The N‐heterocyclic ligand 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole (imb) has a rich variety of coordination modes and can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. In the coordination polymer catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)‐bis[μ‐benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O1,O1′:O2,O2′]‐cadmium(II)‐bis{μ‐2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole}‐κ2N2:N32N3:N2] dimethylformamide disolvate], {[Cd(C8H4O4)(C11H10N4)]·C3H7NO}n, (I), each CdII ion exhibits an irregular octahedral CdO4N2 coordination geometry and is coordinated by four O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdic2−) ligands and two N atoms from two symmetry‐related imb ligands. Two CdII ions are connected by two benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate ligands to generate a binuclear [Cd2(1,2‐bdic)2] unit. The binuclear units are further connected into a one‐dimensional chain by pairs of bridging imb ligands. These one‐dimensional chains are further connected through N—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, leading to a two‐dimensional layered structure. The dimethylformamide solvent molecules are organized in dimeric pairs via weak interactions. In addition, the title polymer exhibits good fluorescence properties in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Multidentate N‐heterocyclic compounds form a variety of metal complexes with many intriguing structures and interesting properties. The title coordination polymer, catena‐poly[zinc(II)‐bis{μ‐2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole}‐κ2N3:N3′;N3′:N3‐zinc(II)‐bis(μ‐benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato)‐κ2O1:O23O1,O1′:O2], [Zn2(C8H4O4)2(C11H10N4)2]n, has been synthesized by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2 with 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole (imb) and benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylic acid (H2bdic) under hydrothermal conditions. There are two crystallographically distinct imb ligands [imb(A) and imb(B)] in the structure which adopt very similar coordination geometries. The imb(A) ligand bridges two symmetry‐related Zn1 ions, yielding a binuclear [(Zn1)2{imb(A)}2] unit, and the imb(B) ligand bridges two symmetry‐related Zn2 ions resulting in a binuclear [(Zn2)2{imb(B)}2] unit. The above‐mentioned binuclear units are further connected alternately by pairs of bridging bdic2− ligands, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. These one‐dimensional chains are further connected through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, leading to a two‐dimensional layered structure. In addition, the title polymer exhibits good fluorescence properties in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The open‐chain polyether‐bridged flexible ligand 1,2‐bis[2‐(1H‐1,3‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)phenoxy]ethane (L) has been used to create two two‐dimensional coordination polymers under hydrothermal reaction of L with CdII or CoII, in the presence of benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (H2bdc). In poly[[(μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato){μ‐1,2‐bis[2‐(1H‐1,3‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)phenoxy]ethane}cadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O4)(C22H22N4O2)]·2H2O}n, (I), and the cobalt(II) analogue {[Co(C8H4O4)(C22H22N4O2)]·2H2O}n, (II), the CdII and CoII cations are six‐coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from two different bdc2− dianions in a chelating mode and two N atoms from two distinct L ligands. The metal ions, bdc2− dianions and L ligands each sit across crystallographic twofold axes. The bdc2− coordination mode and the coordinating orientation of the L ligand play an important role in constructing the novel two‐dimensional framework. Complexes (I) and (II) are threefold interpenetrated two‐dimensional frameworks; their structures are almost isomorphous, while the bond lengths, angles and hydrogen bonds are different in (I) and (II).  相似文献

