The structure of the stable conformers of N-ethylacetamide and N-isopropylacetamide was determined by NMR spectroscopy with lanthanide shift reagents. N-ethylacetamide was found to exist in the form of two mirror-image isomers, with the ethyl group twisted out of the plane of the amide bond by the angle ψ XXX ± 105°. Similarly N-isopropylacetamide exists in the form of two mirror-image isomers, with the isopropyl methyl groups in positions with ψ1 XXX ± 90° and ψ2 XXX ? 150°.  相似文献

A rate enhancement of tert-butoxycarbonylation of aromatic amines by Boc2O in alcohols compared to aprotic solvents was demonstrated. Kinetic analysis by NMR suggested that the reaction in CD3OD was faster than in CDCl3 by a factor of 70. Reactions between Boc2O and various aliphatic and aromatic amines in ethanol provided the N-Boc derivatives in good to excellent yields in short reaction times.  相似文献

The use of high-performance ion chromatography (HPIC) for the determination of N-nitrosoglyphosate [N-nitroso-N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine] is reported. NMR, spectrophotometric and electroanalytical measurements showed that two conformers of N-nitrosoglyphosate in slow equilibrium are always present. Separation of these conformers is achieved by using appropriate chromatographic conditions. The conductimetric detection of N-nitrosoglyphosate and glyphosate and application to the determination of traces of N-nitrosoglyphosate in complex matrices are also reported.  相似文献

X-Ray crystallography and NMR show a strong preference for trans conformers of N′-phenyl or N′-(2-pyridyl) 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid hydrazides, stabilized by an NHNpyr. intramolecular hydrogen bond both in the solid state and in solution. This allows us to extrapolate that oligomers of this unit should adopt extended linear conformations.  相似文献

Hydrogen bonding interaction as one type of non-covalent force has proven itself to be highly efficient for constructing structurally unique artificial secondary structures. Here, the structure of Naryl-substituted anthranilamide in solution is demonstrated by various NMR technique, the intramolecular hydrogen bonds between amide attached to arylamine of the same ring is proposed, which is supported by its crystal structure in the solid phase. The substituent on the nitrogen atom of arylamine plays an important role in forming the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The chemical shift of the Naryl-H downfield changes obviously, due to the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds and the deshielding effect of oxygen, and the neighboring C–H is activated and shows downfield protonic signal too. The presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds probably provides the explanation for the transformation from Naryl-substituted anthranilamide to imine, which could be converted into 2-aryl quinazolinone finally.  相似文献

Pyrolysis of carboxylic acid group at C-4 of 2, an oxidation product from the C19-diterpenoid alkaloid lycoctonine 1, generated an unexpected but novel rearranged product 13 (37%). The structure of 13 was confirmed by its 2D NMR data and its single crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis. In addition, hydrogenolysis of 13 in the presence of acetic acid yielded the N-C6 bond fission products 16 and 17, which represents the first hydrogenolysis involving the breakage of the N-C6 bond of the diterpenoid alkaloids. Some new observations on the oxidation of lycoctonine 1 were described as well.  相似文献

