(Diphenyl phosphite‐κO)(5,10,15,20‐tetraphenylporphyrinato‐κ4N)manganese(III) hexafluoroantimonate(V), [Mn(C44H28N4)(C12H11O3P)](SbF6), is the first example of a structurally characterized diaryl or dialkyl phosphite complex of a metal–porphyrin ion. The axial phosphite ligand binds to the MnIII ion via the P=O O atom, affording a nominally five‐coordinate complex with an Mn—O distance of 2.120 (4) Å. The mean porphyrin Mn—N distance is 2.000 (4) Å and the MnIII ion is displaced from the 24‐atom porphyrin mean plane by 0.1548 (13) Å towards the axial O atom. The porphyrin adopts a marked saddle conformation, with a small domed component. The saddle distortion of the porphyrin ligand reflects the tight back‐to‐back dimers formed in the lattice by pairs of neighboring cations. The `non‐covalent' dimers in the lattice exhibit an unusual (weak) η2‐type coordination of a pyrrole C=C bond from a neighboring molecule, with MnIII⃛C distances of 3.697 (5) and 3.537 (5) Å.  相似文献

The novel title ZnII coordination polymer, poly[bis(μ‐6‐thioxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridine‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2S:O)zinc(II)], [Zn(C6H4NO2S)2]n, consists of two crystallographically independent zinc centers and two 6‐mercaptonicotinate (Hmna) ligands. Each ZnII atom is four‐coordinated and lies at the center of a distorted tetrahedral ZnS2O2 coordination polyhedron, bridged by four Hmna ligands to form a two‐dimensional (4,4)‐network. Each Hmna ion acts as a bridging bidentate ligand, coordinating to two ZnII atoms through the S atom and a carboxyl O atom. The metal centers reside on twofold rotation axes. The coordination mode of the S atoms and N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the protonated N atoms and the uncoordinated carboxyl O atoms give the extended structure a wavelike form.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Fe(NCS)2(C4H2N6)2(H2O)2]n, the FeII atom is on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bi‐1,2,4‐triazole (btr) group is bisected by a twofold axis through the central N—N bond. The coordination geometry of the FeII atom is elongated distorted FeN4O2 octahedral, where the cation is coordinated by two N atoms from the triazole rings of two btr groups, two N atoms from NCS ligands and two water molecules. Btr is a bidentate ligand, coordinating one FeII atom through a peripheral N atom of each triazole ring, leading to a one‐dimensional polymeric (chain) structure extending along [101]. The chains are further connected through a network of O—H...N and C—H...S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Aroylhydrazones of ortho‐hydroxy aldehydes are Schiff base ligands that typically coordinate as a chelate in an O,N,O′‐manner. Dinuclear complexes are normally observed, with the phenolate O atom acting as the bridging atom. The switchable protonation state of the tridentate N′‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide (H2sabhz) ligand can lead to variations in the resulting supramolecular structure. The title compound, [Pb2(C14H10N2O2)2], was prepared by the reaction of [Pb(OAc)2]·3H2O (OAc is acetate) with the benzoylhydrazone derivative of salicylaldehyde, i.e. H2sabhz, in the presence of triethylamine in methanol. In the crystal structure, each PbII atom of the dimer has an NO3 coordination environment, with one sabhz ligand coordinating in an O,N,O′‐manner and with the second sabhz ligand coordinating via the bridging phenolate O atom, since the dimers are located on a centre of inversion. It has been found that the dimers are connected by Pb…N interactions, resulting in a two‐dimensional supramolecular network which shows the [32.52,3.53] net topology. The s2 electron pair of the PbII ion clearly influences the observed intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Cd2(SO4)2(C13H8N4)(H2O)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent CdII centres with different coordination geometries. The first CdII centre is hexacoordinated by four O atoms of four sulfate ligands, one water O atom and one N atom of a 1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP) ligand, giving a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The second CdII centre is heptacoordinated by four O atoms of three sulfate ligands, one water O atom and two N atoms of one chelating IP ligand, resulting in a distorted monocapped anti‐trigonal prismatic geometry. The symmetry‐independent CdII ions are bridged in an alternating fashion by sulfate ligands, forming one‐dimensional ladder‐like chains which are connected through the IP ligands to form two‐dimensional layers. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by interlayer hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {bis[2‐(2‐oxido‐2‐naphthylideneamino)phenyl] disulfide‐κ5O,N,S,N′,O′}chloroiron(III), [FeCl(C34H22N2O2S2)], has been determined. The structure consists of monomeric iron(III) complexes with distorted octahedral coordination. The disulfide functions as a pentadentate ligand and the FeIII atom is coordinated through two N, two O and one S atom, and one chloride ion. The distance between the second S atom and the FeIII atom is a non‐bonding 3.8473 (14) Å.  相似文献

