4′‐Methylazobenzene‐2‐sulfenyl thio‐cyanate (MABS‐SCN) was synthesized in an aqueous medium and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The crystal structure was confirmed by single crystal X‐ray diffraction and its geometry was optimized in ground state by Hartree–Fock model and (B3LYP) density functional theory, and in solution (ethanol) using polarized continuum model at restricted HF using the basis set 6–31+G*. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pbca, with unit cell parameters a = 7.165 (7) Å, b = 18.846 (2) Å, c = 20.379 (2) Å, V = 2752.1 (5) Å3, and Z = 8. It attains a planar thiadiazolium salt structure due to strong ortho azo–sulfur interaction imparting exceptional thermal stability, nonreactive solubility in aqueous medium, and high melting crystalline solid nature. A weak intramolecular C H…S type interaction, one C H…S type, four C H…N type intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and van der Waal's interactions are believed to be the stabilizing force for the crystal structure. MABS‐SCN was also tested for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Two organotin (IV) derivatives, [Bu2‐ Sn(HO3PO‐i‐Pr)2]2 ( 1 ) and [Bu2Sn(HO3POPh)2]2 ( 2 ), have been prepared by reactions of di‐n‐butyltin oxide with the phenylphosphoric acid and isopropylphosphoric acid, respectively. Characterization of the complexes 1 and 2 was achieved using elemental analysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, and 119Sn) spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography diffraction analysis. The X‐ray data reveal that complexes 1 and 2 are dimers containing eight‐membered Sn2O4P2 inorganic ring. Interestingly, complexes 1 and 2 are further linked into 2D network through intermolecular O … Sn weak contacts and O H … O weak hydrogen‐bonding interactions. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Single crystals of (2S,5R)‐2‐isopropyl‐5‐methyl‐7‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)cyclohexanespiro‐3′‐(1,2,4,5,7‐tetraoxazocane), C16H26N2O5, have been studied via X‐ray diffraction. The tetraoxazocane ring adopts a boat–chair conformation in the crystalline state, which is due to intramolecular interactions. Conformational analysis of the tetraoxazocane fragment performed at the B3LYP/6‐31G(d,2p) level of theory showed that there are three minima on the potential energy surface, one of which corresponds to the conformation realized in the solid state, but not to a global minimum. Analysis of the geometry and the topological parameters of the electron density at the (3,?1) bond critical points (BCPs), and the charge transfer in the tetraoxazocane ring indicated that there are stereoelectronic effects in the O—C—O and N—C—O fragments. There is a two‐cross hyperconjugation in the N—C—O fragment between the lone electron pair of the N atom (lpN) and the antibonding orbital of a C—O bond (σ*C—O) and vice versa between lpO and σ*C—N. The oxazole substituent has a considerable effect on the geometry and the topological parameters of the electron density at the (3,?1) BCPs of the tetraoxazocane ring. The crystal structure is stabilized via intermolecular C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, which is unambiguously confirmed with PIXEL calculations, a quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) topological analysis of the electron density at the (3,?1) BCPs and a Hirshfeld analysis of the electrostatic potential. The molecules form zigzag chains in the crystal due to intermolecular C—H…N interactions being electrostatic in origin. The molecules are further stacked due to C—H…O hydrogen bonds. The dispersion component in the total stabilization energy of the crystal lattice is 68.09%.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of the widely used antiseptic benzyldimethyl{3‐[(1‐oxotetradecyl)amino]propyl}ammonium chloride monohydrate (Miramistin, MR ), C26H47N2O+·Cl?·H2O, was determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study and analyzed in the framework of the QTAIM (quantum theory of atoms in molecules) approach using both periodic and molecular DFT (density functional theory) calculations. The various noncovalent intermolecular interactions of different strengths were found to be realized in the hydrophilic parts of the crystal packing (i.e. O—H…Cl, N—H…Cl, C—H…Cl, C—H…O and C—H…π). The hydrophobic parts are built up exclusively by van der Waals H…H contacts. Quantification of the interaction energies using calculated electron‐density distribution revealed that the total energy of the contacts within the hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions are comparable in value. The organic MR cation adopts the bent conformation with the head group tilted back to the long‐chain alkyl tail in both the crystalline and the isolated state due to stabilization of this geometry by several intramolecular C—H…π, C—H…N and H…H interactions. This conformation preference is hypothesized to play an important role in the interaction of MR with biomembranes.  相似文献