In this article, a synthesis of N’-(benzylidene)-2-(6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolin-1-yl)acetohydrazides and their structural interpretation by NMR experiments is described in an attempt to explain the duplication of some peaks in their 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra. Twenty new 6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline substituted N-acylhydrazones 6(a–t) were synthesized from 2-chloro-6-methylquinoline-3-carbaldehyde (1) in four steps. 2-Chloro-6-methylquinoline-3-carbaldehyde (1) afforded 6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline (2), which upon N-alkylation yielded 2-(6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolin-1-yl)acetate (3). The hydrazinolysis of 3 followed by the condensation of resulting 2-(6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolin-1-yl)acetohydrazide (4) with aromatic aldehydes gave N-acylhydrazones 6(a–t). Structures of the synthesized compounds were established by readily available techniques such as FT-IR, NMR and mass spectral studies. The stereochemical behavior of 6(a–t) was studied in dimethyl sulfoxide-d6 solvent by means of 1H NMR and 13C NMR techniques at room temperature. NMR spectra revealed the presence of N’-(benzylidene)-2-(6-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolin-1-yl)acetohydrazides as a mixture of two conformers, i.e., E(C=N)(N-N) synperiplanar and E(C=N)(N-N) antiperiplanar at room temperature in DMSO-d6. The ratio of both conformers was also calculated and E(C=N) (N-N) syn-periplanar conformer was established to be in higher percentage in equilibrium with the E(C=N) (N-N) anti-periplanar form.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of a Mediterranean brown alga (Dictyota sp.) led to the isolation of a novel C40bis-diterpene, named dictyotadimer A. The chemical structure of this unusual dissymmetric dimer, characterized by a C-C linkage between two different xenicane units, was elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR analyses together with HR-ESI mass spectrometry. The relative configuration of the two diterpenoid components was determined by NOESY NMR correlations and molecular modeling. A plausible biogenetic pathway of dictyotadimer A was also proposed.  相似文献

The reactions of [RuH(CO)Cl(PPh3)3] with N,N-bis(salicylidine)-hydrazine (H2bsh) and N,N-bis(salicylidine)-p-phenylene diammine (H2bsp) in presence of KOH in methanol led in the formation of neutral mononuclear complexes with the formulations [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(L)] (LHbsh or Hbsp). These present the first examples where the ligands H2bsh or H2bsp provide only two of its available donor sites for interaction with the metal centre. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FAB-MS, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structure of the representative complex [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(Hbsh)] have been determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The complexation reaction between uranyl (II) nitrate, and N-methyliminobis(methylenephosphonic acid) (MIDPH) was investigated in two different binary solvent mixtures of D2O-DMSO-d6 at various temperatures using 31P NMR spectroscopy. The exchange between the free ligand and the 1:1 complexed ligand was slow on the NMR timescale and two 31P NMR signals were observed. The formation constant of the resulting complex was evaluated from integration of the two 31P NMR signals. The values of thermodynamic parameters of the resulting complex (ΔH, ΔS and ΔG) were determined from the temperature dependence of the formation constants. In the two solvent mixtures studied, the resulting complex is enthalpy stabilized but entropy destabilized.  相似文献

Dynamic NMR spectroscopy and ab initio correlated calculations revealed that the attachment of a spiroadamantane entity at the C-2 position of N-methylpyrrolidine or N-methylpiperidine induces a severe steric crowding around nitrogen, which changes the conformational space of the heterocycle resulting in: (a) the complete destabilization of the N-Me(eq) conformer in spiranic structures; in contrast the N-Me(eq) conformer corresponds to the global minimum in N-methylpyrrolidine or N-methylpiperidine. The spiroadamantane structure raises the energy of the equatorial conformer because of the severe van der Waals repulsion between the N-Me(eq) group and adamantane C-H bonds. (b) The interconversion between the only populated enantiomeric N-Me(ax) conformers ax→[eq]→ax′; the interconversion eq→ax between N-Me(eq) and N-Me(ax) conformers, which are both populated, is observed in N-methylpyrrolidine or N-methylpiperidine. (c) The raising of ring and nitrogen inversion barriers ax→ts by ∼4-6 kcal mol−1. The dynamic NMR study provides evidence that the most important process required for the enantiomerization between the axial N-Me conformers in spiropiperidine 4 and spiropyrrolidine 5 are different, i.e., a nitrogen inversion in 5 (9.10 kcal mol−1) and a ring inversion in 4 (15.2 kcal mol−1). While an enantiomerization interconverts N-Me axial conformers in spiropiperidine 5 and spiropyrrolidine 4, substitution of the pyrrolidine ring of 5 with a C-Me group effects a diastereomerization between two N-Me axial conformers and reduces effectively the nitrogen inversion barrier according to the protonation experiments and the calculations. In general, all the calculations levels used, i.e., the MM3, B3LYP/6-31+G∗∗ and MP2/6-311++G∗∗//B3LYP/6-31+G∗∗, predict correctly the different stability of the local minima; however only MP2/6-311++G∗∗//B3LYP/6-31+G∗∗ was found to be reliable for the calculation of the nitrogen inversion barriers.  相似文献

