Four new ternary complexes of CuII with l-methionine and the nucleotides 5AMP (adenosine 5-phosphate), 5GMP (guanosine 5-phosphate) and 5IMP (inosine 5-phosphate), and with l-tryptophan and 5AMP, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and i.r. spectroscopy. One ternary complex of NII with l-cysteine and 5IMP was also prepared and characterized. The study of the three ternary compounds of CuII, of general formulae Cu-5NMP-l-methionine, indicates coordination of the phosphate group and of N(7) of the purinic ring. l-Methionine is bound by the carboxylic and amino groups. The ternary complex obtained from a mixture of Cu-5AMP and l-tryptophan is a dimer in which the nucleotide bridges the two copper atoms. In the complex of Ni-5IMP and l-cysteine, the nucleotide seems to bind the metal through the N(7) of the heterocyclic ring, and the l-cysteine is coordinated as a bidentate chelate by the carboxyl and thiol groups. E.s.r. spectra of the copper complexes are in good agreement with the low symmetry structure proposed. The one-electron reduction potentials Ec(Fc+/Fc) (V) of CuII to CuI were established for the four copper complexes from cyclic voltammetry studies. The one-electron oxidation potential Ea(Fc+/Fc+) (V) of NiII to NiIII was also measured for the nickel complex.  相似文献

Summary Binuclear metal complexes of the type [M(HMTE)-(H2O)2]2, where HMTE=1-(-hydroxynaphthyl)-2-(3-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazolc)2-aza-ethane and M-CuII, CoII, NiII and MnII have been prepared and characterized. An octahedral geometry around the metals is proposed. The complexes have been screened as possible fungicides.  相似文献

Summary MnII, NiII and CuII complexes of (1,3-bis-aminomethyl)-cyclohexane-N,N,N,N-tetrakisbenzimidazole (CDTB) have been prepared and characterized by spectral techniques. The complexes are monomeric and pseudo-octa-hedral, as evidenced by their e.p.r. spectra and analytical data. Parameters 2, 2, 2 and for CuII complexes, and the crystal field splitting parameter (10 Dq) together with the Nephelauxetic ratio (), for NiII complexes, are reported.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand NiIII complexes with -nitroso--naphthol, -nitroso--naphthol,o-ethylxanthate, andN,N-diethyldithiocarbamate as ligands have been studied by ESR in liquid and frozen solutions. The degrees of symmetry distortion for the first coordination sphere of these complexes have been determined. It is shown that the transition from planar square NiIIL2 complexes to more stable octahedral NiIIIL2L and NiIIILL2 complexes occursvia the radical addition mechanism. A method for trapping short-lived radicals is suggested on the basis of the complex formation scheme.Translted fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. [M(hfacac)2(bpym)] complexes, where M = CoII, NiII or ZnII, hfacac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate and bpym = 2,2bipyrimidine; and [Cl2M(bpym)M(hfacac)2] complexes, where M = CoII, NiII MnII or ZnII M = NiII; M = NiII or ZnII and M = ZnII; M = NiII and M = CoII have been prepared and characterized by chemical analysis, conductance measurements, IR and electronic spectroscopies and magnetic susceptibility measurements (4.2–292K range). The dinuclear NiII–NiII, CoII–NiII and MnII–NiII complexes are antiferromagnetic, with an intramolecular exchange parameter, J, of –2.3–8.9cm–1. CoII and MnII are in a high spin state. The low temperature effect observed in monomers and in NiII–ZnII dimers is considered a consequence of either an intermolecular antiferromagnetic interaction or the zero-field splitting in NiII.  相似文献

Summary Novel N2S2 macrocyclic ligands, L and L [SS-diethyl(1,3-diaminopropane) dithiocarbamate], [SS-cyclohexyl spiro-(1,3-diaminopropane) dithiocarbamate] and their complexes with MnII, FeII, CoII, NiII and CuII have been characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, i.r., u.v.-vis. and n.m.r. spectra. The divalent transition metal complexes appear to be square planar and achieve octahedral geometry when treated with bis(trimethylsilyl)-amine to yield new heterobimetallic complexes.  相似文献

The new complexes [RuIIIbpyL2](PF6) and [RuIIIbpyLCl2] [bpy = 2,2-bipyridine; HL = acetylacetone, trifluoroacetylacetone, benzoylacetone (Hbac), tropolone or maltol; HL = Hbac or dibenzoylmethane) have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopy. Their redox behaviour was studied by cyclic voltammetry. They effectively catalyze the oxidation of alcohols, alkanes and primary aromatic amines.  相似文献

