A new phycocyanin(PC) fluorescent subunit namedβ2(18kDa) was isolated and characterized by both SDS-PAGE and isoelectric focusing(IEF) from a species of cryptophytic alga Chroomonas placoidea.PC was separated and purified by ammonium sulfate sedimentation followed by two steps of Sephadex G-100 chromatography.After denatured in 4 mol/L urea for 48 h,PC was divided into two fractions by passing through a Sephacryl S-100 chromatography column twice.The blue fraction(S-1) containedβsubunits with a maximal absorbance at 595 nm in visible light region.While the green fraction(S-2) enriched inαsubunits showed a characteristic long wavelength absorbance at 680-700 nm region and exhibited a relatively low molecular weight of 9.4(α1) and 8.5 kDa(α2).Fraction S-1 also consisted of two different fluorescent subunits with molecular weight of 20.1 kDa(β1) and 18 kDa (β2) and differed from each other on isoelectric points of pH 5.7(ft) and 6.0(ft),respectively.Further investigation of peptide sequence will help a lot in elucidating the new subunit ft that was smaller in size and more neutral than the known ft subunit,and may provide an alternative explanation in structure of cryptophytic phycobiliproteins.  相似文献

In this letter, a novel zinc complex of Zn(ECTFBD)2 was synthesized by an environment-friendly grinding technique in high yield. Its structure was confirmed by1H NMR, MS and EA. HECTFBD is 1-(9-ethyl-9Hcarbazol-3-yl)-4,4,4-trifluorobutane-1,3-dione. Zn(ECTFBD)2-based light-emitting devices were fabricated. The architecture of the devices was ITO/PEDOT(40 nm)/100 wt% PVK: 40 wt% OXD-7: x wt% Zn(ECTFBD)2(85 nm)/CsF(1.5 nm)/Al(100 nm), where x = 1, 5, and 10(relative to the mass of PVK and OXD-7). The three devices displayed blue emissions with peaks at 450, 458, and 460 nm, respectively. A maximum luminous efficiency of 0.86 cd/A and a luminance of 228 cd/m2were achieved by the 1 wt% doped device. So, we demonstrated further that Zn2+–b-diketone complexes can be effectively severed as a class of new electroluminescent materials. In addition, the thermal stability of Zn(ECTFBD)2 was tested and the UV–vis and photoluminescent behaviors of Zn(ECTFBD)2 in CH2 Cl2 were investigated.  相似文献

The Hg(II) complex [Hg(TFP)2(OTFP)3][ClO4]2 with TFP=tri-2-furyl-phosphine and OTFP=tri-2-furylphosphinoxide has been prepared and characterised. It crystallises in the hexagonal P63/m space group with Z=2, a=13.308(3), c=21.092 (4) Å, V=3235(1) Å3. The structure of the complex cation consists of independent molecules with Hg pentacoordinated in exact trigonal bipyramidal geometry.  相似文献

A novel biosurfactant, 2-acyloxyethylphosphonate, was isolated from waterblooms of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. Its structure was elucidated by chemical degradation and HRFABMS, GC/EI-MS and 1D- and 2D-NMR spectral analyses. The surfactant contained one mole of 2-hydroxyethylphosphonate and one mole of fatty acid, with hexadecanoic acid accounting for 84.1% of the total fatty acid content. The structure was confirmed by synthesis of 2-oleoyloxyethylphosphonate from ethylene oxide, phosphorus acid and oleic acid chloride. Considering the isolated surfactant molecule as hexadecanoyloxyethylphosphonic acid (mw. 364), the critical micelle concentration (CMC) was about 22 mM.  相似文献

Organotin and related tin containing compounds are a recurring motif in organometallic chemistry. Here we report a new complex resulting from the reaction of tin (II) chloride with a dithioether diallyl ether ligand created as a side product from other research in our lab. This new complex is reasonably stable and can be synthesized on the bench top with no extraordinary measures required to exclude air or moisture. Its crystal structure reveals a five coordinate pseudo-square pyramidal geometry around tin, with the ligand binding the metal through its thioether sulfurs and the chlorides bridging.  相似文献

Total synthesis of cis-solamin A was accomplished without using protecting groups starting from (−)-muricatacin in 11 steps with an overall yield of 4.5%. The backbone of cis-solamin A was constructed by olefin cross-metathesis between the tetrahydrofuran moiety and γ-lactone moiety. An enzymatic kinetic transesterification procedure was successfully applied to the synthesis of an optically pure γ-lactone moiety.  相似文献

IR spectroscopy was coupled with the matrix isolation technique to study the molecular complex formed between C3O2 and HCl and its photodissociation. The vibrational frequencies of the complex were compared with those of HCl and C3O2 monomers. For C3O2, a bent structure was characterized in the solid environment.

The vibrational frequencies were calculated in the 4000–400 cm−1 range using an ab initio method at the MP2/6-31G** level for the most stable complex; these frequencies describe the hydrogen interaction with the central carbon atom of C3O2 (T complex). The measured shifts between the vibrational mode frequencies of the complex and monomers were in good agreement with the calculated values.

