Here we demonstrate the synthesis of benzimidazoles through the coupling of 1,2-phenylenediamine with aldehydes by using Co(OH)2 and similarly CoO(II) as efficient solid catalysts in ethanol at room temperature. The Co(OH)2 solid catalyst gave better yields (82-98%) in short reaction times (4-7 h) than CoO(II) catalyst (80-94%, 6-9 h). These commercially available cheap catalysts are more active than many reported expensive heterogeneous catalysts.  相似文献

The reaction of different epoxides with commercially available imidazole at 60 °C leads to the formation of the corresponding 1-(β-hydroxyalkyl)imidazoles in a regioselective manner. When the reaction is applied to a chiral epoxide [(R)-styrene oxide], the expected chiral alcohol is isolated with the same enantiomeric excess. The use of benzimidazole as the heterocyclic component in the same process also allows the simple preparation of the corresponding 1-(β-hydroxyalkyl)benzimidazoles.  相似文献

A novel acid fluoride for use in the liquid-phase synthesis of substituted benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles and benzothiazoles was developed. Its synthetic utility is exemplified by a structurally diverse set of aromatic heterocycles. Final cleavage is achieved by treatment with sodium methoxide in methanol for 12 h. The corresponding benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles and benzothiazoles were obtained in good isolated yields (22-62%, four steps).  相似文献

A new UHPLC–MS/MS (ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry) method was developed and validated to detect 38 anthelmintic drug residues, consisting of benzimidazoles, avermectins and flukicides. A modified QuEChERS-type extraction method was developed with an added concentration step to detect most of the analytes at <1 μg kg−1 levels in milk. Anthelmintic residues were extracted into acetonitrile using magnesium sulphate and sodium chloride to induce liquid–liquid partitioning followed by dispersive solid phase extraction for cleanup. The extract was concentrated into dimethyl sulphoxide, which was used as a keeper to ensure analytes remain in solution. Using rapid polarity switching in electrospray ionisation, a single injection was capable of detecting both positively and negatively charged ions in a 13 min run time. The method was validated at two levels: the unapproved use level and at the maximum residue level (MRL) according to Commission Decision (CD) 2002/657/EC criteria. The decision limit (CCα) of the method was in the range of 0.14–1.9 and 11–123 μg kg−1 for drugs validated at unapproved and MRL levels, respectively. The performance of the method was successfully verified for benzimidazoles and levamisole by participating in a proficiency study.  相似文献

In this work, a new stir cake sorptive extraction (SCSE) using polymeric ionic liquid monolith as sorbent was prepared. The sorbent was obtained by in situ copolymerization of an ionic liquid, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoro methyl)sulfonyl]imide (AMII) and divinylbenzene (DB) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide. The influence of the content of ionic liquid and the porogen in the polymerization mixture on extraction performance was studied thoroughly. The physicochemical properties of the polymeric ionic liquid were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The usefulness of SCSE–AMIIDB was demonstrated by the enrichment of trace benzimidazole anthelmintics. Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, and under the optimized conditions, a simple and effective method for the determination of trace benzimidazoles residues in water, milk and honey samples was established by coupling SCSE–AMIIDB with high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection (SCSE–AMIIDB–HPLC/DAD). Results indicated that the limits of detection (S/N = 3) for target compounds were 0.020–0.072 μg L−1, 0.035–0.10 μg L−1 and 0.026–0.076 μg L−1 in water, milk and honey samples, respectively. In addition, an acceptable reproducibility was achieved by evaluating the repeatability and intermediate precision with relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 9% and 11%, respectively. Finally, the established AMII–SCSE–HPLC/DAD method was successfully applied for the determination of benzimidazoles residues in milk, honey and environmental water samples. Recoveries obtained for the determination of benzimidazole anthelmintics in spiking samples ranged from 70.2% to 117.6%, with RSD below 12% in all cases.  相似文献

A variety of primary alcohols are shown to be converted to the corresponding benzimidazoles in one pot by employing IBX and o-phenylenediamine in DMSO at room temperature. o-Iodobenzoic acid is the end product of IBX, which is employed in 1.0 equiv. Arylmethyl bromides are also shown to be converted likewise to benzimidazoles in moderate yields in one pot, albeit at slightly elevated temperatures.  相似文献

