐κ2N:N′)tricadmium] hemihydrate], [Cd3(C8HN4O2)2(C8N4O2)2(H2O)10]·0.5H2O, (III), has a polymeric two‐dimensional structure, the building block of which includes two cadmium cations (one of them located on an inversion centre), and both singly and doubly charged anions. Because of its versatile coordination modes and strong coordination ability, the mercaptoacetic acid substituted 1,2,4‐triazole 2‐{[5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl]sulfanyl}acetic acid ( H2L ) was synthesized and characterized. Treatment of H2L with cobalt and nickel acetate afforded the dinuclear complexes {μ‐3‐[(carboxylatomethyl)sulfanyl]‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐ido‐κ2N1,N5:N2,O}bis[aqua(methanol‐κO)cobalt(II)] methanol disolvate, [Co2(C9H6N4O2S)2(CH3OH)2(H2O)2]·2CH3OH ( 1 ), and {μ‐3‐[(carboxylatomethyl)sulfanyl]‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐ido‐κ2N1,N5:N2,O}bis[diaquanickel(II)] methanol disolvate dihydrate, [Ni2(C9H6N4O2S)2(H2O)4]·2CH3OH·2H2O ( 2 ), respectively. Complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c, while 2 crystallized in the tetragonal space group I41/a. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies revealed that H2L is doubly deprotonated and acts as a tetradentate bridging ligand in complexes 1 and 2 . For both of the obtained complexes, extensive hydrogen‐bond interactions contribute to the formation of their three‐dimensional supermolecular structures. Hirshfeld surface analysis was used to illustrate the intermolecular interactions. Additionally, the urease inhibitory activities of 1 , 2 and H2L were investigated against jack bean urease, where the two complexes revealed strong urease inhibition activities.  相似文献

Two new NiII complexes involving the ancillary ligand bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]amine (bpma) and two different carboxylate ligands, i.e. homophthalate [hph; systematic name: 2‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)acetate] and benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate (btc), namely catena‐poly[[aqua{bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}nickel(II)]‐μ‐2‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)aceteto‐κ2O:O′], [Ni(C9H6O4)(C12H13N3)(H2O)]n, and (μ‐benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylato‐κ4O1,O2:O4,O5)bis(aqua{bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}nickel(II)) bis(triaqua{bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyl]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}nickel(II)) benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate hexahydrate, [Ni2(C10H2O8)(C12H13N3)2(H2O)2]·[Ni(C12H13N3)(H2O)3]2(C10H2O8)·6H2O, (II), are presented. Compound (I) is a one‐dimensional polymer with hph acting as a bridging ligand and with the chains linked by weak C—H...O interactions. The structure of compound (II) is much more complex, with two independent NiII centres having different environments, one of them as part of centrosymmetric [Ni(bpma)(H2O)]2(btc) dinuclear complexes and the other in mononuclear [Ni(bpma)(H2O)3]2+ cations which (in a 2:1 ratio) provide charge balance for btc4− anions. A profuse hydrogen‐bonding scheme, where both coordinated and crystal water molecules play a crucial role, provides the supramolecular linkage of the different groups.  相似文献

1‐[6‐(1H‐Pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridin‐2‐yl]‐1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐7‐ium tetrachloridoferrate(III), (C19H14N5)[FeCl4], (II), and [2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl‐κN7)pyridine‐κN]bis(nitrato‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(NO3)2(C19H13N5)], (III), were prepared by self‐assembly from FeCl3·6H2O or Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and 2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridine [commonly called 2,6‐bis(azaindole)pyridine, bap], C19H13N5, (I). Compound (I) crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the P space group, with both independent molecules adopting a transtrans conformation. Compound (II) is a salt complex with weak C—H...Cl interactions giving rise to a zigzag network with π‐stacking down the a axis. Complex (III) lies across a twofold rotation axis in the C2/c space group. The CuII center in (III) has an N3O2 trigonal–bipyramidal environment. The nitrate ligand coordinates in a monodentate fashion, while the bap ligand adopts a twisted tridentate binding mode. C—H...O interactions give rise to a ribbon motif.  相似文献