The lanthanidocene complex [Sm(BH4)(C12H19)2(C4H8O)], (I), shows a distorted tetrahedral arrangement around the central SmIII atom. It consists of two η5‐isopropyltetramethylcyclopentadienyl ligands, one tetrahydroborato (BH4?) ligand bridging via H atoms to the lanthanide atom and one coordinating tetrahydrofuran (thf) molecule. The BH4? unit of (I) coordinates as a tridentate ligand with three bridging H atoms and one terminal H atom [Sm—B—H4 176 (2)°]. The η5‐isopropyltetramethylcyclopentadienyl ligands of this bent‐sandwich complex [Cp1—Sm—Cp2 133.53 (1)° where Cp denotes the centroid of the cyclopentadienyl ring] adopt staggered conformations.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C6H6N4)(H2O)][Cu(C4H5NO4)Cl]·H2O, the CuII atom in the cation is coordinated by one Cl ion, two N atoms of the 2,2′‐biimidazole ligand and one aqua ligand. Within the anion, the CuII atom is bonded to one Cl ion, and one N and two O atoms of the iminodiacetate ligand. Neighbouring cations and anions are connected to each other by Cu·Cl semi‐coordination bonds of 2.830 (12) and 3.071 (12) Å, forming a Cu2Cl2 rectangular unit. The dinuclear units further link into a polymeric chain along the a axis through Cu·Oaqua interactions of 2.725 (3) Å. Including the long coordination bonds, the geometries around the Cu atoms in the cation and anion are square‐pyramidal and distorted octahedral, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H8BrClNO2)2], is a square‐planar complex. The potentially tridentate dibasic 2‐bromo‐4‐chloro‐6‐{[(2‐hydroxyethyl)imino]methyl}phenolate ligand coordinates in a trans‐bis fashion to the CuII centre via the imine N and phenolate O atoms. The CuII atom lies on the centre of inversion of the molecule. The potentially coordinating hydroxyethyl group remains protonated and uncoordinated, taking part in intermolecular hydrogen bonds with vicinal groups, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network with sheets parallel to the (10) plane. Substituent effects on the crystal packing and coordination modes of the ligand are discussed.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, [CdCl2(C14H12N4O2S)2]n, consists of one CdII ion located on the crystallographic inversion centre, one 4‐benzoyl‐1‐isonicotinoylthiosemicarbazide ligand and one chloride ligand. The central CdII ion adopts a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by two pyridyl N atoms of two ligands, two S atoms of two other ligands and two chloride ligands. The thiosemicarbazide ligands act as bridges, linking the metal ions into a two‐dimensional layered structure parallel to the bc plane. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions exist between adjacent layers.  相似文献

The two‐dimensional mixed‐ligand network catena‐[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine)‐bis(μ‐L‐tryptophanato‐κ3N,O,O′)‐diaqua‐dicopper(II) dinitrate] is constructed through the bridging action of both the tridentate amino carboxylato and the bidentate 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand. The enantiomeric L‐tryptophanato ligand acts as an N,O chelate towards one copper atom and bridges through the second carboxylate oxygen atom to the adjacent copper ion. Stacking of the corrugated nets creates channels which are occupied by the hydrogen‐bonded and very weakly Cu‐coordinating nitrate ions.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Cd(C8H11O4)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of linear chains formed through 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands linking seven‐coordinated CdII ions. Each CdII ion is in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment, coordinated by one water ligand, two 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate ligands and one bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to generate linear chains. The water molecules and the Cd atom on one side, and the 4,4′‐bipyridine unit on the other, are bisected by two sets of twofold axes. The carboxylate group of the 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxyl ligand chelates a CdII ion, while the (protonated) carboxyl group forms hydrogen bonds with adjacent chains, resulting in a layered structure. This is the first reported occurrence of a dicarboxycyclohexane ligand exhibiting a non‐bridging coordination mode.  相似文献

