The complex salt {[CuL2][Cu4I6]?MeCN}n (1) and the compound [Cu4L3I4]?3 MeCN (2) (L is a chiral ligand bearing a natural monoterpene (+)-3-carene moiety) were synthesized. The crystal structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray diffraction. The structure of compound 1 consists of complex cations [CuL2]2+ (N3O2 polyhedron is a trigonal bipyramid) and CuI coordination polymers (CuI4 polyhedron is a tetrahedron) as anions. The experimental magnetic moment μeff at 300 K is 1.90 μB, which is consistent with the X-ray diffraction data and the assumption that compound 1 is mixed-valence. The structure of compound 2 comprises a tetranuclear CuI complex, in which three Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of the ligand L and two I atoms, and the fourth Cu atom is coordinated by four I atoms (coordination polyhedra are distorted tetrahedra). Compounds L and 2 were found to influence the viability of human laryngeal carcinoma cells (Hep2). The IC50 value for complex 2 (13.0±1.7 μM) is substantially smaller than IC50 for compound L (30.5±0.5 μM).  相似文献

Coordination compounds [CoLCl2] (I), [CuLCl(NO3)] (II), CuL(NO3)2 (III), and CuLCl2 (IV) (where L is a chiral pyrazolylquinoline—a derivative of terpenoid (+)-3-carene) were synthesized. X-ray diffraction data showed that crystal structures I and II are built of mononuclear acentric molecules. In the molecule of complex I, the Co2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of bidentate cycle-forming ligand L and two Cl atoms. The coordination polyhedron of Cl2N2 is a distorted tetrahedron. For complex I, μeff = 4.50 μB, which corresponds to a high-spin configuration d 7. In the molecules of II(1), II(2) (which are diastereoisomers of complex II), each Cu2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of bidentate cycle-forming ligand L, the Cl atom, and two O atoms of bidentate cyclic NO 3 ? ion. The ClN2O2 coordination polyhedra are tetragonal pyramids with different degrees of distortion. The structure of complex II consists of supramolecular clusters, i.e., isolated chains incorporating the molecules of II(1) and II(2). The values of μeff for II–IV correspond to the d 9 configuration. The results of EPR and IR study suggest that complex III contains the O4N2 polyhedron, whereas complex IV contains the Cl2N2 polyhedron. Complexes I and IV were found to show a high catalytic activity in ethylene polymerization reaction.  相似文献

Chiral bis-α-thiooxime (H2L1), the derivative of the natural monoterpenoid (+)-3-carene, was synthesized and used to prepare paramagnetic complexes of the composition M(H2L1)Cl2 (M=Ni, Cu). The crystal structures of [Ni(H2L1)Cl2] (I) and [Cu(H2L1)Cl2] (II) were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystals I and II consist of mononuclear acentric molecules. The Ni2+ ion in a molecule of complex I coordinates two N atoms and two S atoms of a tetradentate chelating ligand (the H2L1 molecule) and two Cl atoms. The NiCl2N2S2 coordination core forms octahedron compressed along the apical N atoms. In a molecule of complex II, the Cu2+ ion coordinates two S atoms and the N atom of a tridentate chelating H2L1 ligand and two Cl atoms. The CuCl2NS2 coordination core forms a trigonal bipyramid.  相似文献

The complexes [CuLCl2] (I), [CoLCl2] (II), and CuLBr2 (III) (where L is the derivative of optically active 5-pyrazolone prepared from the terpene (+)-3-carene) were obtained and characterized. According to X-ray diffraction data, crystal structures I and II (orthorhombic crystal system) are built from mononuclear acentric molecules. In the resulting complexes, the Cu2+ or Co2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of the chelating bidentate ligand L and two Cl atoms, thus making a distorted tetrahedron. Intermolecular contacts and the hydrogen bonds Cl(1)…H-O(1) give rise to columns parallel to axis y. For complexes I and III, μeff = 1.83 and 1.81 μB, respectively; these values correspond to the electronic configuration d 9 . For complex II, μeff = 4.42 μB, which suggests the tetrahedral structure of the coordination entity CoCl2N2. Complexes I and III were studied by EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Heteroligand complexes [Co2(HMTA)(iso-Bu2PS2)4] (I) (μeff = 4.67 μB) and [Cd2(HMTA)(iso-Bu2PS2)4] (II) have been synthesized. Single crystals of compounds I and II have been obtained. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 32.622(2) Å, b = 9.4891(6) Å, c = 21.7570(13) Å, β = 125.774(1)o, V = 5464.3(6) Å,3, Z = 4, ρcalcd = 1.331 g/cm3 for I; a = 34.6092(7) Å, b = 9.5595(2) Å, c = 22.3473(5) Å, β = 127.144(1)o, V = 5893.5(2) Å, Z = 4, ρcalcd = 1.355 g/cm3 for II; space group for both complexes C2/c. Structures I and II are based on discrete binuclear molecules. The coordination polyhedra of the Co and Cd atoms are distorted tetragonal pyramids NS4, with the bases formed by four S atoms of two bidentate chelating ligand iso-Bu2PS 2 ? and the axial vertices occupied by N atoms of bidentate bridging HMTA ligand. The character of interaction of the molecules in structures I and II is considered.  相似文献

