Eight phenolic compounds, including two mixtures of two compounds, were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of leaves and stems of Homalium brachybotrys. They were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data as quercetin-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside, luteolin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, 5,6-dihydro-6-beta-glucopyranosyloxy-3-(hydroxyphenyl-methyl)-2(4H)-benzofuranone (cochinolide 6-O-beta-glucopyranoside) (1), 2-(6-benzoyl-beta-glucopyranosyloxy)-5-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (poliothrysoside) (2), 2-(beta-glucopyranosyloxy)-5-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (salirepin) (3), 4,5-dihydro-7a-beta-glucopyranosyloxy-3-(hydroxyphenylmethyl)-2(7aH)-benzofuranone (isocochinolide-7a-O-beta-glucopyranoside) (4), 5,6-dihydro-3-(hydroxyphenylmethyl)-2(4H)-benzofuranone (6-deoxycochinolide) (5) and 3-benzylidine-6-hydroxy-2-benzofuranone (1'deoxy-4,5,6-dehydrocochinolide) (6). Benzofuranones (4), (5) and (6) are new natural products. The compounds isolated support the argument that Homalium is best placed in the Salicaceae s.l.  相似文献

Dehydration of 5,6-dihydro-5,6-dihydroxy-6-methyl- and 5,6-dihydro-5,6-dihydroxy-1,3,6-trimethyl-uracil in 0.4 M aqueous sulfuric acid gives 5-hydroxy-6-methyl- and 5-hydroxy-1,3,6-trimethyluracil in quantitative yields. Two possible mechanisms have been examined using the mPW1k/6-311+G(2df,2pd)//mPW1k/6-31+G(d,p) method for the transformation of methylated and non-methylated 5,6-dihydro-5,6-dihydroxy-6-methyluracils into the corresponding 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracils. The first is a hydride C5-C6 shift occurring in concert with the loss of a water molecule and formation of the corresponding protonated 5,6-dihydro-5-oxo-6-methyluracils. The second is an acid-catalyzed dehydration reaction to yield 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracils. The calculations demonstrated that the second pathway was energetically most favorable.  相似文献

Four new prenylisoflavone derivatives, namely, 5-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-prenyl-2'-hydroxyisopropyldihydrofurano[4,5:6,7]-isoflavone (1), 5-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-6-prenyl-2'-hydroxyisopropyldihydrofurano[4,5:8,7]-isoflavone (2), 5-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-prenyl-1',2'-peroxyl-3',3'-dimethyldihydropyrano[5,6:6,7]-isoflavone (3), and 5-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-6-prenyl-1',2'-peroxyl-3',3'-dimethyldihydropyrano[5,6:8,7]-isoflavone (4), together with three known ones 5-7, were isolated from the roots of Hedysarum scoparium. Their structures were established by means of detailed spectroscopic analysis (IR, EI- or HR-ESI-MS as well as 1D- and 2D-NMR), and by comparison of their spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.  相似文献

5,5-Dialkyl-2-halo-6-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-1H-pyridine-3,4,4-tricarbonitriles reacted with morpholine in aprotic solvent to give the corresponding 3,3-dialkyl-4,5-dicyano-6-halo-2-morpholino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-4-carboxamides, while analogous reaction in amphiprotic solvent resulted in the formation of 8,8-dialkyl-3-halo-6-oxo-2,7-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-ene-4,5-dicarbonitriles.  相似文献

A newly synthesized donor meso-DMBEDT-TTF [DMBEDT-TTF = 2-(5,6-dihydro-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiin-2-ylidene)-5,6-dihydro-5,6-dimethyl-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiin] afforded a superconducting salt beta-(meso-DMBEDT-TTF)2PF6, with a transition temperature at 4.3 K (onset) under a hydrostatic pressure of 4.0 kbar.  相似文献

Treatment of the model nucleobase 1-methylcytosine with chlorine in aqueous solution gives, depending on the reaction conditions, 5-chloro-1-methylcytosine ( 3 ) or its hemiprotonated form 2 , 5,5-dichloro-6-hyd-roxy-5,6-dihydro-4-chlorimino-1-methylpyrimidin-2-one ( 5 ), and 5,5-dichloro-6-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-1-methyl-uracil ( 4 ). While substitution of H5 of 1-methylcytosine by chlorine giving 2 and 3 , and subsequent addition of hypochlorous acid to the 5,6-double bond is not unexpected, chlorination of the exocyclic amino group 5 and deamination to give 4 is novel. The X-ray structures of 4 and 5 are reported.  相似文献

