Intense soliton-like spin wave pulses were parametrically generated in ferromagnetic thin-film ring resonators under the action of periodic parallel magnetic pulse pumping. Various types of nonlinear pulse sequences were observed depending on the pump pulse repetition period and the position of the pulse carrier frequency with respect to the ring resonator frequency spectrum. A theoretical model is suggested and calculations are performed that give a detailed explanation of the observed phenomena.  相似文献

在考虑增益、损耗、群速度色散、自相位调制、快速可饱和吸收体等各种参数同时作用情况下,分析了非线性偏振旋转效应自启动锁模机理,研究了腔体参数与锁模脉冲之间的关系,并给出飞秒被动锁模环形腔掺Er3+光纤激光器实验原理。实验采用性能稳定的980nm半导体激光器作为抽运源,高掺杂短长度掺Er3+光纤作为增益介质,利用非线性偏振旋转锁模技术,得到了稳定的飞秒自起振锁模光脉冲。抽运功率为23mW时,激光器输出锁模脉冲中心波长1552nm,3dB带宽为7.6nm,重复频率14.0MHz,平均输出功率0.43mW,自起振锁模泵浦阈值功率11.5mW,并观测到了稳定的高阶锁模脉冲输出。该激光器与报道过的相同结构光纤激光器相比,自起振泵浦阈值低、脉冲能量高、稳定性好,且频谱边带幅度小。  相似文献

报道了基于OptoCeramic(R)电光陶瓷材料的新型调Q光纤激光器.采用976 nm半导体激光器作为抽运源,电光陶瓷调制器作为Q开关,峰值吸收系数1200 Db/m的高掺杂镱纤作为增益介质构成环形腔激光器.增益光纤的高掺杂浓度使得激光器的腔长得到缩短,输出光脉冲的宽度得到压缩.通过调节电光元件的电压,控制材料的折射率,调节谐振腔的损耗,实现Q开关作用.实验中通过改变腔长、抽运功率和重复频率,研究了脉冲的输出特性.获得最窄脉宽104 ns,重复频率3~40 kHz连续可调的调Q脉冲输出.  相似文献

An original scheme of an all-fiber all-normal-dispersion ring mode-locked Yb laser is proposed and experimentally studied. A single fiber element serves as a wavelength-division multiplexer for the pumping radiation, an optical isolator, and a spectrally selective element for the radiation of the Yb laser. The output pulse duration is 900 fs, and the intracavity compression yields the pulses with a duration of 200 fs. The maximum laser power is 35 mW at a wavelength of 1070 nm.  相似文献

We propose a simple system of the entangled photon states generation and regeneration using a standard diode laser, a Mach Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) and a fiber optic ring resonator (FORR). Light from the diode laser is launched into an MZI and circulated in the FOOR, without any optical pumping components included in the system. The nonlinear light pulses are generated by a Kerr nonlinear effects type, while the resonance peaks are formed by the four-wave mixing of light pulses in the FORR. The entangled photons can be performed by using the polarization control device, and then detected by the avalanche photo-detectors, where the entangled photon visibility is plotted and seen. Similarly, the entangled photon states can be easily formed by using the appropriated coupling ratios into a fiber coupler, then into a ring resonator, i.e. without an MZI. The use of the entangled photons generation based on a fiber optic scheme for quantum teleportation, quantum key distribution via optical wireless link, and the system of the entangled photon states recovery by using a fiber ring resonator incorporating an erbium-doped fiber (EDF) have been investigated and discussed. The feasibility of dense coding using multi-entangled photons generation based on the fiber optic scheme and the effect of the entangled state walk-off along the optical fiber are also discussed, respectively.  相似文献

Based on calculation of the nonstationary system of equations taking into consideration the interaction of waves of pumping, cocurrent and back induced RS (IRS), and polarization waves of a scattering medium, refinement is made of the IRS parameters for ethanol. The influence of cocurrent IRS generated from quantum noises of polarization on the process of amplification of picosecond pulses in a field of oppositely directed subnanosecond pumping pulses is investigated. It is shown that as a result of the high intensity of radiation upon subnanosecond pumping the cocurrent Stokes radiation generation exerts considerable influence on the amplification of oppositely directed IRS pulses: it changes not only the energy characteristics of the entire process but the time envelopes of the pulses as well. 研究了外腔式PbWO4拉曼激光器在纳秒脉冲抽运下的输出特性。利用主动调Q的Nd:YAG激光器产生的脉冲宽度为31.4ns,最大输出能量为200mJ的1064nm激光作为抽运源。拉曼激光谐振腔采用的是平凹腔设计。测量了输出的拉曼光脉宽与抽运能量的关系,分析了输出的拉曼光脉冲波形图和光谱图,测量了输出的拉曼光脉冲能量与抽运能量的关系,计算了转换效率与抽运能量的关系。当注入抽运光能量达到42mJ时,得到了一阶斯托克斯光脉冲的最大能量和转换效率分别为10mJ和24%,获得外腔式PbWO4拉曼激光器的一阶斯托克斯光脉冲波长为1177.6nm,典型的一阶斯托克斯光脉冲脉宽为20ns。  相似文献