A two‐dimensional barium(II) coordination polymer, [Ba(4‐FBA)2(4‐FBAH)]n (4‐FBA? = 4‐formylbenzoate), has been synthesized by the reaction of barium carbonate and 4‐formylbenzoic acid. The barium(II) ion is nine‐coordinated by eight O atoms from six deprotonated 4‐FBA? ligands and one O atom from the terminal 4‐FBAH ligand. Adjacent barium(II) ions are linked by the 4‐FBA? ligand to furnish a two‐dimensional lamellar structure which exhibits blue fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature. The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C17H8ClN5)(H2O)]n, contains one CdII atom, two half benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, one 11‐chloropyrido[2′,3′:2,3]pyrimidino[5,6‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand and one coordination water molecule. The 1,4‐bdc ligands are on inversion centers at the centroids of the arene rings. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐bdc ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral coordination sphere. Each CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions to give a one‐dimensional chain. π–π stacking interactions between L ligands of neighboring chains extend adjacent chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular (6,3) network. Neighboring (6,3) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual inclined mode, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework. Additionally, the water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds observed in the network consolidate the interpenetrating nets.  相似文献

In the title complex, [RuCl2(C7H7NO)(C2H6OS)2], the metal ion is at the centre of a distorted octahedral NOCl2S2 coordination sphere. The neutral 2‐acetylpyridine ligand binds to the metal ion through the pyridine N and carbonyl O atoms, forming a five‐membered chelate ring. The monodentate S‐coordinating dimethyl sulfoxide molecules are mutually cis, and the two remaining positions in the coordination sphere are occupied by two mutually trans Cl? ions.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of metal coordination and supramolecular frameworks containing N‐donor ligands and dicyanidoargentate units is of interest due to their potential applications in the fields of molecular magnetism, catalysis, nonlinear optics and luminescence. In the design and synthesis of extended frameworks, supramolecular interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, π–π stacking and van der Waals interactions, have been exploited for molecular recognition associated with biological activity and for the engineering of molecular solids. The title compound, [Ag(CN)(C12H12N2)]n, crystallizes with the AgI cation on a twofold axis, half a cyanide ligand disordered about a centre of inversion and half a twofold‐symmetric 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine (5,5′‐dmbpy) ligand in the asymmetric unit. Each AgI cation exhibits a distorted tetrahedral geometry; the coordination environment comprises one C(N) atom and one N(C) atom from substitutionally disordered cyanide bridging ligands, and two N atoms from a bidentate chelating 5,5′‐dmbpy ligand. The cyanide ligand links adjacent AgI cations to generate a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. These chains are linked together via weak nonclassical intermolecular interactions, generating a two‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title molecular complex, [CoCl2(C22H18N6O)], features a novel 18‐membered Co‐containing metallocycle. The CoII atom lies in a fairly regular tetrahedral geometry defined by two imidazole N‐atom donors from one 2,5‐bis[3‐(1H‐1,3‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (L) ligand and two chloride anions. The coordinating orientation of the L ligand plays an important role in constructing the metallocycle complex. The complexes form a three‐dimensional supramolecular assembly via nonclassical C—H...Cl and C—H...N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Hg(NO3)(C6H6N2O)2]NO3, the HgII atom is five‐coordinate. The distorted square‐pyramidal mercury(II) coordination environment is achieved by two N,O‐bidentate picolinamide ligands, with one O‐monodentate nitrate ion in the apical position. A seven‐coordinate extended coordination environment is completed by two additional weak Hg...O interactions, one from the coordinated nitrate ion and one from the other nitrate ion, to give seven‐coordination. The molecules are linked into a two‐dimensional network by N—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.Cmeso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The ZnII ion is four‐coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral environment completed by three Cl atoms and an O atom of the bridging ligand.  相似文献

This work reports structural investigations on two metal complexes of the functionalized (p‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐bis(2‐picolyl)amine ligand 1 (HL). The complex {[HLPdCl]Cl × H2O}2 ( 2Pd ) has a square‐planar coordination around the Pd ion. It forms discrete dimers by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the protonated ligand HL. The coordination around the Zn2+ ion in {[(H2O)LZn]CF3SO3 × 2 H2O} ( 3Zn ) is best described as distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal. The N3O2 ligand sphere is composed of three nitrogen atoms from the bpa ligand, one water molecule, and a carboxylate oxygen atom from a neighbouring molecule, thus forming infinite chains along the crystallographic a axis. Further intermolecular interactions are based on the same (H2O)2(anion)2 motif as for 2Pd , but whereas the former forms discrete dimers, 3Zn forms a more complicated two‐dimensional coordination polymer with additional intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