Oxidation of enantiomerically pure (R)-N(1)-1'-(1'-naphthyl)ethyl-2,7-dihydro-1H-azepine with m-CPBA in the presence of HBF(4) and BnOH gave (3S,4R,5S,6S,1'R)-N(1)-1'-(1'-naphthyl)ethyl-3-hydroxy-4-benzyloxy-5,6-epoxyazepane as the major product and as a single diastereoisomer after chromatography. Elaboration of this highly functionalized intermediate via ring contraction to (2S,3R,4S,5S,1'R)-N(1)-benzyl-2-chloromethyl-3-benzyloxy-4,5-epoxypiperidine followed by regioselective epoxide ring opening, functional group manipulation, and deprotection gave (+)-1-deoxyaltronojirimycin. Alternatively, resolution of (RS,RS)-N(1)-benzyl-3-hydroxy-4-benzyloxy-2,3,4,7-tetrahydro-1H-azepine or (3RS,4SR,5RS,6RS)-N(1)-benzyl-3-hydroxy-4-benzyloxy-5,6-epoxyazepane by preparative chiral HPLC and subsequent elaboration allows access to the enantiomers of 1-deoxynojirimycin and 1-deoxyaltronojirimycin, respectively.  相似文献

Chlorination and bromination of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl-substituted derivatives in acetic acid at 90–95°C leads to formation of the corresponding 5,6-dichloro(dibromo)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. Iodination of the same substrates with ICl under analogous conditions yields 6-iodo derivatives. Chlorination of 6-iodo-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by replacement of the iodine atom by chlorine with formation of 5,6-dichloro-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one. A variety of nucleic acid components and related compounds undergo photoreaction with water to form so-called "photohydrates" (e.g. uracil forms 6-hydroxy-5,6-dihydrouracil). However, the corresponding hydrates of 5-methylcytosine (a minor nucleobase in eukaryotic DNA) and related compounds have not been characterized. We report the preparation of opened-ring forms of such products for 5-methylcytosine (m5C) and 1,5-dimethylcytosine (DMC). This was accomplished via thermal reaction of ring-opened amine adducts (e.g. N-carbamoyl-3-amino-2-methylacrylamidine (IVa) or N-(N'-methylcarbamoyl)-3-amino-2-methylacrylamidine (IVb)) produced by photo-induced reactions of m5C with ammonia or methylamine. When these adducts were treated with dilute trifluoroacetic acid, the amino group at the 3-position was replaced with a hydroxyl group; with IVa, N-carbamoyl-3-hydroxy-2-methylacrylamidine (Va) was formed, while reaction of IVb led to N-(N'-methylcarbamoyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methylacrylamidine (Vb). These compounds are ring-opened isomers of 5,6-dihydro-6-hydroxy-5-methylcytosine (Ia and IIa) and 5,6-dihydro-6-hydroxy-1,5-dimethylcytosine (Ib and IIb). Compounds Va and Vb each undergo thermal ring closure reactions to form two unstable compounds with chemical and UV spectral properties expected for Ia and IIa (or Ib and IIb). The latter compounds have been identified as minor products in UV-irradiated aqueous solutions of m5C and DMC. Evidence is also presented that the 2'-deoxycytidine photohydrates coexist with an opened-ring form, possibly similar in nature to Vb.  相似文献

5,6-Dihydropyrimido[5′,4′: 5,6]pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole and pyrimido[4′,5′: 4,5]pyrimido[1,6-a]-benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized starting from 3-[4-hydroxy-6-methyl(hydroxy)-2-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl]propanoic and 4-hydroxy-2-phenylpyrimidine-5-carboxylic acids. Nitration of 1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl derivatives at 0–5°C and 60°C gives 5-nitro-and 5,6-dinitro-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, respectively. The latter can also be obtained by nitration of 5-mononitro derivatives under similar conditions. The nitration of 6-chloro-and 6-bromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones and their N-methyl-substituted analogs leads to the formation of the corresponding 6-chloro(bromo)-5-nitro compounds. The same products are formed in the nitration of 5,6-dichloro-and 5,6-dibromo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. In this case, the process involves replacement of the halogen atom in position 5 of the pyridine fragment by nitro group. The nitration of 6-bromo-5-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by oxidation of the 5-methyl group to carboxy.  相似文献

