A silver(I)-saccharinato (sac) complex with nicotinamide (nia), [Ag(sac)(nia)] n has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, DTA-TG analyses and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters of a=7.0258(4) Å, b=24.3784(10) Å, c=8.4301(5) Å, β=109.407(5)°, V=1361.85(13) Å3 and Z=4. [Ag(sac)(nia)] n contains [Ag(sac)(nia)] units, which are doubly bridged by both nia and sac ligands, leading to a linear one-dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis. The silver(I) ion has a highly distorted AgN2O2 tetrahedral geometry and the coordination polymer exhibits relatively short intra-chain ligand supported Ag···Ag separations of 3.1593(4) Å. The one-dimensional chains are crosslinked by N–H···O hydrogen bonds and aromatic π(sac)···π(nia) stacking interactions to generate a two-dimensional layer structure. IR spectra and thermal analysis data are in agreement with the crystal structure.  相似文献

In terms of the molecular fragment principle, a quaternary complex is assembled under hydrothermal conditions and characterized as [Tb(BAA)2(Phen)(NO3)]2 (BAA is benzoyl acetic acid, Phen is 1,10- phenanthroline) by elementary analysis and IR, UV, fluorescence excitation, and emission spectra. The X-ray single-crystal diffraction data indicate that the title complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group , with unit cell parameters a = 8.953(6), b = 13.332(9), c = 13.431(9) Å, α = 60.669(7)°, β = 89.649(8)°, γ = 72.068(9)°, V = 1309.3(15) Å3, ρ(calcd) = ∼ 1.703 g/cm3, Z = 1 (per dimeric unit), F(000) = 664, GOOF = 1.071, R 1 = 0.0627. The terbium complex forms a dimer with a coordination number of nine in which each pair of adjacent terbium ions is bridged by four BAA groups via two types of coordination modes. The dimer exhibits strong green luminescence of Tb3+.__________From Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 31, No. 6, 2005, pp. 472–478.Original English Text Copyright © 2005 by Bai, Yan, Chen.  相似文献

The ionic [Cu(C2N3)(C10H8N2)2](CF3SO3) compound, which contains two crystallographic independent formula units, is formed by [Cu(bpy)2(dca)]+ complex cations (bpy=2,2-bipyridine, dca=dicyanamide) and uncoordinated CF3SO 3 anions, which are in a staggered conformation. The shapes of coordination polyhedra around both copper atoms, which are fivefold coordinated by two bpy molecules and one dca ligand monodentately coordinated through a cyano N atom in the equatorial plane at a distance of 2.001(3)Å for the first and 1.988(4)Å for the second polyhedron, are distorted trigonal bipyramids. Besides the ionic forces the structure is stabilized by weak C–H...O hydrogen bonds and possible interactions between pyridine rings of bpy molecules. Along with the structural-spectral correlation we discuss the thermal decomposition of the title complex.  相似文献

A complex of uranyl perchlorate with imidazolidine-2-one as the molecular ligand, [UO2(Imon)4(H2O)](ClO4)2 (I), was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The coordination number of the uranium atom is 7. The nearest environment of the uranyl ion includes four O atoms of the imidazolidine-2-one molecules and one O atom of the water molecule. The perchlorate anions are outer-sphere ligands. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/c; a = 16.294(3) Å, b = 16.135(3) Å, c = 9.987(2) Å, = 97.69 (3)°, V = 2603.0 (9) Å3, (calcd) = 2.117 g/cm3, Z = 4. The IR and luminescence spectra of the complex were recorded.Translated from Koordinatsionnaya Khimiya, Vol. 30, No. 12, 2004, pp. 919–924.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by Andreev, Antipin, Budantseva, Tuchina, Serezhkina, Fedoseev, Yusov.  相似文献

Reaction of 1-hydroxypyridine-2-thione (HpyOS) in CHCl3 with Ag2CO3 suspended in CHCl3 under magnetic stirring followed by addition of PPh3 yields a product of stoichiometry: Ag(pyOS)(PPh3). The compound adopts a dimeric structure [Ag(pyOS)(PPh3)]2 (1) where each Ag atom acquires a distorted tetrahedral geometry by co-ordinating to one oxygen, two sulphur and one phosphorus atoms. The Ag2S2 core forms a parallelogram [Ag—S 2.507(1), 2.822(1)Å] with Ag—S—Ag and S—Ag—S angles of 74.8(1) and 105.2(1)°, respectively.  相似文献

