A new indium hydroxyphosphate containing silver, AgIn[PO3(OH)]2, has been synthesized using hydrothermal method. It crystallizes in the P21/c space group with the cell parameters a = 6.6400(2) Å, b = 14.6269(6) Å, c = 6.6616(4) Å, β = 95.681(5)°, V = 643.82(6) Å3, Z = 4. Its three-dimensional framework, built up of corner-sharing PO3(OH) tetrahedra and InO6 octahedra, presents intersecting tunnels running along <111> and [100] directions, in which the Ag+ cations are located. The presence of hydroxyl groups has been confirmed from IR spectroscopy studies and hydrogen atoms were located from the single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The structural relationships with the other compounds of general formula AIMIII[PO3(OH)]2 are analyzed.  相似文献

The ternary rare-earth metal boride carbides REBC (RE = Ce, Pr, Nd) were prepared by melting mixtures of the elements and subsequent annealing at temperatures between 1270 K and 1570 K. Their crystal structures were refined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. They crystallize in the LaBC-type structure (space group P212121, Z = 20); CeBC: a = 8.5021(5) Å, b = 8.5217(7) Å, c = 12.3834(7) Å, R1 = 0.033 (wR2 = 0.059) for 2838 reflections with Io > 2σ(Io); PrBC: a = 8.4478(5) Å, b = 8.4719(8) Å, c = 12.325(1) Å, R1 = 0.031 (wR2 = 0.063) for 2564 reflections with Io > 2σ(Io); NdBC: a = 8.370(1) Å, b = 8.392(1) Å, c = 12.253(3) Å, R1 = 0.035 (wR2 = 0.086) for 4275 reflections with Io > 2σ(Io). The structure consists of a three-dimensional framework of rare-earth metal atoms resulting from the stacking of slightly corrugated two-dimensional square nets, leading to voids filled with B5C5 finite chains. The magnetism of the compounds PrBC and NdBC is characterized by the onset of ferromagnetism with Curie temperatures around 10 K and 8 K, respectively. The reduced effective paramagnetic moment μeff  1.8 μB as well as the weak magnetization at 6 K, 5 T is discussed.  相似文献

The bimetallic ferromagnetic chain {[K(18-crown-6)][Mn(bpy)Cr(ox)3]} (1) has been synthesized and characterized. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic chiral space group P212121 [a = 9.0510(2) Å, b = 14.4710(3) Å, c = 26.8660(8) Å, V = 3510.97(1) Å3, Z = 2]. Compound 1 is made up by anionic [Mn(bpy)Cr(ox)3] 1D chains and cationic [K(18-crown-6)]+ complexes. The magnetic exchange within the chain is ferromagnetic [J = +7.8(7) cm−1]. In the solid state, the ferromagnetic chains are well isolated magnetically and no long range magnetic ordering has been observed above 2 K.  相似文献

A photoresponsive rhodium dinuclear complex having phenyltetramethylcyclopentadienyl (CpPh = η5-C5Me4Ph) and photosensitive dithionite (μ-O2SSO2) ligands, [(CpPhRh)2(μ-CH2)2(μ-O2SSO2)] (1), has been synthesized. The crystal of complex 1 (monoclinic, C2/m (No. 12), a = 24.805(2) Å, b = 29.111(2) Å, c = 10.8475(11) Å, β = 105.9830(7)°, V = 7530.0(12) Å3, Z = 8) consists of two independent molecules, 1-cis and 1-trans, with different arrangement of the CpPh ligands. The flexibility, volume, and shape of the reaction cavities around the dithionite unit of 1-cis and 1-trans in the crystal are discussed. The crystal structures of the precursors of 1, trans-[(CpPhRh)2(μ-Cl)2Cl2] and trans-[(CpPhRh)2(μ-CH2)2Me2], are also reported.  相似文献

