Interaction of the tetrahedral chalcocyanide cluster anionic complexes of Re, K4[Re4Q4(CN)12] (Q=S, Se, Te), with Ni2+ cationic complexes with polydentate amines, such as ethylenediamine (En), diethylenetriamine (Dien), or triethylenetetraamine (Trien) was used to synthesize six novel complexes: [Ni(NH3)4(En)][{Ni(NH3)(En)2}Re4Te4(CN)12] · 2H2O, [{Ni(En)2}2Re4Se4(CN)12] · 3.5H2O, [Ni(NH3)3(Dien)]2[Re4Se4(CN)12] · 5.5H2O, [{Ni(NH3)2(Dien)}2Re4Te4(CN)12] · 2.5H2O. [Ni(NH3)2(Trien)][{Ni(NH3)(Trien)}Re4Se4(CN)12] · 2.5H2O, [{Ni(Trien)}2Re4S4(CN)12] · 3H2O. The complexes were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Three new coordination compounds [{Zn(H2O)2} {Zn(H2O)4} Re4Te4(CN)12] (1), [Zn(en)2(NH3)2][{Zn(en)(NH3)2} Re4Te4(CN)12]·H2O (2), and [{Zn2(dien)3} Re4Te4(CN)12]· ·6H2O (3) (dien is diethylenetriamine) were prepared by reactions of aqueous solutions of the tetrahedral cluster rhenium tellurocyanide complex K4[Re4Te4(CN)12]· 5H2O with zinc dichloride in the presence of ammonia, ethylenediamine, and diethylenetriamine, respectively. Complex 1 has a three-dimensional structure with two types of the Zn atoms; complex 2 is ionic with the polymeric chain anion; complex 3 has a molecular structure. The structures of complexes 1–3 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The novel coordination polymers, [{Mn(DMF)3}2{Re6S8(CN)6}] (I), [{Mn(DMF)2(H2O)}2{Re6S8(CN)6}] · 2DMF (II), [{Mn(DMF)3}2{Re6Se8(CN)6}] (III), [{Mn(DMF)2(H2O)}2{Re6Se8(CN)6}] · 2DMF (IV), and [{Mn(DMF)2(H2O)}2{Re6Te8(CN)6}] · 2DMF (V), were synthesized by interaction of the octahedral cluster complexes [Re63-Q)8(CN)6]4? (Q = S, Se, Te) with the Mn2+ cations in the H2O-DMF mixture. The crystal structures of compounds I, II, IV, and V were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The structural analogies between mononuclear cyanometallates and the obtained cluster coordination polymers were discussed.  相似文献

The compounds [Ni(H2O)2(En)2][{Ni(En)2}Re6S8(OH)6] · 7H2O (I), [{Cu(En)2}Re6S8(H2O)2(OH)4] · 4H2O (II), and [Ni(H2O)2(En)2]0.5[Re6Se8(H2O)3(OH)3] · 10H2O (III) were synthesized by layering aqueous solutions of Ni(En)2Cl2 or Cu(En)2Cl2 (En is ethylenediamine) onto aqueous solutions of the potassium salts of the corresponding octahedral chalcohydroxo rhenium cluster complexes [Re6Q8(OH)6]4− (Q = S, Se). The structure of the obtained compounds was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A cluster complex of the composition [Zn2(NH3)6(μ-OH)][Zn(NH3)4]0.5[Re4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O is obtained by the interaction of an aqueous solution of K4[Re4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O with an aqueous ammonia solution of ZnCl2. The compound crystallizes in the C2/m (12) monoclinic space group with unit cell parameters a = 23.233(2) ?, b = 14.5906(16) ?, c = 14.3825(15) ?, β = 125.169(1)°, V = 3985.5(7) ?3, Z = 4, d x = 3.290 g/cm3. The structure is built from cluster [Re4Te4(CN)12]4− anions and complex [Zn2(NH3)6(μ-OH)]3+ and [Zn(NH3)4]2+ cations; the latter is disordered over two positions.  相似文献

Three new octahedral rhenium chalcocyanide cluster compounds [CuNH3(trien)]2[Re6S8(CN)6] · 7H2O (1), [CuNH3(trien)]2[Re6Se8(CN)6] (2) and [CuNH3(trien)]2[Re6Te8(CN)6] · H2O (3) exhibiting ionic structures have been obtained by the diffusion of an ammonia solution of KCs3[Re6S8(CN)6] (for 1), K4[Re6Se8(CN)6] · 3.5H2O (for 2) or Cs4[Re6Te8(CN)6] · 2H2O (for 3) into a glycerol solution of CuCl2 · 2H2O in the presence of trien (trien=triethylenetetramine). The compounds have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All three compounds contain a cationic complex [CuNH3(trien)]2+ which was not described previously.  相似文献

