Some new 1-aryl-4-[(aziridine-1-yl)diaryl-methyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives 7j–s were synthesized by the one-pot reaction of diaryl-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methanol compounds 6j–s formed from 1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives. The new compounds 7j–s and 6j–s are investigated by 1H and 13C NMR, MS, and IR. The anticancer activity of the synthesis target compounds was evaluated against human leukemia (HL-60) cells and human hepatoma G2 cells. Some of the compounds were highly efficient. The 1H-NMR signals of the aziridine-ring cis-H/trans-H protons were found to be two group peaks at 1.800–1.884 and 1.183–1.327?ppm.  相似文献

A series of ferrocenyl Schiff base derivatives was synthesized by condensation reactions of 1,1′-ferrocenedicarboxaldehyde and aromatic amines containing long chain alkyl groups as free ends which were characterized by their physical properties, elemental, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectral and thermal analysis. The thermal behaviour of the synthesized compounds was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) which revealed that these compounds may exhibit mesomorphic properties. The DSC results of aromatic amines and ferrocenyl Schiff bases were compared to study the effects of structure, i.e. rigid core and terminal chain length, on the phase transition behaviour.  相似文献

A new siloxane diamine, 1,3-bis(amino-phenylene-ester-methylene)tetramethyldisiloxane (1), was obtained by a two-step procedure and used to prepare a series of Schiff bases (25), by reaction with different carbonylic compounds: salicylaldehyde, 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde. All compounds, separated in crystalline form, were characterised by spectral (FTIR, UV–vis and NMR) analysis as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In these structures, different packing motifs occur depending on the different association degree determined by intra- and intermolecular π–π stacking interactions. Antimicrobial activity of the compounds was evaluated against three fungi and two bacteria, where the Schiff bases derived from salicylaldehyde and in special 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde showed remarkable activity.  相似文献

With the aim of developing potential antimicrobials, a series of novel Ciprofloxacin methylene isatin derivatives incorporating different aromatic aldehydes were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, Mass spectroscopy and bases of elemental analysis. In addition, the in vitro antibacterial and antifungal properties were tested against some human pathogenic microorganisms by employing the disc diffusion technique. A majority of compounds were showing activity against several of the microorganisms. The relationship between the functional group variation and the biological activity of the evaluated compounds is discussed. From comparisons of the compounds, 3c was determined to be the most active compound.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing a pyrimidine moiety were synthesized and their fungicidal activities were evaluated. The preliminary biological test indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited moderate to good fungicidal activities against the tested plant pathogenic fungi compared with the commercial agent. Among them, compounds 9n and 9o exhibited excellent antifungal activity against Phompsis sp., with the half-maximal effective concentration (EC50) values of 25.4 and 31.6?μg/mL, which were even better than the commercial agent of Pyrimethanil (32.1?μg/mL). Meanwhile, compound 9o showed better fungicidal activities against B. dothidea and B. cinerea with 40.1 and 55.1?μg/mL, respectively, in comparison with that of commercial Pyrimethanil (57.6 and 62.8?μg/mL).  相似文献

p-Menthane type monoterpene derivatives were identified as bio-based compounds with high herbicidal activities. In order to search novel p-menthane type monoterpene derivatives in good performance, a series of novel cis-p-menthane type Schiff base derivatives were designed and synthesized. All target products were easily available novel compounds and characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI+- MS. Their pre-emergence herbicidal activities against annual ryegrass were evaluated. The bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds displayed excellent herbicidal activities in pre-emergence treatment.  相似文献

In this study, a total of 31 novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety were synthesized and evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella (Pxylostella). Bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against Pxylostella. In particular, compound E26 revealed excellent insecticidal activity against Pxylostella, with a 50% lethal concentration (LC50) value of 4.6 μg/mL, which was even better than those of chlorpyrifos (7.7 μg/mL), beta‐cypermethrin (12.8 μg/mL), and azadirachtin (10.2 μg/mL). These results indicated that isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety could be developed as novel and promising insecticides. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first report on the insecticidal activity of this series of novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety.  相似文献

硫脲类化合物因其独特的分子结构、良好的理化性能以及广泛的生物活性,在材料、医药、农药和配位催化等领域有重要的应用。因而其合成方法受到广泛关注。近年来,微波合成、超声波合成、无溶剂合成、离子液合成、相转移催化合成等一系列高效、绿色的合成方法在硫脲类化合物的合成中得到广泛的应用。结合本课题组的研究成果,本文着重综述了硫脲和席夫碱类化合物的合成方法及其应用,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。  相似文献

