The reaction of 6,7-dicyanodipyridoquinoxaline (DICNQ) with AgNO3 in a 1:1 molar ratio by solution method gave a new complex [Ag(DICNQ)2]NO3 1. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the complex crystallizes in the space group Ibca of orthorhombic system with eight formula units in a cell. Crystal data for 1: a = 15.7055(17), b = 18.411(2), c = 20.680(2)A, V = 5979.7(11)A3, Z = 8, C32Hl2AgN13O3, Mr = 734.42, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, μ= 0.734 mm-1, F(000) = 2928, S = 1.023 and T= 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0659 and wR = 0.1927 for 2118 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I), and R = 0.0801 and wR = 0.2196 for all data. The complex builds up a packing structure by π-π stacking interactions and shows a luminescent feature.  相似文献

The title compound (Z)-ethyl-4-(4-methoxy)benzylidene-2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)- tetrahydrofuran-3,3-dicarboxylate has been synthesized, and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1, with a = 8.140(3), b = 11.966(4), c = 13.771(5)Aα= 67.366(4), β= 85.165(5), γ= 75.806(4)°, V = 1200.1(7) A3, Z = 2, C26H3008, Mr = 470.50, Dc = 1.302 g/cm^3, F(000) = 500,λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 A, μ= 0.096 mm^-1, R = 0.0659 and wR = 0.1841 for 3080 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). As a key intermediate of HIV-1 integrase inhibitor, the synthesis and structure confirmation of the title compound are important for further studies.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely {[Co(L)(H2O)]·H2O}n (1) and [Mn(L)(phen)]n (2, H2L = 5-(pyridin-4-yl)isophthalic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, magnetic properties, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pī with α = 7.2188(7), b = 10.0835(8), c = 10.2069(7) ?, α = 113.713(7), β = 99.490(7), γ = 104.516(8)o, V = 628.24(9) ?3, C13H11NCoO6, Mr = 336.16, Z = 2, Dc = 1.777 Mg/m3, μ(MoKα) = 1.395 mm–1, F(000) = 342, S = 1.041, the final R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.0819 for 3744 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)) and R = 0.0448 and wR = 0.0874 for all data. 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2/c with α = 12.9185(3), b = 10.4343(2), c = 31.7650(6) ?, β = 101.282(2)o, V = 4199.08(13) ?3, C50H30N6Mn2O8, Mr = 952.68, Z = 4, Dc = 1.507 Mg/m3, μ(MoKα) = 5.447 mm–1, F(000) = 1944, S = 1.128, the final R = 0.1003 and wR = 0.1052 for 8247 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)) and R = 0.2595 and wR = 0.2625 for all data. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 features a 2D sheet structure based on a dicobalt(II) subunit, which is further extended into a 3D metal-organic supramolecular framework by O–H… hydrogen bond. Compound 2 also possesses a 2D sheet, which is held together into a 3D supramolecular architecture via C–H… hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions. Magnetic studies for compound 2 show antiferromagnetic coupling between the adjacent metal centers, with J = –11.8 cm–1 and g = 2.12 for 2.  相似文献

The title compound [NdK(btec)(H2O)2]n 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)E·H2O, Nd(NO3)3 and KOH with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra-carboxylic acid (H4btec), and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.9023(3), b = 7.8954(1), c = 17.6249(5)A,β= 91.857(1)°, V= 1238.16(6)A^3, Z = 4, C10H6KNdO10, Mr= 469.49, Dc = 2.519 g/cm^3, F(000) = 900 andμ(MoKa) = 4.585 mm^-1. The final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0832 for 2197 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) and R = 0.0431 and wR = 0.0854 for all data. X-ray diffraction reveals that the btec ligand serves as a μ16-bridging ligand to link the Nd(Ⅲ) and K(Ⅰ) atoms into a three-dimensional coordination polymer. Photoluminescent investigation shows that the title compound displays strong emission in the blue region, which may be attributed to an intraligand emission state.  相似文献