We have extended our research interest on titanium oxyphosphates (MII(TiO)2(PO4)2, with MII = Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn) to vanadium oxyphosphates MII(VIVO)2(PO4)2 (MII = Co, Ni). For each compound two phases, named α and β according to synthesis conditions, have been stabilized at room temperature, then characterized. The four crystal structures M(VO)2(PO4)2 (α and β for M = Co, Ni) have been determined in monoclinic P21/c space group using X-ray single crystals diffraction data. Structure of the α phase is derived from the Li(TiO)(PO4) (orthorhombic Pnma) and LiNi0.50(TiO)2(PO4)2 (monoclinic P21/c) types, with cell parameters: a = 6.310(1) Å, b = 7.273(1) Å, c = 7.432(1) Å, β = 90.43(1)° for M = Co, and a = 6.297(2) Å, b = 7.230(2) Å, c = 7.421(2) Å, β = 90.36(2)° for M = Ni. Structure of the β phase is derived from the Ni(TiO)2(PO4)2-type (monoclinic P21/c) with cell parameters: a = 7.2742(2) Å, b = 7.2802(2) Å, c = 7.4550(2) Å, β = 120.171(2)° for M = Co, and a = 7.2691(2) Å, b = 7.2366(2) Å, c = 7.4453(2) Å, β = 120.231(2)° for M = Ni. All these structures consist of a three dimensional (3D) framework built up of infinite chains of tilted corner-sharing [VO6] octahedra, cross-linked by corner-sharing [PO4] tetrahedra. The M2+ ion (M = Co, Ni) is located in a triangular based antiprism which shares faces with two [VO6] octahedra. Structural filiation is discussed based on a common structural unit, a sheet where divalent cations M2+ (M = Co, Ni) are inserted. A thermal study of the α ? β transition is also presented.  相似文献

Two manganese coordination polymers, [Mn2(ip)2(dmf)]·dmf (1) and [Mn4(ip)4(dmf)6]·2dmf (2) (ip=isophthalate; dmf=N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. X-ray crystal structural data reveal that compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P?1, a=9.716(3) Å, b=12.193(3) Å, c=12.576(3) Å, α=62.19(2)°, β=66.423(17)°, γ=72.72(2)°, Z=2, while compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic space group Cc, a=19.80(3) Å, b=20.20(2) Å, c=18.01(3) Å, β=108.40(4)°, Z=4. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of compounds 1 and 2 exhibit overall weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the adjacent Mn(II) ions.  相似文献

The reaction of triethylborane adduct of N-heterocyclic carbene, NHC · BEt3, (NHC = IiPr = 1,3-diisopropylimidazol-2-ylidene (IiPr · BEt3; 1a), NHC = IMes = 1,3-dimesitylimidazol-2-ylidene (IMes · BEt3; 1b)), which was prepared by the reaction of the corresponding imidazolium salt with one equivalent of LiBEt3H, with amidinato(pyridine) complex, [M(η3-allyl){η2-(NPh)2CH}(CO)2(NC5H5)] (M = Mo; 2-Mo M = W; 2-W), was investigated. The reaction of compound 1 with complex 2 under toluene-reflux conditions resulted in the formation of carbene complex [M(η3-allyl){η2-(NPh)2CH}(CO)2(NHC)] (M = Mo, NHC = IiPr; 3a-Mo, M = Mo, NHC = IMes; 3b-Mo, M = W, NHC = IiPr; 3a-W, M = W, NHC = IMes; 3b-W). These complexes were characterized spectroscopically as well as by X-ray analyses. Complex 3a-Mo was formed in various solvents such as 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME), 1,2-dichloroethane, and acetonitrile under refluxing conditions for 3 h. In toluene, 3a-Mo was obtained in a good yield by heating at 70 °C for only 20 min. Employment of NHC · BEt3 (1) was found to afford convenient route for the introduction of the carbene ligand to the transition metal complexes.  相似文献

Four complexes of M(NO3)2(4NOPy-OMe)2, (4NOPy-OMe = 4-(N-tert-butyloxylamino)-2-(methoxymethylenyl)pyridine, and M = MnII, 1; CoII, 2; NiII, 3; CuII, 4), were prepared and fully characterized. X-ray single crystal analysis reveals that four complexes are isostructural. The molecular structures are distorted octahedral in which the methoxy oxygen atoms coordinate to the metal ion by trans-configuration while the pyridyl nitrogen atoms and the nitrate oxygen atoms coordinate by cis-configuration. The magnetic properties of all complexes were investigated by SQUID magneto/susceptometry. Temperature dependence of the molar magnetic susceptibilities in the temperature range of 2–300 K indicated that the magnetic coupling between aminoxyl radicals and metal ion was antiferromagnetic in the complex 1 and were ferromagnetic in the complexes 24. The quantitative analysis based on the spin Hamiltonian, H = −2J(S1SM + SMS2) yielded the best fit as J/kB = −13.4 ± 0.1 K, g = 1.94 ± 0.002, and θ = −0.78 ± 0.02 K for the complex 1, J/kB = 48.7 ± 2.1 K, g = 2.07 ± 0.02, and θ = −2.83 ± 0.41 K for the complex 3 (the data in the temperature range 300–50 K were used), and J/kB = 57.0 ± 1.2 K, g = 2.002 ± 0.004, and θ = −9.8 ± 0.1 K for the complex 4.  相似文献