Fifteen 1-(4-substituted phenyl)-4-(4-bromophenyl)-5-(halo-o-hydroxyphenyl)imino-1,2,3-triazoles were designed and synthesized based on rational combination of 1,2,3-triazoles and(halo)o-hydroxyphenyl group according to the superposition principle of reinforcement of biological activities.All the compounds were tested to an in vitro antimicrobial screening against M.a.and E.c..Compounds IIe-IIo exhibited more potent antimicrobial activities against M.a.and E.c.than triclosan and fluconazole,which provided valuable information to further study of novel antimicrobial research.  相似文献

Abstract

Synthesis and characterization of (E)-4-((5-bromo-2-(λ1-oxidanyl)benzylidene)amino)-N-(5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)benzenesulfonamide (1), its substituted phthalonitrile derivative (2), and its tetra substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine complex (3) were performed. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 were characterized by methods such as elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR (except for 3), and MALDI-TOF mass spectra. The photophysical and photochemical properties of this substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine complex aimed to be used as a photosensitizer were investigated in DMSO solution for determination of their photosensitizing abilities in photocatalytic applications such as photodynamic therapy (PDT). The influence of the substituent as a bioactive compound on the phthalocyanine skeleton on spectroscopic, photophysical, and photochemical properties were also determined and compared with unsubstituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine and some zinc(II) phthalocyanines containing different substituents previously studied. According to photophysical and photochemical investigations, 3 has potential as a photosensitizer for PDT.  相似文献

Schiff base derivatives with anthracene- and pyrene-based units, A1-A6 and P1-P6 were synthesized (89%–99% yields). Schiff base derivatives were designed to possess an heterocyclic moiety on one side to enhance the coordination ability towards metals. To investigate the biological assay of the newly synthesized compounds, their DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging, metal chelating, reducing power, antibacterial and DNA binding activities were tested. A6 (63.1%) showed the maximum free radical scavenging activity among all. However, compound P3 at concentration of 200 μg/mL possessed the highest metal chelating (45.8%) activity and power of reduction. In addition, P3 and A6 showed antibacterial activity against all bacteria tested and both compounds were very well bound to CT-DNA. Density functional theory method with B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set was performed to get information about the structural and electronic properties of the present compounds. In addition, the metal coordination properties of the dimers of the parent Schiff bases were investigated through interactions with Zn2+.  相似文献

After synthesis of an asymmetric tetradentate ONN''O'' Schiff base ligand (H2L) followed by reaction of the synthesized H2L with an equimolar mixture of methanolic solutions of the VO(acac)2, a new oxidovanadium(IV) Schiff base complex (VOL) was synthesized. The Schiff base ligand and its complex were characterized by FT-IR and UV-vis spectra and C, H, N analysis. The crystal structure of VOL was also determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The VOL complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Cc. The Schiff base ligand acts as a tetradentate ligand through its two iminic nitrogens and two phenolic and acetylacetonate oxygens. Thermogravimetric analysis of the VOL showed that it decomposes in two steps and converts to mixed vanadium oxides at 477℃. In addition, thermal decomposition of the VOL complex in air at 660℃ leads to formation of V2O5 nanoparticles with the average size estimated from XRD 49 nm. The catalytic activity of the VOL complex was investigated in the epoxidation reaction and different reaction parameters were optimized. The results showed that the cyclic alkenes were efficiently converted to the corresponding epoxides, whereas the VOL did not appreciably convert the linear alkenes.  相似文献

A novel and potentially active dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor, namely 3‐({(E )‐[(E )‐1‐(biphenyl‐4‐yl)ethylidene]hydrazinylidene}methyl)‐1H‐indole (BEHI) acetonitrile disolvate, C23H19N3·2CH3CN, has been designed and synthesized. The structure of BEHI was characterized by elemental analysis, Q‐TOF (quadrupole time‐of‐flight) MS, NMR, UV–Vis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The antitumour activity of the target molecule was evaluated by the MTT method. Results indicated that BEHI exhibited rather potent cytotoxic activity against human A549 (IC50 = 20.5 µM ) and mouse breast 4T1 (IC50 = 18.5 µM ) cancer cell lines. Meanwhile, to rationalize its potencies in the target, BEHI was docked into DHODH and the interactions with the active site residues were analyzed. Single‐crystal structure analysis indicated that hydrogen bonds are present only between BEHI and acetonitrile solvent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The interplay of weak π–π stacking and weak C(N)—H…π interactions between neighbouring BEHI molecules play crucial roles in the formation of the final supramolecular frameworks.  相似文献

