A simple, mild and efficient method is developed for the synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. Out of three used Pb(II) catalysts, lead chloride (PbCl2) has been found to be an efficient catalyst for [3+2] cycloaddition of NaN3 with aromatic and aliphatic nitriles to afford 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. The catalyst is reusable up to four cycles with consistent activity. The cost effectiveness and easy availability of the catalyst, simple methodology, excellent yield and easy work-up are the additional advantages.  相似文献

A simple and efficient protocol is developed for the synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazole derivatives from various nitriles and sodium azide (NaN3) via [3+2] cycloaddition reaction using B(C6F5)3 as a catalyst. The present synthetic method displayed significant advantages such as low catalyst loading, mild reaction conditions, low toxicity, easy work-up, high yields, and compatibility with other functional groups.  相似文献

Transition metal-catalyzed [4+2+1] reactions of dienes (or diene derivatives such as vinylallenes), alkynes/alkenes, and CO (or carbenes) are expected to be the most straightforward approach to synthesize challenging seven-membered ring compounds, but so far only limited successes have been realized. Here, an unexpected three-component [4+2+1] reaction between two vinylallenes and CO was discovered to give highly functionalized tropone derivatives under mild conditions, where one vinylallene acts as a C4 synthon, the other vinylallene as a C2 synthon, and CO as a C1 synthon. It was proposed that this reaction occurred via oxidative cyclization of the diene part of one vinylallene molecule, followed by insertion of the terminal alkene part of the allene moiety in another vinylallene, into the Rh−C bond of five-membered rhodacycle. Then, CO insertion and reductive elimination gave the [4+2+1] cycloadduct. Further experimental exploration of why ene/yne-vinylallenes and CO gave monocyclic tropone derivatives instead of 6/7-bicyclic ring products were reported here.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of spiropyrazolones from allenoate‐derived MBH acetates and pyrazolones through a phosphine‐mediated [4+1] annulation process has been developed. Spiropyrazolones were readily prepared in good chemical yields and good to high enantioselectivities. This is the first asymmetric example in which α‐substituted allenoates were utilized as a C4 synthon for phosphine‐catalyzed [4+1] annulation.  相似文献

Two new macrocyclic ligands, L1 (14-membered N2O2) and L2 (28-membered N4O4) from [1+1] and [2+2] condensation, respectively, have been obtained in a one-pot synthesis starting from 1,4-bis(2′-formylphenyl)-1,4-dioxabutane and cis-1,2-diaminocyclohexane.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted 1H-imidazolines from aziridines and nitriles in the presence of BF3-Et2O or triethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate has been described. The reaction proceeds via a [3+2]-cycloaddition reaction. Most of the nitriles successfully underwent cycloaddition reactions with aziridines even at room temperature in a very short time.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of phosphabenzenes under iron catalysis is described. Thus, the FeI2‐catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition of diynes with phosphaalkynes in m‐xylene gave a variety of phosphabenzenes in good to high yields (up to 87 % yield).  相似文献

N-Aryl-N-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzenesulfonamides were synthesized via an eco-friendly protocol using ZnBr2-catalyzed [2 + 3] cycloaddition reaction of N-cyano-N-arylbenzenesulfonamides and sodium azide under reflux conditions in water. Silica supported lanthanum triflate (Ln(OTf)3-SiO2) promoted synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles via [3+2] cycloaddition between aromatic/heteroaromatic nitriles and sodium azide is a high product yielding, facile, and straightforward procedure. An efficient and economical protocol for the synthesis of 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles from various nitriles and sodium azide is described using magnetically recoverable and reusable CuFe2O4 nanoparticles. A wide variety of aryl nitriles underwent [2+3] cycloaddition under mild reaction conditions to afford tetrazoles in good to excellent yields. The catalyst was magnetically separated and reused five times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Expeditious syntheses of cis-1-methyl-2,3,3a,4,5,9b-hexahydro-1H-pyrrolo-[3,2h]isoquinoline/[2,3-f]quinoline have been developed. The syntheses started with commercially available materials and afforded excellent overall yields in straightforward steps. Intramolecular azomethine ylide-alkene [3+2] cycloaddition is the key step in the construction of these pyrroloisoquinoline and pyrroloquinoline scaffolds. This route is much more atom-economic than those reported in the literature and is appropriate for scale-up synthesis.  相似文献

o-Carboryne (1,2-dehydro-o-carborane) is a very useful synthon for the synthesis of a variety of carborane-functionalized molecules. With 1-Li-2-OTf-o-C2B10H10 as the precursor, o-carboryne undergoes an efficient [4 + 2] cycloaddition with various conjugated enynes, followed by a subsequent [2 + 2] cycloaddition at room temperature, generating a series of carborane-fused tricyclo[6.4.0.02,7]dodeca-2,12-dienes in moderate to high isolated yields. This reaction is compatible with many functional groups and has a broad substrate scope. A reactive carborane-fused 1,2-cyclohexadiene intermediate is involved, which is supported by experimental results and DFT calculations. This protocol offers a convenient strategy for the construction of complex carborane-functionalized tricyclics.

An unprecedented tandem [4 + 2]/[2 + 2] cycloaddition of o-carboryne with enynes has been disclosed for the efficient synthesis of various carborane-fused tricyclics, in which a reactive carborane-fused 1,2-cyclohexadiene intermediate is involved.  相似文献

Mn2+ doped colloidal three-dimensional (3D) lead halide perovskite nanocrystal (PNC) has attracted intensive research attention; however, the low exciton binding energy and fatal optical instability of 3D PNC seriously hinder the optoelectronic application. Therefore, it remains significant to explore new stable host perovskite with strongly bound exciton to realize more desirable luminescent property. In this work, we utilized bulk one-dimensional (1D) hybrid perovskite of [AEP]PbBr5 ⋅ H2O (AEP=N-aminoethylpiperazine) as structural platform to rationally optimize the luminescent property by a controllable Mn2+ doping strategy. Significantly, the series of Mn2+-doped 1D [AEP]PbBr5 ⋅ H2O show enhanced energy transfer efficiency from the strongly bound excitons of host material to 3d electrons of Mn2+ ions, resulting in tunable broadband light emissions from weak yellow to strong red spectral range with highest photoluminescence quantum yield up to 28.41 %. More importantly, these Mn2+-doped 1D perovskites display ultrahigh structural and optical stabilities in humid atmosphere, water and high temperature exceeding the conventional 3D PNC. Combined highly efficient, tunable and stable broadband light emissions enable Mn2+-doped 1D perovskite as excellent down-converting phosphor showcasing the potential application in white light emitting diode. This work not only provides a profound understanding of low-dimensional perovskites but also opens a new way to rationally design high-performance broadband light emitting perovskites for solid-state lighting and displaying devices.  相似文献

The reactivity of buta-2,3-dienoates toward aziridines is reported. Allenoates react as 2π-component in the [3+2] cycloaddition with the azomethine ylide generated from cis-1-benzyl-2-benzoyl-3-phenylaziridine affording 4-methylenepyrrolidines in a site-, regio-, and stereoselective fashion. Under conventional thermolysis, cis- and trans-2-benzoyl-1-cyclohexyl-3-phenylaziridines showed a different reactivity. These aziridines participate in formal [3+2] cycloadditions with allenes via C-N bond cleavage of the three-membered ring leading to functionalized pyrroles.  相似文献

Reductive disilylation (Li+Me3SiCl−THF) of 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene led to 1,1′-bi[(S,S)-6-(trimethylsilyl)cyclohepta-2,4-dien-1-yl] (2).