A cerium(IV) phosphate has been prepared using precipitation methods and its structure has been solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction (R1 = 0.0292 for 3092 reflections with I>2σ(I) and wR2 = 0.0540). Ce(H2O)(PO4)3/2(H3O)1/2(H2O)1/2 crystallises in the monoclinic space group C2/c (a = 15.7058(17) Å, b = 9.6261(9) Å, c = 10.1632(4) Å, ß = 121.623(7)°, and V = 1308.4 (2) Å3). Its structure is based on a negatively charged 3D framework, made of cerium atoms connected by PO4 tetrahedra. There are two types of PO4 units; one shares only corners with the cerium coordination polyhedra while the other one shares edges and corners. This structure also includes hydronium cations, to balance the framework charge, and water molecules. One special feature of this 3D framework is the formation of interconnected tunnels which extend along the c axis and contain the hydronium cations and the water molecules. This open framework and the presence of cationic species in the tunnels are in perfect agreement with the previously reported ion exchange properties.  相似文献

Two new cobalt tellurite halides Co5(TeO3)4Cl2 and Co5(TeO3)4Br2 have been synthesized and found to be iso-structural with Ni5(TeO3)4X2 (X = Cl, Br). Co5(TeO3)4X2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system space group C2/c, and the Br-phase has the lattice parameters a = 20.440(1) Å, b = 5.2760(2) Å, c = 16.4710(7) Å, β = 124.790(5)°, and Z = 4. The crystal structures were solved from single-crystal X-ray data, R1 = 1.90 and 1.77, respectively, for the Cl- and Br-phases. The crystal structure is layered with only weak van der Waals' interactions in between the layers. The layers are built by large [Co5O16X2] groups consisting of five edge- and face-sharing Co-octahedra. Each group is connected to adjacent groups via corner sharing through common oxygen atoms as well as through [TeO3E] groups. Magnetic susceptibility measurements on oriented single crystals reveal pronounced anisotropy in a broad temperature range and clear signs of antiferromagnetic ordering at low temperatures. Anisotropic susceptibility of an iso-structural Ni-based compound was also studied and compared with the corresponding results of Co5(TeO3)4X2. Magnetic anisotropy is discussed in framework of single-ion anisotropy effects.  相似文献

Anhydrous yttrium iodate presents polymorphism; two crystalline phases are obtained under hydrothermal conditions. α-Y(IO3)3 crystallises in the monoclinic space-group P21/c with a three-dimensional structure, whereas β-Y(IO3)3 crystallises in the monoclinic space-group P21/n with a two-dimensional structure. The lattice parameters are a = 7.038(1) Å, b = 8.466(1) Å, c = 13.317(1) Å, β = 99.65(1)°, V = 782.3(2) Å3, Z = 4 for α-Y(IO3)3 and a = 8.685(1) Å, b = 5.964(1) Å, c = 14.958(1) Å, β = 96.99(2)°, V = 769.0(2) Å3, Z = 4 for β-Y(IO3)3. The α-form is isostructural with α-Dy(IO3)3 studied in this work and α-Ln(IO3)3 (Ln = Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu) already studied. The β-form is isostructural with β-Ln(IO3)3 (Ln = Ce, Pr, Nd, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Er) studied in this work. The structural evolutions as a function of the Ln3+ cationic radius are studied. α-Y(IO3)3 and β-Y(IO3)3 present good thermal stability since they decompose at 600 °C. They are transparent up to 11.5 μm and they have good optical damage thresholds on powder.  相似文献

The novel branched chain-type nitridosilicates Ce5Si3N9 and La5Si3N9 have been synthesized in a radio-frequency furnace starting from the respective metals and silicon diimide Si(NH)2 at 1625 °C for La5Si3N9 and 1650 °C for Ce5Si3N9, respectively. The structure of Ce5Si3N9 has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (Ce5Si3N9, Cmca (no. 64), a = 10.567(2) Å, b = 11.329(2) Å, c = 15.865(3) Å, V = 1899.3 Å3, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0391, 1480 independent reflections, 90 refined parameters). The structure of isotypic La5Si3N9 has been refined by the Rietveld method, starting from single-crystal data of Ce5Si3N9 (La5Si3N9, Cmca (no. 64), a = 10.647(4) Å, b = 11.414(4) Å, c = 16.030(5) Å, V = 1948.1 Å3, Z = 8, RP = 0.0348, RF2 = 0.0533). Both compounds are built up of alternating Q2- and Q3-type corner sharing SiN4 tetrahedra with additional corner sharing Q1-units attached to the Q3-tetrahedra pointing alternately in opposing directions. These zipper-like chains are intertwined in both directions perpendicular to the chain itself to form a three-dimensionally interlocked structure with the rare-earth ions situated between the chains. Magnetic measurements resulted in a ferromagnetic ground state with a magnetic moment in agreement with Ce3+.  相似文献

