Complexes of scandium, yttrium, and lanthanum nitrates with 3-chloro-9-hydroxy-2,4-dimethylpyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidinium perchlorate (HL1ClO4) and 9-hydroxy-2,4-dimethylpyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidinium perchlorate (HL2ClO4) were obtained. Their composition was formulated as Sc(LClO4)2(NO3) and M(LClO4)2(NO3)2 (L = L1 or L2; M = Y or La); structures for the complexes obtained were proposed. The crystal and molecular structure of HL1ClO4 was determined. Dissociation and complexation of HL1ClO4 and HL2ClO4 in aqueous ethanol were studied using the spectroscopic method. Ligand dissociation and complexation constants were calculated. It was shown that a chlorine-containing organic ligand only slightly changes the composition and stability of the metal complexes.  相似文献

1,2-Diamino-4-phenylimidazolium perchlorate condenses with 2 mole of β-diketones to give pyrimido[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazinium derivatives, while, like 1-amino-2-mercapto-4-phenylimidazole, to give imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine derivatives. The interaction of condensed nitrogen-containing bridge systems with chloral has been studied and the high sensitivity of the reaction to the -excess of the initial heteroaromatic system has been established. It has been shown that chloral is a convenient formylating agent for systems with a moderate -excess —imidazo[l,2-a]imidazole, 9H-imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, imidazo[1,2-a]naphtho[2,3-d]imidazole. Heterocycles with a high -excess (indolizine, pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole) form cyanine dyes under the action of chloral. Systems with a lowered -excess (1H-imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole, imidazo[1,2-a]quinoline, imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinoline, imidazo[1,2-a]perimidine, imidazo[5,1-b]benzoxazole, imidazo[1,2-a]benzothiazole, and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine) do not react with chloral in a neutral medium. Reactions of 5-aryl- and 5,7-diaryl-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxopyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidinium salts with hydrazine were studied. In the former case, the reaction products were the 6-amino-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxopyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidinium salts. 5,7-Diarylpyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidinium salts were transformed into either the corresponding pyridinium salts or 1H-pyrimido-[5,4-d][1,2]diazepine-2,4(3H,9H)-diones, depending on the hydrazine concentration and the reaction time. Six complexes of scandium(III), lanthanum(III), praseodymium(III), and copper(II) chlorides with 2-methyl-3-hydroxypyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-4-one (HL1) and 2-methyl-3-aminopyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-4-one (L2), as well as hydrochloride and hydronitrate L2, were isolated. The crystal and molecular structures of HL1 were determined. HL1 in CCl4 solution was shown (IR data) to occur as two forms, namely, neutral and zwitterionic forms. The structure and photochemical properties of 6-methyl-2,4-diphenyl-1-(p-tolyl)pyrimidinium perchlorate (1) and 4,8-dimethyl-2-phenylpyrimido[1,2-f]phenanthridinium (2) formed as a result of photocyclization of1 have been studied. The crystal structure of compound1 has been studied at –140 °C and 25 °C. In cation1, theN-tolyl substituent and -Ph ring are noncoplanar with the pyrimidinium fragment (the angles are 67.9° and 41.1°, respectively), while the angle between the -Ph ring and the pyrimidinium moiety is only 7.1° (–140 °C). 3-Phenyl-5-methyl(phenyl)-1H,3H-pyrimido[4,5:4,5]pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimi-dazole-2,4-diones were obtained by the cyclization of N-phenyl-N-[3-ethoxycar-bonyl-4-methyl(phenyl)pyrimido [1,2-a]benzimidazol-2-yl]ureas by the action of potassium carbonate. 2-Methyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrimido[4,5:4,5]pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-4-one was obtained by the reaction of N-3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-phenylpyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-2-yl]-N,N-dimethylacetamidine with ammonium acetate in ethanol. The synthesized compounds are members of a new heterocyclic system. Solvatochromic studies on two new merocyanines, prepared from 5-(5-bromo-6-hydroxynaphthyl-2)-7,7-dimethyl-7H-indolo[1,2-a]quinolinium perchlorate and 5-(5-nitro-6-hydroxynaphthyl-2)-7,7-dimethyl-7H-indolo[1,2-a]quinolinium perchlorate, were performed in 21 solvents using UV–vis spectroscopy. A new method is proposed for the synthesis of pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazines and pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxalines. By the alkylation of sodium derivatives of 2-acylpyrroles with -bromo carbonyl compounds or their acetals and subsequent treatment of the reaction products with ammonium acetate in acetic acid, a number of derivatives of pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine, including the first member of the class, pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine itself, have been obtained. A series of novel derivatives of the 1,3-tropolone (β-tropolone) system—2-(2-quinolyl)-5,6,7-trichloro-1,3-tropolones and 2-(2-quinolyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrachloro-1,3-tropolones have been prepared by the acid-catalyzed reaction of 2-methylquinolines with 3,4,5,6-tetrachloro-1,2-benzoquinone. The molecular structures of two compounds, 2-(4-chloro-6,8-dimethyl-5-nitro-2-quinolyl)-5,6,7-trichloro-1,3-tropolone 8 and 2-(4-chloro-7,8-dimethyl-5-nitro-2-quinolyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrachloro-1,3-tropolone 9, have been determined using X-ray crystallography. According to the performed DFT B3LYP/6-311++G∗∗ calculations the tautomeric (OH) and (NH) forms of β-tropolones 8 and 9 are nearly energy equivalent, the latter being more stabilized in polar media. Photolysis of 2-(2-quinolyl)-1,3-tropolones in heptane solution leads to the disrotatory electrocyclic rearrangement resulting in the formation of a mixture of E- and Z-isomers of 3-[2(1H)-quinolinylyden]-bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-6-en-2,4-dione derivatives.  相似文献