In order to determine the impact of different substituents and their positions on intermolecular interactions and ultimately on the crystal packing, unsubstituted N‐phenyl‐2‐phthalimidoethanesulfonamide, C16H14N2O4S, (I), and the N‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐, C16H13N3O6S, (II), N‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐, C16H16N3O6S, (III), and N‐(2‐ethylphenyl)‐, as the monohydrate, C18H18N2O4S·H2O, (IV), derivatives have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Sulfonamides (I) and (II) have triclinic crystal systems, while (III) and (IV) are monoclinic. Although the molecules differ from each other only with respect to small substituents and their positions, they crystallized in different space groups as a result of differing intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions. The structures of (I), (II) and (III) are stabilized by intermolecular N—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, while that of (IV) is stabilized by intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. All four structures are of interest with respect to their biological activities and have been studied as part of a program to develop anticonvulsant drugs for the treatment of epilepsy.  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

Some new phosphoramidates were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of CF3C(O)N(H)P(O)[N(CH3)(CH2C6H5)]2 ( 1 ) and 4‐NO2‐C6H4N(H)P(O)[4‐CH3‐NC5H9]2 ( 6 ) were confirmed by X‐ray single crystal determination. Compound 1 forms a centrosymmetric dimer and compound 6 forms a polymeric zigzag chain, both via ‐N‐H…O=P‐ intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Also, weak C‐H…F and C‐H…O hydrogen bonds were observed in compounds 1 and 6 , respectively. 13C NMR spectra were used for study of 2J(P,C) and 3J(P,C) coupling constants that were showed in the molecules containing N(C2H5)2 and N(C2H5)(CH2C6H5) moieties, 2J(P,C)>3J(P,C). A contrast result was obtained for the compounds involving a five‐membered ring aliphatic amine group, NC4H8. 2J(P,C) for N(C2H5)2 moiety and in NC4H8 are nearly the same, but 3J(P, C) values are larger than those in molecules with a pyrrolidinyl ring. This comparison was done for compounds with six and seven‐membered ring amine groups. In compounds with formula XP(O)[N(CH2R)(CH2C6H5)]2, 2J(P,CH2)benzylic>2J(P,CH2)aliphatic, in an agreement with our previous study.  相似文献

Some new N‐carbonyl, phosphoramidates with formula C6H5C(O)N(H)P(O)R2 (R = NC3H6 ( 1 ), NC6H12 ( 2 ), NHCH2CH=CH2 ( 3 ), N(C3H7)2 ( 4 )) and CCl3C(O)N(H)P(O)R′2 (R′ = NC3H6 ( 5 ), NHCH2CH=CH2 ( 6 )) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures were determined for compounds 1 and 2 . Compound 1 exists as two crystallographically independent molecules in crystal lattice. Both compounds 1 and 2 produced dimeric aggregates via intermolecular ‐P=O…H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds, which in compound 2 is a centrosymmetric dimer. In compounds with four‐membered ring amine groups, 3J(P,C)>2J(P,C), in agreement with our previous studies about five‐membered ring amine groups. Also, 3J(P,C) values in compounds 1 and 5 are greater than in compounds with five‐, six‐ and seven‐membered ring amine groups.  相似文献

Three new complexes: [M(L)(H2O)] [M = Zn ( 1 ), Co ( 2 ), Ni ( 3 ); H2L = 5‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)aminoisophthalic acid] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 180 °C and were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results of X‐ray diffraction analysis reveal that complexes 1 – 3 are isostructural and crystallize in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Each of the complexes displays a (3,3′)‐connected two‐dimensional (2D) wave‐like network with (4,82) topology, within which five‐membered uncoplanar N,N‐chelated metallacycles are shaped. Delicate N–H ··· O and O–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions exist in complexes 1 – 3 . Adjacent 2D layers are linked by intermolecular interactions, resulting in the construction of extended metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) in complexes 1 and 2 .  相似文献

