A full symbolic calculus for totally characteristic pseudo-differential operators acting in general scales of function spaces with conormal asymptotics of several types will be developed. By using modified methods we will show that the results of S. Rempel and B.-W. Schulze for full asymptotics in Sobolev spaces can be generalized for Besov-Lizorkin-Triebel spaces, in particular, Hölder spaces, with other types of asymptotics.  相似文献

Motivated by a practical problem on a corrosion process, we shall study a third kind of BVP for a large class of elliptic equations in vector-valued Lp spaces. Particularly we will determine optimal spaces for boundary data and get maximal regularity for inhomogeneous equations. Then based on these results we shall treat some nonlinear problems. Our approach will be based on the semigroup theory, the interpolation theory of Banach spaces, fractional powers of positive operators, operator-valued Fourier multiplier theorems and the Banach fixed point theorem.  相似文献

Multipliers have been recently introduced as operators for Bessel sequences and frames in Hilbert spaces. These operators are defined by a fixed multiplication pattern (the symbol) which is inserted between the analysis and synthesis operators. In this paper, we will generalize the concept of Bessel multipliers for p-Bessel and p-Riesz sequences in Banach spaces. It will be shown that bounded symbols lead to bounded operators. Symbols converging to zero induce compact operators. Furthermore, we will give sufficient conditions for multipliers to be nuclear operators. Finally, we will show the continuous dependency of the multipliers on their parameters.  相似文献

In this paper we will generalize the representation theory developed for finite Tarski algebras given in [7]. We will introduce the notion of Tarski space as a generalization of the notion of dense Tarski set, and we will prove that the category of Tarski algebras with semi-homomorphisms is dually equivalent to the category of Tarski spaces with certain closed relations, called T-relations. By these results we will obtain that the algebraic category of Tarski algebras is dually equivalent to the category of Tarski spaces with certain partial functions. In this work we establish the metric approximation property for Besov spaces defined on arbitrary compact Lie groups. As a consequence of this fact, we investigate trace formulae for nuclear Fourier multipliers on Besov spaces. Finally, we study the r-nuclearity, the Grothendieck–Lidskii formula and the (nuclear) trace of pseudo-differential operators in generalized Hörmander classes acting on periodic Besov spaces. We will restrict our attention to pseudo-differential operators with symbols of limited regularity.  相似文献

This paper studies Schauder frames in Banach spaces, a concept which is a natural generalization of frames in Hilbert spaces and Schauder bases in Banach spaces. The associated minimal and maximal spaces are introduced, as are shrinking and boundedly complete Schauder frames. Our main results extend the classical duality theorems on bases to the situation of Schauder frames. In particular, we will generalize James' results on shrinking and boundedly complete bases to frames. Secondly we will extend his characterization of the reflexivity of spaces with unconditional bases to spaces with unconditional frames.  相似文献

It is the purpose of this paper to go somewhat deeper into the structure of fuzzy topological spaces. In doing so we found we had to alter the definition of a fuzzy topology used up to now. We shall also introduce two functors \?gw and \?gi which will allow us to see more clearly the connection between fuzzy topological spaces and topological spaces. Finally we shall introduce the concept of fuzzy compactness as the generalization of compactness in topology. It will be shown in a following publication that contrary to the results obtained up to now, the Tychonoff-product theorem is safeguarded with fuzzy compactness.  相似文献

We shall present several Hanner type inequalities with a weight constant and characterize 2-uniformly smooth and 2-uniformly convex Banach spaces with these inequalities. p-Uniformly smooth and q-uniformly convex Banach spaces will be also characterized with another Hanner type inequalities with a weight in the other side term. The best value of the weight in these inequalities will be determined for Lp spaces. Also we shall present a duality theorem between these inequalities in a generalized form.  相似文献

In this paper,we will establish Poincare inequalities in variable exponent non-isotropic Sobolev spaces.The crucial part is that we prove the boundedness of the fractional integral operator on variable exponent Lebesgue spaces on spaces of homogeneous type.We obtain the first order Poincare inequalities for vector fields satisfying Hrmander's condition in variable non-isotropic Sobolev spaces.We also set up the higher order Poincare inequalities with variable exponents on stratified Lie groups.Moreover,we get the Sobolev inequalities in variable exponent Sobolev spaces on whole stratified Lie groups.These inequalities are important and basic tools in studying nonlinear subelliptic PDEs with variable exponents such as the p(x)-subLaplacian.Our results are only stated and proved for vector fields satisfying Hrmander's condition,but they also hold for Grushin vector fields as well with obvious modifications.  相似文献

Probabilistic Normed spaces have been redefined by C. Alsina, B. Schweizer and A. Sklar. But even today, whether the generalized Šerstnev PN space is normable or not is still an open question. In this paper, through applying Kolmogorov's theorem, we will give several sufficient conditions, under which many generalized Šerstnev PN spaces are normable. As the application of our results, we will give two examples which are normable generalized Šerstnev PN space, but not Šerstnev space.  相似文献

Recently Mrówka [7] defined nearly-Lindelöf spaces (see Definition 2.1) and asked the following question: Is every nearly-Lindelof space a Lindelöf space? We will answer this question positively (see Corollary 2.5). In this paper we prove that w-fixed point property and w-fixed point property are equivalent concepts for L-embedded Banach spaces which are duals of M-embedded spaces. Similar results will be obtained with respect to the normal structure. These equivalences will be applied to establish new fixed point results for different examples. We will also prove the existence of fixed points for both nonexpansive and asymptotically regular mappings defined on subsets of L-embedded Banach spaces which are sequentially compact for the abstract measure topology. We will check that our results do not hold in the case of the weak topology.  相似文献

In this paper we study the existence and characterization of spaces which are images of minimal-norm projections that are required to interpolate at given functionals and satisfy additional shape-preserving requirements. We will call such spaces optimal interpolating spaces preserving shape. This investigation leads to concrete solutions in classical settings and, as examples, Πn will be determined to be such spaces with regard to certain interpolation and shape-preserving requirements on the projections. Restated, the theory of this paper gives rist to an n-dimensional Hahn–Banach extension theorem, where the minimal-norm extension is required to keep invariant a fixed cone.  相似文献

Given a bounded set A, a Chebyshev center (when it exists) is–in some sense–a candidate to give a global information on the set. Finding the centers of A is of great importance for applications. In many cases, it is very important to understand how they change when the set A is perturbed. Our main result is a new characterization of Hilbert spaces: in fact, we will show that the best estimate we can give in these spaces, concerning perturbations of sets, cannot be expected outside this class of spaces. Moreover, we collect, we partly sharpen and we reprove in a simple way most known results.  相似文献

We consider a natural representation of solutions for Tikhonov functional equations. This will be done by applying the theory of reproducing kernels to the approximate solutions of general bounded linear operator equations (when defined from reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces into general Hilbert spaces), by using the Hilbert–Schmidt property and tensor product of Hilbert spaces. As a concrete case, we shall consider generalized fractional functions formed by the quotient of Bergman functions by Szegö functions considered from the multiplication operators on the Szegö spaces.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to obtain a classification of scrolls of genus 0 and 1, which are defined by a one-dimensional family of lines meeting a certain set of linear spaces in p n .
