We propose a system of two equations which, when some of its parameters vanish, separates into two equations describing independent one-dimensional Toda chains. The system has its foundation in the discrete transformations of the Landau-Lifshitz equation which is closely connected with elliptic curves. Nontrivial solutions of the system are found in an explicit form.  相似文献

We show that bicovariant bimodules as defined by Woronowicz are in one-to-one correspondence with the Drinfeld quantum double representations. We then prove that a differential calculus associated to a bicovariant bimodule of dimension n is connected to the existence of a particular (n+1)-dimensional representation of the double. An example of bicovariant differential calculus on the nonquasitriangular quantum group E q (2) is developed. The construction is studied in terms of Hochschild cohomology and a correspondence between differential calculi and 1-cocycles is proved. Some differences of calculi on quantum and finite groups with respect to Lie groups are stressed.  相似文献

We show that every left-invariant Lorentz metric on a non-abelian simply connected Lie group is globally hyperbolic whenever its restriction to the commutator ideal of the Lie algebra is positive definite. We also show that a left-invariant Lorentz metric on the three-dimensional Heisenberg group is globally hyperbolic if and only if its restriction to the center of the Lie algebra is positive definite or degenerate.  相似文献

We study highest weight representations of certain Yangian-type quantum algebras connected with the series B, C, D of complex classical Lie algebras. In the symplectic case, we obtain a complete parametrization of irreducible finite-dimensional representations in terms of their highest weights. A representation theory of the quantized Poincaré (-Poincaré) algebra (QPA) is developed. We show that the representations of this algebra are closely connected with the representations of the nondeformed Poincaré algebra. A theory of tensor operators for QPA is considered in detail. Necessary and sufficient conditions are found in order for scalars to be invariants. Covariant components of the four-momenta and the Pauli-Lubanski vector are explicitly constructed. These results are used for the construction of someq-relativistic equations. The Wigner-Eckart theorem for QPA is proven.  相似文献

The superselection structure of simple currents of chiral Wess-Zumino-Witten theories, at arbitrary valuek of the corresponding affine Lie algebra, is described in terms of explicit localizable automorphisms of the affine algebra. These automorphisms are induced by certain Dynkin diagram automorphisms; under composition, they form an Abelian group isomorphic to the center of the relevant simply connected simple Lie group and, hence, reproduce the WZW fusion rules.  相似文献

A previous letter (Bidegain, F. and Pinczon, G:Lett. Math. Phys. 33 (1995), 231–240) established that the star-product approach of a quantum group introduced by Bonneau et al. can be extended to a connected locally compact semisimple real Lie group. The aim of the present Letter is to give an example of what a noncompact quantum group could be. In this paper we study Lie-admissible structures on Witt type algebras. Witt type algebras are ΓΓ-graded Lie algebras (where ΓΓ is an abelian group) which generalize the Witt algebra. We give all third power-associative and flexible Lie-admissible structures on these algebras. In particular we generalize some results on the Witt algebra. After describing the second scalar cohomology group of Witt type algebras, we investigate third power-associative and flexible Lie-admissible structures on the central extension of some Witt type algebras. Finally we study a left-symmetric structure induced by a symplectic form for some Witt type algebras.  相似文献

In this paper we study the infinitesimal deformations of the Z3Z3-color Lie superalgebra Ln,m,pLn,m,p. By means of these deformations all filiform Z3Z3-color Lie superalgebras can be obtained. We examine the structure of the insertion–elimination Lie algebra on rooted trees introduced in Connes and Kreimer (Ann. Henri Poincar 3(3):411–433, 2002). It possesses a triangular structure , like the Heisenberg, Virasoro, and affine algebras. We show in particular that it is simple, which in turn implies that it has no finite-dimensional representations. We consider a category of lowest-weight representations, and show that irreducible representations are uniquely determined by a “lowest weight” . We show that each irreducible representation is a quotient of a Verma-type object, which is generically irreducible.   相似文献

The aim of this work is to generalize nilpotent Lie superalgebras of a very important type, i.e. filiform Lie superalgebras, obtaining the notion of filiform color Lie superalgebras. We have proved the existence of an adapted basis for any GG-grading of the filiform color superalgebras.
