In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(NCS)2(C12H30N6O2)], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral coordination, with Cu—N distances of 2.004 (2) and 2.015 (2) Å, and a Cu—S distance of 2.9696 (10) Å. The 2,2′‐ethanol chains are axially oriented. The molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via O—H?N, N—H?O and N—H?S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (II), are reported. They are essentially isomorphous. Complex (I) displays distorted octahedral geometry, with the Co atom coordinated by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Co—N = 2.098 (3) and 2.104 (3) Å] in the basal plane, along with two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Co—N = 2.257 (2) Å] in the apical positions. In complex (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Cu—N = 2.003 (3) and 2.005 (3) Å] in the equatorial plane and two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Cu—N = 2.479 (3) Å] in the axial sites, to form a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal geometry. The metal atoms reside on twofold axes of rotation. Neighbouring metal atoms are connected via double dicyanamide bridges to form one‐dimensional infinite chains. Adjacent chains are then linked by π–π stacking interactions of the quinoxaline molecules, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In title anhydrous catena‐poly[[trans‐bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐dithionato‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(S2O6)(C2H8N2)2]n or [{H2N(CH2)2NH2}2Cu(O·O2SSO2·O)], successive Cu atoms are bridged by a single doubly charged dithionate group, forming a one‐dimensional polymer with inversion centres at the metal atoms and the mid‐point of the S—S bond [Cu—O = 2.5744 (15) Å]. In title (hydrated) trans‐diaquabis(propane‐1,3‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) dithionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å].  相似文献

In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyltetrazole molecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of [Cu(CF3SO3)(C2N3)(C8H7N5)2]·0.5C2H6O, the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry, with the basal plane formed by two N atoms of one dipyrimidinylamine ligand, one N atom of the second pyrimidine ligand and a nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.972 (2)–2.021 (2) Å]. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of the second ligand [Cu—N = 2.208 (2) Å], and an O atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion [Cu—O = 2.747 (2) Å] at a semi‐coordination distance. Pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds of the so‐called Watson–Crick type, augmented by two C—H⋯N contacts, link adjacent complexes into an infinite one‐dimensional chain running in the [101] direction.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Cu(C2N3)2(dien)] (dien is diethylenetriamine, C4H13N3), (I), and [Cu(C2N3)(trien)](C2N3) (trien is triethylenetetramine, C6H18N4), (II), have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both complexes display a distorted tetragonal–pyramidal geometry. In (I), the Cu atom is coordinated in the basal plane by three diethylenetriamine N atoms [Cu—N = 2.000 (2), 2.004 (2) and 2.025 (2) Å] and one terminal N atom [Cu—N = 1.974 (2) Å] from one monodentate dicyanamide group, and in the apical position by one terminal N atom [Cu—N = 2.280 (2) Å] from the other monodentate dicyanamide group. In (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four triethylenetetramine N atoms [Cu—N = 2.012 (2), 2.014 (2), 2.019 (2) and 2.031 (2) Å in the basal plane] and a terminal N atom [Cu—N = 2.130 (2) Å in the apical site] from one monodentate dicyanamide group. The other dicyanamide anion is not directly coordinated to the metal atom. In both (I) and (II), hydrogen‐bond interactions between the uncoordinated terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ions and the amine H atoms lead to the formation of three‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

In the title compound, [HgCl2(C15H26N2)], the chiral alkaloid (6R,7S,8S,14S)‐(−)‐l ‐sparteine acts as a bidentate ligand, with two Cl ligands occupying the remaining coordination sites, producing a distorted tetrahedron. The N—Hg—N plane is twisted by 81.1 (2)° from the Cl—Hg—Cl plane. The mid‐point of the N⋯N line does not lie exactly on the Cl—Hg—Cl plane but is tilted towards one of the N atoms by 0.346 Å. Similarly, the mid‐point of the Cl⋯Cl line is tilted toward one of the Cl atoms by 0.163 Å. The packing structure shows that the complex is stabilized by two interatomic Cl⋯H contacts involving both Cl atoms and the methylene or methine H atoms of the (−)‐sparteine ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu{N(CN)2}(C12H8N2)2]BF4, was prepared as part of our study of the shape of coordination polyhedra in five‐coordinated copper(II) complexes. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis reveals that the structure consists of [Cu{N(CN)2}(phen)2]+ cations (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) and BF4 anions. The Cu centre is five‐coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal manner by four N atoms of two phen ligands and one N atom of a dicyanamide anion, which is coordinated in the equatorial plane at a distance of 1.996 (2) Å. The two axial Cu—Nphen distances have similar values [average 1.994 (6) Å] and are shorter than the two equatorial Cu—Nphen bonds [average 2.09 (6) Å]. This work demonstrates the effect of ligand rigidity on the shape of coordination polyhedra in five‐coordinated copper(II) complexes.  相似文献

In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C12H8F2N3)2(C5H5N)2], the Cd atom lies on a crystallographic twofold axis in space group Iba2. The coordination geometry about the CdII ion corresponds to a rhombically distorted octahedron, with two deprotonated 1,3‐bis(2‐fluorophenyl)triazenide ions, viz. FC6H4NNNC6H4F, acting as bidentate ligands (four‐electron donors). Two neutral pyridine (py) molecules complete the coordination sphere in positions cis with respect to one another. The triazenide ligand is not planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.204 Å), the dihedral angle between the phenyl rings of the terminal 2‐fluorophenyl substituents being 24.6 (1)°. The triazenide and pyridine Cd—N distances are 2.3757 (18)/2.3800 (19) and 2.3461 (19) Å, respectively. Intermolecular C—H⋯F interactions generate sheets of molecules in the (010) plane.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C8H7O2)2(C12H9N3)], the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.1954 (13) and 2.2595 (14) Å] and two p‐toluate ligands [Mn—O = 2.1559 (13)–2.2748 (14) Å]. It displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 58.87 (4) to 106.49 (5)°. Intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the p‐toluate ligands link the molecules into infinite chains, and every two neighbouring chains are further coupled by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole and p‐toluate ligands, leading to an infinite ribbon‐like double‐chain packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and possible C—H...π interactions, as well as stacking interactions involving the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands.  相似文献