The title coordination polymer, poly[[aqua(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was crystallized from a mixture of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4bpta), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and cadmium nitrate in water–dimethylformamide. The crystal structure consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, with one of the CdII cations possessing a slightly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The second CdII centre is coordinated by carboxylate O atoms and imidazole N atoms from two separate 1,4‐bib ligands, displaying a distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The completely deprotonated bpta4− ligand, exhibiting a new coordination mode, bridges five CdII cations to form one‐dimensional chains viaμ3‐η1212 and μ2‐η1100 modes, and these are further linked by 1,4‐bib ligands to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (42.64)(4.62)(43.65.72) topology. The structure of the coordination polymer is reinforced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylate O atoms, aqua ligands and crystallization water molecules. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties were investigated and the complex might be a candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) based on multidentate N‐heterocyclic ligands involving imidazole, triazole, tetrazole, benzimidazole, benzotriazole or pyridine present intriguing molecular topologies and have potential applications in ion exchange, magnetism, gas sorption and storage, catalysis, optics and biomedicine. The 2‐[(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole (tmb) ligand has four potential N‐atom donors and can act in monodentate, chelating, bridging and tridentate coordination modes in the construction of complexes, and can also act as both a hydrogen‐bond donor and acceptor. In addition, the tmb ligand can adopt different coordination conformations, resulting in complexes with helical structures due to the presence of the flexible methylene spacer. A new three‐dimensional coordination polymer, poly[[bis(μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato)‐κ4O1,O1′:O4,O4′2O1:O4‐bis{μ2‐2‐[(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)methyl‐κN4]‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN3}dizinc(II)] trihydrate], {[Zn(C8H4O4)(C10H9N5)]·1.5H2O}n, has been synthesized by the reaction of ZnCl2 with tmb and benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (H2bdic) under solvothermal conditions. There are two crystallographically distinct bdic2− ligands [bdic2−(A) and bdic2−(B)] in the structure which adopt different coordination modes. The ZnII ions are bridged by tmb ligands, leading to one‐dimensional helical chains with different handedness, and adjacent helices are linked by bdic2−(A) ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network structure. The two‐dimensional layers are further connected by bdic2−(B) ligands, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework with the topological notation 66. The IR spectra and thermogravimetric curves are consistent with the results of the X‐ray crystal structure analysis and the title polymer exhibits good fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The bromo‐substituted aromatic dicarboxylic acid 5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromoisophthalic acid (H2ATBIP) was used to assemble with CdII ions in the presence of the N‐donor flexible bipyridyl ligands 3,3′‐(diazene‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridine (mzpy) and 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)urea (3bpmu), leading to the formation of two chain coordination polymers by adopting solution methods, namely, catena‐poly[[[triaqua(5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromoisophthalato‐κO)cadmium(II)]‐μ‐3,3′‐(diazene‐1,2‐diyl)dipyridine‐κ2N1:N1′] dihydrate], {[Cd(C8H2Br3NO4)(C10H8N4)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n or {[Cd(ATBIP)(mzpy)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n, ( 1 ), and catena‐poly[[[tetraaquacadmium(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)urea‐κ2N1:N1′‐[diaquabis(5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromoisophthalato‐κO)cadmium(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)urea‐κ2N1:N1′] octahydrate], {[Cd(C8H2Br3NO4)(C12H12N4O)(H2O)3]·4H2O}n or {[Cd(ATBIP)(3bpmu)(H2O)3]·4H2O}n, ( 2 ). Both complexes were characterized by FT–IR spectroscopic analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), solid‐state diffuse reflectance UV–Vis spectroscopic analysis, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis (PXRD). The mzpy and 3bpmu ligands bridge the CdII metal centres in ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) into one‐dimensional chains, and the ATBIP2− ligands show a monodentate coordination to the CdII centres in both coordination polymers. A discrete water tetramer exists in ( 1 ). Within the chains of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ), there are halogen bonds between adjacent ATBIP2− and mzpy or 3bpmu ligands, as well as hydrogen bonds between the ATBIP2− ligands and the coordinated water molecules. With the aid of weak interactions, the structures of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) are further extended into three‐dimensional supramolecular networks. An analysis of the solid‐state diffuse reflectance UV–Vis spectra of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) indicates that a wide indirect band gap exists in both complexes. Complexes ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) exhibit irreversible and reversible dehydration–rehydration behaviours, respectively, and the solid‐state fluorescence properties of both complexes have been studied.  相似文献

Careful choice of the organic ligands is one of the most important parameters in the rational design and synthesis of coordination polymers. Aromatic polycarboxylates have been widely used in the preparation of metal–organic polymers since they can utilize various coordination modes to form diverse structures and can act as hydrogen‐bond acceptors and donors in the assembly of supramolecular structures. Nitrogen‐heterocyclic organic compounds have also been used extensively as ligands for the construction of polymers with interesting structures. In the polymers catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}cobalt(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Co(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (I), and catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}nickel(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Ni(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (II), the CoII or NiII ion lies on an inversion centre and exhibits a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry, coordinated by two N atoms from two imidazole rings and four O atoms from two monodentate carboxylate groups and two water molecules. The dicarboxylate ligands bridge metal ions forming a polymeric chain. The 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole ligands coordinate to the CoII or NiII centres in monodentate modes through an imidazole N atom and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. The two structures are isomorphous. In the crystal, the one‐dimensional chains are further connected through O—H…O, O—H…N and N—H…O hydrogen bonds, leading to a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. In addition, the IR spectroscopic properties, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric behaviours and fluorescence properties of both polymers have been investigated.  相似文献