Broad-band UV irradiation ( > 230 nm) of the T complex leads preferentially to ketene chloride and carbon monoxide. Ketene chloride formation can be explained by the reaction between HCl and the carbene C2O, which results from photo-dissociation at the C=CO bond of C3O2.  相似文献

The research included the synthesis of a new complex of manganese with 3,4,5-tri-methoxybenzoic acid in the presence of triethylamine as a base to which gives the complex with formula [Mn (TMB)2].2H2O. This complex was characterized by FTIR, CHN, magnetic susceptibility and thermal analysis. Furthermore, this complex was used as a novel precursor of manganese in preparing the attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite by one-pot addition method using ultrasound. The resulting nanocomposite was characterized by X-ray diffraction and TEM and the results prove that this composite was found as nanochannel of the diameter 45 nm decorated with 26–41 nm of MnO2 nanoparticles. The attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite was used in the application of hydrogen storage, and the results proved that attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite has the ability to store 3.55 wt% of hydrogen under a pressure of 90 bar and a temperature of 77 K. Furthermore, the measurement demonstrated that increasing the pressure increased the stored hydrogen, implying that the stored gas will be liberated by altering the pressure, implying that the storage will be of the physical kind.  相似文献

Three kinds of MgCl2‐supported trivalent titanocene catalyst (Cat. 1: Cp2TiCl2AlCl2/MgCl2, Cat. 2: CpCp*TiCl/MgCl2, Cat. 3: Cp2TiCl/MgCl2) were prepared and tested for propylene polymerization. It was found that Cat. 1, combined with ordinary alkylaluminum as cocatalyst, produced PP containing 31.8 wt % of isotactic PP in fairly good yield. On the other hand, Cats. 2 and 3 hardly showed any activity. The effects of diisopropyldimethoxysilane (DIPDMS) on isospecificity of the Cat. 1 also were investigated. The isotactic index (I.I.) of PP was improved drastically by the addition of DIPDMS as external donor and reached the value as high as 98.4%, even in the absence of any internal donors. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Reaction of K3[Fe(CN)6] with [Cu(tn)2](ClO4)2 (tn=1,3-diaminopropane) leads to a novel mixed cyano and tn bridged three-dimensional (3D) bimetallic assembly (1), in which each [Fe(CN)6]4− anion connects six copper(II) cations via six CN groups, whereas each copper(II) cation is linked to three [Fe(CN)6]4− ions and two other copper(II) ions through Cu–NC–Fe and Cu–tn–Cu linkages, respectively. Magnetic studies reveal weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the nearest CuII (S=1/2) ions through the diamagnetic [Fe(CN)6]4− anion.  相似文献

Two novel Diels-Alder type adducts, melicodenines A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the leaves of Melicope denhamii (Seem.) T. G. Hartley and their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses, including extensive 2D NMR experiments. Compound 1 is a bisquinolinone alkaloid comprised of two N-methylflindersines (3), while compound 2 is the first naturally occurring quinolinone-acetophenone conjugate composed of 3 and an evodionol methyl ether (4).  相似文献

A novel complex containing a (μ-bicarbonato)-bis(μ-hydroxo)dicobalt(II) cation and a (μ-cyano)dichromium(III) anion has been obtained and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The cations have a confacial bioctahedral structure and the anion contains an octahedral Cr(CN)63− unit bridging to the second Cr which has trigomal planar geometry.  相似文献

A novel Ru-containing conjugated [2]rotaxane, which utilizes a carboxy-functionalized bis-terpyridyl ruthenium complex as an end group, has been prepared by Suzuki coupling in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The structure has been characterized by NMR spectroscopy and ESI mass spectrometry. Its photophysical properties have shown that insulation by the cyclodextrin reduces the fluorescence intensity compared to that of the free dumbbell.  相似文献

The regioselective hydrosilylation of the acetylenedicobalt complex on the terminal acetylene with special reference to the ligands to produce a vinylsilane is described. It was found that the use of the ligands exchanged dicobalttetracarbonyl bis(diphenylphosphino)methane complex dramatically changed the regioselectivity compared to the corresponding dicobalthexacarbonyl complex.  相似文献

The reaction of Cp2MoH2 (Cp=η5-C5H5) with homoallyl alcohol in the presence of a protonic acid afforded a cationic η3-crotyl molybdenum complex and a cyclic α-methyl-γ-hydroxypropyl molybdenum complex. A novel malonate-bridged copper (II) compound of formula {[Cu4(4,4′-bpy)8(mal)2(H2O)4](ClO4)2(H2O)4(CH3OH)2}n (4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine; mal = malonate dianion) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. This compound exhibits a novel three-dimensional network being composed of Cu-4,4′-bipyridine layers which are pillared by malonate bridge ligands. A dimeric complex [Dy(NIC)3(H2O)2]2 (HNIC = pyridine-3-carboxylic acid) has been synthesized. X-ray analysis reveals that it forms a novel dimeric structure through bridged oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups. The title complex crystallizes in space group P21/c, with a = 9.560(3), b = 11.601(4), c = 17.731(5)?Å, β = 91.572(4)°, V = 1965.7(10)?Å3, D c = 1.909?Mg/m3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1100, GOF = 0.956, R 1 = 0.0248. Photophysical properties have been studied with ultraviolet absorption, excitation and emission spectra. The complex exhibits strong blue emission.  相似文献