Three new crystal structures, isotypic with β-Zr2O(PO4)2, have been resolved by the Rietveld method. All crystallize with an orthorhombic cell (S.G.: Cmca) with a = 7.1393(2) Å, b = 9.2641(2) Å, c = 12.5262(4) Å, V = 828.46(4) Å3 and Z = 8 for Th(OH)PO4; a = 7.0100(2) Å, b = 9.1200(2) Å, c = 12.3665(3) Å, V = 790.60(4) Å3 and Z = 8 for U(OH)PO4; a = 7.1691(3) Å, b = 9.2388(4) Å, c = 12.8204(7) Å, V = 849.15(7) Å3 and Z = 4 for Th2O(PO4)2. By heating, the M(OH)PO4 (M = Th, U) compounds condense topotactically into M2O(PO4)2, with a change of the environment of the tetravalent cation that lowers from 8 to 7 oxygen atoms. The lower stability of Th2O(PO4)2 compared to that of U2O(PO4)2 seems to result from this unusual environment for tetravalent thorium.  相似文献

Two novel inorganic–organic hybrid compounds composed of Keggin tungstocobaltate framework and cobalt(II)–N coordination complexes, K[Co(phen)2(H2O)]2[HCoW12O40]·2H2O (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and [Co(2,2′-bipy)3]1.5{[Co(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)][HCoW12O40]·0.5H2O (2) (bipy = bipyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by directly using Keggin POMs as starting materials, which were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG analyses and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal data for compound 1: C48H41Co3KN8O44W12, triclinic, space group P-1, a = 10.918(5) Å, b = 13.401(5) Å, c = 13.693(5) Å, α = 69.291(5)°, β = 71.568(5)°, γ = 78.421(5)°, V = 1768.9(12) Å3, Z = 1; for compound 2: C130H104Co7N26O83W24, orthorhombic, space group, C2/c, a = 46.839(9) Å, b = 14.347(3) Å, c = 26.147(5) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 17,570(6) Å3, Z = 4. Compound 1 exhibits a pseudo-1D chainlike structure, in which potassium ions act as linkages of Keggin unit doubly grafted by [Co(phen)2(H2O)] complex. Compound 2 represents a [Co(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]2+ mono-grafted Keggin tungstocobaltate derivative with 1.5[Co(2,2′-bipy)3]2+ countercations. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of 1-CPE is similar to the parent 3-CPE, but the cyclic voltammetric behavior of CoII shows a little difference. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement of compound 1 demonstrates the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

New bimetallic complex salts corresponding to the formulation [Ni(L)][MCl4] have been synthesized by the facile reaction between [Ni(L)](ClO4)2 and [MCl2(PPh3)2] in high yields {where M = Co(II), Zn(II), Hg(II) and L = 3,7-bis(2-aminoethyl)-1,3,5,7-tetraazabicyclo(3.3.1)nonane}. The complexes were characterized by IR, electronic spectra, TGA/DSC, magnetic moment and conductivity measurements. The X-ray crystal structure for [Ni(L)][CoCl4] clearly establishes the cationic–anionic interaction. It crystallizes in the space group P1 with unit cell dimensions a = 7.1740(15) Å, b = 8.1583(16) Å and c = 8.3102(16) Å. A square-planar geometry is evident for the [Ni(L)]2+ cation while the anion is found to be tetrahedral. A two-step thermolytic pattern is observed in the pyrolysis of the bimetallic complex salts.  相似文献

The treatment of [PdL3(NH3)]OTf (L3 = (PEt3)2(Ph) (1), (2,6-(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3) (3)) with NaNH2 in THF afforded dimeric and monomeric parent-amido palladium(II) complexes with bridging and terminal NH2, respectively, anti-[Pd(PEt3)(Ph)(μ-NH2)]2 (2) and Pd(2,6-(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3)(NH2) (4). The dimeric complex 2 crystallizes in the space group P21/n with a = 13.228(2) Å, b = 18.132(2) Å, c = 24.745(2) Å, β = 101.41(1)°, and Z = 4. It has been found that there are two crystallographically independent molecules with Pd(1)–Pd(2) and Pd(3)–Pd(4) distances of 2.9594 (10) and 2.9401(9) Å, respectively. The monomeric amido complex 4 protonates from trace amounts of water to give the cationic ammine species [Pd(2,6-(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3)(NH3)]+. Complex 4 reacts with diphenyliodonium triflate ([Ph2I]OTf) to give aniline complex [Pd(2,6-(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3)(NH2Ph)]OTf (5). Reaction of 4 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD, DEAD) yields diastereospecific palladium(II) vinyl derivative (Z)–(Pd(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3)(CR = CR(NH2)) (R = CO2Me (6a), CO2Et (6b)). Reacting complexes 6a and 6b with p-nitrophenol produces (Pd(Cy2PCH2)2C6H3)(OC6H4p-NO2) (8) and cis-CHR = CR(NH2), exclusively.  相似文献

