Preparation and Crystal Structure of Tetraphenylphosphonium Hexathiocyanatorhodate(III), [P(C6H5)4]3[Rh(SCN)6] By treatment of RhCl3 · n H2O with KSCN in water a mixture of the linkage isomers [Rh(NCS)n(SCN)6–n]3?, n = 0–2 is formed which is separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-ray structure determination on a single crystal of [P(C6H5)4]3[Rh(SCN)6] (monoclinic, space group C1c1, a = 13.620(5), b = 22.929(13), c = 22.899(9) Å, β = 98.55(3)°, Z = 4) confirms the coordination of all ligands via S with the middle Rh? S distance of 2.372 Å and Rh? S? C angles of 109°. The SCN groups are nearly linear with 175° and averaged bondlengths S? C 1.63 and C? N 1.14 Å. The crystal lattice is build up by layers of complex anions and voluminous cations with no specific interactions but which are closely connected by thiocyanate ligands and phenyl rings.  相似文献

Characterization of Distortional Isomers of the Anions Pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) and of Tetracyano-aqua-oxo-molybdate(IV) in the Solid State. Crystal Structures of [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O (green), [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue), and [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2) (CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) Preparation of a series of salts containing the new pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) anion is described: Cs2H[MoO(CN)5] (blue), [(CH3)4N]2H[MoO(CN)5] · 2 H2O (blue) and [Cr(en)3] [MoO(CN)5] · 4 H2O (green). The green [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O crystallizes triclinic in the space group P1 . The molybdenum(IV) center is in an pseudo-octahedral environment of a terminal oxo-group (d(Mo?O); 1.705(4) Å), a CN? group in the trans-position (d(Mo? C): 2.373(6) Å), and four equatorial CN? groups (averaged d(Mo? C): 2.178 (Å). The blue and green salts exhibit v(Mo?O) stretching frequencies at 948 cm?1 and 920 cm?1, respectively. Blue and green salts containing the [MoO(OH2)(CN)4]2? anion and [(C6H5)4P]+ or [(C6H5)4As]+ cations have been prepared and characterized by single crystal crystallography. [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) and [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue) crystallize monoclinic in the space group C—P21/n. They are considered to be distortional isomers of the complex anion: the green species has a Mo?O bond distance of 1.72(2) Å whereas for the blue species d(Mo?O) = 1.60(2) Å is found; the corresponding v(Mo?O) frequencies are at 920 cm?1 and 980 cm?1.  相似文献

Bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12], and bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate acetonitrile, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN, were synthesized and characterized via Infrared, 1H and 11B NMR spectroscopy. [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] crystallizes isopunctual to the alkali metal dodecaborates. The crystal structure of [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN was determined from single crystal data and refined in the orthorhombic crystal system (Pcmn, no. 62, a = 898.68(8), b = 1312.85(9) c = 1994.5(1) pm, R(|F| , 4σ) = 5.9%, wR(F2) = 18.3%). Here, the geometry of the dodecaborate anion is that of an almost ideal icosahedron, less distorted than most other dodecaborates known. By low‐temperature Guinier‐Simon diffractometry phase transitions were detected for [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] and [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN at –70 and –15 °C, respectively.  相似文献

Crystal Structure and Vibrational Spectrum of (H2NPPh3)2[SnCl6]·2CH3CN Single crystals of (H2NPPh3)2[SnCl6]·2CH3CN ( 1 ) were obtained by oxidative addition of tin(II) chloride with N‐chloro‐triphenylphosphanimine in acetonitrile in the presence of water. 1 is characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopy as well as by a single crystal structure determination: Space group , Z = 2, lattice dimensions at 193 K: a = 1029.6(1), b = 1441.0(2), c = 1446.1(2) pm, α = 90.91(1)°, β = 92.21(1)°, γ = 92.98(1)°, R1 = 0.0332. 1 forms an ionic structure with two different site positions of the [SnCl6]2? ions. One of them is surrounded by four N‐hydrogen atoms of four (H2NPPh3)+ ions, four CH3CN molecules form N–H···N≡C–CH3 contacts with the other four N‐hydrogen atoms of the cations. Thus, 1 can be written as [(H2NPPh3)4(CH3CN)4(SnCl6)]2+[SnCl6]2?.  相似文献

