The copper complex, [Cu2(II)(dmpa)2(p-Cl-C6H5COO)2], has been prepared and its structure determined using X-ray crystallography. The dimer is a di-2-alkoxo complex which is a five-coordinate copper dimer with unsupported alkoxo bridges. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 11.384(2), b = 14.636(5), c = 9.609(2) Å, = 100.07(2), = 104.33(3), = 72.79(2)°, V = 1471.8(7) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure is comprised of discrete binuclear clusters in which the metal atoms are bridged by two alkoxo oxygens of the dmpa ligands. The Cu-O and Cu-N distances are in good agreement with those found for other copper(II) aminoalcoholato complexes. The Cu···Cu distance is 2.9765(6) Å. In the crystal, every two dimeric coordination molecules are combined together by the recognition through intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the apical water molecule and the non-coordinated O atom from the p-chlorobenzoato ligand, forminga tetramer.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a well-defined 5-coordinate complex, dichloro-(2,26, 2-terpyridyl)-tin(II), is described. The stereochemistry of this complex is strongly influenced by the stereochemically active pair of electrons, illustrating clearly the potential donor capabilities of this molecule. The complex (C15H11Cl2N3Sn) crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupC2/c (No. 15) witha=15.770(5),b=9.450(2),c=10.482(2) Å,=97.53(2)°,Z=4. The finalR value is 0.029 for 1085 observed reflections.  相似文献

The coordination behavior of N-tosyl-L-glutamine (hereafter abbreviated as tsglnH, tosyl =toluenesulfonyl group) toward the Zn(II) ion is investigated by means of structural and spectroscopic techniques. From aqueous solution, at acidic pH the Zn(II) ion separates a compound of empirical formula Zn(tsgln)2·2H2O whose crystal structure is determined. The crystal is monoclinic, space group C2, with cell dimensions:a=19.775(5),b=5.3146(3),c=16.543(8) Å, =119.93(3)°,Z=2. The Zn(II) is tetrahedrally coordinated by two symmetry-related tsgln monoanions acting as monodentate carboxylate ligands and two symmetry related water molecules. The Zn–O bond distances are similar while the angles at Zn(II) ion differ significantly from those of regular tetrahedron. The side chain amide group does not participate in metal coordination and forms intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

(SP-4-4)-chloro[2-(di-tert-butylphosphino)-2-methylpropyl-C,P] (triphenylarsine)palladium(II), C30H41ClPAsPd, has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21 witha=9.611(2),b=14.335(2),C=11.953(1) Å,=111.97(1)° andZ=2. The phasing model was determined by direct methods and the full-matrix least-squares refinement of 302 structural parameters yielded a reliability factor of 0.039 for 2269 unique reflections withI> 3(I). The square planar geometry about the Pd atom is angularly distorted due to the steric bulk of the ligands and the formation of the four-membered ring, Pd-P-C(2)-C(1), which is severely distorted. The arsine and phosphine ligands are orientedtrans across the square-planar geometry with an As-Pd-P angle of 163.5(1)°. Details of the structural content and selected bond lengths and angles are discussed. The phenyl rings are planar and in a staggered orientation. Steric bulk illustrations from ligand profile calculations (/2 vs ) about the arsine and phosphine ligands are presented.  相似文献

Structures of two binuclear copper(II) complexes with sulfato bridges and tridentate 2-acetylpyridine 3-azacyclothiosemicarbazone ligands have been solved. The complex-sulfato-bis{(2-acetylpyridine 3-hexamethyleneiminyl-thiosemicarbazonato)copper(II)} N,N-dimethylformamide, [Cu(Achexim)]2SO4·DMF, has the following structural properties: triclinic, P1¯(#2), a = 12.314(4), b = 15.885(4), c = 10.959(4) Å, = 103.25(2), = 103.60(2), = 109.94(2)°, V = 1843(2) Å3, and Z = 2; for -sulfato-bis{(2-acetylpyridine 3-piperidylthiosemicarbazonato)copper(II)}chloroform, [Cu(Acpip)]2SO4·CHCl3: triclinic, P1¯(#2), a = 11.657(1), b = 17.101(2), c = 10.338(1) Å, = 98.51(1), = 109.294(7), = 107.016(9)°, V = 1790.3(4) Å3, and Z = 2. The size of the azacyclo ring significantly affects the stereochemistry of these binuclear complexes.  相似文献

The title compound is prepared from 1-methylimidazoline-2(3H)-thione (mimtH) and copper(II) chloride, in a 11 mole ratio in methanol. The crystals are monoclinic, space groupP21/n, witha=8.530(2),b=14.258(2),c=9.693(2) Å,=93.15(2)°,Z=2. The molecular structure shows a dimeric copper(II) complex, in which each copper is chelated by a 1,1-dimethyl-2,2-diimidazolylsulfide ligand, and bonded to three chlorine atoms, two bridging and one terminal. The coordination geometry of each copper is approximately square pyramidal, with two nitrogen atoms, a terminal chlorine, and one of the bridging chlorines forming the square plane. The second bridging chlorine forms the apex of the pyramid.  相似文献

Two O atoms from nitrate anions coordinate on the elongated axial positions with Cu–O being 2.549(2) Å. In the crystal structure, the molecules are organized by hydrogen bonds forming a two-dimensional network.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound is made up of a central sheet containing only metal and oxygen atoms with organic moieties outside and between sheets. The Cd(II) is on a crystallographic center of symmetry and is bound to six propionate oxygen atoms to yield a coordination geometry of an approximate octahedron. Each lithium has four oxygen nearest neighbors to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The lithium atoms are in pairs via oxygen bridges to form unsymmetrical Li2O2 parallelograms with a crystallographic center of symmetry in the middle. Crystal data: Li2Cd(C3H5O2)4,M r =419, triclinic,P¯1,a=7.526(1),b=11.296(2),c=4.925(1) Å,=94.85(2),=98.04(2), =78.97(2)°,V=406(1) Å3,Z=1,D m =1.70(2),D x =1.71 g cm–3, T 298K,R=0.028 for 2303 reflections.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand (1), [C15H17NO] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c witha=10.054(3),b=10.313(3), c=13.173(4)Å, =107.42(4)°,V=1303.2(7)Å3,Z=4,Dx=1.159 g cm–3, and (MoK)=0.674 cm–1. The C2-O[1.23(1)Å] and C3–C4 [1.33(2)Å] bond lengths are short, due to its quinoidal structure.