Assemblies of pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylic acid and CdII in the presence of bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane or bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane under ambient conditions yielded two new coordination polymers, namely poly[[tetraaqua[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ2‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3N1,O2:O3)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C8H12N6)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n, (I), and poly[[diaqua[μ2‐1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethane‐κ2N4:N4′]bis(μ3‐pyrazine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ4N1,O2:O3:O3′)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C6H2N2O4)2(C6H8N6)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, (II). Complex (I) displays an interesting two‐dimensional wave‐like structure and forms a distinct extended three‐dimensional supramolecular structure with the help of O—H...N and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Complex (II) has a three‐dimensional framework structure in which hydrogen bonds of the O—H...N and O—H...O types are found.  相似文献

Due to their versatile coordination modes and metal‐binding conformations, triazolyl ligands can provide a wide range of possibilities for the construction of supramolecular structures. Seven mononuclear transition metal complexes with different structural forms, namely aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (I), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )zinc(II), [Zn(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (II), bis(methanol‐κO )bis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(CH4O)2], (III), diiodidobis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]cadmium(II), [CdI2(C14H12N4)2], (IV), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )cadmium(II), [Cd(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (V), aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]cobalt(II), [Co(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (VI), and diaquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]nickel(II), [Ni(C14H11N4)2(H2O)2], (VII), have been prepared by the reaction of transition metal salts (ZnII, CdII, CoII and NiII) with 3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (pymphtzH) under either ambient or hydrothermal conditions. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All the complexes form three‐dimensional supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonds or through π–π stacking interactions between the centroids of the pyridyl or arene rings. The pymphtzH and pymphtz entities act as bidentate coordinating ligands in each structure. Moreover, all the pyridyl N atoms are coordinated to metal atoms (Zn, Cd, Co or Ni). The N atom in the 4‐position of the triazole group is coordinated to the Zn and Cd atoms in the crystal structures of (II), (IV) and (V), while the N atom in the 1‐position of the triazolate group is coordinated to the Zn, Co and Ni atoms in (I), (III), (VI) and (VII).  相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex.  相似文献

With the new semi‐rigid V‐shaped bidentate pyridyl amide compound 5‐methyl‐N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxamide (L) as an auxiliary ligand and the FeII ion as the metal centre, one mononuclear complex, bis(methanol‐κO)bis[5‐methyl‐N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxamide‐κN]bis(thiocyanato‐κN)iron(II), [Fe(SCN)2(C19H16N4O2)2(CH3OH)2] ( 1 ), and one two‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[[bis(thiocyanato‐κN)iron(II)]‐bis[μ‐5‐methyl‐N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxamide‐κ2N:N′]] methanol disolvate dihydrate], {[Fe(SCN)2(C19H16N4O2)2]·2CH3OH·2H2O}n ( 2 ), were prepared by slow evaporation and H‐tube diffusion methods, respectively, indicating the effect of the method of crystallization on the structure type of the target product. Both complexes have been structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. The single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis shows that L functions as a monodentate ligand in mononuclear 1 , while it coordinates in a bidentate manner to two independent Fe(SCN)2 units in complex 2 , with a different conformation from that in 1 and the ligands point in two almost orthogonal directions, therefore leading to a two‐dimensional grid‐like network. Investigation of the magnetic properties reveals the always high‐spin state of the FeII centre over the whole temperature range in 1 and a gradual thermally‐induced incomplete spin crossover (SCO) behaviour below 150 K in 2 , demonstrating the influence of the different coordination fields on the spin properties of the metal ions. The current results provide useful information for the rational design of functional complexes with different structure dimensionalities by employing different conformations of the ligand and different crystallization methods.  相似文献
