首次利用甾体皂甙元氧化降解废弃物(R)-4-甲基-δ-戊内酯合成了松叶蜂性信息素(2S,3S,7S)-3,7-二甲基-2-十五醇乙酸酯(2)和丙酸酯(3). 甾体皂甙元氧化降解废弃物(R)-4-甲基-δ-戊内酯首先被转化成为性质稳定易保存的(R)-5-溴-4-甲基戊酸甲酯(5), 化合物5经过偶联、还原、溴代、环氧加成开环和酰化反应给出目标分子. 本研究结果不仅为松叶蜂性信息素化合物23提供了一个简洁有效的合成方法, 同时也丰富了资源化学(即基于资源性化合物合理利用的有机合成化学)的内涵.  相似文献

All of the four possible stereoisomers of 2,3-erythro-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol 1 were synthesized by a stereospecific SN2 oxirane cleavage of (2S,3S)-2,3-epoxybutane or its antipode with lithium di[(R)- or (S)-4-methyldodecyl]cuprate. The stereoselective synthesis of (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadec-2-yl acetate (2) and propionate (3) was accomplished by utilizing the cheap and easily available chiron (R)-4-methyl-δ-valerolactone (4). The key steps were chelation-controlled addition of Gilmann reagent to chiral β-alkoxy aldehyde 12 and the Cu(I)-catalyzed coupling of Grignard reagent with bromoester 5 in the presence of NMP.  相似文献

Preparative method for the synthesis of lithium, sodium, cesium, and calcium salts of (E)-4-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminobutanoic, (E)-6-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminohexanoic, (E,S)-3-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminobutanoic, (E,S)-4-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminopentanoic and (E,2S,3S)-3-methyl-2-(5-arylisoxazol-3-yl)methyleneaminopentanoic acids was developed by reacting 5-phenyl(4-tolyl)isoxazole-3-carbaldehydes with amino acids like 4-aminobutyric and 6-aminocaproic acids, L-valine, L-leucine or L-isoleucine in the presence of lithium hydride, sodium methoxide, cesium carbonate or calcium hydride in boiling methanol.  相似文献

The stereoselective synthesis of (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol (diprionol) and its propionate, the sex pheromones of pine sawflies (Neodiprion sp. and other), in high enantiomeric purity was achieved from (1R,3S)-2,2-dichloro-3-methylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid. The carbon skeleton of diprionol was formed via copper-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions and diastereoselective methylation of the intermediate chiral α-methylbranched aldehyde with MeTi(Oi-Pr)3 in the presence of [(R,R)-TADDOL]Ti(Oi-Pr)2. The latter transformation leads to a syn-adduct with high stereoselectivity, which depends on the presence and configuration of the α-stereogenic center in the aldehyde. The diastereomeric purity of (2S,3S,7S)-diprionol can be substantially increased via crystallization of its 3,5-dinitrobenzoate.  相似文献

Titanium(IV) chloride-mediated reaction of 4,5-dihydro-2-(trimethylsiloxy)-3-(trimethylsilyl)furan (1a) with acetaldehyde gave diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-(1′hydroxyethyl)-3-(trimethylsilyl)-2(3H)furanone (2a), which afforded selectively either (Z)- or (E)-α-ethylidene-γ-butyrolactone (3a) under proper conditions. Facile isomerization of 2a into diastereomerically pure (3S*, 1′R*)-4,5-dihydro-3-&{1′-(trimethylsiloxy)ethyl}-2(3H)furanone (4) suggests an intriguing stereochemical outcome from 2a to (E)-3a via an enolate of 4.  相似文献

(1S,5R)-(-)-Karahana ether (8,8-dimethyl-2-methylene-6-oxabi-cyclo[ 3.2.1]octane) and (1S,5R)-(-)-karahana lactone (8,8-dimethyl-2-methylene-6-oxabicyclo [3.2.1]octan-7-one) were synthesized from (S)-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylcyclo-hexanone. Stereoisomers of long-chain secondary alcohols are used as sex pheromone precursors among pine sawflies and some species can be severe pine forest pests. To use their pheromone in environmentally friendly pest management, methods are needed that can determine the stereochemistry of the precursor alcohols. Combinations of 11 acid chloride derivatives and 10 GC columns were evaluated for separation of stereoisomers of 3,7-dimethylundecan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyldodecan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyltridecan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyltetradecan-2-ol, and 3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol. Derivatization with (S)-2-acetoxypropionyl chloride in combination with a Chiraldex B-PA column separated all eight stereoisomers of 3,7-dimethylundecan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyldodecan-2-ol, and 3,7-dimethyltridecan-2-ol. A combination of two different derivatization methods was needed to separate all stereoisomers of the longer chained alcohols 3,7-dimethyltetradecan-2-ol and 3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol. A female extract of the pine sawfly Neodiprion lecontei was also analyzed and the stereochemistry of the sex pheromone alcohol precursor was determined to be (2S,3S,7S)-3,7-dimethylpentadecan-2-ol at an amount of about 7 ng/female. This paper presents the first GC-MS separation of all eight stereoisomers of 3,7-dimethylundecan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyldodecan-2-ol, and 3,7-dimethyltridecan-2-ol in a single analytical run and also the first GC-MS determination of the stereochemistry of the sex pheromone precursor found in females of N. lecontei.  相似文献

Asymmetric synthesis of (1R,2S)- and (1S,2R)-1-amino-cis-3-azabicyclo[4.4.0]decan-2,4-diones has been achieved. The underlying second generation asymmetric synthesis proceeds via a Strecker reaction with commercially available (R)-1-phenylethylamine (1-PEA) as chiral auxiliary, TMSCN as cyanide source and racemic ethyl 2-(2-oxocyclohex-1-yl)ethanoate. A ring closure addition-elimination reaction between an amide nitrogen and the ester functionality leads to the 1-amino-3-azabicyclo[4.4.0]decan-2,4-diones. The absolute configurations of the title compounds have been assigned based on detailed NMR-spectroscopic analysis and X-ray data.  相似文献

The insect pheromone (2S,3R,7R)-3,7-dimethyltridec-2-yl acetate 1-Ac was prepared from diastereomerically enriched (2S1,3R1,7R)-1, which in turn was obtained by the coupling of racemic 3,4-dimethyl-γ-butyrolactone with (7S)-2-methyloctyllithium, followed by a Wolff–Kishner reduction of the resulting ketone. Conversion of (2S1,3R1,7R)-1 to the corresponding alkyl hydrogen phthalate and diastereomer salt formation with (S)-PhCHMeNH2 provided after several crystallizations individual diastereomer, which was later transformed into target 1-Ac after hydrolysis and acylation.  相似文献

Stereoselective synthesis of cruciferous indole phytoalexin (R)-(+)-1-methoxyspirobrassinin and its unnatural (S)-(−)-enantiomer was achieved by spirocyclization of 1-methoxybrassinin in the presence of (+)- and (−)-menthol and subsequent oxidation of the obtained menthyl ethers. The asymmetric synthesis of (−)-(S,S)-homaline was achieved in 8 steps from commercially available starting materials using the diastereoselective conjugate addition of the novel lithium amide reagent lithium (R)-N-(3-chloropropyl)-N-(α-methyl-p-methoxybenzyl)amide to methyl cinnamate to install the correct stereochemistry. Subsequent functional group manipulation of the resultant β-amino ester and Sb(OEt)3-mediated macrolactamisation was followed by homodimerisation to give (−)-(S,S)-homaline in 18% overall yield, representing the first asymmetric, and by far the most efficient synthesis of this natural product reported to date.  相似文献
