In this paper, we introduce the work done on Hardy-Sobolev spaces and Fock-Sobolev spaces and their operators and operator algebras, including the study of boundedness, compactness, Fredholm property, index theory, spectrum and essential spectrum, norm and essential norm, Schatten-p classes, and the $C^∗$ algebras generated by them.  相似文献

We study linear combinations of composition operators acting on the Fock-Sobolev spaces of several variables. We show that such an operator is bounded only when all the composition operators in the combination are bounded individually. In other words, composition operators on the Fock-Sobolev spaces do not possess the same cancelation properties as composition operators on other well-known function spaces over the unit disk. We also show the analogues for compactness and the membership in the Schatten classes. In particular, compactness and the membership in some/all of the Schatten classes turn out to be the same.  相似文献

We study the bounded and the compact weighted composition operators from the Bloch space into the weighted Banach spaces of holomorphic functions on bounded homogeneous domains, with particular attention to the unit polydisk. For bounded homogeneous domains, we characterize the bounded weighted composition operators and determine the operator norm. In addition, we provide sufficient conditions for compactness. For the unit polydisk, we completely characterize the compact weighted composition operators, as well as provide "computable" estimates on the operator norm.  相似文献

We obtain estimates for the norm and essential norm of the difference of two composition operators between certain Bergman spaces. In particular, a necessary and sufficient condition for boundedness and compactness of the operator is established. In this paper, we characterize boundedness and compactness of difference of composition operators from the space of Cauchy integral transforms to Bloch-type spaces. Our characterizations are free from pseudo-hyperbolic metric, which is a common feature of all the characterizations of difference of composition operators acting between different spaces of holomorphic functions. Exact value of operator norm of difference of composition operators acting between these spaces is also computed.  相似文献

We prove boundedness of pseudodifferential operators on anisotropic mixed‐norm Besov and Triebel–Lizorkin spaces. Our proof relies only on general maximal function estimates and provides a new perspective even in the case of spaces without mixed norms. Moreover, we cover the case of Fourier multipliers on the above mentioned spaces. As application we establish boundedness of pseudodifferential operators and Fourier multipliers on anisotropic mixed‐norm Sobolev spaces.  相似文献

In this paper we show that a result of Gross and Kuelbs, used to study Gaussian measures on Banach spaces, makes it possible to construct an adjoint for operators on separable Banach spaces. This result is used to extend well-known theorems of von Neumann and Lax. We also partially solve an open problem on the existence of a Markushevich basis with unit norm and prove that all closed densely defined linear operators on a separable Banach space can be approximated by bounded operators. This last result extends a theorem of Kaufman for Hilbert spaces and allows us to define a new metric for closed densely defined linear operators on Banach spaces. As an application, we obtain a generalization of the Yosida approximator for semigroups of operators.

We show that for integral operators of general form the norm bounds in Lorentz spaces imply certain norm bounds for the maximal function. As a consequence, the a.e. convergence for the integral operators on Lorentz spaces follows from the appropriate norm estimates.

We study orthogonal and symmetric operators in non-Archimedean Hilbert spaces in the connection with p-adic quantization. This quantization describes measurements with finite precision. Symmetric (bounded) operators in the p-adic Hilbert spaces represent physical observables. We study spectral properties of one of the most important quantum operators, namely, the operator of the position (which is represented in the p-adic Hilbert L2-space with respect to the p-adic Gaussian measure). Orthogonal isometric isomorphisms of p-adic Hilbert spaces preserve precisions of measurements. We study properties of orthogonal operators. It is proved that each orthogonal operator in the non-Archimedean Hilbert space is continuous. However, there exist discontinuous operators with the dense domain of definition which preserve the inner product. There also exist nonisometric orthogonal operators. We describe some classes of orthogonal isometric operators and we study some general questions of the theory of non-Archimedean Hilbert spaces (in particular, general connections between topology, norm and inner product).  相似文献

It will be shown that a normed partially ordered vector space is linearly, norm, and order isomorphic to a subspace of a normed Riesz space if and only if its positive cone is closed and its norm p satisfies p(x)p(y) for all x and y with -yxy. A similar characterization of the subspaces of M-normed Riesz spaces is given. With aid of the first characterization, Krein's lemma on directedness of norm dual spaces can be directly derived from the result for normed Riesz spaces. Further properties of the norms ensuing from the characterization theorem are investigated. Also a generalization of the notion of Riesz norm is studied as an analogue of the r-norm from the theory of spaces of operators. Both classes of norms are used to extend results on spaces of operators between normed Riesz spaces to a setting with partially ordered vector spaces. Finally, a partial characterization of the subspaces of Riesz spaces with Riesz seminorms is given.  相似文献