Thionation of 1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indol-2-one derivative with Lawessons reagent in boiling toluene afforded 1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]indole-2-thione derivative. Alkylation of the latter with ethyl iodide in DMF in the presence of a strong base gave 2-ethylthio-9,9,9a-trimethyl-9,9a-dihydro-3H-imidazo[1,2-a]indole. 1,5,6,10b-Tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-a]isoquinoline-2(3H)-thiones were synthesized by thionation of the corresponding carbonyl substrates.Published in Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No 11, pp. 1695–1700, November, 2004.  相似文献

Methods for the synthesis of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole haloketone derivatives have been investigated. It has been found that -bromoketone derivatives of this heterocycle can be prepared either by bromination of 3-acylimidazo[1,2-a]benz-imidazoles with bromine in glacial acetic acid or by acylation of 3-unsubstituted imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles with haloanhydride derivatives of -bromoalkanoic acids. Treatment of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles with 3-chloropropionyl chloride results in the formation of imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazolyl-3-propionyl chloride and bis(imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazolyl)propan-3-one derivatives as side products. The transformations that occur during the reduction of 1-(o-nitrophenyl)-2-formylimidazole with sodium hydrosulfite in the presence of ammonia were studied. The 4-amino derivatives of imidazo[1,2-a]quinoxaline and the bisulfite derivatives of 1-(o-aminophenyl)-2-formylimidazole are formed along with the previously described imidazo[1,2-a]quinoxaline. 4-Aminoimidazo[1,2-a]quinoxaline was also obtained by alternative synthesis by amination of imidazo-[1,2-a]quinoxaline with sodium amide in dimethylaniline. 6,7-Dialkynyl-1,3-dimethylpteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones and 2,3-dialkynylquinoxalines have been shown to react with sodium azide in DMF at room temperature giving rise 9,11-dimethyl-[1,2,3]triazolo[1′,5′;1,2]pyrido[4,3-g]pteridine-8,10(9H,11H)-diones and [1,2,3]triazolo[1′,5′;1,2]pyrido[3,4-b]quinoxalines. Pyrido[l',2':4,3]-s-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinium perchlorates were obtained by the condensation of 3-amino-s-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridinium perchlorate with -diketones, -chlorovinyl ketones, -chlorovinyl aldehydes, and 1,1,3,3-tetraethoxypropane. Unsymmetrical -diketones, -chlorovinyl ketones, and -chlorovinyl aldehydes in this reaction give mixtures of isomeric products that differ with respect to the position of the substituents in the pyrimidine ring.