The title compound, CsH12NO4"2(H20) 1, was obtained by slow diffusion of cop- per sulfate solution into the solution of 1,4-N,N-bis[tri(hydroxy)methyl]terephthaldiamide in DMSO and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2Jc with a = 12.943(7), b = 6.446(3), c = 14.157(5) A, fl = 119.76(3), V = 1025.4(9)/3, Z = 2, C16H32N2OI2, Mr= 444.44, Dc= 1.439 g/cm3, F(000) = 476 and/(MoKa) = 0.123 mm"1. The final R = 0.0484 and wR = 0.1080 for 1776 observed reflections with 1〉 2r(/) and R = 0.0679 and wR = 0.1183 for all data. X-ray diffraction reveals that the (2D+ID) hydrogen bonds pillar the structure into an open 3D supramolecular framework with a pore along the b axis (approximate dimensions 5.9*10.5 /2), which is occupied by free water molecules. Photolu- minescent investigation reveals that the title compound displays an emission in the blue region.  相似文献

The title compound (R)-3,3'-bis(benzyloxymethyl)-1,1'-bi-2,2'-naphthol (R)-3 has been synthesized through the deprotection of MOM group by iprOH/HC1 in 83% isolated yield and the suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained by recrystallization at room temperature from the mixture solvents. Crystallographic data for (R)-3: C36H30O4, Mr = 526.60,triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.057(6), b = 11.934(7), c = 12.314(6) (A), α = 85.52(2), β =70.245(13), γ = 76.554(11)°, Z= 2, V= 1352.8(13) (A)3, Dc = 1.293 g/cm3, F(000) = 556, R = 0.0745,wR = 0.1933 and μ(MoKα) = 0.083 mm-1. The title compound (R)-3 was found to be effective in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to aldehydes both in the presence and absence of Ti(OiPr)4. In the latter case, (R)-3 showed much higher catalytic activity and enantioselectivity than (R)-BINOL's.  相似文献

A binicotinic biscarbohydrazone compound,2,2'-bipyridyl-3,3'-bis(N,N'-disali- cylidene)-formyhydrazone,1 has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,1H- NMR,ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1 with a = 9.419(3),b = 11.745(4),c = 12.035(5)A,V = 1178.8(7)A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.354 g/cm^3,μ = 0.095 mm^-1,F(000) = 500,λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ,C26H20N6O4,Mr = 480.48,the final R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1084 for 3634 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that a 1D supramolecular structure of 1 has been constructed by multiply intermolecular N–H···N and O–H···O H-bonding interactions. Di(o-cyanobenzyl)tin bis(quinoline-2-carboxylate) was synthesized by the reaction of tri(o-cyanobenzyl)tin chloride with quinoline-2-carboxylic acid. The molecular structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for the compound: tficlinic, space group P1, a = 0.80734(7), b = 1.00681(9), c = 1.04811(9) nm, a = 81.7570(10), β = 7.7240(10),γ = 81.2850(10)°, V = 0.77581(12) nm3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.488 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 0.870 mm^-1 and F(000) = 350. The final R= 0.0204 and wR= 0.0530 for 2677 observed reflections with I 〉2σ(I), and R = 0.0208 and wR = 0.0532 for all reflections. The molecular structure adopts a distorted octahedral geometry around the Sn atom. The title compound molecules are connected via hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D network structure. Quantum chemistry calculation study on the title compound has been performed by means of G98W package at the Lanl2dz basis set. The stability of the compound, orbital energies and some frontier molecular orbital composition characteristics have also been investigated.  相似文献