In poly[aqua(μ3‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ5O1,O1′:O1:O4,O4′)[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)‐1H‐benzimidazole]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C8H4O4)(C12H9N3)(H2O)]n, (I), each CdII ion is seven‐coordinated by the pyridine N atom from a 2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)benzimidazole (3‐PyBIm) ligand, five O atoms from three benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule. The complex forms an extended two‐dimensional carboxylate layer structure, which is further extended into a three‐dimensional network by hydrogen‐bonding interactions. In catena‐poly[[diaquabis[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)‐1H‐benzimidazole]cobalt(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O1:O4], [Co(C8H4O4)(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n, (II), each CoII ion is six‐coordinated by two pyridine N atoms from two 3‐PyBIm ligands, two O atoms from two 1,4‐bdc ligands and two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules. The complex forms a one‐dimensional chain‐like coordination polymer and is further assembled by hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of new organic lgands is important to the rapid development of coordination polymers (CPs). However, CPs based on asymmetric ligands are still rare, mainly because such ligands are usually expensive and more difficult to synthesize. The new asymmetric ligand 4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]pyridine (IPP) has been used to construct the title one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[[aqua{4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl‐κN3)phenyl]pyridine}cadmium(II)]‐μ‐5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3] monohydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H11N3)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, under hydrothermal reaction of IPP with CdII in the presence of 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid (5‐OH‐H2bdc). The CdII cation is coordinated by two N atoms from two distinct IPP ligands, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐OH‐bdc2− dianionic ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral geometry. The cationic [Cd(IPP)2]2+ nodes are linked by 5‐OH‐bdc2− ligands to generate a one‐dimensional chain. These chains are extended into a two‐dimensional layer structure via O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

Two new CoII coordination polymers (CPs), namely, catena‐poly[[[(5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κO)aquacobalt(II)]‐bis[μ‐1,3‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐κ2N:N′]] 4.75‐hydrate], {[Co(C8H2Br3NO4)(C14H14N4)2(H2O)]·4.75H2O}n, (1), and poly[(μ‐5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O1:O3)[μ‐1,2‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐κ2N:N′]cobalt(II)], [Co(C8H2Br3NO4)(C14H14N4)]n, (2), have been synthesized successfully by the assembly of multifunctional 5‐amino‐2,4,6‐tribromoisophthalic acid (H2ATBIP) and CoII ions in the presence of the flexible isomeric bis(imidazole) ligands 1,3‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (mbix) and 1,2‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (obix). The isomeric mbix and obix ligands have a big influence on the structures of CPs (1) and (2). CP (1) is composed of chains of nanometre‐sized elliptical rings, in which the CoII atom exhibits a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and ATBIP2− acts as a monodentate ligand. Two adjacent chains are interlinked by π–π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, resulting in a supramolecular double chain. Hydrogen‐bonded R86(16) rings extend adjacent supramolecular double chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular layer. Halogen bonding and a hydrogen‐bonded R42(8) ring further link the two‐dimensional supramolecular layers, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. The CoII ion in CP (2) is tetracoordinated, exhibiting a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The ATBIP2− ligand exhibits a bis(monodentate) coordination bridging mode, linking adjacent CoII ions into zigzag chains, which are further bridged by the auxiliary bridging obix ligand, resulting in a two‐dimensional (4,4) topological network. Interlayer hydrogen and halogen–halogen bonding further extend the two‐dimensional layers into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. A detailed analysis of the solid‐state UV–Vis–NIR diffuse‐reflectance spectra of (1) and (2) indicates that a wide optical band gap exists in both (1) and (2). CP (1) exhibits an irreversible dehydration–rehydration behaviour.  相似文献