The Schiff base enaminones (3Z)‐4‐(5‐ethylsulfonyl‐2‐hydroxyanilino)pent‐3‐en‐2‐one, C13H17NO4S, (I), and (3Z)‐4‐(5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxyanilino)pent‐3‐en‐2‐one, C15H21NO2, (II), were studied by X‐ray crystallography and density functional theory (DFT). Although the keto tautomer of these compounds is dominant, the O=C—C=C—N bond lengths are consistent with some electron delocalization and partial enol character. Both (I) and (II) are nonplanar, with the amino–phenol group canted relative to the rest of the molecule; the twist about the N(enamine)—C(aryl) bond leads to dihedral angles of 40.5 (2) and −116.7 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively. Compound (I) has a bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bond between the N—H group and the flanking carbonyl and hydroxy O atoms, as well as an intermolecular hydrogen bond, leading to an infinite one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chain. Compound (II) has one intramolecular hydrogen bond and one intermolecular C=O...H—O hydrogen bond, and consequently also forms a one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded chain. The DFT‐calculated structures [in vacuo, B3LYP/6‐311G(d,p) level] for the keto tautomers compare favourably with the X‐ray crystal structures of (I) and (II), confirming the dominance of the keto tautomer. The simulations indicate that the keto tautomers are 20.55 and 18.86 kJ mol−1 lower in energy than the enol tautomers for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of O,O′‐dimethyl [(2,3,4,5,6‐pentafluorophenyl)hydrazinyl]phosphonate, C8H8F5N2O3P, is composed of two symmetry‐independent molecules with significant differences in the orientations of the C6F5 and OMe groups. In the crystal structure, a one‐dimensional assembly is mediated from classical N—H…O hydrogen bonds, which includes R22(8), D(2) and some higher‐order graph‐set motifs. By also considering weak C—H…O=P and C—H…O—C intermolecular interactions, a two‐dimensional network extends along the ab plane. The strengths of the hydrogen bonds were evaluated using quantum chemical calculations with the GAUSSIAN09 software package at the B3LYP/6‐311G(d,p) level of theory. The LP(O) to σ*(NH) and σ*(CH) charge‐transfer interactions were examined according to second‐order perturbation theory in natural bond orbital (NBO) methodology. The hydrogen‐bonded clusters of molecules, including N—H…O and C—H…O interactions, were constructed as input files for the calculations and the strengths of the hydrogen bonds are as follows: N—H…O [R22(8)] > N—H…O [D(2)] > C—H…O. The decomposed fingerprint plots show that the contribution portions of the F…H/H…F contacts in both molecules are the largest.  相似文献

It was established that the cytosine·thymine (C·T) mismatched DNA base pair with cis‐oriented N1H glycosidic bonds has propeller‐like structure (|N3C4C4N3| = 38.4°), which is stabilized by three specific intermolecular interactions–two antiparallel N4H…O4 (5.19 kcal mol?1) and N3H…N3 (6.33 kcal mol?1) H‐bonds and a van der Waals (vdW) contact O2…O2 (0.32 kcal mol?1). The C·T base mispair is thermodynamically stable structure (ΔGint = ?1.54 kcal mol?1) and even slightly more stable than the A·T Watson–Crick DNA base pair (ΔGint = ?1.43 kcal mol?1) at the room temperature. It was shown that the C·T ? C*·T* tautomerization via the double proton transfer (DPT) is assisted by the O2…O2 vdW contact along the entire range of the intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC). The positive value of the Grunenberg's compliance constants (31.186, 30.265, and 22.166 Å/mdyn for the C·T, C*·T*, and TSC·T ? C*·T*, respectively) proves that the O2…O2 vdW contact is a stabilizing interaction. Based on the sweeps of the H‐bond energies, it was found that the N4H…O4/O4H…N4, and N3H…N3 H‐bonds in the C·T and C*·T* base pairs are anticooperative and weaken each other, whereas the middle N3H…N3 H‐bond and the O2…O2 vdW contact are cooperative and mutually reinforce each other. It was found that the tautomerization of the C·T base mispair through the DPT is concerted and asynchronous reaction that proceeds via the TSC·T ? C*·T* stabilized by the loosened N4? H? O4 covalent bridge, N3H…N3 H‐bond (9.67 kcal mol?1) and O2…O2 vdW contact (0.41 kcal mol?1). The nine key points, describing the evolution of the C·T ? C*·T* tautomerization via the DPT, were detected and completely investigated along the IRC. The C*·T* mispair was revealed to be the dynamically unstable structure with a lifetime 2.13·× 10?13 s. In this case, as for the A·T Watson–Crick DNA base pair, activates the mechanism of the quantum protection of the C·T DNA base mispair from its spontaneous mutagenic tautomerization through the DPT. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Two derivatives of N-Boc piperazine, an ester derivative, i.e., tert-butyl 4-(2-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylate (1), and, a hydrazide derivative tert-butyl 4-(2-hydrazino-2-oxoethyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (2) were synthesized and were characterized by FT-IR, 1H & 13C NMR and LCMS spectroscopic studies. The structures of both 1 and 2 were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecule of 1 is linear in shape with the ethyl acetate moiety adopting fully extended conformation, while the molecule of 2 is L-shaped with the molecule being twisted at the C10 atom. The crystal structure of 1 adopts a two-dimensional zig-zag architecture featuring C–H…O intermolecular interactions, while that of 2 features strong N–H…O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular interactions of the type N–H…N and C–H…N, resulting in a two-dimensional structure. Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the intermolecular interactions and crystal packing of 1 and 2 via Hirshfeld surface analysis and fingerprint plots was performed. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of both the compounds have been studied against several microorganisms, and were found to be moderately active.  相似文献