This study compared four extraction methods for the simultaneous determination of tetracyclines, macrolides, quinolones, sulphonamides and anthelmintics (including benzimidazoles and avermectins) in eggs by ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). Solvent extraction, solid-phase extraction (SPE), matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) and modified QuEChERS procedure were compared in terms of recovery and number of veterinary drugs extracted. The solvent extraction procedure with a clean-up step provided better results than the other tested procedures. The QuEChERS procedure was simpler and faster, but extracted fewer compounds than solvent extraction. MSPD did not extract tetracyclines and quinolones, whereas macrolides and tetracyclines were not extracted when SPE was applied. The solvent extraction procedure was validated, obtaining recoveries ranging from 60% (sulfaquinoxaline) to 119% (levamisole) with repeatability values (expressed as relative standard deviations, RSDs) lower than 20% at two concentration levels (10 and 100 μg kg−1), except for erythromycin, emamectin and ivermectin that showed RSD values close to 25% at 10 μg kg−1. Limits of quantification (LOQs) were always equal or lower than 5 μg kg−1. Finally the method was applied to egg samples, and erythromycin, enrofloxacin, difloxacin, thiabendazole, emamectin and fenbendazole were detected in four samples.  相似文献

One-pot synthesis of disubstituted benzimidazoles from N-substituted 2-nitroanilines or 1,2-diamines with 3-12 nm-sized platinum particles loaded on the TiO2 using solar and UV-A light is described. 1-Aryl-2-alkylbenzimidazoles from 2-nitrodiphenylamines are formed by combined redox photocatalytic reaction, condensation and catalytic dehydrogenation on Pt-TiO2. In case of diamines, this reaction is proceeded by Pt-TiO2 assisted photocatalytic oxidation of an alcohol and a catalytic dehydrogenation of the intermediate on the surface of platinum nanoparticles. In both cases product formation was achieved by tandem photocatalytic and catalytic reactions on Pt-TiO2.  相似文献

The system, I2/KI/K2CO3/H2O, oxidizes carbon-nitrogen bonds for the synthesis of imidazolines and benzimidazoles from aldehydes and diamines under anaerobic conditions in water at 90 °C with excellent yields. The process is green, mild and inexpensive.  相似文献

Reactions between carbon dioxide and fluorine were examined at temperatures of 303-523 K under various pressure and mixture ratios of both gases. Reactions were carried out similarly under the existence of NaF, CsF and EuF3.After the reaction, fluorine was removed and the reaction products were analyzed using FT-IR, GC/FT-IR and GC/MS. The major products were CF3OF, COF2, CF4 and CF2(OF)2.The best yield of COF2 was 11.1% under the reaction condition of CO2/F2 = 76 kPa/76 kPa with temperature of 498 K for 72 h in a direct reaction. The formation rate of COF2 in the direct reaction was estimated as 0.232 dm3 mol−1 h−1 under the reaction conditions of CO2/F2 = 76 kPa/76 kPa, at 498 K. In the presence of CsF, it was estimated as 1.88 dm3 mol−1 h−1 at CO2/F2 = 76 kPa/76 kPa at 498 K.The activation energy of the COF2 formation in the direct reaction was estimated as 45.7 kJ mol−1 at CO2/F2 = 76 kPa/76 kPa at 498 K. In addition, 24.2 and 38.9 kJ mol−1 were evaluated at CO2/F2 = 76 kPa/76 kPa at 498 K, respectively, in the presence of CsF and EuF3.  相似文献

The recycling of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) by a decross-linking reaction in supercritical methanol was studied using a batch reactor. XLPEs with initial gel contents of 45, 55 and 65% were employed and subjected to reaction temperatures between 320 and 360 °C. Complete decross-linking of XLPE was achieved in 10 min in supercritical methanol at 360 °C and 15 MPa. For the first time, chemical kinetics for the decross-linking reaction is proposed based on the gel concentration, and applicable to the reactor design. With respect to the gel concentration, the first-order reaction model agreed well with the experimental results. The evaluated kinetic constant was 0.0867 ± 0.0082 cm3/mg min at 350 °C, and the activation energy was 578 ± 25 kJ/mol.  相似文献