Summary A novel tetraoxime containing a substituted twofold macrocycle, 6,6-spirobi[1,12-di(hydroxyimino)-2,39,10-dibenzo-1, 11-diaza-4,8-dithiacyclotridecane] (5), has been synthesized from 6,6-bis(5-amino-3,4-benzo-2-thiapentyl)-1, 11-diamino-2, 39, 10-dibenzo-4,8-dithiaundecane (3), which was itself prepared from the potassium salt of 2-aminothiophenol (2), pentaerythrityltetrabromide (1) and cyanogendi-N-oxide (4). A polymeric CoIII complex of (5) containing a 11 metalligand ratio has been isolated. The template synthesis of a new CoIII complex containing bridging BF2 groups was achieved using the hydrogen-bridged CoIII complex. The hetero-polynuclear complex of (5) was prepared by reacting the BF inf2 sup– -capped polymeric CoIII complex with bis(benzonitrile)PdIIchloride. The structure of the ligand and its complexes are in accord to elemental analyses, 1H- and 13C-n.m.r., i.r. and mass spectral data.  相似文献

Summary Complexes of general formula MLmCl2 · nH2O, where M=cobalt(II) or nickel(II); L=2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)-benzimidazole (mpbi), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzothiazole (mpbt), 2-(4-methyl, 2-pyridyl)benzoxazole (mpbo), 2-(4-methyl, 2-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo), or 2-(4-methyl, 8-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mqbo); m=1,2; n=0–3, were prepared and characterized by t.g.a., conductance and magnetic measurements, i.r. and diffuse-reflectance electronic spectra.All the ligands behave as bidentate and coordinate through the pyridine- and isoxazole-nitrogen atoms.The nickel complexes have distorted octahedral or fivecoordinate structures. The cobalt complexes arepseudo-tet- rahedral except Co(mpbo)2Cl2·2H2O where the metal is six-coordinate.  相似文献

4,4-Bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane has been prepared from ClCH2COCl and Ph2CH2. 4,4-Methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride has also been obtained. Four new substituted 4,4-bis(alkylaminoisonitrosoacetyl)diphenylmethanes (ligands) have been prepared from 4,4-methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride) and the corresponding amines. The NiII, CuII and CoII complexes of these ligands were prepared and their structures were identified using AAS, i.r., 1H-n.m.r. spectral data, elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements.  相似文献

The macrocycle L, prepared by template condensation of bis-6,6-(-methylhydrazino)-4-phenyl-2,2:6,2-terpyridine with glyoxal, forms a stable crystalline complex of FeII, [Fe(L)(H2O)2][PF6]2, which has been used as a starting material for electrochemical studies on a series of seven coordinate FeII complexes [Fe(L)X2]2+ (X=pyridine, 4-cyanopyridine, 4-aminopyridine, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, thiophene, imidazole, 2-methylimidazole or 1,2-dimethylimidazole). Cyclic voltammetry of the aquo complex in MeCN shows three reversible one electron redox waves in the range –0.35–1.70V versus Ag/AgBF4 reference electrode.  相似文献

Summary Mixed ligand metal complexes of CoII, NiII and CuII with dicarboxylic aliphatic acids, H2L (succinic, malic and tartaric) as primary ligands and with imidazoles, L (imidazole and 2-methylimidazole) as secondary ligands were prepared and characterized. MLL2 and ML4 molecular formulae were suggested for these complexes were Formation constants of the different complexes were determined pH-metrically at T = 25 ± 0.1°C and = 0.1 mol dm–3 (NaClO4). The stability of the mixed ligand complexes increased as the effective basicity of the dicarboxylic aliphatic acid anion increased, namely, tartarate < malate < succinate acid.  相似文献

The new vicinal dioxime N,N-bis(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)diaminoglyoxime (H2L) has been prepared by reacting 2-aminomethylbenzimidazole with cyanogen-di-N-oxide. Reaction of H2L with CuII and CoIII salts and appropriate reagents gave mono- and trinuclear complexes, [Cu(HL)2], [Cu3(L)2(phen)2], [Co(HL)2LCl] (L=2,6-lutidine), [Co(LBF2)2LCl] and [Cu2(ClO4)2Co(LBF2)2LCl](ClO4)2, which were characterized by i.r., 1H- and13 C-n.m.r., m.s. and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Summary Mixed-ligand complex formation of copper(I) with 2,2,2-terpyridine (terpy) and various biologically significant sulfurcontaining amino acids, L [L = cysteine, penicillamine,N-acetylcysteine andN-acetylpenicillamine] was investigated. WithN-acetylcysteine andN-acetylpenicillamine, copper(I) complexes [Cu(terpy)L]HCl have been isolated and characterised. The amino acid in each case bonds to the copper(I) through the sulfur atom only. These complexes are readily oxidised to the corresponding copper(II) complexes which contain a CuII-S(mercaptide) bond as demonstrated by the (S)CuII LMCT at 420 nm. The e.p.r. and electronic spectroscopic results are consistent with a distorted octahedral structure. Reactions of copper(I) with terpy and cysteine/ penicillamine in weakly acidic medium produce complexes containing two different copper(II) centres. From a strongly acidic medium, a binary copper(I) terpyridine complex is obtained instead and is shown from i.r. spectral absorptions to contain a protonated pyridyl ring.  相似文献

Chlorination of the title compound gave 5- and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone. The nitration of its acetate, followed successively by reduction, diazotization, and reaction with cuprous chloride, gave the 3-substituted series, 2-acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenone, 3-amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone, and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-methoxyacetophenone, respectively. The orientation of substituents in the products was proved. The amino and chloro members of the isomeric 5-substituted series were availablevia 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylazoacetophenone, the product of the reaction of the title compound with benzenediazonium chloride.