New nanomeric 3-thioxo-5-methoxy-4,5-dihydro-6-methyl-9-unsubstituted/substituted-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-b]indoles (2ac) and 3-thioxo-5-methoxy-4,5-dihydro-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,4-triaino[5,6]-cyclobut-6-ene (3) were prepared via reaction of thiosemicarbazide with 5-unsubstitutedand/substituted-indol-2,3-diones and/or 3,4-dihydroxycyclobutane-1,2-dione in methanol–concentrated HCl at room temperature. A series of mercury(II)–ligand salts e.g. compound 4b and Hg(II) complexes 5a,b and 6 of cyclic Schiff base were prepared. Structures of these compounds were established by elemental analysis and spectral measurements. The redox characteristics of selected compounds were studied for use as chelating agents for stripping voltammetric determination of mercuric(II) ions in aqueous media. The compounds were also screened for their use as molluscicidal agents against Biomophalaria Alexandrina Snails responsible for Bilhariziasis.  相似文献

The main objectives of the present work were the synthesis of the two cis diastereomers of 5,6-dihydroxy-5,6-dihydro-5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine and the kinetic study of their hydrolytic deamination. The preparation of the two glycols, two main (*)OH-mediated oxidation products of 5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine, was achieved in two steps. The first one involved the synthesis of the two trans-(5R,6S)- and (5S,6R)-5-bromo-6-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine. In a subsequent step, the bromohydrins were specifically converted into the cis-(5S,6S) and (5R,6R) diastereomers of 5,6-dihydroxy-5,6-dihydro-5-methyl-2'-deoxycytidine, respectively, under slightly alkaline conditions. The resulting glycols were purified by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography and characterized by extensive spectroscopy measurements including (13)C- and (1)H-NMR analyses. Exact mass determination was inferred from high resolution fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry measurements. Circular dichroism spectroscopy confirmed the diastereomeric relationship existing between the pair of glycols. Kinetic study of the deamination of the above glycols was carried out in phosphate buffer solutions (pH 7) at two different temperatures (37 degrees C and 25 degrees C) in order to determine the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the reaction.  相似文献

Exhaustive hydro-distillation of the bark, heartwood and fruits of Cryptocarya massoy (Lauraceae) afforded pale yellow-coloured oils in 0.7, 1.2 and 1.0 % yields, respectively. Detailed chemical evaluation of these distillates using GC/MS revealed the major components in the bark and the heartwood oils to be the C-10 (5,6-dihydro-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-one) and C-12 (5,6-dihydro-6-heptyl-2H-pyran-2-one) massoia lactones, while the major fruit oil constituent was benzyl benzoate (68.3 %). The heartwood also contained trace amounts of the C-14 (5,6-dihydro-6-nonyl-2H-pyran-2-one) massoia lactone (1.4 %) and the saturated C-10 derivative delta-decalactone (2.5 %).  相似文献

Triethyl phosphite deoxygenation of α-(6-nitroveratrylidene)-γ-butyrolactone 1 under moderate conditions affords a mixture of 3-(6-nitroveratryl)-2(5H)-furanone 5, α-(6-ethylaminoveratrylidene)-γ-butyrolactone 6 and 1-hydroxymethyl-4,5-dimethoxy-7H-azirino[1,2-a]indole-7a-carboxylic acid γ-lactone 7, in addition to 3,4-dihydro-7,8-dimethoxy[1,3-a]oxazino[3,4-a]indol-1-one 2, ethyl 5,6-dimethoxyindole-2-carboxylate 3, and 2,3-dihydro-6,7-dimethoxyfuro[2,3-b]quinoline 4, obtained under more drastic reaction conditions.The isolation of lactones 5 and 7 provides strong evidence for the intermediacy of nitrenes in this reaction which appears to provide the first example of intramolecular aziridine formation from a nitro-aromatic compound and triethyl phosphite.  相似文献

The Fries rearrangement of 4- and 5-acetoxybenzo-2,1,3-thiadiazoles has given 4-hydroxy-7-acetyl- and 5-hydroxy-4-acetylbenzo-2,1,3-thiadiazoles, which on oxidation afford mixtures of 5-chloro-4,7-dioxo- and 5,6-dichloro-4,7-dioxobenzo-2,1,3-thiadiazole and of 6-chloro-4,5-dioxo- and 6,7-dichloro-4,5-dioxobenzo-2,1,3-thiadiazole. Summary A series of hydroxamic acid ethoxycarbonylhydrazides was obtained by reactions of ester ethoxycarbonylhydrazones with hydroxylamine. The corresponding 3-substituted 4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized by cyclization of these hydroxamic acid derivatives in basic medium.

采用5,6-二氢-6-烷基(芳基)-2H-吡喃-2,4-二酮和醛进行缩合反应,合成了二[4-羟基-5,6-二氢-6-烷基(芳基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮-3-]烃.其结构经1HNMR和元素分析证实.对反应条件(反应温度、反应时间)进行了探讨.生物活性初步测定表明,该类化合物具有一定的杀菌和抗烟草花叶病毒的活性.  相似文献