The sensitive multiresidual analytical method for simultaneous analysis of 14 most commonly used agricultural pesticides in Serbia was developed and optimized. The selected insecticides, fungicides and herbicides belong to seven chemical classes (organophosphates, neonicotinoids, carbamates, diacylhydrazines, benzimidazoles, triazines and phenylureas). The method was based on solid-phase extraction followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The following parameters that may affect the SPE procedure efficiency were optimized: the sorbent type in combination with different elution solvents, the sample pH and the sample volume. For each pesticide, MSn analysis was performed and distinctive ions and transitions were selected for identification and quantification, as well as for confirmation purposes. External matrix-matched calibration method was used to eliminate variable matrix effect and ensure precise quantification. Good recoveries (72-129%), and low limits of detection (0.4-5.5 ng L−1) and quantification (1.1-18.2 ng L−1) were achieved for all selected pesticides. The developed and optimized method was successfully applied in the analysis of several river waters, as well as ground waters in Serbia, influenced by agriculture. The most frequently detected pesticide was carbendazim. Dimethoate, carbofuran and propazine were also found in the investigated samples.  相似文献

An analytical method based on the absorption changes of chemically polymerised polyaniline at 700 nm is proposed for the determination of Vitamin C. Vitamin C produces a polyaniline film reduction, originating changes in its absorbance proportional to the Vitamin C concentration. The optimum reaction conditions and the analytical characteristics have been studied. The linear response of the method ranged from 0.10 to 1.0 mg l−1 for a 6 min reaction time and from 1.0 to 8.0 mg l−1 for a 2 min reaction time. Reproducibility, expressed as the coefficient of variation, was 0.8% (6 min reaction time) and 2.3% (2 min reaction time) (n = 10). The method has been applied to Vitamin C determination in pharmaceutical preparations and commercial fruit juices. The results were compared with those obtained by the 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol titration method (the AOAC Official Method) and no systematic errors were observed.  相似文献

This work is to explore a new route to synthesize functional polyesters bearing pendant hydroxyl groups. The approach is via biocatalyzed direct polycondensation. l-Malic acid, adipic acid and 1,8-octanediol were used as comonomers and lipase Novozym 435 as a biocatalyst. 1H NMR studies on the structure of the products indicated that Novozym 435 was strictly selective for esterification of l-malic acid carboxyl groups while leaving the hydroxyl groups unchanged. The influences of the monomer feeding ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the molecular weight of the products were investigated. By varying l-malic acid feed ratio in the total monomers from 0 to 20 mol%, the molecular weight (MW) of the product changed from 9.5 kilo Dalton (kD) to 4.7 kD while reaction was held at 70 °C for 48 h. The maximum MW could reach 7.4 kD at 80 °C when varying temperature between 70 and 90 °C if l-malic acid is 20 mol% and reaction time is 48 h. At 75 °C the MW increased from 5.2 kD to 6.6 kD when reaction time was elongated from 48 h to 72 h. However, little change in MW was observed at 80 and 85 °C when the reaction time was above 48 h. Thermal property of the copolyesters was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Increasing the l-malic acid content in copolyesters resulted in melting temperature depression.  相似文献

2-[(-Ethyl-, arylimino)phenethyl]-1,2,4-triazino[2,3-a]benzimidazoles were obtained by reaction of 2-aroylmethyl-1,2,4-triazino[2,3-a]benzimidazol-4H-3-ones with ethyl(aryl)amines or urea. This paper describes the optimization and use of a Sequential Injection Analysis (SIA) procedure for ammonium determination in waters. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used as a tool for optimization of a procedure based on the modified Berthelot reaction. The SIA system was designed to (i) prepare the reaction media by injecting an air-segmented zone containing the reagents in a mixing chamber, (ii) to aspirate the mixture back to the holding coil after homogenization, (iii) drive it to a thermostated reaction coil, where the flow is stopped for a previously established time, and (iv) to pump the mixture toward the detector flow cell for the spectrophotometric measurements. Using a 100 μmol L− 1 ammonium solution, the following factors were considered for optimization: reaction temperature (25 - 45 °C), reaction time (30 - 90 s), hypochlorite concentration (20 - 40 mmol L− 1), nitroprusside concentration (10 - 40 mmol L− 1) and salicylate concentration (0.1 - 0.3 mol L− 1). The proposed system fed the statistical program with absorbance data for fast construction of response surface plots. After optimization of the method, figures of merit were evaluated, as well as the ammonium concentration in some water samples. No evidence of statistical difference was observed in the results obtained by the proposed method in comparison to those obtained by a reference method based on the phenol reaction.  相似文献