In continuation of studies carried out previously [I. Bernal, Inorg. Chim. Acta 96 (1985) 99; I. Bernal, Inorg. Chim. Acta (1986) 121; I. Bernal, E.O. Schlemper, C.K. Fair, Inorg. Chim. Acta 115 (1986) 25; I. Bernal, Inorg. Chim. Acta 101 (1985) 175; I. Bernal, J. Cetrullo, J. Coord. Chem. 20 (1989) 237], we have now expanded the nature and number of cations associated with the [trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] anion in order to better document when, and how, this helical propeller species crystallizes as a conglomerate.[(tren)Co(NO2)2][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (I) crystallizes as a racemate in space group P21/n with cell constants of a = 15.8900(2), b = 19.7800(3), c = 26.6200(4) Å, β = 101.970(3)°, z = 15.[(tren)Co(ox)][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (II) crystallizes as a racemate in space group I2/a with cell constants of a = 21.592(11), b = 7.050(4), c = 26.46(2) Å, β = 93.09(6)°, z = 8.[(en)2Co(ox)][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (III) crystallizes as a racemate in space group P21/n with cell constants of a = 6.4740(1), b = 22.8950(6), c = 13.1660(3) Å, β = 97.3310(10)°, z = 4.[trans-(pn)2Co(NO2)2][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (IV) also crystallizes as a racemate in space group P(¯1; no. 2) with cell constants of a = 6.508(2), b = 8.829(5), c = 9.851(5) Å, α = 72.84(2), β = 80.15(3), and γ = 81.45(6)°, z = 1.The most notable results are as follows: (1) all four compounds studied are racemates unlike the previously studied [cis-Co(en)2(NO2)2][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] [I. Bernal, Inorg Chim Acta 101 (1985) 175] (V) and K[trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (VI) that crystallize as conglomerates. Nevertheless, they share certain crystalline features, which are readily observed in their packing diagrams. In all the four cases the new data were collected at 295 K and 120 K, using Mo Kα radiation; the former with a Nonius CAD-4 diffractometer and the latter with a Nonius CCD instrument. Of primary interest to us are the changes in packing caused by repeated changes in the charge compensating cations. Comparisons with the packing observed previously in [cis-Co(en)2(NO2)2][trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (V) and K[trans-(NH3)2Co(NO2)4] (VI) are made since, at the time of publications of those early papers, no detailed study of the packing characteristics of these anions was published and the existing graphic software were primitive compared with the current packages. This oversight is remedied below.  相似文献

Complex 2 is unsymmetrical and the two Ru–Mo single bonds (2.7893(14), 2.8189(13) Å) are each supported by a symmetrically bridging o-carborane-1,2-dithiolato ligand.  相似文献

Two fumarato-bridged Co(II) coordination polymers Co(H2O)4L 1 and [Co3(H2O)4(OH)2L2]·2H2O 2 with H2LHOOCCH CHCOOH were prepared. Complex 1 consists of polymeric chains 1[Co(H2O)4(C4H2O4)2/2], which result from octahedrally coordinated Co atoms bridged by bis-monodentate fumarate anions and are assembled by interchain hydrogen bonds. Within 2, the edge-shared Co2O10 bi-octahedra are connected to the CoO6 octahedra to form 1D cobalt oxide chains and 3D open framework generated from the chains inter-linked by bis-bidentate fumarate anions displays rhombic tunnels, which are filled with the lattice H2O molecules. Thermal and magnetic behaviors of both the title coordination polymers are discussed. Crystal data: (1) monoclinic, P21/c, Z=4, a=7.493(1) Å, b=14.377(1) Å, c=7.708(1) Å, β=99.54(1)°, V=818.9(2) Å3, R1=0.0304, and wR2=0.0669 for 1487 observed reflections (I⩾2σ(I)) out of 1877 unique reflections; (2) monoclinic, P21/c, Z=2, a=6.618(1) Å, b=8.172(2) Å, c=15.578(3) Å, β=96.30(3)°, V=837.4(3) Å3, R1=0.0360 and wR2=0.0663 for 1442 observed reflections (I⩾2σ(I)) out of 1927 unique reflections.  相似文献
