Catalytic asymmetric Michael reactions of a malonate to acyclic α,β-unsaturated N-acylpyrroles as ester equivalent acceptors are described. A La(O-iPr)3/(S,S)-linked-BINOL complex, which is suitable for Michael addition to cyclic enones, is not suitable for acyclic α,β-unsaturated N-acylpyrroles. A new (S,S)-Ph-linked-BINOL chiral ligand was developed to improve enantioselectivity, and a La(O-iPr)3/(S,S)-Ph-linked-BINOL complex with the addition of HFIP afforded Michael adducts in good yield and enantioselectivity (up to 96% ee).  相似文献

Ultra-violet, ORD and CD spectra of (?)poly[thio1-(N-N-diethylaminomethyl) ethylene] (Ia) prepared by stereoelective polymerization of racemic N-N-diethyl-N-(thiirane-2-ylmethyl) amine using ZnEt2-(—) 3-3-dimethyl-1,2 butanediol as initiator system, of (+)poly[thio1-(N-N-diethyl aminomethyl) ethylene] obtained from a partially resolved enantiomer using ZnEt2-CH3OH as initiator system, of poly[thio1-(N-methyl-N-sec-butyl aminomethyl) ethylene] and of poly[thio1-(N-methyl-N-(1-phenylethyl) aminomethyl) ethylene] in organic solvents (tertiary amine form) and in water (hydrochloride form) are described. Observed Cotton effects are associated with electronic transitions of chromophores by comparison with model molecules: N-methyl2-aminobutane, ethyl-thio-2-methylbutane and polypropylene sulfide. For polyamine (Ia), their contributions to optical rotatory powers in the visible are evaluated after decomposition of corresponding CD curves in Gaussian partial Cotton effects. The effects of other optically active electronic transitions located below 180 nm are deduced by difference. Influence of positions of chromophores with regard to chiral centers and of the protonation of nitrogen atoms on observed Cotton effects are discussed.  相似文献

Two chiral aromatic l-prolinamides were synthesized in high overall yield (95%) from N-Boc-l-proline and served as organocatalysts in asymmetric Michael reactions of aldehydes to nitroalkenes. Under the optimized reaction conditions, (S)-N-tritylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide 4 was found to be a highly efficient organocatalyst for the Michael addition, and the corresponding Michael adducts were obtained in good yields (up to 94%), with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee) and diastereoselectivities (up to 99:1 dr).  相似文献

A series of homochiral [5]ferrocenophane based N/P, N/S, N/Se, Se/P and P/P ligands was prepared from (R)-N,N-dimethylamino[5]ferrocenophane. These ligands were tested in the Rh-catalyzed hydrogenation of dimethyl itaconate and in Cu-catalyzed Michael addition of Et2Zn to cyclohex-2-enone. The best results in terms of conversion and enantioselectivity in the Rh-catalyzed hydrogenation provided bis(diphenylphosphine) ligand 2h (100% conversion and 95% ee) and aminophosphine 2a in the Cu-catalyzed conjugate addition (100% conversion 84% ee). The enantioselectivity of the Rh-catalyzed hydrogenation of methyl 2-acetamidoacrylate was lower (41% ee).  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of C2-symmetric bis-homoallylic aromatic and heteroaromatic diamines in 54-89% yields, in 73-94% de and ?98% ee has been achieved via the allylboration of the corresponding N,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)dialdimines and N,N′-bis(diisobutylalumino)dialdimines with B-allyldiisopinocampheylborane in the presence of methanol, followed by alkaline hydrogen peroxide workup. One-pot synthesis of stable N,N′-bis(benzaldimine-triethylborane) complexes and subsequent allylboration to afford benzene diamines is also described.  相似文献

Silicon-containing polyamides and polyesters of a new type have been synthesized. They contain phenoxasilin rings with double-stranded structure. The polymers were synthesized by the interfacial polycondensation of 2,8-dichloroformyl-10,10-diphenylphenoxasilin with diamines and bisphenols, and were obtained in nearly quantitative yields. Their reduced viscosities were in the range of 0.53–1.47 dl g?1 m dimethylformamide (DMF), m-cresol or chloroform. Some of the polyamides were soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as DMF and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and the polyesters had good solubility in chloroform, phenol-sym tetrachloroethane (60:40 by wt %) and acidic solvents (m-cresol and nitrobenzene). The polymers hardly dissolved in cone. H2SO4 and some of them coloured in it. Only the polyester having sulphide bonds was soluble in benzene in addition to the above organic solvents. These polymers hardly degraded below 400° except for the polyamides derived from aliphatic diamines. The polymers from aliphatic diamines melted at 290–325°; the other polyamides and the polyesters decomposed without melting.  相似文献

The intramolecular tandem Michael/Mannich-type (Michael addition/halo-Mannich-type) reaction using TiCl4/n-Bu4NI system between the α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds possessing an Evans oxazolidinone as a chiral auxiliary and N-acyliminium ion intermediates is described. First synthesis of C2-symmetric chiral O,N,N,O-tetradentate 2,2-bipyridyldiolpropane ligands is described. The Mukaiyama–Michael reaction was applied as an important reaction for the synthesis of 2,2-bipyridylpropane 9. Among the ligands synthesized, ligand 11 exhibits excellent chiral induction (up to 97% ee) in diethylzinc addition to various aldehydes. The use of additional Lewis acid such as Ti(OiPr)4 in diethylzinc addition reaction is not required for the present catalytic system.  相似文献

