We ask when convolution operators with scalar- or operator-valued kernel functions map between weighted L2 spaces of Hilbert space-valued functions. For a certain class of decreasing weights, including negative powers (ta)m for example, we solve the one-weight problem completely by using Laplace transforms and Bergman-type spaces of vector-valued analytic functions. For a much more general class of decreasing weights, we solve the one-weight problem for all positive real kernels (also for Lp(w) with p > 1), by results on Steklov operators which generalise the weighted Hardy inequality. When the kernel function is a strongly continuous semigroup of bounded linear Hilbert space operators, which arises from input–output maps of certain linear systems, then the most obvious sufficient condition for boundedness, obtained by taking norm signs inside the integrals, is also necessary in many cases, but not in general. Let w(x) = (1 - x)α (1 + x)β be a Jacobi weight on the interval [-1, 1] and 1 < p < ∞. If either α > ?1/2 or β > ?1/2 and p is an endpoint of the interval of mean convergence of the associated Fourier-Jacobi series, we show that the partial sum operators Sn are uniformly bounded from Lp,1 to Lp,∞, thus extending a previous result for the case that both α, β > ?1/2. For α, β > ?1/2, we study the weak and restricted weak (p, p)-type of the weighted operators f→uSn(u?1f), where u is also Jacobi weight.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigating the weighted L~p-mapping properties of oscillation and variation operators related to the families of singular integrals and their commutators in higher dimension. We establish the weighted type(p, p) estimates for 1 p ∞ and the weighted weak type(1,1) estimate for the oscillation and variation operators of singular integrals with kernels satisfying certain Hormander type conditions, which contain the Riesz transforms, singular integrals with more general homogeneous kernels satisfying the Lipschitz conditions and the classical Dini's conditions as model examples. Meanwhile, we also obtain the weighted L~p-boundeness for such operators associated to the family of commutators generated by the singular integrals above with BMO(R~d)-functions.  相似文献

We prove some weighted estimates for certain Littlewood-Paley operators on the weighted Hardy spaces Hwp (0<p?1) and on the weighted Lp spaces. We also prove some weighted estimates for the Bochner-Riesz operators and the spherical means.  相似文献

Let T be a Calderón-Zygmund operator in a “non-homogeneous” space ( , d, μ), where, in particular, the measure μ may be non-doubling. Much of the classical theory of singular integrals has been recently extended to this context by F. Nazarov, S. Treil, and A. Volberg and, independently by X. Tolsa. In the present work we study some weighted inequalities for T*, which is the supremum of the truncated operators associated with T. Specifically, for1<p<∞, we obtain sufficient conditions for the weight in one side, which guarantee that another weight exists in the other side, so that the corresponding Lp weighted inequality holds for T*. The main tool to deal with this problem is the theory of vector-valued inequalities for T* and some related operators. We discuss it first by showing how these operators are connected to the general theory of vector-valued Calderón-Zygmund operators in non-homogeneous spaces, developed in our previous paper [6]. For the Cauchy integral operator C, which is the main example, we apply the two-weight inequalities for C* to characterize the existence of principal values for functions in weighted Lp.  相似文献

We study a class of kernels associated to functions of a distinguished Laplacian on the solvable group AN occurring in the Iwasawa decomposition G = ANK of a noncompact semisimple Lie group G. We determine the maximal ideal space of a commutative subalgebra of L1, which contains the algebra generated by the heat kernel, and we prove that the spectrum of the Laplacian is the same on all Lp spaces, 1 ≤ p < ∞. When G is complex, we derive a formula that enables us to compute the Lp norm of these kernels in terms of a weighted Lp norm of the corresponding kernels for the Euclidean Laplacian on the tangent space. We also prove that, when G is either rank one or complex, certain Hardy-Littlewood maximal operators, which are naturally associated with these kernels, are weak type (1, 1).  相似文献

