Novel Cu(II) (1) and Zn(II) (2) complexes with 4-(1-(4-morpholinophenyl)ethylideneamino)pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile) (L) have been synthesized and characterized by various spectroscopic and analytical techniques. DFT (density functional theory) studies result confirms that, LMCT mechanism have been done between L and M(II) ions. The antimicrobial studies indicate that the ligand L and complexes 1 & 2 exhibit higher activity against the E. coli bacteria and C. albicans fungi. The groove binding mode of ligand L and complexes 1 & 2 with CT-DNA have been confirmed by electronic absorption, competitive binding, viscometric and cyclic voltammetric studies. The electronic absorption titration of ligand L and complexes 1 & 2 with DNA have been carried out in different buffer solutions (pH 4.0, 7.0 & 10.0). The Kb values of ligand L and complexes 1 & 2 are higher in acidic buffer at pH 4.0 (Kb = 2.42 × 105, L; 2.8 × 105, 1; 2.65 × 105, 2) and the results revealed that, the interaction of synthesized compounds with DNA were higher in the acidic medium than basic and neutral medium. Furthermore, CT-DNA cleavage studies of ligand L and complexes 1 & 2 have been studied. The in vitro anticancer activities results show that complexes 1 & 2 have moderate cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines and low toxicity on normal cell line than ligand L.  相似文献

The kinetic resolution of racemic 1-(N-acylamino)alkylphosphonic acids 3 (R3 = OH) and their dimethyl esters 1, as well as 1-(N-acylamino)alkylphosphinic acids 4 (R3 = H or Ph) using penicillin G acylase (PGA) immobilized on three types of mesoporous silicas in both a batch slurry system and in a continuous-flow reactor was studied. The initial hydrolytic deacylation rates in the presence of those catalysts were measured and the relationships between the substrate structure and the enzyme efficiency are discussed. The stereospecific hydrolysis of the N-acyl group of both racemic N-acylated phosphorus analogues of amino acids and their esters catalyzed by the immobilized PGA proved to be a highly effective method for the kinetic resolution of all the investigated compounds, with the stereochemical preference of PGA for (R)-substrates.  相似文献

The coordination of heterocyclic thiourea ligands (L = N-(2-pyridyl)-N′-phenylthiourea (1), N-(2-pyridyl)-N′-methylthiourea (2), N-(3-pyridyl)-N′-phenylthiourea (3), N-(3-pyridyl)-N′-methylthiourea (4), N-(4-pyridyl)-N′-phenylthiourea (5), N-(2-pyrimidyl)-N′-phenylthiourea (6), N-(2-pyrimidyl)-N′-methylthiourea (7), N-(2-thiazolyl)-N′-methylthiourea (8), N-(2-benzothiazolyl)-N′-methylthiourea (9), N,N′-bis(2-pyridyl)thiourea (10) and N,N′-bis(3-pyridyl)thiourea (11)) with CuX (X = Cl, Br, I, NO3) has been investigated. CuX:L product stoichiometries of 1:1–1:5 were found, with 1:1 being most common. X-ray structures of four 3-coordinate mononuclear CuXL2 complexes (CuCl(6)2, CuCl(7)2, CuBr(6)2, and CuBr(9)2) are reported. In contrast, CuBr(1)2 is a 1D sulfur-bridged polymer. CuIL structures (L = 7, 8) are 1D chains with corner-sharing Cu2(μ-I)2 and Cu2(μ-S)2 units, and CuCl(10) is a 2D network having μ-Cl and N-/S-bridging L. Two [CuL2]NO3 structures are reported: a mononuclear 4-coordinate copper complex with chelating ligands (L = 10) and a 1D link-chain with N-/S-bridging L (L = 3). Two ligand oxidative cyclizations were encountered during crystallization. CuI crystallized with 6 to produce zigzag ladder polymer [(CuI)2(12)]·½CH3CN (12 = N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine) and CuNO3 crystallized with 10 to form [Cu2(NO3)(13)2(MeCN)]NO3 (13 = dipyridyltetraazathiapentalene).  相似文献