Coinage metal(I)···metal(I) interactions are widely of interest in fields such as supramolecular assembly and unique luminescent properties, etc. Only two types of polynuclear silver(I) pyrazolato complexes have been reported, however, and no detailed spectroscopic characterizations have been reported. An unexpected synthetic method yielded a polynuclear silver(I) complex [Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]n (L1Clpz = 4-chloride-3,5-diisopropyl-1-pyrazolate anion) by the reaction of {[Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]3}2 with (nBu4N)[Ag(CN)2]. The obtained structure was compared with the known hexanuclear silver(I) complex {[Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]3}2. The Ag···Ag distances in [Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]n are slightly shorter than twice Bondi’s van der Waals radius, indicating some Ag···Ag argentophilic interactions. Two Ag–N distances in [Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]n were found: 2.0760(13) and 2.0716(13) Å, and their N–Ag–N bond angles of 180.00(7)° and 179.83(5)° indicate that each silver(I) ion is coordinated by two pyrazolyl nitrogen atoms with an almost linear coordination. Every five pyrazoles point in the same direction to form a 1-D zig-zag structure. Some spectroscopic properties of [Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]n in the solid-state are different from those of {[Ag(μ-L1Clpz)]3}2 (especially in the absorption and emission spectra), presumably attributable to this zig-zag structure having longer but differently arranged intramolecular Ag···Ag interactions of 3.39171(17) Å. This result clearly demonstrates the different physicochemical properties in the solid-state between 1-D coordination polymer and metalacyclic trinuclear (hexanuclear) or tetranuclear silver(I) pyrazolate complexes.  相似文献

An extended hydrogen-bonded two-dimensional fumarato-bridged complex [Co(μ-fumarato)(γ-methylpyridine)2(H2O)2] has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The X-ray analysis reveals that the cobalt atom is positioned in distorted octahedral surroundings. An extended twodimensional structure was formed through interchain hydrogen bonding. Magnetic measurements showed the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the cobalt(II) ions within the chain, based on the spin Hamilitonian H = −2JSi Si+ 1 (J = − 0.22 cm−1).  相似文献

