A new Anderson-based heteropolymolybdate {[Eu(H2O)6]2(TeMo6O24)}·6H2O (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, thermal stability analysis, XRD and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, a = 9.4023(6) Å, b = 10.2530(7) Å, c = 10.6525(10) Å, α = 101.583(7)º, β = 108.024(7)º, γ = 107.150(6)º, V = 883.60(12) Å3, Z = 1, R1 = 0.0338, wR2 = 0.0849. Compound 1 exhibits 1D chain-like structure formed by the alternative connection between Anderson type polyoxoanions [TeMo6O24]6? and Eu3+ along a-axis. Compound 1 displays good fluorescent emission of the Eu3+ ion at room temperature.  相似文献

The crystal data is following: for 1, space group, monoclinic, P 21/n, a = 16.693(3) Å, b = 14.935(3) Å, c = 20.090(4) Å, β = 92.23(3)°, V = 5004.7(17) Å3, Z = 2; For 2, space group, triclinic, P ?1, a = 11.744(2) Å, b = 13.415(3) Å, c = 17.609(4) Å, α = 73.08(3)°, β = 82.68(3)°, γ = 65.18(3)°, V = 2409.1(8) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure of 1 shows a 1D ladder-like chain, built up of the sandwich anions [Mn4(H2O)2(GeW9O34)2]12? and the Mn2+ ions. Compound 2 is a polymeric chain, composed of the Cu-substituted sandwich-type anions [Cu4(H2O)2(SiW9O34)2]12? linked by the Cu(H2O)4 clusters. These extended materials based on the sandwich-type polyoxoanions are rarely reported in the POM chemistry.  相似文献

Two strontium borates Sr2[B6O9(OH)4] (1) and Sr2B5O9(OH)·H2O (2), with acentric structures have been synthesized under hydro/solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 is reported for the first time in the strontium borates system, and it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with unit cell parameters a = 6.8445(5) Å, b = 8.7033(6) Å, c = 8.4632(6) Å, β = 100.581(6)°, V = 495.58(6) Å3 and Z = 2. Its structure consists of unusual borate layers of 3, 11-membered rings, which are interconnected via Sr–O ionic bonds and hydrogen bonds to generate a 3D supramolecular network. Compound 2 is a known strontium borate, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group C 2 with a = 10.161 (13) Å, b = 7.965(4) Å, c = 6.393(11) Å, β = 128.0(2)°, V = 407.7(14) Å3 and Z = 2. Second-harmonic generation measurements on the powder samples reveal that 1 and 2 exhibits good SHG efficiency about 1.5 and 2 times that of KDP (KH2PO4) powder respectively.  相似文献

Two energetic catalysts, 3,5-dinitro-2-pyridonate of lead (II) (Pb(2DNPO)2, 1) and 3,5-dinitro-4-pyridone-N-hydroxylate tetrahydrate of copper (II) (Cu(4DNPOH)2(H2O)4, 2) were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, TG-DSC and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. X-ray powder diffraction analysis of complex 1 confirmed the phase homogeneity of the polycrystalline sample. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P 21/n, a = 8.5253(9), b = 9.2938(10), c = 19.654(2) Å, β = 102.289(2)°, V = 1521.6(3) Å3, Z = 4; 2: monoclinic, space group P 21/n , a = 8.3705(10), b = 9.9307(12), c = 10.5771(12) Å, β = 98.021(2)°, V = 870.62(18) Å3, Z = 2. The complex 1 is a one-dimensional coordination polymer with each Pb(II) atom being six-coordinated, forming a heavily distorted octahedral geometry, by two nitrogen and four oxygen donors. Each ligand links the Pb(II) ions in a chelating bridging mode using nitrogen and oxygen atoms of its pyridonate part. The complex 2 is a copper (II) complex with a compressed octahedral geometry. The Cu(II) atom locates on the equatorial positions defined by oxygen atoms of four water molecules. Its axial positions are filled with two oxygen donors of the pyridine-N-hydroxylate moieties of two ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonds link the molecules into one-dimensional chains. Both the complexes represent the first two examples of the energetic catalysts containing dinitropyridine derivatives characterized crystallographically  相似文献