Predominant monoacylation of 1,n-linear disulfonamides took place in the presence of pyrrolidinopyridine-type organocatalysts when the chain length of the linear disulfonamides was n = 3, 4, or 5 (monoacylate/diacylate = up to 44). The chemoselectivity of the competitive acylation between N,N′-ditosyl-1,5-pentanediamine (n = 5) and N,N′-ditosyl-1,3-propanediamine (n = 3) was found to be 36, favoring the former substrate. Different chain length by only one carbon atom was discriminated in the competitive acylation between N,N′-ditosyl-1,5-pentanediamine (n = 5) and of N,N′-ditosyl-1,4-butanediamine (n = 4) with the relative acylation rate of 16 in the presence of the organocatalyst.  相似文献

The preparation and magnetic properties of three Fe(II)–bis-Schiff base complexes, [Fe2(L1)2(4,4′-bpy)] · MeOH (1), [Fe(L2)(EtOH)] (2) and [Fe(L3)(MeOH)] (3) (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde)-1,2-phenylenediimine; L2 = N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,2-phenylenediamine; L3 = N,N′-bis(5-Cl-salicylidene)-1,2-phenylenediamine; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) are reported. X-ray single crystal structure analyses for 13 reveal that 1 shows a dinuclear Fe(II)–bis-Schiff base complex bridged by 4,4′-bpy, while 2 and 3 show mononuclear structures. Molecular packing of 2 shows a uniform one-dimensional chain structure through hydrogen bonds and Fe?π interaction and that of 3 indicates significant π–π interaction to form a dimmer structure. The χTT plots of 13 show all ferromagnetic interaction at low temperature. The origin of the ferromagnetic interaction observed in 2 is tentatively ascribed to the dimer formation through Fe?π interaction at low temperature.  相似文献

A new complex of oxovanadium(IV), V2O2[(HB(pz)3)2(pyrro)2 (1) and a dimer-dithio carboxyl compound (C5H8NS2)2 (2) have been synthesized by the reaction of VOSO4·nH2O with NaHB(pz)3 and pyrrolidine dithio carboxylic acid ammonium salt. They were characterized by element analysis, IR spectra, UV–vis spectra and X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses of 1 and 2 gave the following parameters: 1, triclinic, P-1, a = 7.732(4) Å, b = 14.285(8) Å, c = 17.802(9) Å, α = 101.314(8)°, β = 92.682(9)°, γ = 92.228(9)°, V = 1923.6(18) Å3, and Z = 4; 2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 13.857(2) Å, b = 10.4213(18) Å, c = 9.436(2) Å, β = 97.099(2), V = 1352.1(4) Å3, and Z = 4. In complex 1, vanadium atom adopts a distorted tetragonal bipyramid structure, which is typical for oxovanadium(IV) complexes. Compound 2 is a dimer-dithio carboxyl compound with S–S bond. In addition, thermal analysis was performed for analyzing the stabilization of the complexes.  相似文献

A novel 3D Ag(I)-MOFs, [Ag2(H3ddcba)(dpp)2] (1), which features pcu (412·63) topology were successfully synthesized. Complex 1 exhibits predominant catalytic activity towards the degradation of o-nitrophenol (2-NP), m-nitrophenol (3-NP) and p-nitrophenol (4-NP) in aqueous solution.  相似文献