The reaction pathways and energetics for the reaction of methane with CaO are discussed on the singlet spin state potential energy surface at the B3LYP/6-311+G(2df,2p) and QCISD/6-311++G(3df,3pd)//B3LYP/6-311+G(2df,2p) levels of theory. The reaction of methane with CaO is proposed to proceed in the following reaction pathways: CaO + CH4 → CaOCH4 → [TS] → CaOH + CH3, CaO + CH4 → OCaCH4 → [TS] → HOCaCH3 → CaOH + CH3 or [TS] → CaCH3OH → Ca + CH3OH, and OCaCH4 → [TS] → HCaOCH3 → CaOCH3 + H or [TS] → CaCH3OH → Ca + CH3OH. The gas-phase methane–methanol conversion by CaO is suggested to proceed via two kinds of important reaction intermediates, HOCaCH3 and HCaOCH3, and the reaction pathway via the hydroxy intermediate (HOCaCH3) is energetically more favorable than the other one via the methoxy intermediate (HCaOCH3). The hydroxy intermediate HOCaCH3 is predicted to be the energetically most preferred configuration in the reaction of CaO + CH4. Meanwhile, these three product channels (CaOH + CH3, CaOCH3 + H and Ca + CH3OH) are expected to compete with each other, and the formation of methyl radical is the most preferable pathway energetically. On the other hand, the intermediates HCaOCH3 and HOCaCH3 are predicted to be the energetically preferred configuration in the reaction of Ca + CH3OH, which is precisely the reverse reaction of methane hydroxylation.  相似文献

Flow-injection post chemiluminescence determination of atropine sulfate   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new post chemiluminescence (PCL) reaction was observed when atropine sulfate was injected into the reaction mixture after the finish of CL reaction of Ce(IV) and sodium sulfite. The possible mechanism for the PCL reaction was discussed via the investigation of the CL kinetic characteristics, the CL spectra, the UV absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra of some related substances. The flow injection PCL method for the determination of atropine sulfate was established. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was 2.8% (n = 11, c = 5.0 × 10−6 g mL−1). The PCL intensity responded linearly to the concentration of atropine sulfate in the range 1.0 × 10−6 to 5.0 × 10−5 g mL−1 with a linear correlation of 0.9947. The detection limit was 4 × 10−7 g mL−1 atropine sulfate. The method had been applied to the determination of atropine sulfate in the tablets and the results were consistent with the method of Chinese pharmacopoeia.  相似文献

In this work, a new, simple and sensitive flow injection catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric determination of nitrite is reported based on catalytic effect of nitrite on the redox reaction between sulfonazo III and potassium bromate in acidic media. The reaction was monitored by measuring the decrease in the absorbance of sulfunazo III at 570 nm. Various chemical (such as the effect of acidity, reagents concentrations) and instrumental parameters (flow rate, reaction coil length, injection volume and temperature) were studied and were optimized. Under the optimum conditions calibration graph was linear in the nitrite concentration ranges of 8.00 × 10−3-3.00 × 10−1 μg/ml (with slope of 2.40) and 3.50 × 10−1-1.80 μg/ml (with slope of 0.42). The detection limit was 6.00 × 10−3 μg/ml of nitrite, the relative standard deviation (n = 10) was 1.25% and 0.88% for 5.00 × 10−2 and 2.00 × 10−1 μg/ml of nitrite respectively. About 60 samples in 1 h can be analyzed. The interfering effects of various chemical species were studied. The method was successfully applied in the determination of nitrite in food and environmental samples.  相似文献

2,4-Diaryl-1,4-dihydropyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazoles were obtained by the reaction of 2-aminobenzimidazole with chalcones, and their heteroaromatization was accomplished. The condensation of 1,2-diaminobenzimidazole with unsymmetrically substituted chalcones, which leads to substituted pyrimido-[1,2-a]benzimidazoles, was studied.