A new 2,2"-bipyridine adduct of bis(O,O'-di(2-phenylethyl)dithiophosphato) cadmium(II), [Cd{S2P(OCH2CH2Ph)2}2"bipy] (1, bipy -- 2,2"-bipyridine), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-vis, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy, thermo-gravimetric analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.4607(19), b = 11.679(2), c = 18.480(3) A, a = 98.900(2), β = 103.321(2), ), = 91.779(2), V= 2165.2(7) A3, Dc = 1.447 g/cm3, Z = 2, C42H4404N2P2S4Cd, Mr = 943.37, F(000) = 968,μ = 0.814 mm-1, the final R = 0.0536 and wR = 0.1206 for 6275 observed reflections with 1 〉 2a(/) and R = 0.0690 and wR = 0.1339 for all data. The result shows that the Cd(1) centre is five-coordinated by two N and three S atoms in a highly distorted square pyramidal configuration. The C-H'"S hydrogen bonding interactions and a set of weak intermolecular r-r stacking between adjacent aromatic rings stabilize the structure and make 1 assemble into a 1D zig-zag chain. In addition, the antibacterial activities of 1 against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus bacteria were also screened by disc diffusion method.  相似文献

Crystal data for 2: C24H32NiN4O13, triclinic P1, a = 9.423(2), b = 11.863(3), c = 13.089(3) A, α = 91.511(3), β = 92.465(3), γ = 100.696(2)°, V = 1435.6(6) A^3, Z = 2, Dc= 1.488 g/cm^3, F(000) = 672, μ = 0.748 mm^-1, Mr= 643.25, the final R = 0.0400 and wR = 0.0975. Interestingly, in the two complexes, lattice water molecules dominate its crystal structures. Therefore, extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds assemble 1 and 2 into 2D extended sheets and a 3D open framework, respectively. Furthermore, water molecules present in 2 are associated to form water clusters.  相似文献

Two new bimetallic cyano-bridged complexes [Ln(DMSO)2(H2O)(μ-CN)4Fe(CN)2] (Ln = Ce 1, Eu 2) have been prepared by the grinding reaction method and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. Crystallographic data for 1: C10H14CeFeN6O3S2, Mr = 526.36, monoclinic, P2/n, a = 7.852(4), b = 10.729(5), c = 11.181(5)A,β = 96.992(8)°, V = 935.0(7) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.870 g/cm^3,/1 = 3.421 mm^-1, F(000) = 512, R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0971; and those for 2: C10H14EuFeN6O3S2, Mr = 538.20, monoclinic, P21n, a = 7.739(5), b = 10.668(7), c = 11.008(7) A,β = 96.943(3)°, V = 902.1(11) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.981 g/cm^3,/1 = 4.499 mm^-1, F(000) = 522, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0855. In each complex the lanthanide ion is seven-coordinated in a pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement, and the Fe(Ⅲ) ion is in a nearly regular octahedral environment. The title complexes can be described as two- dimensional (2-D) stair-like structures, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form three-dimensional (3-D) frameworks.  相似文献