The polymetallic [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl](PF6)2 complex (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, BPE = trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridil)ethylene and py = pyridine) was assembled by the combination of an electroactive [Ru3O] moiety with a [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)Cl] photoactive centre, and its structure was determined using positive ion electrospray (ESI-MS) and tandem mass (ESI-MS/MS) spectrometry. The [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl]2+ doubly charged ion of m/z 732 was mass-selected and subject to 15 eV collision-induced dissociation, leading to a specific dissociation pattern, diagnostic of the complex structure. The electronic spectra display broad bands at 409, 491 and 692 nm ascribed to the [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)] charge-transfer bands and to the [Ru3O] internal cluster transitions. The cyclic voltammetry shows five reversible waves at −1.07 V, 0.13 V, 1.17 V, 2.91 V and −1.29 V (vs SHE) assigned to the [Ru3O]−1/0/+1/+2/+3 and to the bpy0/−1 redox processes; also a wave is observed at 0.96 V, assigned to the Ru+2/+3 pair. Despite the conjugated BPE bridge, the electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical results indicate only a weak coupling through the π-system, and preliminary photophysical essays showed the compound decomposes under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Ba(VUO6)2 was determined by X-ray diffraction at 243 K: monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c, unit cell parameters a=6.4992(6) Å, b=8.3803(8) Å, c=10.4235(9) Å, =104.749(2) °, Z=2. The structure contains close-packed [VUO6] 2 - layers formed by the dimers of the flattened U2O12 pentagonal bipyramids and by the dimers of V2O8 square pyramids. The neighboring layers are bound by the statistically distributed barium atoms.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by E. V. Alekseev, E. V. Suleimanov, E. V. Chuprunov, and G. K. The reaction of a sulfur and oxygen-bridged 8-quinolinolato trinuclear molybdenum cluster [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)3]+ (3; Hqn = 8-quinolinol) with equimolar amounts of acetylene carboxylic acid, 4-pentynoic acid, 5-hexynoic acid, acetic acid, and pimelic acid gave clusters having μ-carboxylato groups, [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡CCOO)] (6), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡C(CH2)2COO)] (7), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡C(CH2)3COO)] (8), [Mo3OS3(qn)3(H2O)(μ-CH3COO)] (4), and [{Mo3OS3(qn)3(C2H5OH)}2(μ-C7H10O4)] (5), respectively. X-ray structural analyses, 1H NMR, and electronic spectra of these clusters made clear that each of the COO groups of the reagents bridges two Mo atoms in each cluster and that no adduct formation occurred at the sulfurs in the clusters. The reaction of 3 with a large excess-molar amount (50 times) of acetylene carboxylic acid gave [Mo3OS(μ3-SCH=C(COOH)S)(qn)3(H2O)(μ-HC≡CCOO)] (9) with two molecules of acetylene carboxylic acid, one acting as a carboxylato bridge and the other in adduct formation, as supported by the electronic and 1H NMR spectra. The corresponding aqua cluster [Mo3OS3(H2O)9]4+ (1), on the contrary, reacts with acetylene carboxylic acid to give adduct [Mo3OS(μ3-SCH=C(COOH)S)(H2O)9]4+ (2). Two novel cobalt(III) mixed-polypyridyl complexes [Co(bpy)2(dpta)]3+ and [Co(bpy)2(amtp)]3+ (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, dpta = dipyrido-[3,2-a;2′,3′-c]-thien-[3,4-c]azine, amtp = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-f]-1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized. The interaction of CoIII complexes with calf thymus DNA was investigated by spectroscopic and viscosity measurements. Results suggest that the two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode. Moreover, CoIII complexes have been found to promote the photocleavage of plasmid DNA pBR322 under irradiation at 365 nm. The mechanism studies reveal that hydroxyl radical (OH) is likely to be the reactive species responsible for the cleavage of plasmid DNA by [Co(bpy)2(dpta)]3+ and superoxide anion radical (O 2 •− ) acts as the key role in the cleavage reaction of plasmid DNA by [Co(bpy)2(amtp)]3+.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide oxidation of platinum(II) compounds containing labile groups such as Cl, OH, and alkene moieties has been carried out and the products characterized. The reactions of [PtII (X)2 (N–N)] (X = Cl, OH, X2 = isopropylidenemalorate (ipm); N–N 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine [(dmpda), N-isopropyl-1,3-propanediamine (ippda)] with hydrogen peroxide in an appropriate solvent at room temperature affords [PtIV (OH)(Y)(X)2(N–N)] (Y = OH, OCH3). The crystal structures of [PtIV(OH)(OCH3)(Cl)2(dmpda)]·2H2O (P-1 bar, a = 6.339(2) Å , b = 9.861(1) Å, c = 11.561(1) Å, a = 92.078(9)°, β = 104.78(1)°, γ=100.54(1)°, V = 684.3(2) Å3, Z = 2R = 0.0503) and [PtIV(OH)2(ipm)(ippda)]·3H2O (C 2/c, a = 27.275(6) Å, b=6.954(2) Å, c = 22.331(4) Å, β = 118.30(2)°, V = 3729(2) Å3, Z = 8, R = 0.0345) have been solved and refined. The local geometry around the platinum(IV) atom approximates to a typical octahedral arrangement with two added groups (OH and OCH3; OH and OH) in a transposition. The platinum(IV) compounds with potential labile moieties may be important intermediate species for further reactions.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of trans-[Tcv(OH)(O)(DMPE)2]2+ (DMPE = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane) with a series of arenethiols in base produces the novel complexes cis-[TcIII-(SC6H4X-p)2 (DMPE)2]+ for X = H, Cl, Me, OMe, t-Bu. One of the complexes has been characterized by X-ray crystallography: cis-[Tc(SPh)2(DMPE)2]PF6, chemical formula Tc1S2P5F6C24H42, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P21nb with Z = 4 and lattice parameters a = 9.311(1) Å, b=11.190(2) Å, c = 31.936(4) Å, Vol = 3327.3(8) Å3. The final weighted R-value was 0.033. Averaged structural parameters are Tc—S = 2.29(2) Å, Tc—P (trans to P) = 2.42(1) Å, Tc—P (trans to S) = 2.49(3) Å, Tc—S—C = 118.5(5)°. The complexes have been characterized by FAB mass spectrometry and u.v.-vis. spectroscopy. The visible region charge transfer bands are diagnostic for cis geometry in the [Tc(SR)2(DMPE)2]+ complexes. Electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical measurements show reversible TcIII/II redox couples in the range -0.19V to -0.38V versus Ag/AgCl (3 M NaCl). Irreversible couples are exhibited at ca. -1.1 V to -1.2 V for TcII/I and +0.7V to +0.9V for TcIV/III. Variation in redox potential is discussed in terms of sulphur nucleophilicity. On leave from the Department of Chemistry, The University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba, Ibaraki 305, Japan. On leave from Dipartimento di Chimica dell'Universita' di Sassari, Via Vienna, 2-Sassari, Italy.  相似文献