Characterization of Distortional Isomers of the Anions Pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) and of Tetracyano-aqua-oxo-molybdate(IV) in the Solid State. Crystal Structures of [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O (green), [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue), and [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2) (CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) Preparation of a series of salts containing the new pentacyano-oxo-molybdate(IV) anion is described: Cs2H[MoO(CN)5] (blue), [(CH3)4N]2H[MoO(CN)5] · 2 H2O (blue) and [Cr(en)3] [MoO(CN)5] · 4 H2O (green). The green [(C6H5)4P]3[MoO(CN)5] · 7 H2O crystallizes triclinic in the space group P1 . The molybdenum(IV) center is in an pseudo-octahedral environment of a terminal oxo-group (d(Mo?O); 1.705(4) Å), a CN? group in the trans-position (d(Mo? C): 2.373(6) Å), and four equatorial CN? groups (averaged d(Mo? C): 2.178 (Å). The blue and green salts exhibit v(Mo?O) stretching frequencies at 948 cm?1 and 920 cm?1, respectively. Blue and green salts containing the [MoO(OH2)(CN)4]2? anion and [(C6H5)4P]+ or [(C6H5)4As]+ cations have been prepared and characterized by single crystal crystallography. [(C6H5)4P]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (green) and [(C6H5)4As]2[MoO(OH2)(CN)4] · 4 H2O (blue) crystallize monoclinic in the space group C—P21/n. They are considered to be distortional isomers of the complex anion: the green species has a Mo?O bond distance of 1.72(2) Å whereas for the blue species d(Mo?O) = 1.60(2) Å is found; the corresponding v(Mo?O) frequencies are at 920 cm?1 and 980 cm?1.  相似文献

The reactions of the rhenium chalcocyanide cluster salts K4[Re4Q4(CN)12]·6H2O (Q = S or Se) with Cu2+ cations coordinated by the bidentate ligand 2,2′-bipyridyl (bipy) produced two new cluster compounds, [Cu(NH3)(bipy)2]2[Re4S4(CN)12]·bipy·3.25H2O (1) and [{Cu(bipy)2}2Re4Se4(CN)12]·bipy·8.5H2O (2). The structures of these complexes were solved by X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is ionic. Compound 2 is molecular. In the structures of both compounds, there are staking interactions between the {Cu(bipy)2}2+ cationic moieties and the solvate 2,2′-bipyridyl molecules. Diffusion of aqueous solutions of K4[Re4Te4(CN)12] and CuCl2 in the opposite direction through silica gel gives rise to the new polymer-like compound 1 . This complex has a layered structure built from the interconnected cubane-like cluster cations [Cu4(μ3-OH)4]4+ and the cluster anions [Re4Te4(CN)12]4− (see picture).  相似文献

Dark-brown plate crystals of the [Mn7(H2O)26{Nb4OTe4(CN)12} 2](OH)2·11H2O compound (1) were prepared by the reaction of an aqueous ammonia solution of the K6[Nb4OTe4(CN)12]{K2CO3{KOH{8H2O complex with a glycerol solution of manganese(II) nitrate. The structure of complex 1 was established by X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 has a polymer structure containing four types of manganese atoms. The nitrogen atoms of eight cyano groups of the tetranuclear niobium cluster are coordinated to the manganese atoms to form a {2,3,8}-connected three-dimensional network. Crystals of the rhenium cluster complex (H3O)4[(C2H5)4N]6[Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]3[Re4Se4(CN)12]4 are obtained in an acidic (HCl) aqueous solution by the reaction of cluster salt K4[Re4Se4(CN)12]·6H2O with ThCl4 and (C2H5)4NCl. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the title compound is ionic and crystallizes in the cubic crystal system (a = 22.7322(3) ?, V = 11746.93(27) ?3, Z = 2, I4 3m space group, R = 0.0350). It contains [Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]2+ cations with two thorium atoms bonded to each other through the bridging oxygen atom forming an angle of 180° in the structure.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Zn(NH3)4]3[Mo4Te4(CN)12] (I) and [Cd(NH3)4]3[W4Te4(CN)12] (II) were obtained by applying solutions of K7[Mo4Te4(CN)12] · 11H2O and K6[W4Te4(CN)12] · 5H2O in aqueous ammonia over solutions of ZnCl2 and Cd(NO3)2 in glycerol and were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. NH4[Re3Cl10(OH2)2] · 2 H2O: Synthesis and Structure. An Example for “Strong” N? H …? O and O? H …? Cl Hydrogen Bonding The red NH4[Re3Cl10(OH2)2] · 2 H2O crystallizes from hydrochloric-acid solutions of ReCl3 with NH4Cl. It is tetragonal, P41212, No. 92, a = 1157.6, c = 1614.5 pm, Z = 4. The crystal structure contains “isolated” clusters [Re3Cl10(OH2)2]?. These contain Cl…?H? O? H…?Cl units with “very strong” hydrogen bonds: distances Cl? O are only 286 pm. NH4+ has seven Cl? as nearest neighbours and, additionally, one H2O which belongs to a cluster [d(N? O1) = 271 pm] and one crystal water [d(N? O2) = 286 pm].  相似文献