Different-metal different-ligand complexes [{Co(Phen)3}2{Co(Phen)(H2O)4}2][{Ge(μ-OH)(μ- Hedp)}6Cl2] (I), [{Cu(Phen)2(H2O)}2(HPhen)2][Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6 · 20H2O (II) (H4Hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. According to X-ray diffraction data (CIF files CCDC nos. 1573112 (I), 1573113 (II)), compounds I and II are cation–anion type complexes in which the anions are represented by {[Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6}6– and, in the case of I, two additional Cl ions, while the cations are [Co(Phen)3]2+, [Co(Phen)(H2O)4]2+ in I and [Cu(Phen)2(H2O)]2+, HPhen+ in II. In the crystals of compounds I and II, the cations, anions, and water molecules are combined by numerous intermolecular hydrogen bonds, giving rise to a 3D network.  相似文献

Two complexes, namely, triaqua(18-crown-6)strontium dibromide monohydrate (I) and diaquabromo(18-crown-6)barium bromide (II), are synthesized. Their crystal structures are determined by X-ray diffraction analyses. For complex I, space group C2/c, a = 17.547 Å, b = 10.246 Å, c = 14.786 Å, β = 123.08°, Z = 4. For complex II, space group Pnma, a = 17.753 Å, b = 17.465 Å, c = 6.629 Å, Z = 4. The structures are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.056 (I) and 0.042 (II) for 2696 (I) and 2440 (II) independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). Both complex cations—randomly disordered [Sr(18C6)(H2O)3]2+ in complex I and [BaBr(18C6)(H2O)2]+ in complex II—are of the host-guest type. The Sr2+ (Ba2+) cation resides in the cavity of the 18-crown-6 ligand and coordinated by all six O atoms. In the structures complexes I and II, the coordination polyhedra of the Sr2+ and Ba2+ cations (coordination number 9) can be described as distorted hexagonal bipyramids with one apex at the O atom of the water molecule in complex I or at the Br? ligand in complex II and the other split apex at the O atoms of two water molecules.  相似文献

The (DienH3)[AuCl4]3 · H2O (I) and (DienH3)2[AuCl4]Cl5 (II) compounds were obtained by the reaction of HAuCl4 with diethylenetriamine trihydrochloride (DienH3Cl3) in hydrochloric acid. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. Crystals of I and II are monoclinic with space group P21/n. For I, a = 12.2314(3) Å, b = 14.6077(5) Å, c = 13.2680(5) Å, β = 106.7350(10)°, V = 2270.22(13) Å3, Z = 8. For II, a = 6.62990(10) Å, b = 17.9026(5) Å, c = 10.3661(3) Å, β = 101.9230(10)°, V = 1203.83(5) Å3, Z = 2. Both structures are ionic. The gold atoms in I and II have a 4 + 2 coordination environment. The Au-Cl bond lengths are within 2.276–2.294 Å, and the axial Au…Cl contacts are within 3.315–3.405 Å. The diethylenetriammonium cation in I and II has different conformations.  相似文献

Four new complexes, [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)2] · 3H2O (I), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L2)(H2O)2] (II), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L3)] · 2H2O (III), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)] · 2H2O (IV) (Bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amido, H2L1 = glutaric acid, H2L2 = adipic acid, H2L3 = suberic acid, H2L4 = azelaic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods (CIF files CCDC nos. 1432836 (I), 1432835 (II), 817411 (III), and 817412 (IV)), elemental analyses, IR spectra. Structural analyses reveal that compounds I, II, and IV have similar structures [Cu(Bpca)]+ units bridged by dicarboxylate forming dinuclear units, whereas the dinuclear of compound III are edge-shared through two carboxylate oxygen atoms of different suberate anions. Hydrogen bonds are response for the supramolecular assembly of compounds I to IV. The temperature-dependent magnetic property of III was also investigated in the temperature range of 2 to 300 K, and the magnetic behaviour suggests weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of Co(II) salt with 1,4-di(1-imidazolyl)benzene (L1) and 4,4’-oxydiphthalic acid (H4OA) yields a new complex [Co3(HOA)2(L1)4(H2O)4] (I). [Ni(L2)2SO4] · 0.5H2O (II) can be obtained via the hydrothermal reaction of NiSO4 · 6H2O with 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L2). Complexes I and II have been characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1019291 (I) and 1019292 (II)), IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex I exhibits the uninodal six-connected 3D pcu framework structure of I with (412 · 63) topology; Complex II consists of the uninodal four-connected 2D sql (44 · 62) networks. In addition, magnetic property of I was investigated.  相似文献