In recent years, coordination polymers constructed from multidentate carboxylate ligands and N‐containing ligands have attracted much attention since these ligands can adopt a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to crystalline products with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new coordination polymer, namely poly[[diaqua[μ‐2,7‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)fluorene‐κ2N3:N3′][μ‐5,5′‐methylenebis(3‐carboxy‐2,4,6‐trimethylbenzoato)‐κ2O1:O1′]zinc(II)] hemihydrate], {[Zn(C23H22O8)(C19H14N4)(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, 1 , was prepared by the self‐assembly of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with 5,5′‐methylenebis(2,4,6‐trimethylisophthalic acid) (H4BTMIPA) and 2,7‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)fluorene (BIF) under solvothermal conditions. The structure of 1 was determined by elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography, powder X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from two H2BTMIPA2? ligands, by two N atoms from two BIF ligands and by two water molecules, forming a distorted octahedral ZnN2O4 coordination geometry. Adjacent ZnII ions are linked by H2BTMIPA2? ligands and BIF ligands, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional (2D) (4,4)‐ sql network, and intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions connect the 2D layer structure into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure. Each 2D layer contains two kinds of helices with the same direction, which are opposite in adjacent layers. The luminescence properties of complex 1 in the solid state have also been investigated.  相似文献

Compared with the monomorphic type of ligand, combining mixed ligands in one coordination polymer offers greater tunability of the structural framework. Employment of N‐heterocyclic ligands and aromatic polycarboxylates is an effective approach for the construction of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Two new coordination polymers incorporating both 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole (imb) and benzenedicarboxylic acid isomers, namely, catena‐poly[[[di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis[(2‐carboxybenzoato‐κ2O1,O1′)cadmium(II)]]‐bis{μ‐2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N:N′}] dihydrate], {[Cd(C8H5O4)Cl(C11H10N4)]·H2O}n, (I), and poly[[aqua(μ2‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3){μ2‐2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N:N′}cadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O4)(C11H10N4)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, (II), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In polymer (I), imb ligands bridge CdII ions, forming a one‐dimensional chain, and 2‐carboxybenzoate anions coordinate to the CdII ions in a terminal fashion. Polymer (II) exhibits a two‐dimensional network structure in which imb ligands and the benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate anions join CdII ions co‐operatively. This indicates that changing of the aromatic dicarboxylic acids can result in polymers with different compositions and architectures. Moreover, their IR spectra, PXRD (powder X‐ray diffraction) patterns, thermogravimetric analyses and fluorescence properties were also investigated.  相似文献

Subtle modifications of N‐donor ligands can result in complexes with very different compositions and architectures. In the complex catena‐poly[[bis{1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole‐κN 3}copper(II)]‐μ‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O 1,O 1′:O 3], {[Cu(C8H4O4)(C10H9N5)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n , each CuII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from two crystallographically independent 1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole (bmi) ligands, by three O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (bdic2−) ligands and by one water molecule, leading to a distorted CuN2O4 octahedral coordination environment. The CuII ions are connected by bridging bdic2− anions to generate a one‐dimensional chain. The bmi ligands coordinate to the CuII ions in monodentate modes and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. In the crystal, the chains are linked by O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, as well as by π–π interactions, into a three‐dimensional network. A thermogravimetric analysis was carried out and the fluorescence behaviour of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, [Zn(C12H6O4)(C14H14N4)]n, the two ZnII centers exhibit different coordination environments. One ZnII center is four‐coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral environment surrounded by two carboxylate O atoms from two different naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐ndc) anions and two N atoms from two distinct 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (1,4‐bix) ligands. The coordination of the second ZnII center comprises two N atoms from two different 1,4‐bix ligands and three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐ndc ligands in a highly distorted square‐pyramidal environment. The 1,4‐bix ligand and the 1,4‐ndc anion link adjacent ZnII centers into a two‐dimensional four‐connected (4,4) network. The two (4,4) networks are interpenetrated in a parallel mode.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(C14H8O4)(C14H14N4)]·0.15H2O}n, is composed of one CdII cation, one biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) anion, one 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bix) ligand and 0.15 solvent water molecules. The coordination environment of the CdII cation is defined by four carboxylate O atoms from two different bpdc anions in a chelating mode and two N atoms from two distinct bix ligands, constructing a distorted trigonal prism polyhedron. Two inversion‐related CdII cations are bridged together by two positionally disordered bpdc anions, forming a 22‐membered ring with a Cd...Cd distance of 9.1966 (9) Å. These rings are then further linked by two bix ligands, extending into a two‐dimensional layer along (102) with 63 topology.  相似文献