Two new pentaborates [M(dap)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·H2O (M = Co (1) and Ni (2); dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) have been hydrothermally synthesized. Both structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Two compounds are isostructural and consist of isolated pentaborate [B5O6(OH)4]? anions and [M(dap)3]2+ complex cations. The anionic [B5O6(OH)4]? groups are linked by extensive hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D supramolecular framework with large channels, in which the transition-metal complex templates are located. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 were studied, and blue luminescence occurs with an emission maximum at 405 and 408 nm upon excitation at 332 and 328 nm respectively. Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, space group P21/c (No. 14), a = 9.7159(5) Å, b = 29.3372(19) Å, c = 11.5121(6) Å, β = 103.286(5)°, V = 3193.6(3) Å3, Z = 4; 2, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 9.7264(4) Å, b = 29.3810(16) Å, c = 11.5185(6) Å, β = 103.249(4)°, V = 3204.0(3) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

The reaction of copper(II) cysteinate with thiosemicarbazide (TSC) in water was found to yield complex of copper(II) thiocyanate of the [Cu(TSC)2(SCN)2] composition, whose crystal structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystals of the complex are triclinic with a = 6.040 Å, b = 7.112 Å, c = 8.276 Å, α = 91.34°, β = 101.72°, Γ = 114.83°, Z = 2, space group \(P\bar 1\). Structural units of the complex are [Cu(TSC)2]2+ centrosymmetric cations and (SCN)? anions linked by hydrogen bonds (HB), as well as by electrostatic and π-π stacking interactions. The coordination polyhedron of Cu atoms is a square completed to bipyramid; the bonds Cu(1)-N(3), Cu(1)-S(1), and Cu(1)-S(2) are 2.002 Å, 2.303 Å, and 3.015 Å, respectively.  相似文献

A novel supramolecule [Cd(H2PIDC)2 · 2H2O] · 3.5H2O (I) (H2PIDC? = the deprotonated 2-propyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction method. Compound I crystallizes in the triclinic space group \(P\bar 1\) with cell parameters a = 10.6307(11) Å, b = 10.7068(12) Å, c = 11.3731(12) Å, α = 83.6470(10)°, β = 81.7310(10)°, γ = 87.3720(10)°, V = 1272.6(2) å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.581 g/cm3, F(000) = 618. It is a mononuclear complex consisting of a Cd(II) ion, two H2PIDC-ligands and two coordinated water molecules, together with three and a half uncoordinated water molecules. The Cd(II) ion displays a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two N,O-bidentate H2PIDC-ligands and two water molecules. Five-water clusters along with other intermolecular hydrogen bonds contribute to the construction of a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A new high-nitrogen complex [Cu(Hbta)2]·4H2O (H2bta = N,N-bis-(1(2)H-tetrazol-5-yl) amine) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses. X-ray structural analyses revealed that the crystal was monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with lattice parameters a = 14.695(3) Å, b = 6.975(2) Å, c = 18.807(3) Å, β = 126.603(1)°, Z = 4, D c = 1.888 g cm?3, and F(000) = 892. The complex exhibits a 3D supermolecular structure which is built up from 1D zigzag chains. The enthalpy change of the reaction of formation for the complex was determined by an RD496–III microcalorimeter at 25 °C with the value of ?47.905 ± 0.021 kJ mol?1. In addition, the thermodynamics of the reaction of formation of the complex was investigated and the fundamental parameters k, E, n, \( \Updelta S_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \), \( \Updelta H_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \), and \( \Updelta G_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \) were obtained. The effects of the complex on the thermal decomposition behaviors of the main component of solid propellant (HMX and RDX) indicated that the complex possessed good performance for HMX and RDX.  相似文献