Complexes ZnLCl2 (I) and [CdLCl2] n (IV), where L is chiral bis-pyridine containing fragments of natural monoterpenoide (–)-α-pinene are synthesized. Single crystals of [ZnLCl2]·CH2Cl2 (II), [ZnLCl2i-PrOH (III), and IV compounds are grown. The crystal structures of II and III are composed of mononuclear ZnLCl2 complex molecules and solvate CH2Cl2 and i-PrOH molecules; the coordination polyhedron of the zinc atom Cl2N2 is a distorted tetrahedron. According to the single crystal XRD data, complex IV is a 1D coordination polymer; the coordination core CdN2Cl4 is a distorted octahedron and Cl atoms are bridging ligands. In the structures of II, III, and IV the L molecule functions as a bidentate chelate ligand. In the solid phase, complexes I and IV exhibit photoluminescence in the visible range (λmax 505 nm and 460 nm respectively). The band intensity in the photoluminescence spectra of I and IV complexes considerably exceeds the band intensity in the spectrum of free L.  相似文献

Seven new cobalt(II) complexes based on the Schiff bases, 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(isonicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L1) and 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L2), are synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis: [Co(H2L1)(NCS)2] · 2.25H2O (I), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)2] · CH3OH (II), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(H2O)]NCS (III), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2](NO3)2 · 2H2O (IV), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 0.75H2O (V), [Co(H4L2)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 1.75H2O (VI), and [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(CH3OH)]2[Co(NCS)4] · 2CH3OH (VII) (CIF files CCDC 941186 (I), 1457906 (Ia), 1457905 (II), 941187 (III), 1457907 (IV), 1457908 (V), 1457909 (VI), and 941188 (VII)). The organic ligands in the complexes act as pentadentate neutral H2L or doubly protonated (H4L)2+ coordinated through the same set of donor atoms N3O2. In all compounds IVII, the coordination polyhedron of the Co2+ ion in a complex with the Schiff bases has a shape of a pentagonal bipyramid. The hydrazones are arranged in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid. Its axial vertices are occupied by the nitrogen atoms of the NCS ̄ anions in compounds I, II, and IV–VI and by the nitrogen atoms of NCS ̄ and oxygen of the water molecule in compound III or methanol in compound VII. The NO 3 - anions or [Co(NCS)4]2 ̄ complex anions obtained by the reactions are involved along with the NCS ̄ anions in the formation of compounds IV–VII.  相似文献

Two complexes, (2.2.2-cryptand)rubidium chloride and bromide hydrates [Rb(Crypt-222]Hal · 3.5H2O (Hal = Cl (I) and Br (II)), are synthesized. The structures of isomorphic crystals of compounds I and II are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are trigonal: space group P \(\overline 3 \), Z = 2; I: a = 11.810 Å, c = 11.302 Å; II: a = 11.890 Å, c = 11.402 Å. The structures are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.060 (I) and 0.077 (II) for 2650 (I) and 2700 (II) independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). In crystals of complexes I and II, the [Rb(Crypt-222)]+ cation of the host-guest type lies on the crystallographic axis 3 and has the approximate symmetry D 3. In complexes I and II, the coordination polyhedron of the Rb+ cation is a two-base-centered trigonal prism somewhat distorted to an antiprism. The crystals of compounds I and II contain H-bonded disordered cubes of the water molecules and Cl? or Br? anions.  相似文献