The dynamics of pulses with durations comparable to the inverse transition frequency that propagate in an optical medium is studied in terms of two integrable systems of Maxwell-Bloch equations. The first model describes the field interaction with a nondegenerate medium with a permanent dipole moment and permanent external pumping. A general formula is derived for the N-soliton solution. Particular solutions are used as examples to investigate the effect of permanent dipole moment and pumping on the soliton dynamics. The second model describes the interaction between two-component electric-field pulses and a two-level degenerate medium with permanent upper-level pumping. For different initial magnetic-sublevel populations, soliton solutions are used as examples to show that pumping causes a change in polarization dynamics. A two-soliton solution is used to analyze the interaction of solitons in a two-level medium with external pumping.  相似文献

Generation of terahertz pulses via mixing the Fourier harmonics of strongly focused near-IR pumping laser pulses in a plasmon waveguide filled with a nonlinear medium is considered. At a certain choice of its parameters, this waveguide provides efficient transverse confinement of the terahertz mode and a low dispersion of its refractive index. As a result, the system becomes capable of generating short fairly intense terahertz pulses. Such an approach significantly (by a factor of 50) decreases the pump power compared with that in the conventional (waveguide-free) schemes, which generate terahertz pulses from single pumping pulses (optical rectification), and still yields the same intensity of the output terahertz pulse and conversion efficiency. For the Ag-GaP-Ag structure taken as an example, optimal parameters of the plasmon waveguide and pumping pulse are found and characteristics of the output terahertz pulse are calculated.  相似文献

We demonstrated a high-energy single-frequency erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Er:YAG)laser.With1470 nm laser diodes(LDs)as pumping sources,single-frequency laser pulses with energy of 28.6 m J,21.6 m J,and 15.0 m J are obtained at pulse repetition frequency of 200 Hz,300 Hz,and 500 Hz,respectively.As far as we know,this is the highest single-frequency pulse energy with the Er:YAG gain medium.With the ring cavity design,pulse duration is maintained at hundreds of nanoseconds.This high-energy single-frequency laser with hundreds of nanoseconds pulse duration is a prospective laser source for light detection and ranging applications.  相似文献

研究了外腔式SrWO4拉曼激光器在ns脉冲抽运下的输出特性。利用主动调Q的Nd∶YAG激光器产生的脉冲宽度为11.7 ns,输出能量为80 mJ的激光作为抽运源,拉曼激光谐振腔采用平平腔,实验采用4片对一阶斯托克斯脉冲和二阶斯托克斯脉冲不同反射率的输出耦合镜,测量了输出能量与抽运能量的关系,计算了转换效率与抽运能量的关系。当输出耦合镜对一阶斯托克斯脉冲的反射率为39.9%时,实验得到一阶斯托克斯脉冲的最大能量和转换效率分别为23.9 mJ和36.2%,当输出耦合镜对一阶斯托克斯脉冲和二阶斯托克斯脉冲的反射率分别为80.5%和12.4%时,得到二阶斯托克斯脉冲的最大输出能量和转换效率分别为16.4 mJ和25.4%,典型的一阶斯托克斯脉冲和二阶斯托克斯脉冲的脉冲宽度分别为6.1 ns和5.8 ns。  相似文献

报道了掺Er^3+光纤激光器输出1.531μm波长飞秒激光脉冲增益放大的实验研究结果,将自起振相加脉冲摹参Er^3+光纤激光器输出的飞秒激光脉冲注入掺Er^3+光纤放大器中进行放大,分别采用正向和逆向抽地这的方式,得到了最高放大倍数55倍(17.4dB)和64倍(18.1dB)的增益,对应的最大单脉冲能量(峰值功率)分别为0.384nJ(752W)0.452nJ(1295W),脉冲重复率为20.8  相似文献