Schizophrenia is a debilitating mental disorder which affects approximately 1% of the world’s population. Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic showing unmatched effectiveness in the control of treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Unlike typical antipsychotics, clozapine does not induce extrapyramidal side effects (EPS), tardive dyskinesia or elevate prolactin levels. However, clozapine can induce a potentially fatal blood disorder, agranulocytosis, in 1–2% of patients, severely limiting its clinical use. The model for antipsychotic activity under investigation is based on obtaining a clozapine-like profile with preferential dopamine D4 and serotonin 5-HT2A receptor affinity. Profiled herein are three unique members of a series of prospective antipsychotic agents. Compound (I) originated from the structural hybridization of the commercial therapeutics, clozapine and haloperidol, whilst compounds (II) and (III) possess an alternative tricyclic nucleus derived from JL13; a clozapine-like atypical antipsychotic developed by Liégeois et al. These compounds have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 13C-NMR spectroscopy, MS and X-ray diffraction. Compound (I) crystallizes in space group P(?1) with a = 10.5032(1), b = 10.6261(2), c = 12.6214(3) Å, α = 81.432(1)°, β = 83.292(1)°, γ = 61.604(1)°, Z = 2, V = 1223.62(4) Å3, C28H29ClN4O, M r = 473.00, D c = 1.284 Mg/m3, μ = 0.185 mm?1, F(000) = 500, R = 0.0506 and wR = 0.1304. Compound (II) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 10.8212(2), b = 9.3592(2), c = 22.9494(5) Å, β = 106.471(1)°, Z = 4, V = 2228.88(8) Å3, C25H25ClN4O2, M r = 448.94, D c = 1.338 Mg/m3, μ = 0.202 mm?1, F(000) = 944, R = 0.0529 and wR = 0.1129. Compound (III) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 10.5174(2), b = 9.3112(2), c = 24.2949(5) Å, β = 98.666(1)°, Z = 4, V = 2352.03(8) Å3, C25H24Cl2N4O2, M r = 483.38, D c = 1.365 Mg/m3, μ = 0.306 mm?1, F(000) = 1008, R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.1067. The solid state conformations of (I), (II) and (III) exhibit the characteristic V-shaped buckled nature of the respective dibenzodiazepine and pyridobenzoxazepine nuclei with the central seven-membered heterocycle in a boat conformation. The molecules of (I) form a head-to-tail dimeric motif stabilized by hydrogen bonding. The results of a conformational analysis of compounds (I)–(III) investigating the effect of environment (in vacuo and aqueous solution) are presented. These analogues were tested for in vitro affinity for the dopamine D4 and serotonin 5-HT2A receptors and their comparative receptor binding profiles to clozapine and JL13 are reported.  相似文献

Two lanthanide complexes, (mnH)2[EuIII(egta)]2·6H2O (1) (H4egta = ethyleneglycol-bis-(2aminoethylether)-N,N,N,N′-tetraacetic acid) and (mnH)4[EuIII2(dtpa)2]·6H2O (2) (H5dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N″,N″-pentaacetic acid), have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 is multinuclear nine-coordinate and crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group C2/c. The obtained cell dimensions are a = 38.513(3)?Å, b = 13.5877(8)?Å, c = 8.7051(5)?Å, β = 99.6780(10)°, and 4490.6(5)?Å3. Each methylamine (mnH+) cation in 1, through hydrogen bonds, connects three adjacent [EuIII(egta)]? anions. The [EuIII(egta)]? anions connect one another forming a 1-D multinuclear zigzag chain structure along the c-axis. Complex 2 is nine-coordinate binuclear structure with tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation and crystallizing in the monoclinic crystal system, but with space group P21/n. The obtained cell dimensions are a = 9.9132(8)?Å, b = 24.1027(18)?Å, c = 10.7120(10)?Å, β = 109.1220(10)°, and 2418.2(3)?Å3. For 2, there are two kinds of methylamine cations (mnH+) connecting [EuIII2(dtpa)2]4? complex anions and lattice waters through hydrogen bonds, leading to formation of a 2-D ladder-like layer structure.  相似文献

Two phenanthroline-manganese inclusion complexes with [MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]+ core have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses. Uncoordinated 2-mercaptothiazole (tzdtH) and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (bztzH) as guest molecules are included in the complexes with formulas [MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]Cl·tzdtH (1) and {[MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]Cl}2·bztzH (2). X-ray structural analyses for complexes revealed that the complex 1 is triclinic, space group P1 with a=9.724(1) Å, b=11.858(1) Å, c=12.644(2) Å; β=89.056(2)°; Z=2, D c=1.513 Mg m?3, F(000)=638 and the complex 2 is triclinic, space group P1 with a=9.861(1) Å, b=11.476(1) Å; c=12.908(3) Å; β=84.991(2)°; Z=1, D c=1.511 Mg m?3, F(000)=600. Two complexes exhibit high stability up to 650°C. A new one-dimensional copper(II) polymer, [Cu4(dmapox)2(SCN)4(CH3OH)2] n , where dmapox is the dianion of N,N′-bis[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR, and electronic spectral studies. The crystal structure of the copper(II) complex has been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group ? 1 and exhibits infinite one-dimensional copper(II) polymeric chain bridged both by bis-tridentate μ-trans-dmapox and μ-1,3-thiocyanato ligand. The environment around the copper(II) atom can be described as distorted square-pyramid. The Cu···Cu separations through the oxamidate and thiocyanato bridges are 5.246(2) Å (Cu1–Cu1i), 5.2649(14) Å (Cu2–Cu2ii), and 5.8169(15) Å (Cu1–Cu2), respectively. The interaction of the copper(II) complex with herring sperm DNA (HS-DNA) has been investigated by using absorption and emission spectral and electrochemical techniques and viscometry. The results reveal that the copper(II) complex may interact with DNA in the mode of groove binding with the intrinsic binding constant of 2.56 × 105 M?1.  相似文献