We obtain sharp estimates for some multilinear commutators related to certain sublinear integral operators. These operators include the Littlewood-Paley operator and Marcinkiewicz operator. As an application, we obtain weighted L p (p > 1) inequalities and an L log L-type estimate for multilinear commutators. In this paper, the author obtains that the multilinear operators of strongly singular integral operators and their dual operators are bounded from some L^p(R^n) to L^p(R^n) when the m-th order derivatives of A belong to L^p(R^n) for r large enough. By this result, the author gets the estimates for the Sharp maximal functions of the multilinear operators with the m-th order derivatives of A being Lipschitz functions. It follows that the multilinear operators are (L^p, L^p)-type operators for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞.  相似文献

On weighted approximation by Bernstein-Durrmeyer operators   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
In this paper, we consider weighted approximation by Bernstein-Durrmeyer operators in Lp[0, 1] (1≤p≤∞), where the weight function w(x)=xα(1−x)β,−1/p<α, β<1-1/p. We obtain the direct and converse theorems. As an important tool we use appropriate K-functionals. Supported by Zhejiang Provincial Science Foundation.  相似文献

Stein’s higher Riesz transforms are translation invariant operators on L 2(R n ) built from multipliers whose restrictions to the unit sphere are eigenfunctions of the Laplace–Beltrami operators. In this article, generalizing Stein’s higher Riesz transforms, we construct a family of translation invariant operators by using discrete series representations for hyperboloids associated to the indefinite quadratic form of signature (p,q). We prove that these operators extend to L r -bounded operators for 1<r<∞ if the parameter of the discrete series representations is generic.  相似文献

Weighted weak type estimates are proved for some maximal operators on the weighted Hardy spacesH ω p (0 <p < 1, ω ∈A 1) (0<p<1, ω∞A1); in particular, weighted weak type endpoint estimates are obtained for the maximal operators arising from the Bochner-Riesz means and the spherical means onH ω p .  相似文献

Using a classical result of Marcinkiewicz and Lizorkin about the Lp-continuity for Fourier multipliers, the authors study the action of a class of pseudodifferential operators with weighted smooth symbol on a family of weighted Sobolev spaces. Results about Lp-regularity for multi-quasi-elliptic pseudodifferential operators are also given.  相似文献

An analogue of the so—called Sunouchi operator with respect to the Walsh—Kaczmarz system will be investigated. We show the boundedness of this operator if we take it as a map from the dyadic Hardy space H p to L p for all 0<p≤1.. For the proof we consider a multiplier operator and prove its (H p H p)—boundedness for 0<p≤1. Since the multiplier is obviously bounded from L 2 to L 2, a theorem on interpolation of operators can be applied to show that our multiplier is of weak type (1,1) and of type (q q) for all 1<q<∞. The same statements follow also for the Sunouchi operator.  相似文献

We consider the topological space of all weighted composition operators on weighted Bergman spaces of infinite order endowed with the operator norm. We show that the set of compact weighted composition operators is path connected. Furthermore, we find conditions to ensure that two weighted composition operators are in the same path connected component if the difference of them is compact. Moreover, we compare the topologies induced by L(H) and L(Hv) on the space of bounded composition operators and give a sufficient condition for a composition operator to be isolated.  相似文献

Given the family of Laguerre polynomials, it is known that several orthonormal systems of Laguerre functions can be considered. In this paper we prove that an exhaustive knowledge of the boundedness in weighted L p of the heat and Poisson semigroups, Riesz transforms and g-functions associated to a particular Laguerre orthonormal system of functions, implies a complete knowledge of the boundedness of the corresponding operators on the other Laguerre orthonormal system of functions. As a byproduct, new weighted L p boundedness are obtained. The method also allows us to get new weighted estimates for operators related with Laguerre polynomials. This is the third part of a series of four articles on weighted norm inequalities, off-diagonal estimates and elliptic operators. For L in some class of elliptic operators, we study weighted norm Lp inequalities for singular “non-integral” operators arising from L; those are the operators φ(L) for bounded holomorphic functions φ, the Riesz transforms ∇L−1/2 (or (−Δ)1/2L−1/2) and its inverse L1/2(−Δ)−1/2, some quadratic functionals gL and GL of Littlewood-Paley-Stein type and also some vector-valued inequalities such as the ones involved for maximal Lp-regularity. For each, we obtain sharp or nearly sharp ranges of p using the general theory for boundedness of Part I and the off-diagonal estimates of Part II. We also obtain commutator results with BMO functions.  相似文献