We synthesized various C2-naphthylethynylated 8-aza-7-deaza-2′-deoxyadenosines 1a1c as novel environmentally sensitive fluorescent (ESF) purine nucleosides. In particular, the N,N-dimethylamino-substituted derivative 1c exhibits a remarkably high solvatochromicity (Δλ = 111 nm). 1c-containing oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) probes clearly discriminated an apurinic/apyrimidinic site (AP site) in the complementary strand via a change in emission wavelength and intensity when hybridized with a target ODN.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cp1CoI2]2 (1b) with 2 equiv of NaNCNH affords the 16-membered macrocyclic NCNH-bridged tetracobalt(III) complex [Cp1CoI(μ2-NCNH-N,N′)]4 (2b), while that with 2 equiv of Na2NCN yields the C3-elongated cubane-like NCN-bridged tetracobalt(III) complex [Cp1Co(μ3-NCN-N,N,N′)3(CoCp1)33-NCN-N,N,N)] (4b). Treatment of [Cp1RhCl2]2 (1c) with 2 equiv of NaNCNH gives the C3-elongated cubane-like tetrarhodium(III) complex [Cp1Rh(μ3-NCN-N,N,N′)3(RhCp1)33-NCN-N,N,N)] (4c) via the macrocyclic complex [Cp1RhCl(μ2-NCNH-N,N′)]4 (2c). On the other hand, the reaction of [Cp1CoCl]2 (7) with Na2NCN affords the anionic bis(NCN)-capped tricobalt(II) complex Na[(Cp1Co)33-NCN-N,N,N)2] (6). The molecular structures of complexes 2b · CH2Cl2 and 4c · 2C6H6 have been confirmed by X-ray analyses. The electrochemical properties of these types of NCN-bridged group 9 metal complexes have also been examined.  相似文献

Reactions of (tBuHN)3PNSiMe3 (1) with the alkyl-metal reagents dimethylzinc, trimethylaluminum and di-n-butylmagnesium yield the monodeprotonated complexes [MeZn{(NtBu)(NSiMe3)P(NHtBu)2}] (2), [Me2Al{(NtBu)(NSiMe3)P(NHtBu)2}] (3) and [Mg{(NtBu)(NSiMe3)P(NHtBu)2}2] (4), respectively. Attempts to further deprotonate complex 2 with n-butyllithium or di-n-butylmagnesium result in nucleophilic displacement of the methylzinc fragment by lithium or magnesium. The two remaining amino protons of 3 are removed by reaction with di-n-butylmagnesium to give a heterobimetallic complex in which the coordination sphere of magnesium is completed by two molecules of THF (5 · 2THF) or one molecule of TMEDA (5 · TMEDA). Reaction of complex 3 with 1 equiv. of n-butyllithium followed by treatment of the product with di-n-butylmagnesium yields the complex {Me2Al[(NtBu)(NSiMe3)P(NtBu)2]MgBu} Li · 4THF (6 · 4THF), the first example of a triply deprotonated complex of 1 containing three different metals. Reaction of complex 5 with iodine results in cleavage of an Al–Me group to give {MeIAl[(NtBu)(NSiMe3)P(NtBu)2Mg]} (7). Complexes 5 · 2THF, 5 · TMEDA, 6 · 4THF and 7 have been characterized in solution by multinuclear (1H, 13C, 31P and 7Li) NMR spectroscopy, while the solid-state structures of 2, 4 and 5 · 2THF have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Syntheses of trans-1,2-di-tert-butylpyrazolidine 1, d,l- and semi-meso-1,2-diisopropyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazolidines, 2a and 2b, respectively, have been developed. Activation parameters of the nitrogen inversion in 1G = 123 kJ mol−1 at 110 °C, ΔH = 114 kJ mol−1, ΔS = −15 J K−1 mol−1) have been determined. The steric veto of the nitrogen inversion in 2a has been confirmed. Chemical transformations of 1 have been studied, and the crystal structures of 2a·picrate and 2b·HCl determined.  相似文献