Zusammenfassung Chlorierung der Titelverbindung gab 5- und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Nitrierung des Acetats, gefolgt von Reduktion, Diazotierung und Reaktion mit CuCl ergab die 3-substituierte Reihe: 2-Acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenon, 3-Amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Orientierung der Substituenten wird diskutiert. Die Amino- und Chlorderivate der isomeren 5-substituierten Reihe sind über 2-Hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylacetophenon zugängig, dem Produkt der Reaktion der Titelverbindung mit Phenyldiazoniumchlorid.

Summary The preparation of eight new complexes of CrIII and VOIV with urea derivatives is reported here. The ligands used were 2-imidazolidinone (ethyleneurea, EU),N,N'-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone (N,N -dimethylethyleneurea, DMEU), 2-imidazolidinethione (ethylenethiourea, ETU), andN, N, N, N -tetramethyl-2-imidazolidone (tetramethylurea, TMU). The previously reported complex VOCl2(TMU)2 was also prepared. All nine complexes were investigated with regard to conductimetry as well as visible and i.r. spectroscopy. All carbonyl-containing complexes exhibit a metal-oxygen bond, whereas in ETU complexes a metal-nitrogen bond seems to be favoured.  相似文献

A new dinuclear ligand L, ethylene[OO-bis-salicylidene--diketone] bearing two symmetrical coordination sites was synthesized by the condensation of salicylaldehyde and acetylacetone, L, with 1,2-dibromoethane under reflux. The ligand L in a 1:1 ratio was treated with CuCl2 and NiCl2 to yield the complexes, tetrachloro bis[OO-bis- salicylidene--diketone copper(II)] and bis[OO-bis-salicylidene--diketone nickel(II)] chloride. The complexes were subsequently characterized by spectroscopic techniques, elemental analysis, i.r., 1H-n.m.r., 13C-n.m.r., u.v.–vis., e.p.r. spectroscopy, and conductance measurements. The conductance measurements in DMF reveal that the CuII complex is covalent while the NiII complex is ionic and the spectral data support the CuII complex to be distorted octahedral whereas the NiII complex has square-planar geometry. The dioxygen binding was studied spectrophotometrically by the oxidation of tetrachloro bis[OO-bis-salicylidene--diketone copper(II)] with pyrocatechol in the presence of oxygen. The kinetic experiments were performed with the copper complex in DMF by monitoring the increase in absorbance over time at pH 8.0 in the presence of pyrocatechol at 25 °C. The kinetic parameters Vmax and KM were determined on the Michaelis–Menten Approach. Redox behavior of the dinuclear copper(II) complex was investigated by cyclic voltammetry in the presence of O2 with the pyrocatechol (substrate) and also without the substrate. The large difference in potentials E0 is indicative of reversible oxygen binding of the complex and distinct catalytic activity.  相似文献

-Diimines, RN:C(R)C(R):NR(LL) derived from glyoxal, GLL (R=H) abbreviated as GAA (R= R=4-dimethylaminophenyl) or GHA (R= R=4-hydroxyphenyl), and derived from biacetyl, BLL (R=Me) abbreviated as BDH (R=R= NH2), BOH (R=NH2, R=OH) react with carbonylrhodium(I) compounds to give different products depending on the imino substituents in the ligand and/or the solvent employed. The reaction of -diimines bearing amino groups, such as GAA or BDH with [RhCl(CO)2]2 in acetone yields binuclear [RhCl(CO)2]2(-LL) while in CH2Cl2 ionic [Rh- (CO)2(LL)]+[RhCl2(CO)2] species are obtained. In acetone [RhCl(CO)2]2(-GAA) exists as an equilibrium mixture between two different neutral binuclear species; [Rh(CO)2(BDH)]+ exists as a mixture of two species containing chelate or monodentate bonded diimine respectively. GAA or BDH react in situ with [RhCl(CO)(C2H4)]2 in benzene to yield tetracoordinated monocarbonylated [RhCl(CO)(LL)] compounds. -Diimines (LL) bearing hydroxy groups, such as GHA or BOH react with [RhCl(CO)2]2 or [RhCl(CO)(C2H4)]2 to give pentacoordinated dicarbonylated [RhCl(CO)2(LL)] compounds.  相似文献
