本文从理论上分析了电子剪切散斑干涉(ESSPI)实现相移的可行性,推导了相移的 ESSPI 光强表达式;采用机械放大式相移器得到相移 ESSPI 条纹图;用计算机图像处理技术精确地获得位相图;用去包裹技术得到等位移梯度曲线和离面位移分布曲线,使 ESSPI 图像处理的过程简单化,快速化,提高了测试的自动化程度。  相似文献

本文通过一新的三维电子散斑干涉方法,结合四步相移技术和图象处理技术,从三幅全场散斑位相条纹图分离出独立的u、υ、w场位移。测量系统的特点是用三个激光器作为光源,一个PZT相移器推动三个反射镜产生参考光并实现相移以及CCD摄像机前放置大错位剪切镜。将该测量系统应用到柴油机机身部件测量上,得到了机身主轴承孔周的三维位移场,并将此结果作为有限元计算的边界条件,得到了精确的柴油机机身计算结果,证明这一新技术可为柴油机零部件的强度和刚度分析评价提供一种十分有效的方法。  相似文献

本文建议的错位散斑云纹法是在错位散斑干涉的基础上,通过在光路中附加虚位移的方法获得错位散斑干涉条纹的相减云纹图,从而扣除离面位移导数,获得单纯的面内位移导数场即应变场。典型实验证实这一方法可以有效地获取全场应变条纹图。  相似文献

本文采用频域同态滤波技术,减少了电子散斑的噪声,得到高质量的条纹图,并介绍一种自行设计的新型相移器,它结构简单,性能稳定,测试精度高和操作方便,此外,应用以上两种技术,以承受均布载荷周边固定的圆板为例,实现了电子散斑三维位移场的自动测量,实验与理论值吻合良好。  相似文献

本文针对电子散斑条纹颗粒性强这一特点,采用频域同态滤波技术,对ESPI 条纹进行了滤波处理,实验表明,该方法对改善 ESPI 条纹质量非常有效.另外,本文还推出了一种自行设计的新型相移器,它结构简单,操作简便,并且稳定性好,可适用于各种光力学干涉光路.文章最后使用双光束电子散斑法,应用以上技术,对一个带方孔板的平面应力模型的面内位移进行了定量分析.  相似文献

提出了一种应用于白光数字散斑图像频域位移测量技术的数字相移方法,利用计算机本身的能力,无需增加任何设备,通过计算机生成的四幅图像进行相移计算,得到逐点分析的条纹的未去包裹图像,从该图像确定位移的方向和大小,实现了白光数字散斑图像的全自动化处理。白光数字散斑方法设备简单,对环境的要求低,无需防振和相干光源,引入本文提出的数字相移技术,由于充分利用了计算机数字图像处理的功能,在未增加任何设备的情况下实现了全自动位移测量,是一种适合工业现场测量的有发展前途的位移测试的技术。  相似文献

电子剪切散斑具有同轴、自相干等特点,因而图像稳定,且质量好。对现场环境要求低,可用于现场无损检测。但同时也因为上述原因,难以实现位相的均匀改变。因此,如果能够实现图像全场的定量化求解,则在工程应用和对图像认识上将是很有意义的。本文首先解释了电子剪切散斑实现相移的原理,进行了数学推导;再用相移位相解包裹技术实现电子剪切散斑的定量测量;最后和有限元计算进行了比较,证明结果较为理想。从而为设计人员提供了一种方便、快速、有效、全新的设计、检测手段。也可为有限元计算提供一种获得位移边界条件的有效方法。  相似文献

Optical methods such as Twyman-Green interferometry, moiré interferometry, holographic interferometry and speckle interferometry are useful to measure displacement and strain in the full-field of structures. Recently phase analysis method of fringe patterns obtained by these optical methods becomes popular, and it provides accurate quantitative results in the full-field. In this paper, in order to measure displacement and strain, real-time or high-speed nano-meter displacement measurement methods developed by the authors are introduced. That is, (1) out-of-plane displacement analysis by Twyman-Green interferometry using integrated phase-shifting method using Fourier transform phase-shifting method, (2) simultaneous two-dimensional in-plane displacement analysis by moiré interferometry and (3) out-of-plane displacement analysis by phase-shifting digital holographic interferometry. In a previous study, to minimize or eliminate the errors and noises associated with a full-field experimental measurement and subsequent fringe analysis such as moiré interferometry, the authors derived a variational principle minimizing the experimental measurement errors. Furthemore, on the basis of this variational principle, the authors developed an intelligent hybrid method. In several test simulations, the method has demonstrated the automatic detection and elimination of randomly incorporated errors into known correct finite element displacement fields. In this study, a fringe analysis method is developed together with the two-dimensional fast Fourier transform method. Then, experimentally recorded moiré fringe patterns are analyzed by the fringe analysis method. The conventional and intelligent hybrid analyses are carried out using the analyzed fringe information as input data. The present method verifies the automatic detection of experimental errors and noises, and the simultaneous automatic elimination of those experimental errors. This method also makes it possible to obtain a fairly smooth visualization of higher order information such as the stress and strain distributions.  相似文献