The spontaneous resolution reaction of racemic trans-2,3-dihydro-2,3-dipyridyl-benzo[e]indole 1 with Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O in the presence of 2-butanol under solvothermal reaction conditions favors the formation of crystal 2 [P-Cd(R,R,-1)2(ClO4)2], while a similar reaction in the presence of ethanol only favors the formation of crystal 3 [M-Cd(S,S,-1)2(ClO4)2]. The crystal structural determination shows that both 2 and 3 crystallize in chiral enantiomorphous space groups (P6122 and P6522) and their structures are 1D infinite chain, and are just enantiomorphous pairs most like. The spontaneous resolution process displays estimated ee values of ca. +0.6 for 2-butanol and ca. −0.4 for ethanol. Enantiomerically pure (S,S)-trans-2,3-dihydro-2,3-dipyridyl-benzo[e]indole (S,S,-1) can be obtained through the decomposition of mechanically separated 3. Additionally (S,S,-1) also crystallizes in a chiral space group (P21). The CD (circular dichroism) spectra of both 2 and 3 in the solid state are also approximately enantiomorphous pairs. However, their fluorescent spectra in the solid state display a moderate difference in maximum emission peaks (Δλ = 19 nm). The syntheses of two novel platinum(IV) complexes of formula [PtX2(S,S-eddp)]·nH2O (S,S-eddp = ethylenediamine-N,N′-di-S,S-2-propanoate ion, X = chlorido (1) or bromido (2), n = 4, 0) are reported. The complexes have been obtained by direct reaction of corresponding potassium hexahalogenidoplatinate(IV) with neutralized ethylenediamine-N,N′-di-S,S-2-propanoic acid (H2-S,S-eddp). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopically predicted geometrical configurations of the obtained complexes were confirmed by X-ray analyses of the crystal structures of the s-cis-[Pt(S,S-eddp)Cl2]·4H2O and uns-cis-[Pt(S,S-eddp)Br2]. These complexes displayed significantly lower in vitro cytotoxicity in comparison to cisplatin.  相似文献

A series of novel quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives (6a6y) containing a 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole moiety were designed and synthesized, and their structures were fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS and IR spectra. Among them, the structure of compound 6u was unambiguously confirmed via single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The obtained bioassay results showed that compounds 6h, 6k, 6l and 6y had the EC50 (half-maximal effective concentration) values of 34.8, 28.2, 41.5 and 42.5 μg/mL against the phytopathogenic bacterium Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), respectively, which were significantly better than commercial bactericide Bismerthiazol (EC50 = 95.8 μg/mL). Additionally, compounds 6a and 6b exhibited the strong inhibition activity against the pathogen Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac).  相似文献

Two novel inorganic–organic hybrid compounds composed of Keggin tungstocobaltate framework and cobalt(II)–N coordination complexes, K[Co(phen)2(H2O)]2[HCoW12O40]·2H2O (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and [Co(2,2′-bipy)3]1.5{[Co(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)][HCoW12O40]·0.5H2O (2) (bipy = bipyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by directly using Keggin POMs as starting materials, which were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG analyses and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal data for compound 1: C48H41Co3KN8O44W12, triclinic, space group P-1, a = 10.918(5) Å, b = 13.401(5) Å, c = 13.693(5) Å, α = 69.291(5)°, β = 71.568(5)°, γ = 78.421(5)°, V = 1768.9(12) Å3, Z = 1; for compound 2: C130H104Co7N26O83W24, orthorhombic, space group, C2/c, a = 46.839(9) Å, b = 14.347(3) Å, c = 26.147(5) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 17,570(6) Å3, Z = 4. Compound 1 exhibits a pseudo-1D chainlike structure, in which potassium ions act as linkages of Keggin unit doubly grafted by [Co(phen)2(H2O)] complex. Compound 2 represents a [Co(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]2+ mono-grafted Keggin tungstocobaltate derivative with 1.5[Co(2,2′-bipy)3]2+ countercations. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of 1-CPE is similar to the parent 3-CPE, but the cyclic voltammetric behavior of CoII shows a little difference. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement of compound 1 demonstrates the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

A new polyoxomolybdophosphate 1, formulated as [Cu(phen)2][Cu(phen)H2O]2[Mo5P2O23]·3.5H2O (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 12.2429(5) Å, b = 14.3543(5) Å, c = 20.0814(8) Å, α = 80.023 (1)°, β = 74.283 (1)°, γ = 66.452(1)°, V = 3105.8(2) Å3, R1 = 0.0375, wR2 = 0.0885, Z = 2 and GOF = 1.009. Compound 1 is constructed from diphosphopentamolybdate clusters coordinated to Cu(II)-phen units, and free water molecules, which are connected to a three-dimensional framework via π–π stacking interactions from the phen ligands. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, TG-DTA, XPS, EPR and fluorescent spectra for this compound were determined. The electrochemical properties of compound 1 are studied using cyclic voltammogram, the results indicated that the compound 1 shows good electrocatalytic activity to NO2?.  相似文献

