Ethyl 2-amino-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-phenylcyclohexa-1,3-diene-1-carboxylate was synthesized from ethyl 6-(4-bromophenyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxocyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylate and ammonium acetate in glacial acetic acid. The synthesized compound was characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA), UV-Visible, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound, ethyl 2-amino-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-phenylcyclohexa-1,3-diene-1-carboxylate, C21H2OFNO2, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with the following unit-cell parameters: a = 17.417(2), b = 9.7287(9), c = 21.014(2) Å, and Z = 8. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data collected at room temperature and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to a final R-value of 0.0644 for 1616 observed reflections. An intramolecular N–H…O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) graph-set motif. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N–H…O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network.  相似文献

Abstract

A new compound of (C27H25N3S) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c and crystals of (I) were found approximately 0.5:0.5 ratio to be twinned. The crystal structure is stabilized by N–H···N inter molecular hydrogen bonding. In addition to the molecular geometry and dimeric structure from X-ray experiment, the optimized molecular geometry for monomer and dimer, vibrational frequencies, atomic charges distribution, and total energies of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated using ab initio method. Density Functional Theory (B3LYP) and Hartree-Fock (HF) methods with basis sets 6-31G(d, p) and 3-21G were used in the calculations. Calculated frequencies are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data. UV-Vis absorption spectra of the compound have been ascribed to their corresponding molecular structure and electrons orbital transitions.  相似文献

We have isolated, by crystallization, the intermediate, 1-phenyl-2-(4-pyridyl)ethanol, from the condensation reaction of 4-methylpyridine with benzaldehyde in which the aim was to obtain the model compound 4-styrylpyridine in absence of a condensing agent. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows the formation of an intermolecular hydrogen bond O–H···N between the nitrogen atom of a pyridine group and the oxygen atom of the OH of the neighboring molecule, which helps to stabilize the crystal structure. Crystal structure determination clearly revealed that the solid is chiral and racemic, as expected. The title compound crystallizes in an orthorhombic system with a space group Pna21 with two pairs of R and S enantiomers in each crystal cell (a = 15.591(1) Å, b = 12.691(1) Å, and c = 5.589(1) Å). Spectroscopic NMR data gave evidence that the isolated compound is actually the alcohol just before the dehydration process that yields the double bond of the 4-styrylpyridine.  相似文献

Abstract

The title compound, 3-(4-(phenylamino)phenylamino)cyclohex-2-enone, β-enaminone of 1,3-cyclohexanedione and p-amino diphenylamine (C18H18N2O) was prepared and characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, Elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. These results indicate the predominance of the keto-enol tautomerism. Molecular conformation around the central disubstituted benzene ring is affected by the tautomerism and two steric effects between side molecular groups and mono substituted benzene ring. Electron delocalizations due to these effects have been observed in the molecular structure, the structure being stabilized by some intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit in the crystal structure contains only one neutral molecule. Calculational studies were performed by using AM1, PM3, PM6 semi-empirical and DFT methods. Geometry optimizations of compound have been carried out by using three semi-empirical methods and DFT method and bond lengths, bond and torsion angles of title compound have been determined. Dipole moments (Debye) and the energy parameters of compound (kcal/mol) were calculated by using above mentioned calculation methods. Atomic charge distribution has been obtained from AM1, PM3, PM6 and DFT. In order to determine conformational flexibility on the molecule, molecular energy profile of the title compound was obtained with respect to the selected torsion angle T(N1–C7–C1–C2), which is varied from −180° to +180° in every 10 via PM3 semi-empirical method.  相似文献