The 2,11-dithia[3.3](3,5)pyrdinophane (L1) has been synthesized by a new method and characterized by 1H NMR, which is used to form coordination complexes C14H14N4O6S2Ni (I) by addition of Ni2+ cation and C14H14N3O3S2Ag (II) by addition of Ag+ cation. 2,11,20-Trithia[3.3.3](3,5)pyridinophane (L2) and 2,11,20,29-tetrathia[3.3.3.3](3,5)pyridinophane (L3) have also been synthesized as by-products. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the conformation of the L1 is syn(boat-chair), complexes I and II also adopt syn(boat-chair) (CIF files CCDC nos. 1400332 (I) and 700724 (II)). While in I, Ni(II) is coordinated with L1 with two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms, in II, Ag(I) is coordinated with L1 by two nitrogen and two sulfur atoms came from four ligands. In complexes I and II, the formation of three-dimensional structure depends on π???π stacking and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of tetraphenylantimony chloride with sodium perrhenate or potassium chlorate yields tetraphenylantimony perrhenate (I) and tetraphenylantimony chlorate (II), respectively. Complex I was also synthesized from pentaphenylantimony and triphenylantimony diperrhenate in toluene. According to X-ray diffraction, crystals I and II consist of almost regular tetrahedral tetraphenylstibonium cations (CSbC, 109.4(2)°–109.5(7)° in I and 109.1(1)°–109.6(1)° in II) and [ReO4]? (OreO, 107.6(3)°–113.3(5)°) and [ClO3]? (OClO, 96.3(9)°, 116.4(5)°) anions, respectively. The average Sb-C bond lengths (2.094(3) Å in I, 2.097(2) Å in II) are close to the sum of the covalent radii of the Sb and C atoms. The average distances Re-O in complex I (1.672(4) Å) and Cl-O in complex II (1.315 Å) correspond to multiple bonds.  相似文献

In structures I and II, the host-guest [M(Crypt-222)]+ complex cation lies on the threefold crystallographic axis and has the approximate D 3 symmetry. In complex I, the coordination polyhedron of the K+ cation (CN = 8) is a bicapped trigonal prism somewhat distorted toward an antiprism. Complexes I and II contain H-bonded disordered cubes of the water molecules and the Cl? or Br? anions.  相似文献

By reaction of triphenylamylphosphonium iodide [Ph3AmP]I (I) with antimony iodide in acetone, triphenylamylphosphonium tetraiodide [Ph3AmP]2I4 (II) was synthesized. Crystals of I consist of triphenylamylphosphonium cations and iodine anions. Compound II contains two types of tetrahedral triphenylamylphosphonium cations, iodine anions, and [I3]? anions. Atoms P have a distorted tetrahedral coordination in cations I and II (the CPC angles are 106.48(12)°–111.25(12)° in I and 107.05(9)°–112.62(10)° in II). The centrosymmetric trinuclear [I3]? anion in II is nearly linear (the I(2)I(1)I(3) angle is 178.65°, the I(1)–I(2) and I(1)–I(3) bond lengths are 2.8925(2) Å and 2.9281(2) Å, respectively).  相似文献

By self-assembly of delocalized organic ligands (L1 and L2) with Cd(SCN)2, ZnI2 and Zn(NCS)2, three luminescent complexes ZnI2(L1)2 (I), [Cd(L1)21,3-SCN)2] n (II) and Zn(NCS)2(L2)2 (III) were obtained (L1 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-4-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile and L2 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-3-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile). The structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1406116 (I), 1406115 (II), and 1400360 (III)). In complex I, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two I ions, to form a I2N2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. In 1D coordination polymer II, the Cd(II) centers show six-coordinated geometries, two organic ligands and four SCN ions involve in coordination with each Cd(II) center. The thiocyanate groups show μ1,3-SCN bridging coordination modes and the adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by double μ1,3-SCN ions to form an infinite chain. In complex III, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two NCS groups, to form a N4 distorted tetrahedral geometry. Compared with the free ligands, the complexes show superior luminescent property with red-shift and enhancement of fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

Two new copper and nickel complexes with triethanolamine (TEA) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (L) have been synthesized within the framework of systematic studies into the formation of mixed-ligand metal complexes on the basis of commercially available compounds with the simplest structure, such as ethanolamines and benzoic acid monoderivatives (hydroxy-, amino-, and nitrobenzoic acids). According to X-ray diffraction data, the complexes have the compositions [Cu2(L)2(TEA)2] · [Cu(TEA)2] · 2H2O (I) and [Ni(TEA)2] · 2L (II). Compound I is a mixed-ligand complex, while complex II is a supramolecular compound consisting of a nickel–TEA monoligand complex anion and non-coordinated L. TEA molecules in complex I are coordinated in both tetradentate and tridentate mode, while only tridentate coordination is typical for complex II. The coordination polyhedra of metal atoms are tetragonal bipyramids elongated due to the Jahn–Teller effect in complex I and octahedra in complex II. In both crystals, structural units are linked into 2D associates via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