O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphato nickel complex [Ni(S2P{O}OC6HaCH3-p)(dppv)] has been synthesized by the treatment of (dppv)NiCl2 (dppv = Ph2PCH=CHPPh2) with (p-CH3C6HaO)2P{S}SH'Et2NH in THF. The new complex was fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 31p NMR spectroscopies and thermo-gravimetric analysis. The molecular structure of the complex was established by X-ray crystallography. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.2739(5), b = 17.8803(8), c = 20.1879(12) A, fl = 93.269(5), V = 3342.1(3) A3, Z = 4, C33H29NiO2P3S2, Mr = 673.30, Dc = 1.338 g/cm3, F(000) = 1392 and #(MoKa) = 0.877 rnm-l. The final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1045 for 4138 observed reflections with 1 〉 20(/) and R = 0.1050 and wR = 0.1204 for all data. The Ni centre atom adopts a NiP2S2 square-planar geometry with two phosphorus atoms from the dppv ligand and two sulfur atoms from the O-(p-tolyl)dithiophosphate ligand. The most interesting structural feature of the title complex resides in its 1D helical chain structure constructing via intermolecular C-H'"O secondary interactions along the b-axis. The adjacent helical chains running in opposite directions are connected into a 1D double-stranded helical chain and further linked into a 2D supramolecular network by weak C-H.--C interaction.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu(L)(py)]2 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)- salicylaldimine, py = pyridine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectra. 1 crystallizes in space group P2 1/n with a = 8.2106, b = 10.715, c = 17.864A, β = 99.365°, V = 1550.7A3, Z = 4, C19H16CuN2O2, Mr = 367.88, Dc = 1.576 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.422 mm-1, F(000) = 756, the final R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0746. Complex 1 is a centrosymmetric dimer with two copper(H) centers, two py ligands and two L2- ligands. Each L2- ligand donates its azomethine nitrogen and one of the phenolate groups to one copper(Ⅱ) ion and shares the other phenolate group between the two copper(H) ions, affording a Cu2O2 plane. Each copper(Ⅱ) center has a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry with a bridging phenolate group at the apex. Magnetic studies suggest the presence of a weak ferromagnetic interaction Via two phenoxo bridges. The magnetic susceptibility data (2-300 K) of complex 1 were analyzed by means of H = -2JS1S2 -DSz. The least-squares fitting of the data to the theoretical equation leads to J = 10.3 cm-1, g = 2.03, D = 0.67 cm-1 and R = ∑(Xobsd -Xcalcd)2/∑Xobsd2= 2.76 × 10^-3.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu(HSSA)(py)3H2O]n (H3SSA = 5-sulfosalicylic acid, py = pyridine) I has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. I was further characterized by elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, IR and UV-visible spectroscopy. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.4564(10), b = 18.2679(19), c = 15.7284(12) A,β= 126.045(4)°, V= 2196.9(4)A^3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.618 g/cm^3, Mr = 535.02,μ = 1.141 mm^-1, F(000) = 1100, 2(MoKα) = 0.71073 A, the final R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.1044 for all observed reflections. In the structure, every two Cu(II) atoms are bridged by a bivalent 5-sulfosalicylic anion to form a 1D chain-like coordination polymer. Lattice waters between chains link them to form 2D layers which are further linked by C-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.672(1), b = 7.6557(4), c = 16.181(1)A, β = 109.187(2)°, V = 1482.6(2)A^3, Z = 1, C52H52N8O23Zn4, Mr = 1418.58, Dc = 1.589 g/cm^3, F(000) = 724 and μ(MoKα) = 1.685mm-1. The final R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1524 for 1847 observed reflections with Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ), and R = 0.0873 and wR = 0.1664 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 2D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel.  相似文献

Determined by X-ray structure analysis, it crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with the following crystallographic data: C20H21N5O3, Mr = 379.42, a = 7.8559(4), b = 9.1681(6), c = 14.6818(9) A, α= 73.254(10),β= 88.938(15), γ= 68.080(10)°, V= 934.66(10) A3, Z = 2, F(000) = 400, Dc = 1.348 g/cm^3 and p = 0.094 mm-1. The final R = 0.0680 and wR = 0.1419 for 2142 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(/), and R = 0.1084 and wR = 0.1643 for all reflections. Two aromatic ring planes (pyrrole and phenanthroline rings) are connected by the amide plane. Two different types of intermolecular hydrogen bonds, O-H…N and N-H…O, exist in the crystal. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions to generate a 3-D supramolecule.  相似文献

The structure determined demonstrated that the Ag(I) is three-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bipy and one water molecule, forming a one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]n^2n+, which is further linked to generate a two-dimensional layer structure via Ag---Ag attractions.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.713(4), b --- 13.189(3), c = 19.434(5) A, β = 104.411(4)°, Mr = 804.85, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, V = 4149.2(17) A3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1696, #(MoKa) = 0.089 mm-1T = 296(2) K, 7279 independent reflections with 3172 observed ones (I 〉 2δ(/)), R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1203 with GOF = 0.928 (R = 0.1464 and wR = 0.1657 for all data). The calixarene moiety maintains the symmetric cone conformation through intramolecular O-H…O hydrogen bonds. Preliminary bioassays indicated that the title compound has a potent inhibitory activity against the strand transfer process of HIV-1 integrase.  相似文献