The novel tetraphenylethylene derivative 4‐methyl‐N‐[3‐(1,2,2‐triphenylethenyl)phenyl]benzenesulfonamide (abbreviated as MTBF), C33H27NO2S, was synthesized successfully and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, high‐resolution mass spectroscopy and 1H NMR spectroscopy. MTBF crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure, the MTBF molecules are connected into a one‐dimensional band and then a two‐dimensional sheet by hydrogen bonds of the N—H…O and C—H…O types. The sheets are further linked to produce a three‐dimensional network via C—H…π interactions. The molecules aggregate via these intermolecular forces, which restrain the intramolecular motions (RIM) and decrease the energy loss in the aggregation state, so as to open the radiative channels, and thus MTBF exhibits excellent fluorescence by aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) enhancement.  相似文献

The crystal structures of mono‐ and dinuclear CuII trifluoromethanesulfonate (triflate) complexes with benzyldipicolylamine (BDPA) are described. From equimolar amounts of Cu(triflate)2 and BDPA, a water‐bound CuII mononuclear complex, aqua(benzyldipicolylamine‐κ3N ,N′ ,N ′′)bis(trifluoromethanesulfonato‐κO )copper(II) tetrahydrofuran monosolvate, [Cu(CF3SO3)2(C19H19N3)(H2O)]·C4H8O, (I), and a triflate‐bridged CuII dinuclear complex, bis(μ‐trifluoromethanesulfonato‐κ2O :O ′)bis[(benzyldipicolylamine‐κ3N ,N′ ,N ′′)(trifluoromethanesulfonato‐κO )copper(II)], [Cu2(CF3SO3)4(C19H19N3)2], were synthesized. The presence of residual moisture in the reaction medium afforded water‐bound complex (I), whereas dinuclear complex (II) was synthesized from an anhydrous reaction medium. Single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis reveals that the CuII centres adopt slightly distorted octahedral geometries in both complexes. The metal‐bound water molecule in (I) is involved in intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds with triflate ligands and tetrahydrofuran solvent molecules. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H…F(triflate) and C—H…O(triflate) hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal lattice. Complexes (I) and (II) were also characterized fully using FT–IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three quinuclidine‐based compounds, namely (1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine monohydrate, C7H13N3·H2O ( 1 ), 1,2‐bis(1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine, C14H22N4 ( 2 ), and 1,2‐bis(1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine dichloride, C14H24N42+·2Cl? ( 3 ), are reported. In the crystal structure of 1 , the quinuclidine‐substituted hydrazine and water molecules are linked through N—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, forming a two‐dimensional array. The compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. Compound 2 was refined in the space group Pccn and exhibits no hydrogen bonding. However, its hydrochloride form 3 crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric space group Pc. It shows a three‐dimensional network structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonding (N—H…C and N/C—H…Cl). Compound 3 , with its acentric structure, shows strong second harmonic activity.  相似文献

The concomitant occurrence of dimorphs of diphenyl (3,4‐difluorophenyl)phosphoramidate, C18H14F2NO3P, was observed via a solution‐mediated crystallization process with variation in the symmetry‐free molecules (Z′). The existence of two forms, i.e. Form I (block, Z′ = 1) and Form II (needle, Z′ = 2), was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and powder X‐ray diffraction. Furthermore, a quantitative analysis of the energetics of the different intermolecular interactions was carried out via the energy decomposition method (PIXEL), which corroborates with inputs from the energy framework and looks at the topology of the various intermolecular interactions present in both forms. The unequivocally distinguished contribution of strong N—H…O hydrogen bonds along with other interactions, such as C—H…O, C—H…F, π–π and C—H…π, mapped on the Hirshfeld surface is depicted by two‐dimensional fingerprint plots. Apart from the major electrostatic contribution from N—H…O hydrogen bonds, the crystal structures are stabilized by contributions from the dispersion energy. The closely related melting points and opposite trends in the calculated lattice energies are interesting to investigate with respect to the thermodynamic stability of the observed dimorphs. The significant variation in the torsion angles in both forms helps in classifying them in the category of conformational polymorphs.  相似文献