Utilizing laser's properties of both polarization and temporal coherence, a real time method of moire interferometry is proposed to obtain the separated 3-D displacement derivative fringe patterns. For dual beams that contain identical polarization components, the optical-path difference is larger than that of the coherent length to eliminate the interaction between the wavefronts due to the shearing. For dual beams that contain no identical components of polarization, the vibration planes are perpendicular to each other to have the frame-separation of the in-plane derivative patterns. The out-of-plane displacement derivative patterns are achieved by the shearing of the zero-order diffractions of the grating.  相似文献

全息光弹性中等和线是获得断裂力学中应力强度因子的一种有效方法之一。但用传统的全息光弹性方法获取等和线需暗房,要经过显影定影及再现,而且不能直接数字化使其应用受到限制。本文提出一种将全息光弹性与相移电子散斑干涉(Electric Speckle Pattern Interferometry,简称ESPI)有机结合的方法,不但克服传统全息光弹性的不足,而且使全息光弹性实现了数字化。文中将这一方法成功应用于有预制裂纹的三点弯曲试件上,定量求得其应力强度因子(Stress Intensity Factor,简称SIF)K1,而且实验值和理论值具有相一致的结果。  相似文献

Digital phase-shift holographic interferometry was applied to visualize weak shock waves and related phenomena quantitatively. This method of interferometry is an improved version of double-exposure holographic interferometry using digital image processing and a phase shift method. The obtained interferograms were analyzed using the Carré method. To evaluate the applicability of the interferometry to quantitatively visualize the phenomena, density profiles behind weak spherical shock waves generated with 500 μg of silver azide were examined. The results of the numerical analysis performed with the hydrocode AUTODYN were compared with those of the experiment. The Mach number of visualized shock waves was estimated to be 1.007 ± 0.001 at the pressure transducer near the test section. At the shock fronts, the density difference between the experimental and numerical results was within 0.3%.  相似文献

The history of holographic interferometry is one of problems. It has progressed from a novel discovery to a recognized technology only by the systematic pursuit of explanations for the puzzling phenomena it presents: unusual fringe patterns, fringe localization phenomena and bizarre fringe parallax. How to use the fringes to find three-dimensional deformation patterns is also a problem. Furthermore, the problem of how to handle high-volume testing spurred the evolution from photographic plates to fiexible roll film for all electronic media. Finally, the use of CCD television cameras and digital video processing has made phase-step interferometry the dominant method of fringe analysis but presents a major problem in the form of the phase-unwrapping quandary. This paper will attempt to trace the history of this technology in terms of the problems it has presented and their solutions. The use of holographic interferometry for stress analysis of nontransparent objects is limited by rigid-body displacements of the object. These displacements can alter the fringe patterns and often cause the fringes to disappear completely. A technique of compensation for this deterioration of the fringe pattern forreal-time holographic interferometry is described in this paper. It is especially designed to permit the accurate measurement of the out-of-plane component of strain near regions of stress concentration in plates that are subjected to in-plane loading. It is first shown that the fringes caused by a pure rigid-body displacement can be eliminated almost completely by translations of the hologram and rotation of the illumination wave. This procedure is first described when the displacement is known; then when it is unknown. A method to estimate the error made in the correction is presented. In actual stress-analysis problems, the object is both rigidly displaced and strained. Assuming the rigid displacement is known and corrected as previously, the analysis is developed to relate the fringe pattern to the strain-related displacement. This analysis takes into account the optical modifications of the system that are necessary to achieve the rigid-body-displacement correction. When the rigid-body displacement is unknown, the method is shown still to be workable through the use of various symmetries and boundary conditions. Two sample interferograms are presented as illustrations. Quantitative treatment of data from one of these are presented in a companion paper.  相似文献