Binuclear complexes [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(μ-bsh)] (1) and [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(μ-bsh)] (2) containing N,N′-bis(salicylidine)hydrazine (H2bsh) are reported. The complexes 1 and 2 reacted with EPh3 (E = P, As) to afford cationic complexes [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(PPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (3), [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(AsPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (4), [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(PPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (5), and [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(AsPh3)(κ2-Hbsh)]PF6 (6) which were isolated as their hexafluorophosphate salts. Representative complexes 3 and 5 have been used as a metallo-ligand in the synthesis of binuclear complexes [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(μ-bsh)Ru(η6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (7) and [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(μ-bsh)Ru(η6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (8). The complexes under study have been fully characterized by analytical and spectral (FAB/ESI-MS, IR, NMR, electronic and emission) studies. Molecular structures of 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been determined crystallographically. Structural studies on 1 and 2 revealed the presence of extensive inter- and intra-molecular C-H···O and C-H···π weak bonding interactions. The complexes 1, 2, 3 and 5 moderately emit upon excitation at their respective MLCT bands.  相似文献

Novel heterocyclic Schiff base dyes were prepared by the reaction of salicylaldehyde/2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with different heterocyclic amines. Results of the newly synthesized compounds established by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and GC–MS spectroscopic experiments were consistent with their chemical structures. Resulted heterocyclic Schiff base dyes were found to be pure from data obtained by the elemental analysis. In addition, spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric studies showed that these dyes were good absorbent and fluorescent. Fluorescence polarity study data revealed that some of these compounds were sensitive to the polarity of the microenvironment provided by different solvents. Time-based fluorescence steady-state measurements also showed that these heterocyclic Schiff base dyes have high photostability against photobleaching.  相似文献

New Schiff base ligand (H2L, 1,2‐bis[(2‐(2‐hydroxyphenylimino)‐methyl)phenoxy]ethane) came from condensation reaction of bisaldehyde and 2‐aminophenol was synthesized in a molar ratio 1:2. Metal complexes and the ligand were completely discussed with spectroscopic and theoretical mechanism. The complexes with Fe(III), Cr(III), Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Th(IV) and Zn(II) have been discussed and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, IR, mass spectroscopy, thermal, magnetic measurements, and 1H NMR. The results proved that the Schiff base was a divalent anion with hexadentate O4N2 donors came from the etheric oxygens (O1, O2), azomethine nitrogens (N1, N2) and deprotonated phenolic oxygens (O3, O4). Density Functional Theory using (B3LYP/6‐31G*) level of theory were implemented to predict molecular geometry, Mulliken atomic energetic and charges of the ligand and complexes. The calculation display that complexes had weak field ligand. The binding energy ranged from 650.5 to 1499.0 kcal/mol for Mn(II) and Th(IV) complexes, respectively. The biological behavior of the Schiff base ligand and its metal complexes were displayed against bacteria and fungi organisms. Fe(III) complex gave remarkable biological activity in comparison with the parent bis Schiff base.  相似文献

One ONNO-donor tetradentate Schiff base ligand LH2 was derived from the condensation of salicylaldehyde and 1,3-diaminopropane and reacted with Cu(NO3)2·6H2O and NaNCO to yield one trinuclear complex with molecular formula [Cu3L2(µ1,1-NCO)2]. The synthesized complex was characterized by IR, UV–vis spectroscopy, and electrochemical analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction study explores that the two terminal copper atoms adopt square pyramidal geometry, whereas the central copper atom situated at the inversion center is surrounded by four phenoxo oxygens and two end-on cyanato anions to adopt an octahedral geometry. The ONNO-tetradentate Schiff base ligand coordinates with the copper(II) ion via two oxygen atoms of the phenoxo-group and two nitrogen atoms from the imine moiety. A theoretical density functional theory (DFT) calculation was also carried out to supplement the experimental results. All the DFT calculations were done in gas phase.  相似文献