The reaction of 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde with phenols under basic conditions yields the corresponding 5‐aryloxy derivatives; the subsequent reaction of these carbaldehydes with substituted acetophenones yields the corresponding chalcones, which in turn undergo cyclocondensation reactions with hydrazine in the presence of acetic acid to form N‐acetylated reduced bipyrazoles. Structures are reported for three 5‐aryloxycarbaldehydes and the 5‐piperidino analogue, and for two reduced bipyrazole products. 5‐(2‐Chlorophenoxy)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C17H13ClN2O2, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, exhibits orientational disorder of the carbaldehyde group in each of the two independent molecules. Each of 3‐methyl‐5‐(4‐nitrophenoxy)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C17H13N3O4, (IV), 3‐methyl‐5‐(naphthalen‐2‐yloxy)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C21H16N2O2, (V), and 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C16H19N3O, (VI), (3RS)‐2‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐azidophenyl)‐5′‐(2‐chlorophenoxy)‐3′‐methyl‐1′‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole] C27H22ClN7O2, (IX) and (3RS)‐2‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐azidophenyl)‐3′‐methyl‐5′‐(naphthalen‐2‐yloxy)‐1′‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole] C31H25N7O2, (X), has Z′ = 1, and each is fully ordered. The new compounds have all been fully characterized by analysis, namely IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. In each of (II), (V) and (IX), the molecules are linked into ribbons, generated respectively by combinations of C—H…N, C—H…π and C—Cl…π interactions in (II), C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (V), and C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds in (IX). The molecules of compounds (IV) and (IX) are both linked into sheets, by multiple C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (IV), and by two C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (IX). A single C—H…N hydrogen bond links the molecules of (X) into centrosymmetric dimers. Comparisons are made with the structures of some related compounds.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of nine phosphazenes with general formula 4‐CH3C6H4S(O)2N=PX3 [X = Cl ( A ), NC4H8 ( 1 ), NC6H12 ( 2 ), NC4H8N–C(O)OC2H5 ( 3 ), NC4H8N–C(O)OC6H5 ( 4 ), NC4H8O ( 5 ), NHCH2–C4H7O ( 6 ), N(CH3)(C6H11) ( 7 ), NHCH2–C6H5 ( 8 ), and 2‐NH‐NC5H4 ( 9 )] were synthesized using ultrasonic method and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, FT‐IR, fluorescence, as well as UV/Vis spectroscopy and additionally with XRD, FE‐SEM, N2 sorption, and elemental analysis. The 31P NMR spectra of compounds 1 – 9 reveal the most up field shift δ(31P) for 9 at –11.45 ppm reflecting the most electron donation of 2‐aminopyridinyl rings through resonance to the phosphorus atom. The 1H, 13C NMR spectra of 7 exhibit two sets of signals for the hydrogen and carbon atoms of its two isomers present in the solution state in 1:4 ratio. The FE‐SEM micrographs illustrate that the nanoparticles of compounds 1 – 9 have spherical morphology and a size of 27–42 nm. From the XRD patterns, the crystal sizes were estimated to about 24–86 nm. The highest bandgap was measured for 3 (3.81 eV) whereas the smallest was measured for 8 (3.50 eV). The structures of two polymorphs of compound 5 ( 5 , 5′ ) were determined by X‐ray crystallography at 120 K. Both of these polymorphs are triclinic with P1 space group but 5 has a doubled unit cell volume and two symmetrically independent molecules ( 5a and 5b ). In structures 5a and 5′ , the phosphorus and all endocyclic atoms of two morpholinyl rings display disorder, whereas the molecule 5b does not show disorder. The strong intermolecular O–H ··· O hydrogen bonds plus weak intermolecular C–H ··· O and C–H ··· N interactions create three‐dimensional polymers in the crystalline networks of 5 and 5′ . The DFT computations illustrate that molecule 5b is more stable than 5a by –1.1062 and –0.9779 kcal · mol–1 at B3LYP and B3PW91 levels, respectively. The NBO calculations presented sp3d hybridization for phosphorus and sulfur atoms and sp2, sp3 hybrids for the nitrogen and oxygen atoms.  相似文献