The parallel solution-phase synthesis of two libraries of product-like compounds derived from a 1-aryltetralin privileged structure is described. The N-aryl picropodophyllone γ-lactams were synthesized from methyl ester thuriferic acid via InCl3-tandem aza-Michael addition-cyclization reaction of anilines. Bromo-aryl compounds from this library were subjected to a ligandless palladium Suzuki cross-coupling to give the expected N-biaryl picropodophyllin γ-lactams.  相似文献

A collaborative program to discover new specialized metabolites from aquatic environments of Iceland led to the deconvolution of tetrahydroisoquinoline amide E/Z rotamers [(E/Z)-N-acetyl-MY336-a; 1] and conformers produced by a Streptomyces sp. All structures were elucidated by NMR and MS analysis, and interpretation of electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data. ECD and optical rotation (OR) simulations permitted the unequivocal assignment of the absolute configuration of compound 1 and provided an important example of delineating the spectroscopic contributions of equilibrating rotamers and boat/chair conformers of a common natural product scaffold.  相似文献

New coordination polymer catena-poly[(N,N-diethylglycinato-κON)copper(II)-μ-[N,N-diethylglycinato-κO1N:O2]] has been obtained by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The copper(II) was surrounded with two amino N and two carboxyl O atoms in trans position in the coordination plane. Discrete polymeric chains were produced by axial coordinative bonding between copper(II) and carbonyl oxygen atom from adjacent asymmetric unit. Molecular mechanics (MM) force field developed to study the properties of copper(II) amino acid complexes reproduced well intermolecular aliphatic–aliphatic interactions between ethyl chains and C–H?O hydrogen bonding. The relative unit cell volume reproduction was 0.3%. Theoretical conformational analysis showed that experimentally obtained conformer was not the most stable in vacuo. The calculations of the unit cell packings and intermolecular interactions for a series of conformers elucidated the reasons that governed the experimentally obtained conformer to appear in the real crystal structure. MM results suggest that intermolecular aliphatic–aliphatic interactions between ethyl groups affected a conformational change concurrent with the change in the copper(II) coordination sphere upon crystallization.  相似文献

A new water soluble palladium(II) complex (2) derived from N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine (edteH4) (1) was synthesized in high yield and characterized by 1H, 13C, HMQC and COSY NMR spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction studies on a single crystal of 2 confirmed the cis square planar geometry; the edteH4 ligand (1) is κ2 (N,N)-coordinated with four pendant CH2CH2OH groups. This new complex [PdCl2(edteH4)] (2) and the previously synthesized triethanolamine complex [Pd(OCH2CH2N(CH2CH2OH)2)2] (3) were tested as catalysts for the Suzuki/Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of various aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid in water. Electronically activated aryl bromides, such as 4-bromoacetophenone and 4-bromobenzaldehyde undergo the cross-coupling with extremely high turnover numbers (TON) of up to 1,00,000 without organic solvent.  相似文献

The narrow therapeutic range and limited pharmacokinetics of available Antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) have raised serious concerns in the proper management of epilepsy. To overcome this, the present study attempts to identify a candidate molecule targeting voltage gated potassium channels anticipated to have superior pharmacological than existing potassium channel blockers. The compound was synthesized by reacting (S)-(+)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4] benzodiazepine5,11(10H,11aH)-dione with 4-(Trifluoromethyl) benzoic acid (C8H5F3O2) in DMF and N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) which lead to the formation of an intermediate salt of N-cyclohexyl-N-(cyclohexylcarbamoyl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzamide with a perfect crystalline structure. The structure of the compound was characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR analysis. The crystal structure is confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) studies revealed that substituent of fluoro or trifluoromethyl moiety into the compound had a great effect on the biological activity in comparison to clinically used drugs. Employing computational approaches the compound was further tested for its affinity against potassium protein structure by molecular docking in addition, bioactivity and ADMET properties were predicted through computer aided programs.  相似文献