The ZnII ions are bridged by Hbtc2− and bmi ligands, leading to a 4‐connected two‐dimensional network with the topological notation (44.62). Adjacent layers are further connected by 12 kinds of hydrogen bonds and also by π–π interactions, resulting in a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture in the solid state.  相似文献

Many factors, such as temperature, solvent, the central metal atom and the type of coligands, may affect the nature of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and the framework formation in the self‐assembly process, which results in the complexity of these compounds and the uncertainty of their structures. Two new isomeric ZnII metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) based on mixed ligands, namely, poly[[μ‐1,5‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)pentane‐κ2N 3:N 3′](μ‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ2O 1:O 3)zinc(II)], [Zn(C9H6O4)(C13H20N4)]n , (I), and poly[[μ‐1,5‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)pentane‐κ2N 3:N 3′](μ3‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ3O 1:O 1′:O 3)(μ3‐5‐methylisophthalato‐κ4O 1:O 1′:O 3,O 3′)dizinc(II)], [Zn2(C9H6O4)2(C13H20N4)]n , (II), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex (I) displays a two‐dimensional layer net, while complex (II) exhibits a twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional framework. Both complexes show high stability and good fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The one‐ and two‐dimensional polymorphic cadmium polycarboxylate coordination polymers, catena‐poly[bis[μ2‐2‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐yl)acetato‐κ3N3:O,O′]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C10H9N2O2)2]n, and poly[bis[μ2‐2‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐yl)acetato‐κ3N3:O,O′]cadmium(II)], also [Cd(C10H9N2O2)2]n, were prepared under solvothermal conditions. In each structure, each CdII atom is coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from four different ligands. In the former structure, two crystallographically independent CdII atoms are located on twofold symmetry axes and doubly bridged in a μ2N:O,O′‐mode by the ligands into correspondingly independent chains that run in the [100] and [010] directions. Chains containing crystallographically related CdII atoms are linked into sheets viaπ–π stacking interactions. Sheets containing one of the distinct types of CdII atom are stacked perpendicular to [001] and alternate with sheets containing the other type of CdII atom. The second complex is a two‐dimensional homometallic CdII (4,4) net structure in which each CdII atom is singly bridged to four neighbouring CdII atoms by four ligands also acting in a μ2N:O,O′‐mode. A square‐grid network results and the three‐dimensional supramolecular framework is completed by π–π stacking interactions between the aromatic ring systems.  相似文献

Two tricarbonyl complexes of rhenium(I) and manganese(I) coordinated by the ligand 2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)ethyl]iminomethyl}‐5‐methylphenolate are reported, viz. fac‐tricarbonyl(2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethyl]iminomethyl‐κN}‐5‐methylphenolato‐κO)rhenium(I) methanol monosolvate, [Re(C16H14N3O4)(CO)3]·CH3OH, (I), and fac‐tricarbonyl(2‐{[2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethyl]iminomethyl‐κN}‐5‐methylphenolato‐κO)manganese(I), fac‐[Mn(C16H14N3O4)(CO)3], (II), display facial coordination in a distorted octahedral environment. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions, while that of (II) is stabilized by N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions only. These interactions result in two‐dimensional networks and π–π stacking for both structures.  相似文献

A new three‐dimensional interpenetrated CdII–organic framework based on 3,3′‐azodibenzoic acid [3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoic acid, H2azdc] and the auxiliary flexible ligand 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane (bimb), namely poly[[bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane‐κ2N3:N3′][μ2‐3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoato‐κ2O:O′]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd(C14H8N2O4)(C10H14N2)2]·H2O}n, (1), was obtained by a typical solution reaction in mixed solvents (water and N,N′‐dimethylformamide). Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms of bis‐monodentate bridging carboxylate groups from two azdc2− ligands and by four N atoms from four bimb ligands, forming an octahedral coordination environment. The CdII ions are connected by the bimb ligands, resulting in two‐dimensional (4,4) layers, which are further pillared by the azdc2− ligands, affording a threefold interpenetrated three‐dimensional α‐Po topological framework with the Schläfli symbol 41263. The thermal stability and solid‐state fluorescence properties of (1) have been investigated.  相似文献