Chloro- and Polyselenoselenates(II): Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [Ph3(C2H4OH)P]2[SeCl4] · MeCN, [Ph4P]2[Se2Cl6], and [Ph4P]2[Se(Se5)2] By symproportionation of elemental selenium and SeCl4 in polar protic solvents the novel chloroselenates(+II), [SeCl4]2? and [Se2Cl6]2?, could be stabilized; they were crystallized with voluminous organic cations. They were characterized from complete X-ray structure analysis. Yellow-orange [Ph3(C2H4OH)P]2[SeCl4] · MeCN (space group P1 , a = 10.535(4), b = 12.204(5), c = 16.845(6) Å, α = 77.09(3)°, β = 76.40(3)°, γ = 82.75(3)° at 140 K) contains in its crystal structure monomeric [SeCl4]2? anions with square-planar coordination of Se(+II). The mean Se? Cl bond length is 2.441 Å. In yellow [Ph4P]2[Se2Cl6] (space group P1 , a = 10.269(3), b = 10.836(4), c = 10.872(3) Å, α = 80.26(3)°, β = 79.84(2)°, γ = 72.21(3)° at 140 K) a dinuclear centrosymmetric [Se2Cl6]2? anion, also with square-planar coordinated Se(+II), is observed. From redox reactions of elemental Se with boranate/thiolate in ethanol/DMF the bis(pentaselenido)selenate(+II) anion [Se(Se5)2]2? was prepared as a novel type of a mixed-valent chalcogenide. In dark-red-brown [Ph4P]2[Se(Se5)2] (space group P21/n, a = 12.748(4), b = 14.659(5), c = 14.036(5) Å, β = 108.53(3)° at 140 K) centrosymmetric molecular [Se(Se5)2]2? anions with square-planar coordination of the central Se(+II) by two bidentate pentaselenide ligands is observed (mean Se? Se bond lengths: 2.658 Å at Se(+II), 2.322 Å in [Se5]2?). The resulting six-membered chelate rings with chair conformation are spirocyclically linked through the central Se(+II). The anion is a bi‐octahedron of two square‐pyramids, joined by a common edge. The octahedral coordination is achieved with two acetone ligands. [Ph4P]4[Bi4Cl16] · 3 CH3CN crystallises in the triclinic S. G., P1, No. 2, with the lattice parameters a = 14.245(9) Å, b = 17.318(6) Å, c = 24.475(8) Å, α = 104.66(3)°, β = 95.93(3)°, γ = 106.90(4)°, V = 5486(4) Å3, Z = 2. Two Bi2Cl8 dimers in syn‐position form the cubic anion. Lattice parameters of [Ph4P]3[Bi2Cl9] · CH3COCH3 are also given. The solvated compounds are desolvated at approximately 100 °C. [Ph4P]3[Bi2Cl9] · 2 CH2Cl2 and [Ph4P]3[Bi2Cl9] · CH3COCH3 show the same sequence of phase transitions after desolvation. All compounds melt into a liquid in which some order is observed and transform on cooling into the glassy state.  相似文献

P21/n, Z = 2, a = 7.75(1) Å, b = 10.32(1) Å, c = 17.73(1) Å, β = 95.7(1)°). The monothioacetic acid, CH3CSOH, must be regarded as the first product of the hydrolysis of CH3CN. Furthermore, another product of this kind of hydrolysis, CH3CSSH, is obtained too. Therefore, we also obtain the salt-like compound [Cs(benzo-15C5)2]CH3CSS (monoclinic, S. G. C2/c, Z = 4, a = 16.05(1) Å, b = 16.73(1) Å, c = 13.11(1) Å, β = 106.3(1)°). If the solvent DMF is used, the pentasulfide [Cs(dibenzo-18C6)]2S5(DMF)2 crystallizes (monoclinic, S. G. P21/n, Z = 4, a = 14.79(1) Å, b = 14.24(1) Å, c = 25.74(1) Å, β = 92.7(1°. The S52? anions show the cis-conformation.  相似文献

[TMPA]4[Si8O20] · 34 H2O ( 1 ) and [DDBO]4[Si8O20] · 32 H2O ( 2 ) have been prepared by crystallization from aqueous solutions of the respective quaternary alkylammonium hydroxide and SiO2. The crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 : Monoclinic, a = 16.056(2), b = 22.086(6), c = 22.701(2) Å, β = 90.57(1)° (T = 210 K), space group C2/c, Z = 4. 2 : Monoclinic, a = 14.828(9), b = 20.201(7), c = 15.519(5) Å, β = 124.13(4)° (T = 255 K), space group P21/c, Z = 2. The polyhydrates are structurally related host-guest compounds with three-dimensional host frameworks composed of oligomeric [Si8O20]8? anions and H2O molecules which are linked via hydrogen bonds. The silicate anions possess a cube-shaped double four-ring structure and a characteristic local environment formed by 24 H2O molecules and six cations (TMPA, [C8H20N2]2+, or DDBO, [C8H18N2]2+). The cations themselves reside as guest species in large, irregular, cage-like voids. Studies employing 29Si NMR spectroscopy and the trimethylsilylation method have revealed that the saturated aqueous solutions of 1 and 2 contain high proportions of double four-ring silicate anions. Such anions are also abundant species in the saturated solution of the heteronetwork clathrate [DMPI]6[Si8O18(OH)2] · 48.5 H2O ( 3 ) with 1,1-dimethylpiperidinium (DMPI, [C7H16N]+) guest cations.  相似文献

A new compound containing the Co(III) dicarbollyl cluster anion, [CuPhen3][Co(C2B9H11)2]2·2CH3CN, where Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline, was synthesized and investigated by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: C48H74B36N8Co2Cu, M=1333.71, monoclinic, space group C2/c, unit cell parameters a=32.069(4), b=11.317(2), c=20.963(4) Å, β=118.10(1)°, V=6711.2(1.9) Å3, Z=4, dcalc=1.320 g/cm3, T=294 K, F(000)=2724, μ=0.846 mm-1. The structure was solved by direct and Fourier methods. The full-matrix least-squares refinement was performed anisotropically (isotropically for hydrogens) to R1=0.0281, wR2=0.0581 for 3610 Ihkl>2 σI of 5172 Ihkl collected (CAD-4 Enraf-Nonius diffractometer, λMoKα, graphite monochromator, ω scan mode). The structure consists of [CuPhen3]2+ cations, [Co(C2B9H11)2]- anions, and CH3CN acetonitrile molecules. The central Cu atom in the cation lies on the twofold crystallographic axis and is surrounded by a distorted flattened octahedron of six nitrogen atoms of the three Phen bidentate ligands. For the Cu(II) atom of the cation, the environment is (2+4) with two short axial Cu-N bonds and four long equatorial Cu-N bonds, for which the mean values are 2.076(2) and 2.147(2) Å, respectively. The anion has a sandwich structure, which is typical in commo-metallocarboranes, with two CoC2B9 icosahedra sharing a vertex occupied by the Co atom. In the anion, the -C2- groups have an arrangement corresponding to the quasi-gosh-configuration.  相似文献