Two 2-terephthalate (tp) bridged complexes, [Cu2(tp)(pren)4](ClO4)2 (pren = 1,3-diaminopropane) (1) and [Ni2(tp)(pren)4(Him)2](ClO4)2 (Him = imidazole) (2), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structural analysis. In the discrete dinuclear [Cu2(tp)(pren)4]2+ cation of complex (1), each CuII atom has a square-pyramidal geometry, being coordinated by four nitrogen atoms (avg. 2.031 Å) from two pren ligands at the basal plane and one oxygen atom [2.259(3) Å] from a bis-monodentate tp group at the axial position. In the discrete dinuclear [Ni2(tp)(pren)4(Him)2]2+ cation of complex (2), each NiII center is coordinated by five nitrogen atoms [Ni—N 2.069(3)–2.109(2) Å] from one Him group and two pren groups, and completed by one oxygen atom [Ni—O 2.138(3) Å] from a bis-monodentate tp group to furnish a distorted octahedron. Magnetic susceptibility studies show that the pair of metal atoms, although being separated by >11.5 Å, exhibit weak intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions in complexes (1) (g = 2.07 and J = –3.4 cm–1) and (2) (g = 2.10 and J = –0.7 cm–1). The electrochemical behaviors of the complexes have also been studied by cyclic voltammogram processes.  相似文献

The two complexes, [RE(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)](ClO4)3(s)(RE = Eu, Sm), have been synthesized and characterized. The standard molar enthalpies of reaction for the following reactions, RECl3·6H2O(s)+4Gly(s)+Im(s)+3NaClO4(s) = =[RE(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)](ClO4)3(s)+3NaCl(s)+5H2O(l), were determined by solution-reaction colorimetry. The standard molar enthalpies of formation of the two complexes at T = 298.15 K were derived as Δf H mΘ {Eu(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)}(ClO4)3(s)} = = −(3396.6±2.3) kJ mol−1 and Δf H mΘ {Sm(Gly)4(Im)(H2O)}(ClO4)3(s)} = −(3472.7±2.3) kJ mol−1, respectively.  相似文献

Cationic arene complexes [Cb*Co(naphthalene)]+ (2, Cb* = C4Me4) and [Cb*Co(phenanthrene)]+ were synthesized by the reactions of [Cb*Co(MeCN)3]+ with arenes. The [Cb*Co(anthracene)]+ complex was synthesized by the abstraction of the iodide ion from [Cb*CoI]2 by TIBF4 in the presence of anthracene. Complex 2 exchanges the naphthalene ligand for other arenes at room temperature. Dedicated to Academician G. A. Abakumov on the occasion of his 70th birthday. The structure, spectroscopic, and electrochemical properties of [Co{(BA)2pn}(L)2]ClO4 complexes, where (BA)2pn = N,N′-bis(benzoylacetone)-1,3-propylenediimine dianion and the two ancillary ligands (L) are pyridine, py (1), and 4-methylpyridine, 4-Mepy (2), have been investigated. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [Co{(BA)2pn}(py)2]ClO4 (1) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The coordination geometry around cobalt(III) is best described as a distorted octahedron. The electrochemical reduction of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile solution indicates that the first reduction process corresponding to CoIII–CoII is electrochemically irreversible, which is accompanied by the dissociation of the axial N(py)–cobalt bonds. This process becomes quasi-reversible upon the addition of excess py ligands. The second reduction step of CoII/I shows reversible behavior and is not influenced by the nature of the axial ligands. A cyanide-bridged FeIII–FeII mixed-valence assembly, [FeIII(salen)]2[FeII(CN)5NO] [salen = N,N-ethylenebis(salicylideneiminato)dianion], prepared by slow diffusion of an aqueous solution of Na2[Fe(CN)5NO] · 2H2O and a MeOH solution of [Fe(salen)NO3] in an H tube, has been characterized by X-ray structure analysis, i.r. spectra and magnetic measurements. The product assumes a two-dimensional network structure consisting of pillow-like octanuclear [—FeII—CN—FeIII—NC—]4 units with dimensions: FeII—C = 1.942(7) Å, C—N = 1.139(9) Å, FeIII—N = 2.173(6) Å, FeII—C—N = 178.0(6)°, FeIII—N—C = 163.4(6)°. The FeII—N—O bond angle is linear (180.0°). The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility, measured in the 4.8–300 K range, indicates the presence of a weak intralayer antiferromagnetic interaction and gives an FeIII–FeIII exchange integral of –0.033 cm–1.  相似文献
