The geometries of the thiazole ring and the nitramino groups in N‐(3H‐thiazol‐2‐ylidene)nitramine, C3H3N3O2S, (I), and N‐methyl‐N‐(thiazol‐2‐yl)nitramine, C4H5N3O2S, (II), are very similar. The nitramine group in (II) is planar and twisted along the C—N bond with respect to the thiazole ring. In both structures, the asymmetric unit includes two practically equal molecules. In (I), the molecules are arranged in layers connected to each other by N—H⋯N and much weaker C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal structure of (II), the molecules are arranged in layers bound to each other by both weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and S⋯O dipolar interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐(2‐nitrophenylthio)‐1,2‐benzothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide, 2‐O2NC6H4S(C7H4NO3S) or C13H8N2O5S2, the planes of the saccharin and nitrophenylthiolate portions are almost orthogonal. The molecules are linked by C—H?O=S hydrogen bonds [C?O 3.308 (3) Å, H?O 2.44 Å and C—H?O 155°] into cyclic centrosymmetric R22(16) dimers, reinforced by aromatic π?π stacking interactions between the nitrated aryl rings. 相似文献

The title compound, C20H10N4S, and its dipyridinium salt, 4,4′‐(2,1,3‐benzodiazol‐4,7‐diyldiethynyl)dipyridinium diperchlorate, C20H12N4S2+·2ClO4?, display bond alternation in the 2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole rings, which suggests their quinonoid character. The dipyridinium dication molecules stack along the a axis and form a dimer with short S?N interheteroatom contacts [3.146 (4) Å] between the two 1,2,5‐thiadiazole rings. The dimer is surrounded by the perchlorate anions with which it forms a large number of intermolecular N—H?O and C—H?O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The crystal structures of (1R,1′S)‐2′,2′‐dichloro‐N‐(1‐phenylethyl)cyclopropane‐1′‐carboxamide, C12H13Cl2NO, (I), and (1R,1′R)‐2′,2′‐difluoro‐N‐(1‐phenylethyl)cyclopropane‐1′‐carboxamide, C12H13F2NO, (II), have been determined. Both crystals contain two independent molecules with different conformations of the phenylethyl groups. In the crystals of both compounds, the molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, thus forming chains in the a direction. 相似文献

This high‐spin Mn atom is six‐coordinated, in an octahedral geometry, by the azomethine N, the pyridyl N and the thiolate S atom of two planar 1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanone N(4)‐phenylthiosemicarbazone ligands. The title compound, C9H9NS3, crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. In both molecules, the dithiane‐2‐thione rings adopt a symmetric half‐boat conformation with the C atom opposite the C—Sthione bond out of the plane. The pyridine ring is in an equatorial position and is twisted out of the plane of the half‐boat by 82.7 (2) and 84.5 (2)° in the two molecules, so that the N atom is trans to the axial C—H bond in both cases. 相似文献

2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. N,N′‐Dithiodiphthalimide, C16H8N2O4S2, crystallizes from ethyl acetate with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, in which the N—S—S—N torsion angles are ?83.59 (19) and 92.9 (2)°. The molecules are linked by C—H?O hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional framework. When crystallized from either dichloromethane or ethanol, solvates are formed in which the molecules of the title compound lie across twofold rotation axes in space group C2/c, with N—S—S—N torsion angles of 93.54 (7) and 96.14 (11)°. There are no hydrogen bonds in these solvates, but the molecules are linked by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions into chains, between which there are continuous channels. Disordered solvent molecules occupy these channels, which account for ca 20% of the unit‐cell volume. 相似文献

The molecule lies on a mirror plane and the thiazole ring is planar, regular in shape and aromatic. The S atom participates in the aromatic sextet via an electron pair on the 3pz orbital. In the crystal, the molecules are arranged in parallel layers, bound to each other by weak C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds and by S?O dipolar interactions, with an interlayer separation of 3.23 Å. 相似文献

The prominent features in the molecular structure of the title compound (alternative name: 2‐diethylcarbamoyl‐1,1,3,3‐tetraoxo‐1,3,2‐benzodithiazole), C11H14N2O5S2, arise in the urea moiety S2N—C(O)—N′C2: the sum of the angles at N is 332.3 (1)°, the N—C(O)—N′C2 unit is planar, and distances N—C(O) = 1.494 (3) Å, N′—C(O) = 1.325 (2) Å and C—O = 1.215 (2) Å. The molecules are associated via five C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form layers parallel to the yz plane. This compound and its dimethyl homologue, which were synthesized by treating the silver salt of o‐benzenedisulfonimide with carbamoyl chlorides, are prone to rapid hydrolysis at the weak N—C(O) bond. For both molecules, the rotational barrier about the partial N′—C(O) double bond is ca 50 kJ mol?1 at 250 K (from dynamic 1H NMR experiments). 相似文献

The title compound, alternatively named sodium 6‐nitro‐3H‐1,2,3‐benzoxathiazole 2,2‐dioxide monohydrate, Na+·C6H3N2O5S?·H2O, consists of chains of NaO7 units, with the seven donor‐O atoms coming from two water molecules and five p‐nitrobenzoxasulfamate anions. The seven‐coordinate geometry around the Na+ ion is described as monocapped trigonal prismatic, but with a large distortion from ideal geometry. Each triangular face is defined by one O atom each from a water molecule, a nitro group and a sulfonyl group. An O atom from a sulfonyl group caps one of the square faces of the trigonal prism in an unsymmetrical fashion. The water molecules and one sulfonyl O atom are involved in bridging adjacent units, as is the nitro group of the anion. The sulfamate ions adopt an antiparallel alignment between the NaO7 units and are connected to each other by C—H?O and π–π interactions. The three‐dimensional crystal structure is stabilized by a network of strong O—H?N hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title compound, 9(R)‐[6(R)‐hydroxymethyl‐1‐oxa‐4‐thiacyclohexan‐2‐yl]‐1,9‐dihydro‐6H‐purin‐6‐one–water (4/3), C10H12N4O3S·0.75H2O, crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with four molecules in the asymmetric unit and 0.75 waters of hydration per molecule. The structure was refined to an R value of 0.072 for 3382 observed reflections. The four crystallographically independent molecules are designated A, B, C and D. All four oxathiane rings adopt the chair conformation and the purine bases are in an anti orientation with respect to the sugar moieties. Molecules A and D and molecules C and B are base paired by a single hydrogen bond of the type N—H?N. These base pairs are again hydrogen bonded to their translated pairs in the direction of a cell diagonal. 相似文献