Two Ln26@CO3 (Ln=Dy and Tb) cluster‐based lanthanide–transition‐metal–organic frameworks (Ln MOFs) formulated as [Dy26Cu3(Nic)24(CH3COO)8(CO3)11(OH)26(H2O)14]Cl ? 3 H2O ( 1 ; HNic=nicotinic acid) and [Tb26NaAg3(Nic)27(CH3COO)6(CO3)11(OH)26Cl(H2O)15] ? 7.5 H2O ( 2 ) have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental analysis, and single X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Cc with a=35.775(12) Å, b=33.346(11) Å, c=24.424(8) Å, β=93.993(5)°, V=29065(16) Å3, whereas 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a=20.4929(19) Å, b=24.671(2) Å, c=29.727(3) Å, α=81.9990(10)°, β=88.0830(10)°, γ=89.9940(10)°, V=14875(2) Å3. Structural analysis indicates the framework of 1 is a 3D perovskite‐like structure constructed out of CO3@Dy26 building units and Cu+ centers by means of nicotinic acid ligand bridging. In 2 , however, nanosized CO3@Tb26 units and [Ag3Cl]2+ centers are connected by Nic? bridges to give rise to a 2D structure. It is worth mentioning that this kind of 4d–4f cluster‐based MOF is quite rare as most of the reported analogous compounds are 3d–4f ones. Additionally, the solid‐state emission spectra of pure compound 2 at room temperature suggest an efficient energy transfer from the ligand Nic? to Tb3+ ions, which we called the “antenna effect”. Compound 2 shows a good two‐photon absorption (TPA) with a TPA coefficient of 0.06947 cm GM?1 (1 GM=10?50 cm4 s photon?1), which indicates that compound 2 might be a good choice for third‐order nonlinear optical materials.  相似文献

Compound 3 crystallizes in the tetragonal system with space group I4/m and unit cell constants a = b = 11.9371(8), c = 13.2930(18) Å, β = 90°, and Z = 4. X-ray single-crystal structures reveal that the Mo centers adopt a distorted square antiprism coordination environment for 1 and 3, while 2 closed to a bicapped trigonal prism. For these complexes, all the MnII centers in the extended structure adopt distorted octahedron geometry. For 1, each MoV coordinated via four cyanide groups to four MnII ions, and the other four cyanide groups are terminal, forming a two-dimensional framework. For 2, the MoIV center of structural unit coordinated via four cyanide groups to four Mn(1), and the other four cyanide groups coordinated to four Mn(2), forming a three-dimensional framework. For 3, each [MoIV(CN)8]4? building block is linked to MnII ions through its eight CN ligands, and each MnII center is connected to four Mo units forming a three-dimensional framework. In addition, magnetic studies of these complexes have also been presented.  相似文献

A novel 3D compound, {K3H2[Cu(Gly)2]3BW12O40}·10H2O 1 (Gly = glycine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG analyses, cyclic voltammetry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains square-grid layers constructed by potassium cations and copper-glycine coordination complexes, the [BW12O40]4? anions as templates are accommodated in the square grids by connecting with the K atoms. The K atoms link [BW12O40]4? anions from different layers together to yield a 3D novel structure. The crystal data for compounds 1: monoclinic, space group p2(1)/n, a = 18.832(4) Å, b = 16.488(3) Å, c = 20.570(4) Å, β = 106.21(3)°, V = 6133(2) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献