The Teramobile laser facility was used to realize the first mobile source of high-power THz pulses. The source is based on a tilted-pulse-front pumping THz generation scheme optimized for application of terawatt laser pulses. Generation of 50-μJ single-cycle electromagnetic pulses centered at 0.19 THz with a repetition rate of 10 Hz was obtained for incoming 700-fs 120-mJ near-infrared laser pulses. The corresponding laser-to-THz photon conversion efficiency is approximately 100%.  相似文献

Gain spectra of a three‐well GaAs/AlGaAs quantum‐cascade structure under interband pumping by ultrashort optical pulses are studied within the framework of the density matrix theory. A mathematical model for intersubband kinetics is derived taking into account many‐body interactions and ultrafast interband optical pumping. It is found that pulsed interband pumping leads to an increase in intersubband gain by an order of magnitude, which is characterised by 1 ps rise time and 8 ps recovery time under pumping by 100 fs pulses with a peak intensity of 100 MW/cm2. Possible implementations of the concept are highlighted. The results uncover a new possibility for ultrafast switching of the material gain in quantum‐cascade structures.  相似文献

 建立了LD预泵浦的被动调Q平平腔Cr4+,Nd3+:YAG微片激光器模型,分析了预泵浦参数与激光脉冲时间特性的关系,设计了LD预泵浦的Cr4+,Nd3+:YAG微片激光器实验,测量了不同预泵浦参数下激光单脉冲以及脉冲序列的时间特性。实验结果与数值计算结果基本符合:调节预泵浦参数使每个泵浦脉冲刚好对应输出单个激光脉冲时,固定脉冲泵浦宽度,脉冲泵浦速率随连续泵浦速率的增加呈一次函数减小;固定连续泵浦速率,脉冲泵浦速率随脉冲泵浦宽度的增加呈非线性函数减小。结果还表明,激光脉冲半高全宽随整体泵浦速率的增加而减小,峰值功率随整体泵浦速率的增加而增加;当整体泵浦速率在阈值附近变动时,激光单脉冲时间特性的变化最为明显。  相似文献

利用重复频率为1kHz的钛宝石激光的倍频蓝光抽运Ⅰ类相位匹配的偏硼酸钡(BBO)晶体,获得了可见光区的非共线参量超荧光.给出了最强光强处参量超荧光的非共线角,波长随相位匹配角的变化.理论计算了在参量超荧光中三波的群速失配随非共线角和相位匹配角的变化规律.结果表明,Ⅰ类非共线相位匹配的参量超荧光关于抽运光中心对称.并且沿光强最强的参量超荧光方向三波的群速失配最小,有效互作用长度最大,即参量超荧光的强度角分布是三波的相速和群速自匹配的结果.该理论和实验研究为减小飞秒光参量放大中三波的群速失配提供了一个理想的几何模型,为获得高增益、窄脉冲宽度的参量光输出提供了理论依据和实验验证. 关键词: 群速自匹配 参量超荧光 非共线相位匹配 飞秒光参量放大  相似文献

We have investigated the stabilization of a synchronously-pumped mode-locked dye laser by self feedback. The output consists of transform-limited pulses whose shape and duration depend on the tuning of the main laser cavity. Measurements of the limiting of the feedback with respect to the main cavity indicate that the optimum timing depends on the length of the pumping pulses rather than that of the output pulses.  相似文献

We propose a new concept of quantum soliton pulses generation using a soliton pulse in the micro ring resonators. Firstly, the chaotic soliton pulses are generated and circulated within the integrated micro ring resonators. Secondly, the specific second harmonic pulses are selected by using the appropriate ring parameters. The superposition of the second harmonic pulses within the micro ring devices introduces the randomly polarized photons within the micro ring device. The entangled photon visibility of the polarized photon is seen after passing the polarization control devices and projecting on the detectors. The optimum entangled photon visibility is obtained. The advantage of such a system is that the quantum repeater unit can be redundant for long distance quantum communication link, whereas the use of the system for multi-entangled photon sources and links is also available. The system degradation via the entangled photon states timing walk-off is also discussed.  相似文献

 研究了两个皮秒短脉冲驱动的瞬态电子碰撞激发类镍银13.9 nm X光激光,考察了脉宽分别为1,2,3 ps驱动的情况,分别给出了输出X光激光的角分布特性。模拟表明,(330 ps, 1 ps, 1 ps)驱动条件下,第二短脉冲延迟约500 ps,可以充分利用临界面附近的高增益。通过与相同长脉冲条件下单短脉冲驱动的结果相比较,分析了第一个短脉冲的作用及双脉冲驱动的优点。  相似文献