The stereodynamic behaviour of 1-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)piperidine 1, 4-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)morpholine 2, 1,4-bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)piperazine 3 and 4-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)thiomorpholine 1,1-dioxide 4 was studied by low-temperature 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopies. In acetone solution, compounds 1, 2 and 4 were found to exist as mixtures of two conformers in the ratio of 4:1, 4:1 and 8:1, respectively, differing by orientation of the CF3 group with respect to the ring. Compound 3 exists as a mixture of three conformers in the ratio of 3:28:69 also differing by the orientation of the two CF3 groups. Unlike the previously studied N-trifyl substituted 1,3,5-triheterocyclohexanes, the preferred conformers of compound 1 and of 1,4-diheterocyclohexanes 2-4 are those with the CF3 group directed outward from the ring, which is caused by intramolecular interactions of the oxygen atoms of the CF3SO2N groups with the equatorial hydrogens in the α-position. B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) calculations of the energy, geometry and NMR parameters corroborate the experimental data. The calculated Perlin effects for all conformers of compounds 1-4 as well as those measured for the major conformers of compounds 3 and 4 were analyzed by the use of the NBO analysis.  相似文献

Solution phase reactions between tetrakisdimethylamidotitanium (Ti(NMe2)4) and ammonia yield precipitates with composition TiC0.5N1.1H2.3. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicates that decomposition of these precursor materials proceeds in two steps to yield rocksalt-structured TiN or Ti(C,N), depending upon the gas atmosphere. Heating to above 700 °C in NH3 yields nearly stoichiometric TiN. However, heating in N2 atmosphere leads to isostructural carbonitrides, approximately TiC0.2N0.8 in composition. The particle sizes of these materials range between 4-12 nm. Heating to a temperature that corresponds to the intermediate plateau in the TGA curve (450 °C) results in a black powder that is X-ray amorphous and is electrically conducting. The bulk chemical composition of this material is found to be TiC0.22N1.01H0.07, or Ti3(C0.17N0.78H0.05)3.96, close to Ti3(C,N)4. Previous workers have suggested that the intermediate compound was an amorphous form of Ti3N4. TEM investigation of the material indicates the presence of nanocrystalline regions <5 nm in dimension embedded in an amorphous matrix. Raman and IR reflectance data indicate some structural similarity with the rocksalt-structured TiN and Ti(C,N) phases, but with disorder and substantial vacancies or other defects. XAS indicates that the local structure of the amorphous solid is based on the rocksalt structure, but with a large proportion of vacancies on both the cation (Ti) and anion (C,N) sites. The first shell Ti coordination is approximately 4.5 and the second-shell coordination ∼5.5 compared with expected values of 6 and 12, respectively, for the ideal rocksalt structure. The material is thus approximately 50% less dense than known Tix(C,N)y crystalline phases.  相似文献

A series of “Li1+z/2(Ni0.425Mn0.425Co0.15)1−z/2O2−zFz” materials was prepared by a coprecipitation route and their structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), as well as 7Li and 19F Magic Angle Spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy. Two hypotheses were considered: (i) formation of layered oxyfluoride materials and (ii) formation of a mixture between the layered material and LiF. Structural parameters were refined by the Rietveld method, using XRD diffraction data. The refinement results did not allow us to choose between these two hypotheses: no significant change in crystallinity and structural parameters was observed irrespective of the fluorine ratio. 7Li and 19F MAS NMR analyses showed signals with isotropic positions characteristic of LiF, but envelopes characteristic of very strong dipolar interactions with the electron spins of the material, demonstrating that LiF was not incorporated into the layered oxide structure but was instead present as a coating.  相似文献