Four new magnesium containing metal–organic hybrid compounds have been synthesized in an effort to prepare low-density materials for hydrogen storage. The compounds were prepared hydrothermally and characterized using single crystal X-ray diffraction. Three of these compounds are analogs of known transition metal structures with squarate (I, Pn-3n, a = 16.276(5) Å), diglycolate (II, P212121, a = 6.860(1) Å, b = 9.993(1) Å, c = 10.884(1) Å, R1 = 0.0341), and glutarate (III, R-3, a = 10.744(2) Å, c = 28.677(5) Å, R1 = 0.0554) ligands; the fourth is a novel structure using cyclobutanetetracarboxylate (IV, Pccn, a = 9.382(1) Å, b = 14.410(2) Å, c = 8.725(1) Å, R1 = 0.0465) which contains potassium as well as magnesium cations.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 2-quinolinephosphonic acid (1) and CuSO4 or CdSO4 result in two new compounds with formula Cu(2-C9H6NPO3) (2) and Cd(2-C9H6NPO3)(H2O) (3). Compound 2 has a layer structure in which dimers of edge-sharing {CuO4N} square-pyramids are linked by {CPO3} tetrahedra through corner sharing. Compound 3 shows a new type of layer structure where chains of corner sharing {CdO5N} octahedra are connected by {CPO3} tetrahedra into an inorganic layer. The quinoline groups fill in the inter-layer spaces in both cases. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 10.270(2) Å, b = 13.566(3) Å, c = 6.9818(16) Å, β = 101.916(4)°, V = 951.8(4) Å3, Z = 4. For 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 13.976(3) Å, b = 7.9398(18) Å, c = 7.8687(18) Å, β = 101.150(5)°, V = 856.7(3) Å3, Z = 4. For 3: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 17.164(4) Å, b = 5.4870(12) Å, c = 10.850(2) Å, β = 101.557(4)°, V = 1001.1(4) Å3, Z = 4. The magnetic measurement on 2 reveals a dominant antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between the Cu(II) centers. A quasi-reversible electrochemical reaction is observed for complex 2 immobilized on the surface of GC electrode, corresponding to the redox couple Cu2+/Cu+. An efficient and an operationally simple Palladium-catalyzed domino reaction for the synthesis of N-aryl quinolinone-3-carboxylate derivatives has been developed via the reaction between diethyl 2-(2-bromobenzylidine) malonate and anilines. These newly synthesized compounds exhibited good to moderate anti-proliferative activity with GI50 values ranging from 0.41 µM to 45.77 µM. Among them, compounds 6j, 6k and 6m demonstrated potential activity particularly against MCF-7 (breast) and KB (oral) cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Two inorganic polymers constructed from transition metal-substituted heteropolymolybdates, [(CH3)3NH]5n[PMo11MO39]n·xH2O (M = Mn2+, x = n (1); M = Co2+, x = 2n (2)), have been synthesized in aqueous solutions and characterized by IR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 17.1322(7) Å, b = 17.6062(7) Å, c = 17.6459(7) Å, β = 103.2220(10)°, V = 5181.5(4) Å3 and Z = 4; 2, triclinic, P-1, a = 12.1986(7) Å, b = 13.0973(7) Å, c = 16.7736(9) Å, α = 97.1810(10)°, β = 98.5040(11)°, γ = 96.3920(10)°, V = 2606.5(2) Å3 and Z = 2. The cyclic voltammograms of 1 and 2 show irreversible redox peaks in DMF solution and there are three reversible couples after addition of 0.1 M H2SO4 aqueous solutions. The cyclic voltammograms of 1/2-modified carbon paste electrode (1-CPE/2-CPE) show two consecutive reversible two-electron redox processes. Especially, 2-CPE shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite and hydrogen peroxide. The magnetic properties of the two complexes have also been investigated.  相似文献
