In this paper, the spaceD p(Ω) of functions holomorphic on bounded symmetric domain ofC n is defined. We prove thatH p(Ω)⊂D p(Ω) if 0<p≤2, andD p(Ω)⊂H p(Ω) ifp≥2, and both the inclusions are proper. Further, we find that some theorems onH p(Ω) can be extended to a wider classD p(Ω) for 0<p≤2.  相似文献

We investigate the completeness and completions of the normed algebras (D (1)(X), ‖ · ‖) for perfect, compact plane sets X. In particular, we construct a radially self-absorbing, compact plane set X such that the normed algebra (D (1)(X), ‖ · ‖) is not complete. This solves a question of Bland and Feinstein. We also prove that there are several classes of connected, compact plane sets X for which the completeness of (D (1)(X), ‖ · ‖) is equivalent to the pointwise regularity of X. For example, this is true for all rectifiably connected, polynomially convex, compact plane sets with empty interior, for all star-shaped, compact plane sets, and for all Jordan arcs in ℂ.  相似文献

Let (Ω,F, P) be a probability space and {F n}n≥0 a regular increasing sequence of sub-σ-fields ofF. LetH 1(Ω) be the usual Hardy space ofF n-martingales. For 1 ≤p ≤ ∞ we show that there are no denting points in the unit ball of ℓ(lp). This extends a result recently proved by Grząślewicz and Scherwentke whenp = 2 [GS1]. We also show that for any Banach spaceX and for any measure space (Ω, A, μ), the unit ball of ℓ(L 1 (μ), X) has denting points iffL 1(μ) is finite dimensional and the unit ball ofX has a denting point. We also exhibit other classes of Banach spacesX andY for which the unit ball of ℓ(X, Y) has no denting points. When X* has the extreme point intersection property, we show that all ‘nice’ operators in the unit ball of ℓ(X, Y) are strongly extreme points.  相似文献

In this paper the authors prove that the strongly singular convolution operators are bounded from the homogeneous weighted Herz-type Hardy spacesH Kα, p q(w1; w2) to the homogeneous weighted Herz spacesK α, p q (w1; w2), provided α=n(1−1/q).  Let X be one of the Banach spaces c 0 , ℓ p , 1≤p<∞; Ω⊂X pseudoconvex open, a holomorphic Banach vector bundle with a Banach Lie group G * for structure group. We show that a suitable Runge-type approximation hypothesis on X, G * (which we also prove for G * a solvable Lie group) implies the vanishing of the sheaf cohomology groups H q (Ω, 𝒪 E ), q≥1, with coefficients in the sheaf of germs of holomorphic sections of E. Further, letting 𝒪Γ (𝒞Γ) be the sheaf of germs of holomorphic (continuous) sections of a Banach Lie group bundle Γ→Ω with Banach Lie groups G, G * for fiber group and structure group, we show that a suitable Runge-type approximation hypothesis on X, G, G * (which we prove again for G, G * solvable Lie groups) implies the injectivity (and for X=ℓ1 also the surjectivity) of the Grauert–Oka map H 1 (Ω, 𝒪Γ)→H 1 (Ω, 𝒞Γ) of multiplicative cohomology sets. For each 1 ≤ s < ∞, let the conditions (α) U ∈ Π s (C(Ω, X), Y); (β)U # ∈ Π s (C(Ω), Π s (X, Y)); (γ) U # ε Π s (X, Π s (C(Ω), Y)). A general result, [10, 13], asserts that (α) implies (β) and (γ). In this paper, in case s = 2, we give necessary and sufficient conditions that natural operators on C([0, 1], l p ) with values in l 1 satisfies (α), (β) and (γ), which show that the above implication is the best possible result.  相似文献

Some atomic decomposition theorems are proved in vector-valued weak martingale Hardy spaces w p Σα(X), w p Q α(X) and wD α(X). As applications of atomic decompositions, a sufficient condition for sublinear operators defined on some vector-valued weak martingale Hardy spaces to be bounded is given. In particular, some weak versions of martingale inequalities for the operators f*, S (p)(f) and σ(p)(f) are obtained. We prove a variant of a theorem of N. Alon and V. D. Milman. Using it we construct for everyn-dimensional Banach spacesX andY a measure space Ω and two operator-valued functionsT: Ω→L(X, Y),S: Ω→L(Y, X) so that ∫Ω S(ω)oT(ω) is the identity operator inX and ∫Ω||S(ω)||·||T(ω)||dω=O(n α ) for some absolute constantα<1. We prove also that any subset of the unitn-cube which is convex, symmetric with respect to the origin and has a sufficiently large volume possesses a section of big dimension isomorphic to ak-cube. The two-parameter dyadic martingale Hardy spacesH p are introduced and it is proved that the maximal operator of the (C, α, β) means of a two-dimensional Walsh-Fourier series is bounded from Hp to Lp (1/(α+1), 1/(β+1)<p<∞) and is of weak type (H 1 # , L1), where the Hardy space H 1 # is defined by the hybrid maximal function. As a consequence, we obtain that the (C, α, β) means of a function f∈H 1 # converge a.e. to the function in question. Moreover, we prove that the (C, α, β) means are uniformly bounded on Hp whenever 1/(α+1), 1/(β+1)<p<∞. Thus in case f∈Hp, the (C, α, β) means converge to f in Hp norm. The author establishes operator-valued Fourier multiplier theorems on multi-dimensional Hardy spaces H p ($ \mathbb{T} $ \mathbb{T} d ;X), where 1 ≤ p < ∞, d ∈ ℕ, and X is an AUMD Banach space having the property (α). The sufficient condition on the multiplier is a Marcinkiewicz type condition of order 2 using Rademacher boundedness of sets of bounded linear operators. It is also shown that the assumption that X has the property (α) is necessary when d ≥ 2 even for scalar-valued multipliers. When the underlying Banach space does not have the property (α), a sufficient condition on the multiplier of Marcinkiewicz type of order 2 using a notion of d-Rademacher boundedness is also given.  相似文献

 This paper considers the dual of anisotropic Sobolev spaces on any stratified groups 𝔾. For 0≤k<m and every linear bounded functional T on anisotropic Sobolev space W m−k,p (Ω) on Ω⊂𝔾, we derive a projection operator L from W m,p (Ω) to the collection 𝒫 k+1 of polynomials of degree less than k+1 such that T(X I (Lu))=T(X I u) for all uW m,p (Ω) and multi-index I with d(I)≤k. We then prove a general Poincaré inequality involving this operator L and the linear functional T. As applications, we often choose a linear functional T such that the associated L is zero and consequently we can prove Poincaré inequalities of special interests. In particular, we obtain Poincaré inequalities for functions vanishing on tiny sets of positive Bessel capacity on stratified groups. Finally, we derive a Hedberg-Wolff type characterization of measures belonging to the dual of the fractional anisotropic Sobolev spaces W α,p 𝔾.