Addition reactions of thioamide dianions that were derived from N‐arylmethyl thioamides to imines and aziridines were carried out. The reactions of imines gave the addition products of N‐thioacyl‐1,2‐diamines in a highly diastereoselective manner in good‐to‐excellent yields. The diastereomeric purity of these N‐thioacyl‐1,2‐diamines could be enriched by simple recrystallization. The reduction of N‐thioacyl‐1,2‐diamines with LiAlH4 gave their corresponding 1,2‐diamines in moderate‐to‐good yields with retention of their stereochemistry. The oxidative‐desulfurization/cyclization of an N‐thioacyl‐1,2‐diamine in CuCl2/O2 and I2/pyridine systems gave the cyclized product in moderate yield and the trans isomer was obtained as the sole product. On the other hand, a similar cyclization reaction with antiformin (aq. NaClO) as an oxidant gave the cis isomer as the major product. The reactions of N‐tosylaziridines gave the addition products of N‐thioacyl‐1,3‐diamines with low diastereoselectivity but high regioselectivity and in good‐to‐excellent yields. The use of AlMe3 as an additive improved the efficiency and regioselectivity of the reaction. The stereochemistry of the obtained products was determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Chiral primary amine thiourea catalysts were first successfully applied to promote Michael addition of isobutyraldehyde to maleimides. A variety of N-aryl and N-aliphatic maleimides provided Michael adducts in excellent yields (up to 98%) and enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee) with 5 mol % catalyst.  相似文献

Highly enantioselective Michael reaction of acetone with a variety of nitroolefins catalyzed by N-[(1R,2R)-2-aminocyclohexyl]-N′-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-thiourea (1b) together with acetic acid is described. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was found to be an inexpensive, non-toxic, and effective medium for the Michael additions of 3,4-dihydropyrimidines to α,β-ethylenic compounds to provide N3-functionalized dihydropyrimidines in the presence of K2CO3 as the catalyst. Under similar reaction conditions, 2-amino-5-aryloxymethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles reacted with methyl acrylate to give unexpected products 5H,6H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-7-ones through tandem Michael addition and intramolecular cyclization.  相似文献

A catalytic, enantioselective Michael addition of β-keto esters to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds was achieved by using a chiral biquinoline N,N′-dioxide-scandium trifluoromethanesulfonate complex as a catalyst. A Lewis acid-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts/Michael cascade reaction between N-dialkyl-3-vinylanilines and N-tosylaziridines has been developed for the stereoselective synthesis of tetrahydroisoquinolines (THIQs). The reaction using Gd(OTf)3 as the Lewis acid catalyst was tolerant to the various N-dialkyl-3-vinylaniline and N-tosylaziridine substrates and provided access to 28 new, highly functionalized THIQs in typically high yields with moderate- to- excellent diastereoselectivities.  相似文献

Hetero Michael addition on chiral β′-amino-α,β-unsaturated ketone furnished, after some structural modifications, β,β′-diaminoketals. Mannich type reaction of these diamines with an aldehyde led, with a high diastereoselectivity, to trisubstituted piperidines. Starting from a functionalized aldehyde and after subsequent deprotection of the amino group, an intramolecular Michael addition provided octahydro-2H-pyrrolo-[3,4-b]-pyridine, an uncommon framework found in compounds exhibiting biological activity.  相似文献

Base- and acid-catalyzed nucleophilic addition of 11H-isoindolo[2,1-a]quinazoline-5-one to aromatic aldehydes and maleimides was investigated. The aldol adducts and condensation products were obtained stereoselectively. Main diastereomers of the Michael adducts were isolated in 74-89% yield, and converted by N-methylation to new stable α-substituted isoindole derivatives, for which 6-methylisoindolo[2,1-a]]quinazoline-5-one stands as the unsubstituted reference. The stability of the latter was monitored in moist aerated CDCl3 solution, and one of the oxidative hydrolysis product was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis as the corresponding N-arylphthalimide. The reactivity of the unsubstituted 6-methylisoindolo[2,1-a]]quinazoline-5-one was also investigated with acetylenic Michael acceptors. Fully conjugated isoindole derivatives possessing an original pull-push-pull structure were obtained. The conformations and molecular orbitals of the dibenzoylacetylene adduct were studied at the DFT level of theory. Its static quadratic hyperpolarizabilty β0 was also calculated at the ZINDO level.  相似文献

A copper(I) complex-catalyzed N,N’-diarylation of diamines based on 1,3-disubstituted adamantane, using aryl iodides bearing electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents, was studied. In the case of 2,2’-(adamantane-1,3-diyl)ethanediamine, the optimal catalyst system is CuI—2-(isobutyryl)cyclohexanone—Cs2CO3—DMF. The highest yield of diarylation product was reached in the case of 4-methoxyiodobenzene (79%). In the case of more spatially hindered adamantane-1,3-diyldimethanamine, 1,1’-binaphthalene-2,2’-diol (BINOL) should be used, with the highest yield of the target product (84%) being reached in the reaction with iodobenzene.  相似文献

The enantioselective double Michael reaction of N‐Boc‐3‐nonsubstitued oxindoles with dienones catalyzed by chiral monoimide protected cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamines was developed. A wide range of optically active spirocyclic oxindoles were obtained up to 98% yield and up to 89% ee.  相似文献