The low temperature of decomposition of some calcium carbonates and the bending of the TG curves of hydrated cement between 500 and 800°C suggested the presence of some complex compound(s), which needed complementary investigation (XRD, TG). Stepwise transformation of portlandite (and/or lime) into calcium carbonate, with intermediate steps of calcium carbonate hydroxide hydrates (CCH-1 to CCH-5), was indicated by the previous study of two OPC. This was checked here on four cements ground for t g=15, 20, 25 and 30 min and hydrated either in water vapour, successively at RH=1.0, 0.95 and 0.5 for 2 weeks each (WR1, WR2 and WR3, respectively) or as mortars in liquid water (1m), followed by WR as above. The d[001] spacing of portlandite was confirmed to vary: here between the lowest and the highest standard values. The diffractograms of n=32 different samples were analyzed for presence of standard CCH peaks, generally slightly displaced. These were: CCH-1 [Ca3(CO3)2(OH)2]: N=11 peaks, of three different d[hkl] spacings, CCH-2 [Ca6(CO2.65)2(OH657)7(H2O)2]: N=10 for two d[hkl], CCH-3 [Ca3(CO3)2(OH)2·1.5H2O]: N=14 for five d[hkl], CCH-4, ikaite [CaCO3(H2O)6]: N=13 for six d[hkl], CCH-5[CaCO3(H2O)]: N=15 for five d[hkl]. Zinc(II) complexes of 4-aminoantipyrine (AAP), [Zn(AAP)2X2] (X = Cl, I) and [Zn(AAP)(CN)2] · 2H2O were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H & 13C) spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [Zn(AAP)2Cl2] (1) was determined by X-ray crystallography. The structural analysis of 1 shows that the complex exists as a monomeric nonionic molecule with zinc atom bound to two AAP ligands and two chloride ions adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry. In [Zn(AAP)2(CN)2] · 2H2O, the appearance of a band at 2162 cm–1 in IR and resonances around 142 ppm in the 13C NMR spectra indicated the binding of cyanide to zinc(II).  相似文献

Three new cyano-bridged compounds, viz., [{Cu(en)}{Cu(NH3)(en)}Re4Se4(CN)12]·{5H2O (1), [{Cu(dien)}2Re4Te4(CN)12]·9H2O (2), and [{Cu(trien)}2Re4Se4(CN)12]··5H2O (3), were synthesized by the reactions of the tetrahedral rhenium chalcocyanide cluster complexes K4[Re4Q4(CN)12] ((Q = Se or Te) with copper(II) cations in aqueous solutions containing ethylenediamine (en), diethylenetriamine (dien), or triethylenetetraamine (trien), respectively. Complex 1 has a ladder-tubular-like polymeric structure, in which two infinite chains are linked to each other by Re-CN-Cu bridges, compound 2 has a polymeric chain structure, and compound 3 has a molecular structure. The reactions of the [Mo33-Q)(μ2-Q)3(H2O)3(C2O4)3]2− complex (Q = S or Se) with CuX salts (X = Cl, Br, I, or SCN) in water produce the cuboidal heterometallic clusters [Mo3(CuX)(μ3-Q)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]2−, which were isolated as the potassium and tetraphenylphosphonium salts. Two new compounds, K2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·6H2O and (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuBr)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·7H2O, were structurally characterized. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The K2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-Se)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3] compound was characterized by the 77Se NMR spectrum; the (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3], (PPh4)2[Mo3(CuI)(μ3-Se)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3] and K2[Mo3(CuSCN)(μ3-S)4(H2O)3(C2O4)3]·7H2O compounds, by electrospray mass spectra. Two new heteropolyoxovanadoborates (H2dap)2H6{(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}·13H2O (1, dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) and {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}2·15H2O (2, dien = diethylenetriamine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Both 1 and 2 contain {(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)} cluster (denoted on V12B18), which is constructed by a puckered B18O36(OH)6 ring sandwiched between two triangles of six alternating cis and trans edge-sharing vanadium atoms, and a central water molecule. 1 consists of discrete [V12B18]10− cluster anions with H2dap2+ as counterions, while 2 consists of discrete neutral {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4[V12B18]} clusters, which are built from two types of zinc(II) complex fragments connecting with V12B18 cluster through two Zn-(μ 3-O)-B bonds. Interestingly, 2 is the only example of the V12B18 cluster decorated by two types of zinc(II) complex fragments.  相似文献

Evaporation of aqueous ammonia solutions of K7[Mo4Te4(CN)12]·12H2O or K6[W4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O, copper(ii) chloride, and ethylenediamine afforded the isostructural heterometallic complexes [{Cu(en)2}2{Cu(en)2(NH3)}{M4Te4(CN)12}]·5H2O (M = Mo or W), which were characterized by IR and ESR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A novel bimetallic Cr3Yb3 coordination compound containing a 3d-4f heterometallic Cr2Yb3 cationic cluster has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. Results denote that the complex consists of an original [Cr 2 III Yb 3 III ]3+ moiety with a trigonal-bipyramidal topology of the [Cr2Yb3(μ-OOCCH3)6(μ-OH)6(H2O)6]3+ core, an isolated [CrIII(CN)6]3? anion, and four molecular neutral 4,4′-bipyridene (Bipy) ligands, namely, [Cr2Yb3(μ-OOCCH3)6(μ-OH)6(H2O)6][Cr(CN)6] · 4Bipy · 13H2O.  相似文献
