We herein present an efficient and environmentally benign protocol for the synthesis of 2-amino-6-(arylthio)-4-arylpyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile derivatives via the three-component condensation of a variety of aldehydes, arylthiols, and malononitrile catalyzed by ZrOCl2·8H2O/NaNH2 (20 mol %) in the ionic liquid [bmim]BF4 under ultrasound irradiation at room temperature.  相似文献

Silica-supported boron trifluoride (BF3·SiO2) is an efficient, readily available, and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 14-aryl or alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes by condensation of 2-naphthol and aldehydes. Fe2(SO4)3·xH2O can be used as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of pyrano- and furanotetrahydroquinolines via one-pot three-component Povarov reaction involving aromatic aldehydes, aromatic amines, and cyclic enol ethers. The catalyst is recyclable, economically viable, and environmentally benign. This protocol provides good yields and diastereoselectivity as well as applicability on a wide range of substrates.  相似文献

A series of nine methyl sulphones ( 3a –3 i ) starting from the aldehydes ( 1a–1i ) were synthesized in two consecutive steps. In the first step, preparation of allyl alcohols ( 2a–2i ) from their corresponding aldehydes by the reaction of sodium borohydride in methanol at room temperature is reported. Finally, methyl sulphones are synthesized by condensing sodium methyl sulfinates with allyl alcohols in the presence of BF 3 .Et 2 O in acetic acid medium at room temperature for about 2–3 h. The reaction conditions are simple, yields are high (85%–95%), and the products were obtained with good purity. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by their 1 H, 13 C NMR, and mass spectral analysis. All the title compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity. Among the compounds tested, the compound 3f has inhibited both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria effectively and compound 3i has shown potent antifungal activity. These promising components may help to develop more potent drugs in the near future for the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections.  相似文献

A wide variety of 3-[(alkyl/arylthio)(aryl)methyl]-1H-indole derivatives (4az) were synthesized through a one-pot three-component reaction from indoles, aromatic aldehydes, and thiols at room temperature using hydrated ferric sulfate as a Lewis acid catalyst. The key features of the present protocol are mild and simple reaction procedure, moderate to good yields, requirement of inexpensive and reusable catalyst, no formation of dithioacetals derivatives from the corresponding aldehydes as well as bis-(indolyl) methane derivatives.  相似文献

Fe(HSO4)3 has been used as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14Hdibenzo[aj]xanthene derivatives by the reaction of 2-naphtol and aldehydes. Aromatic aldehydes were reacted in one-pot with enolisable ketones, acetonitrile and acetyl chloride at ambient temperature in the presence of ZrOCl2·8H2O to furnish the corresponding β-acetamido ketones in very good to excellent yields. X-ray crystallographic analysis of one anti-β-acetamido ketone exhibited a two-dimensional supramolecular framework by a combination of N-H?O, C-H?O and C-H?π (arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

[IrCl(cod)]2 catalyzed the oxidative esterification of a variety of aldehydes with methanol as a solvent in combination with K2CO3 under mild conditions (rt, 12 h). A variety of alkenes undergo smooth amidation with nitriles in the presence of HBF4·OEt2 at room temperature under mild conditions to afford the corresponding secondary amides in good to excellent yields. This is a highly efficient method for the preparation of α-aryl ethyl amides especially from vinyl arenes without any side reactions such as olefin polymerization. The use of readily available and easy to handle reagent HBF4·OEt2 makes this method simple, convenient, and practical.  相似文献

Cubic bismuth zinc niobate pyrochlore (base composition (Bi1.5Zn0.5)(Zn0.5Nb1.5)O7) powders were successfully prepared by a chemical method. The formation mechanism of the pyrochlore phase was investigated by TG-DSC, FT-IR, Raman, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The optical bandgap for the powders treated at temperatures ranging from 500 to 700 °C is 3.0-3.1 eV, indicating low crystallization temperature for the pyrochlore phase. No detectable intermediary phases as BiNbO4 or a pseudo-orthorhombic pyrochlore were observed at any time and the cubic-BZN phase was already formed after thermal treatment at temperatures as low as 500 °C. The phase formation study reveals that a well-crystallized single-phased nanopowder is obtained after calcination at 700 °C, indicating that the chemical synthesis conferred a higher chemical homogeneity and reactivity on the powder, modifying the crystallization mechanism.  相似文献

We have developed a simple, efficient, and environmentally benign microwave-assisted InCl3-catalyzed synthesis of N-carbazolyldihydropyridines via a four-component reaction of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole, malononitrile, aromatic aldehydes, and acetylenic esters. The use of microwave heating allowed for reduced reaction times and resulted in higher yields. This four-component reaction is atom-efficient, high-yielding, and applicable to a wide variety of four-component reactions.  相似文献

A solvent-free, versatile procedure has been developed for the effective synthesis of tert-butanesulfinylimines of a variety of aldehydes using chiral tert-butanesulfinamides under green, sonochemical conditions. This method utilizes silica supported p-toluenesulfonic acid (pTSA·SiO2) as an efficient, safer and inexpensive catalyst under aerobic conditions. The practicable simplicity, easy preparation of the catalyst from readily available substances, high substrate scope, excellent yields of products in short reaction times and environmentally benign (solvent-free sonochemical) conditions are the exceptional assets of this finding.  相似文献
